The room was beautiful and spacious.It was also good to have a separate bathroom and toilet.Breakfast was gorgeous and delicious, with so much variety!

All the cocktail time drinks and food were delicious and I was so full before dinner.

The Regency Club Lounge on the 18th floor was the highlight of my stay—open every morning with a generous breakfast buffet featuring both traditional Japanese selections and Western staples, plus a made‑to‑order omelet station.

In the evening, we had piano music at The Bar, a commemorative cocktail, and a very delicious and relaxing atmosphere.

I was happy with the variety of cocktail time and breakfast dishes,

I'd like to stay again if the taste of the buffet in the meal improves.

I am looking forward to traveling with my healthy family again and will do my best at work.

The daily breakfast was extensive and the restaurant on the top floor was excellent.

It was a relatively new hotel, 10 years old, with good facilities, a breakfast buffet cospa, free room service amenities, a fitness gym environment, and the level of staff, which I thought was a Hyatt Regency, and a level I would love to use again next time!

We will definitely come back as we havent try the breakfast yet.

I stayed in the executive suite last night and revisited it again.I was comfortable in a large space.You can also enjoy quiet breakfast with access to the Club Lounge.

It's a beautiful room with a great view and the staff are amazing.We had a light meal, peels and awamori in the club lounge on the top floor.

I visited the lounge many times, from check-in to check-out, for cafe time and cocktail time, and enjoyed the club lounge

One of the best things about the hotel was the club lounge, especially the cocktail hour where they had a very nice varied spread of Okinawan cuisine that was a great introduction to the island as a tourist.

The quality of service, location and club lounge is unbeatable.

The hotel staff were very attentive especially everyone in the club lounge.

The service and staff were generally excellent, especially the spa, bar, club lounge and housekeeping.

The club lounge was also comfortable, and Orion beer was all-you-can-drink from the morning, so alcohol lovers were very satisfied.

A couple of criticisms – when I checked in I asked the person who checked me, twice, about making sure that the VAT would be removed from my room charge given that my employer is tax exempt – at first the staff at the check-in desk looked at my tax exemption card and gave it back not acknowledging what I said.

That's probably why the card key on entering the club floor failed and I couldn't get in (probably not registered to enter the lounge), so I had to call the staff through the door.· There should be roomware and other things for the club floor only,

I had to pay for the parking lot, so I presented my card.

^^.Also, charging separate parking fees is a bit weird.

Beware they charge you a cover for the lounge even if your  a hotel guest .

We had our Do Not Disturb sign on & they sent a little card each day under the door to remind us that we could request a cleaning at any time.

though and they charge a 500 cover charge.

But the hotel said that I have to pay additional charge for the child.

the hotel charges 2000 yen for breakfast if you dont have a package included, kids under 2 years old eat for free.

Although we had a minor hiccup during the check-in as we thought we bought a breakfast included package, they waived our international phone charges so we can check.

So you are left with a pricey Italian restaurant or the bar lounge next to it that has a cover charge.

We were pretty disappointed when we asked for some milk for tea and the front desk member of staff wanted to charge us for it.

but the convenient location at Fortefield makes it ideal for both first-timers and repeaters to Okinawa.

Efficient, friendly, with car park and taxis available, business like hotel near Heiwa market street and Kokusai shopping street and Makishi monorail station.

The view was lovely and the address is convenient as it is close to the markets.

First off, the location is fantastic – right in the heart of Naha, walking distance to Kokusai Street and all the bustling markets.

Just a stone's throw from Tsuboya pottery street, a very short walk from Kokusai-dori and Makishi market, and so many eateries within walking distance!

Service at its highest level.. Having a lot of years managing hotels and restaurants, the Hyatt in Naha level of service is top level.

The facilities are beautiful, the design is nice and the food is delicious.

I booked a time to relax with my wife, who is always in her prime.The reception, the bed in the room, it was wonderful and very satisfying than I imagined.

From this hotel, it is very convenient to take the train back to the Naha Airport station where you can also take the express bus to Churaumi Aquarium and Ashibina factory outlet.

Our stay at Mercure Okinawa Naha was a fantastic experience, thanks to its unbeatable location and the wonderful service we received.

The location was/is right next to the Yui Rail Tsubogawa station and a 24 hour family mart making it ideal, I was placed on a high floor and it was very quiet.

It was at a very good location near monorail and only few stops from airport.

If you need to rent a car, you can find the counter in the lobby.

Good location and appeared the best place to stay in Naha.Hotel near Tsubogawa Mono Rail station.Near a family mart and within less than 1 min.The OTS car rental counter just located in  the hotel robby.

It's right next to the monorail station and the car rental company is located inside the hotel so again, very convenient.

Everything close from convenience story to supermarket, to car rentals to parking facilities, etc.

You can even take the tram to the hotel and rent a car with OTS at the hotel.

It was very easy for us to take the rental car as OTS rental car company is located right inside the hotel at level 1.

Should you rent a car from OTS, then, you would be pleased to know that this is where you return the vehicle as well.

The staff were helpful and are multilingual, the hotel can also organise rental cars.

It's also very convenent to rent a car just right into the hotel.

The OTS Car Rental with a counter inside the hotel, if want to rental a car for the travel just arrange in the hotel lobby.

Also, we had our car rental here, which is really convenient.

Monuments of the city of Seoul are very convenient, there are many meals to eat nearby, there are also pubs, etc.

It has convenient transportation and many restaurant choices.

If you sign up as an Accor member at the front desk, you can get free drinks such as coffee, and a light meal is also served once.

There is a family mart next to the hotel and many restaurants are a shortwalking distance away.

Plus points for being thoughtful, giving guest free takeaway snacks/buns & bottled drinks for quick breakfast..All good except mattress & pillows too soft,

The breakfast buffets they arranged for our group every day were amazing - they were like breakfast, lunch and dinner rolled into one meal!

From hotel room to food service to assistance at the front desk, they were genuinely happy to help. Arigato!

The monorail was at our door step with lots of great restaurants walking distance.

There is a 24 hour family mart just beside the hotel.

We went here for lunch as part of a tour.

They have typical Okinawan foods as well as other choices.

Shakey restaurant for those who love pizza n western food.

Higashi-san from the restaurant was great!

That means the rooms are small by American standards and some may think the mattress is too firm.
