I will definitely choose Belmont again if ever I needed a place to stay close to the airport.

It was a good stay, close to the airport and the price was great.

Almost perfect, walkable from the airport (terminal 3, international flight).

The hotel's location is very near the airport so it is very ideal for travellers like me.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with a nice, clean room, beautiful rooftop pool and bar and a great view over the airport.

Roof top pool and bar with grill an excellent touch.

Bonus is they have a rooftop pool and beautiful views of the airport runway that the family especially children can enjoy.

I was also able to swim at the rooftop pool which is relaxing and has a nice sunset view.

My daughter enjoyed also swinming in their rooftop pool.

The amenities were great, I love the roof top pool with the sunset view, hopefully the bar will be open soon.

The rooftop pool bar is a fantastic place to enjoy the Manila sunset, drink on hand.

In addition, there is a nice rooftop pool and bar, which we used in the evening for a few drinks.

Lastly, we really enjoy our night swimming at the rooftop pool even if it's only until 10 pm.

Rooftop pool & bar allow you to sit outside with a view of the airport & city.

The swimming pool on the rooftop looked smaller than what I expected from looking at the pictures online.

The rooftop pool & bar had a wonderful view of Manila.

With fear of forgetting a name, the rooftop pool staff were fantastic, and the pool itself is absolutely perfect.!

Room was clean and spacious and very suitable for an overnight stay.

Rooms cleaned every day, good breakfast just with noodles they were allowed go cold.

The hotel is right across the elevator from Runway Manila, which is part of the Manila International Airport Terminal 3.

Just right on the Runway Manila, straight to Terminal 3 airport.

Just right across the airport, only a short walk to the entrance of Runway Manila.

The hotel is very near to Runway Manila which is the convenient access to terminal 3.

Located at Resorts World Manila, it was very convenient to those traveler because you can only do a 5-minute walk from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 via Runway Manila.

Another excellent thing to note about Belmont is their footbridge called Runway Manila.

It is literally opposite NAIA Terminal 3, and is a few minutes walk to Runway Manila, which connects the Newport/Resorts World Manila area to Terminal 3.

We were given a corner roon overlooking Runway Manila.

You can simply walk from the Terminal to the hotel via the air-conditioned pedestrian bridge called Runway Manila.

Location - very convenient, just a short walk from NAIA Terminal 3 to the hotel, through Runway Manila.

Once we reached the food court we followed the signs for the Runway Manila Footbridge that crosses from the airport directly to the Belmont Hotel.

Hotel is an easy walk from Terminal 3 via the “Runway Manila” sky bridge.

Such small room with very poor air conditioner, tiny bathroom as well - only 1 person in br at a time.

The floor area of the bathroom was very small when compared to 4-star hotel standard.

Washroom was a bit tiny with a shade to bold windows, ‘twas funtastic!

but the room, toilet & bath is small for two.

but was quickly addressed properly,  bathroom is also very small

The bathroom was tiny and could only accommodate one person at a time.

The only fault I could find was the bathroom was very small and you had to step around the door to get in or out.

room materials quality - 3/5 (flooring is old, AC not working in living room, sofa a bit broken) , that was 1BR+ living room suite, heard they have better rooms

The air conditioner is old and was not cooling the room properly.

I was not really a fan of OJ's in the morning,

For example, the heater in our first room was a little wacky.

We had to ask for extra toiletries, the AC needed to be checked, there was a small roach that came out on the desk when we opened the directory and the torch wasn't working,

One time my AC was leaking so I asked for the service and they came in immediately and fixed it.

Air conditioner keeps  dripping in the room.

but well and behold no fan was provided to ease the heat.

Water heater was not working and we had to call maintenance to reset the breaker, parking facilities are always full, buffet area was full.

but some of the fixture, like the air conditioner, look a bit old.

I needed some air-con servicing and the staff immediately came to fix the problem.

Very old facility, you will find: water-dripping air conditioner, limited choice of breakfast, long waiting time to access to escalator, weird house keeping(no trash collection, no change to towel, ask for house keeping at 8am ok weekends, no house keeping until after 6pm on weekdays), water blocked sink.

AC make good noise and make difficult to sleep

I believe the room I was in (809) was leaking from the air conditioning

I'm not sure if the air conditioner on my floor is down,

Had one incident that their internal IT had block my MAC address of my mobile phone as been switching between their guest WIFI and staff access due to my WIFI issues in the room.

Although there were minor things we had to complain like water heater and AC

Very disappointed .. Rood no aircon.. transfered to another room .. no heater and no shower head so need to call their technician to fix .

but tea bags not replaced, also had to phone in the evening for toilet paper.

Room needs improvement, t&b doorknob broken, sink cracked plus there were strange noises on the walls, ceiling like random objects dropping.

Housekeeping was horrible, never left bath towels after making up room.

Our toilet flush and bidet were not working

Was not able to enjoy the amenities though,

Just minor observations with regards to bidet (high water pressure), hot shower was not functioning well, coffee creamer is not good 🥲

The bidet was kinda hurting our hand, the pressure was too much to handle.

The bidet was too strong that it hurts while using.

improve cleanliness in the rooms and toilets.

The toilet is getting yelllowish as no one is cleaning it.

but the drawback is that the water from the shower room leak into the floor of the toilet, which made it wet and not so comfortable to use.

There was a musty smell in the bathroom and because they were "full" the day we arrived, we got transferred the next day. DISGUSTING.

We got fed up that on our last visit , we just didn’t bother using the consumables 
And sadly, didn’t come back again to use our left over vouchers either 

The toilets by the pool needs updating.

A lot of missing toiletries (toothbrush, shaver, vanity, etc) and considering we're a couple, it should be assumed these items should be for 2.

With regard to room fully equipped with all amenities and suggest to keep tea bags.

Of course, all the elevators were full and one wasn't working.

- there were stains on the sofa, bed cover linen
- elevators were incredibly slow
- walls were very thin, you can hear guests from another floor from the bathroom walls
- room service for desserts took them more than 30 minutes

If there’s one complaint, it’s the lifts.

The lifts are a nightmare (they need reprogramming) and staff using the guest lifts adds to the delays.

The elevator is quite busy during our stay because its holiday.

The mixed used lifts are a hussle difficult to get to the common floor due to lifts limitations.

The elevators are also too slow to serve that many floors, and I have to wait for at least 2 to 3 turns to get in just to get to the ground floor.

but I start to feel the stickiness sit in when waiting for the elevator.

And sometimes you have to wait forever for the elevator, the front area of the elevator was already wet.

But it was very inconvenient fot the elevator.

Only 2 elevators were usable and both were faulty.

Its just very frustrating while using the elevators.

Dirty floor, flies and mosquitos, dirty bedsheet and very confusing breakfast elevator!!!

The service boy, Ra Rick did a great job to keep my room clean for few times weekly.

We really enjoyed our short stay at The Canary, we loved the food the Kbbq, also we have pool access that my kids loved it so much.

And there's a place for my Nephews and they're playing when we eat (adults 😅) 

And most of all so welcoming the crew specially 
Sir Zaine, Jep and Chel.

Pool has a very relaxing lukewarm water, perfect for kids and seniors alike.

always felt very welcome even with little kids, staff are extra accommodating.

He would ensure that we have a table ready and the kids would be able to eat as well.

A small play area is also setup near the dining area, perfect for my toddler while we are still finishing up with our meal.

It was my youngest son's first staycation since the pandemic.

Also a great place for kids with special needs ☺️ hope we could come back for another staycation if the situation allows us to do so

There was also a play area so our kid didnt get bored.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating and my toddler enjoyed greeting them everyday.

All their staff are accomodating most especially to the boys of the housekeeping department as follows.

The room is always clean, tidy and comfortable because of you hard working boys.

It was a dinner time with my co-worker and  we met this very kind house keeping boy named Efren Marquina.

We booked a 1 bedroom King suite on Agoda.com which includes a king bed, separate living area (where we put the kid and could close the bedroom door) with a pull out sofa, kitchenette with microwave (used it to sterilize bottles) and a bathroom with "working" hot water.

thank you to ALL buffet staff, specially to  Sir Carlos, who was patiently assisting my kids and asking for our needs 😍.

Our family celebrated the thirteenth bday of our son Gab in F1 All Day Dining the food was sumptous!

This is something they might want to look into - soundproofing that area.

We work until 11PM so tecnically we are still snoring early morning time.

When going to different places within BGC, walking is a better alternative to riding a taxi or a car, which might get you stuck in traffic jam.

But pls make a way to fix the curtain to place the entire window to avoid peep from the other bldg.

but used the pool for the  day only 

Cons : not sure why people rave about the staff or service 
It was hard to get hold of them during our 2 visits 
It was during Christmas week and it was relatively quiet but the staff are nowhere to be found .

though they need more soundproofing specially when neighbors are noisy.

The  zircon is working properly without the annoying sound.

Breakfast is a stressful experience like a zoo at feeding time, very disorganised and noisy.

The location is just too convenient as in the very heart of the BGC, 
Airport is also near and you don't risk to remain stuck in the madness of the traffic for hours and miss your flight.

Due to the traffic I arrived a few hours early at F1.

Given the heat and noise level that comes in from the outside, this isn't acceptable.

The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and noise disturbances are nonexistent while sleeping.

Also, the room's soundproofing was okay, unlike some of the hotels we've been to, you could hear the hallway and the next room.

I was just quite disturbed by a supervisor’s loud reprimanding voice, Don, correcting his service staff right in front of his guests.

Even when we forgot to press the clean up room

Cleanliness of the room was well maintained and pleasantly fragrant during our stay in the room so far.

The room is clean,complete,large,comfortable and fresh.

RA JEFF always greet us whenever they see us and keep our room clean everyday.
