Staff are very helpful and attentive to their guest needs most especially in assisting with airport transfers.

More importantly for the traveler and returning ofw there is a near connecting bridge, from hotel to airport and vice versa.They also have a good wifi connection and complete facilities.

It’s the best place to stay if you’re visiting the airport and Newport Mall

Great hotel near terminal 3, All the staff is really friendly and helpful, Joshua at front desk is great,  room is super clean,  comfortable bed, and they also have room service,  I will recommend this hotel and I will come back

Affordable compared to the other hotels around it. Clean room and helpful staff, rooftop pool is also great :)

Walking distance to Newport World Resorts with a good variety of restaurants, cinemas.

The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with bar and it would have been great to spend more time there.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with a nice, clean room, beautiful rooftop pool and bar and a great view over the airport.

Roof top pool and bar with grill an excellent touch.

Bonus is they have a rooftop pool and beautiful views of the airport runway that the family especially children can enjoy.

I was also able to swim at the rooftop pool which is relaxing and has a nice sunset view.

My daughter enjoyed also swinming in their rooftop pool.

The amenities were great, I love the roof top pool with the sunset view, hopefully the bar will be open soon.

The rooftop pool bar is a fantastic place to enjoy the Manila sunset, drink on hand.

In addition, there is a nice rooftop pool and bar, which we used in the evening for a few drinks.

Lastly, we really enjoy our night swimming at the rooftop pool even if it's only until 10 pm.

Rooftop pool & bar allow you to sit outside with a view of the airport & city.

The swimming pool on the rooftop looked smaller than what I expected from looking at the pictures online.

The rooftop pool & bar had a wonderful view of Manila.

With fear of forgetting a name, the rooftop pool staff were fantastic, and the pool itself is absolutely perfect.!

Rooftop pool and bar are nice and a casual place to chill.

The room we checked into was very nice and neat—it did feel like a comfortable place to stay.

Especially, thanks to Sir Gilbert in 10th floor for his very good service in cleaning my room.

I also requested for a room massage service in the morning which is very good.

I also requested a birthday cake for my parents and room with a view.

but comfy, airconditioning not so good in my room though.

but give us room almost 4pm already, call up few times and even talked to manager for the room.

I would like to commend our room attendant "Gilbert" for doing the extra mile for all my requests.

Great staff especially at the pool and reception including door and bellmen service, great service throughout the hotel; great location next to the Runway Manila walkway; Amenities were above average.

Located at Resorts World Manila, it was very convenient to those traveler because you can only do a 5-minute walk from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 via Runway Manila.

Another excellent thing to note about Belmont is their footbridge called Runway Manila.

It is literally opposite NAIA Terminal 3, and is a few minutes walk to Runway Manila, which connects the Newport/Resorts World Manila area to Terminal 3.

We were given a corner roon overlooking Runway Manila.

You can simply walk from the Terminal to the hotel via the air-conditioned pedestrian bridge called Runway Manila.

Location - very convenient, just a short walk from NAIA Terminal 3 to the hotel, through Runway Manila.

Once we reached the food court we followed the signs for the Runway Manila Footbridge that crosses from the airport directly to the Belmont Hotel.

Hotel is an easy walk from Terminal 3 via the “Runway Manila” sky bridge.

Such small room with very poor air conditioner, tiny bathroom as well - only 1 person in br at a time.

The floor area of the bathroom was very small when compared to 4-star hotel standard.

Washroom was a bit tiny with a shade to bold windows, ‘twas funtastic!

but the room, toilet & bath is small for two.

but was quickly addressed properly,  bathroom is also very small

The breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied.

So much variety and the rib eye steak was tender and delicious.

This is our first time to try New World’s  buffet.

Very Good experience,  very accommodating,  delicious  food, nice ambiance,  very accommodating server.

The breakfast is great too and it’s suggested that you book the deals with breakfast inclusive of the meal.

The rooms are really nice and spacious, breakfast has outstanding selection and the team of the hotel is truly amazing .

I also have to add that the breakfast buffet was dismall and nowhere close to the different dishes that were served  prepandemic.

My family and I had an excellent lunch buffet at New World Makati Hotel.

The foods are delicious and I love how Neri and Jerica serve us.

It was our first time to dine out as a complete family, post-pandemic, and I have to say the buffet at New World didn’t disappoint!

The food selection was quite extensive  for the prize of the buffet.

Its nice that they have a lunch buffet during the weekends and fridays while most hotels don’t.

The service provided by the people that were at the Cafe 1228 buffet were of top-quality as they were extremely accommodating and nice, Kudos to the very kind servers Jowie and Deo.

me and my family are 2nd time to visit here , the food here are so delicious and the staff are nice specially Joy and Roma, i have bring my baby together, they offer for help and provide baby as well.

Everything was superb, the food was delicious and freshly made.

though because of the really old, faded carpet.

Carpet is worn out and dirty along with the walls.

The standard rooms need new carpet and more sound insulation as my neighbor’s morning call back to the office always woke me up.

Unfortunately the carpet didn't seem to be well-maintained and smelled like old carpet.

Its just that the carpet in the looks old.

The other thing didn’t like this time a part from “small bathtub” was cleanness particularly floor (carpet) in the room and toilet floor (I stayed 10 nights).

stained carpet is really disappointing and there were lots of them.

The carpets where and worn out and in serious need of replacement, as they were wearing and had steins on them in places.

The carpets when up vacuumed during our stay, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly and items where not replenished.

The carpet in my room looked like a crime scene.

The only downside I had was that I found that my room seemed a little dated and there was a stale smell in the carpet and sheets.

Maybe the carpets need to be chemically cleaned or replaced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family dinner here.

My family and I would like to thank you all very much.

It’s my dads birthday and she made sure he and the rest of the family was properly assisted.

It’s a first sight after a long time to see Cafe 1228 packed for a Friday night.

This is my 3rd time in Jasmine and I can officially say, that this is one of my fave restaurants.

Harbor shrimp, salted fish fried rice, efu noodles, among others.

And of course your management team Ms. Yhe, Ms. Anne all the cafe team was above what I had expected.

10/10 rating for the service,  the food was okay and generous
