but food quality and selections in happy hour exceeded my expectation; the 1st evening's cook-by-order course, and the next day's small buffet also.

The view to the Yangtze River was great and I loved to watch it by standing at the window.

Food very good according to western standard, specially the breakfast was excellent.

I'd actually give the edge to the Jinshi based on its food selection and the nice extra touches they do, including some free snacks in the room upon arrival, and the buffet has a better selection for vegetarians with more steamed options.

The restaurant is a foodies delight - huge selection of every type of food available - both Western and Asian. Close to great restaurants (best pizza just around the corner at O Cafe!)

however there’s also a new mall opposite the hotel with a few restaurants.

but the lobby, the restaurant, the reception desk, even the corridors are swarming with staff.

Also the restaurant has lots of different dishes and a very varied breakfast.

This hotel will impress you the minute you walk in and see the grand lobby, the welcome of tea at the front desk, and the sheer amount of gold on everything.

I stayed in Jinshi international hotel at Aug , I feel anywhere is clean,serive is best ,you can find the waiter appear quickly if you need help, breakfast is some kinds and good .

I came home from dinner to find a platter of fruit on my desk with a handwritten notes from the duty manager advising that they would be pleased to assist in anyway and that they were happy to have me in the hotel.They think of everything!

The only thing about this hotel is that it is about 15minute walk to shops or the a 5 min cab ride to the centre of town.

5 mins in a taxi to a great shopping centre with 'golden eagle' huge store where there are lots of restaurants.

The fitness center is well equipped for those that want circuit training or any dedicated muscle training.

but actually i spotted twice that tenants have lighting cigarettes on their mouths, walking in the hall and in elevator.

Service is fine, staff can speak english well and very friendly.

The staff were very accommodating and the room was impressive.

The concierge counter - Mr Su was extremely helpful with our airport transfer arrangement and on top of it, he also helped to recommend some places for dinner in town and arranged a taxis for me.

In that time I have found the staff on the front desk to be very helpful and generally someone has a reasonable command of English which for myself is a bonus.

There is a mall nearby and a local street market right next to it.

but the Ethernet cable could be removed from the room pc and installed into my laptop for Skype calls.

But a phone call usually resolves the issue.

In this case the answer would be a resounding YES.

All of the staff were exceedingly polite and were eager to help.

Like many hotels in China, the climate controls in the room were sketchy and the hotel staff would occasionally switch off the A/C.

This is a good business hotel in city centre.

Would recommend as it's in the city centre.

We stayed in the Nantong Hotel apartments (the hotel has 3 buildings, a hotel, a conference centre and apartments).

The staff were friendly and helpful and the staff at the restaurant were very nice.

The location is great, everyday the baby and I walked around the city and found many shops, historical sites and parks all within easy walking distance.

I was booked into this hotel by a client who was proud that this was the only 5* hotel in the city.

A mall is right opposite which provides goood shopping and eating options at a walking distance.

Spacious, with all facilities in the room and the staff could not be more willing to help.

Reception was very nice, rooms huge big and breakfast good.

Rooms are still nice and clean, with a very good desk.

I would like to thank the hotel and staff for a plesant evening.

The best part was there were English speaking staff at the hotel.

The cleaning staff and hotel staff were lovely and accommodating,

The staff is helpful, and their English is good enough (much better than my Mandarin!).

In fact all the staff were wonderfully courteous at all times and seemed genuiney pleased to greet me in English.
