The breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied.

So much variety and the rib eye steak was tender and delicious.

This is our first time to try New World’s  buffet.

Very Good experience,  very accommodating,  delicious  food, nice ambiance,  very accommodating server.

The breakfast is great too and it’s suggested that you book the deals with breakfast inclusive of the meal.

I wanted to get know the local delicacy of Philipine and Gaizel gave me a brief tour of local foods at the breakfast buffet.

I just want to say thank you to  SiR MARK, Sir JOMARI and Miss Lanie for being so attentive to us while having our breakfast.

The rooms are really nice and spacious, breakfast has outstanding selection and the team of the hotel is truly amazing .

I also have to add that the breakfast buffet was dismall and nowhere close to the different dishes that were served  prepandemic.

My family and I had an excellent lunch buffet at New World Makati Hotel.

The foods are delicious and I love how Neri and Jerica serve us.

It was our first time to dine out as a complete family, post-pandemic, and I have to say the buffet at New World didn’t disappoint!

The food selection was quite extensive  for the prize of the buffet.

Its nice that they have a lunch buffet during the weekends and fridays while most hotels don’t.

The service provided by the people that were at the Cafe 1228 buffet were of top-quality as they were extremely accommodating and nice, Kudos to the very kind servers Jowie and Deo.

Carpet is worn out and dirty along with the walls.

The standard rooms need new carpet and more sound insulation as my neighbor’s morning call back to the office always woke me up.

Unfortunately the carpet didn't seem to be well-maintained and smelled like old carpet.

Its just that the carpet in the looks old.

The other thing didn’t like this time a part from “small bathtub” was cleanness particularly floor (carpet) in the room and toilet floor (I stayed 10 nights).

stained carpet is really disappointing and there were lots of them.

The carpets where and worn out and in serious need of replacement, as they were wearing and had steins on them in places.

The carpets when up vacuumed during our stay, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly and items where not replenished.

The carpet in my room looked like a crime scene.

The only downside I had was that I found that my room seemed a little dated and there was a stale smell in the carpet and sheets.

Maybe the carpets need to be chemically cleaned or replaced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family dinner here.

My family and I would like to thank you all very much.

I will definitely choose Belmont again if ever I needed a place to stay close to the airport.

It was a good stay, close to the airport and the price was great.

Almost perfect, walkable from the airport (terminal 3, international flight).

The hotel's location is very near the airport so it is very ideal for travellers like me.

Highly recommend this if you wanted the most convenient hotel near the airport.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with a nice, clean room, beautiful rooftop pool and bar and a great view over the airport.

Roof top pool and bar with grill an excellent touch.

Bonus is they have a rooftop pool and beautiful views of the airport runway that the family especially children can enjoy.

I was also able to swim at the rooftop pool which is relaxing and has a nice sunset view.

My daughter enjoyed also swinming in their rooftop pool.

The amenities were great, I love the roof top pool with the sunset view, hopefully the bar will be open soon.

The rooftop pool bar is a fantastic place to enjoy the Manila sunset, drink on hand.

In addition, there is a nice rooftop pool and bar, which we used in the evening for a few drinks.

Lastly, we really enjoy our night swimming at the rooftop pool even if it's only until 10 pm.

Rooftop pool & bar allow you to sit outside with a view of the airport & city.

The swimming pool on the rooftop looked smaller than what I expected from looking at the pictures online.

The rooftop pool & bar had a wonderful view of Manila.

With fear of forgetting a name, the rooftop pool staff were fantastic, and the pool itself is absolutely perfect.!

Best location for travelers because of Runway Manila air bridge to NAIA Terminal 3.

Great staff especially at the pool and reception including door and bellmen service, great service throughout the hotel; great location next to the Runway Manila walkway; Amenities were above average.

It’s literally a 1 minute walk from the exit of Runway manila.

Its location was perfect as it was just across Runway Manila that will take you to T3 in no time.

The hotel is right across the elevator from Runway Manila, which is part of the Manila International Airport Terminal 3.

Just right on the Runway Manila, straight to Terminal 3 airport.

Just right across the airport, only a short walk to the entrance of Runway Manila.

The hotel is very near to Runway Manila which is the convenient access to terminal 3.

Located at Resorts World Manila, it was very convenient to those traveler because you can only do a 5-minute walk from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 via Runway Manila.

Another excellent thing to note about Belmont is their footbridge called Runway Manila.

It is literally opposite NAIA Terminal 3, and is a few minutes walk to Runway Manila, which connects the Newport/Resorts World Manila area to Terminal 3.

We were given a corner roon overlooking Runway Manila.

You can simply walk from the Terminal to the hotel via the air-conditioned pedestrian bridge called Runway Manila.

Location - very convenient, just a short walk from NAIA Terminal 3 to the hotel, through Runway Manila.

Once we reached the food court we followed the signs for the Runway Manila Footbridge that crosses from the airport directly to the Belmont Hotel.

Hotel is an easy walk from Terminal 3 via the “Runway Manila” sky bridge.

Such small room with very poor air conditioner, tiny bathroom as well - only 1 person in br at a time.

The floor area of the bathroom was very small when compared to 4-star hotel standard.

Washroom was a bit tiny with a shade to bold windows, ‘twas funtastic!

but the room, toilet & bath is small for two.

but was quickly addressed properly,  bathroom is also very small

The customer service was superb and breakfast was great as well!

This is the only hotel in BGC that is super accessible that has an affordability price range with awesome buffet and clean sanitized sealed rooms.

Room was wonderful, plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet, to cater for most people.

Good quality and selection of food for breakfast and the location is prime if you like the BGC.

In conclusion, I would give a terrible rating to the hotel in terms of rooms and breakfast on offer (the only decent thing is the location),

But the breakfast buffet was REALLY GOOD!

We were attended to greatly during breakfast buffet, gym time, basically every second of the stay!

If you're looking for somewhere to stay in BGC, Seda is definitely recommended as it is located at the heart of the city.

SEDA BGC is strategically located within the heart of Bonifacio Global City so whether you're staying due to business or leisure with family and friends, is a top choice among its competition.

There's no better place to experience the best shopping and dining in the Philippines than in Bonifacio Gobal City (BGC), and there's is no better hotel to stay in while in BGC than Seda BGC.

A nice choice hotel when you need to stay in Taguig City.

Location is excellent, as it is right next to the high street and core of the city, and in 5-8 minutes walking distance to malls as well as various eateries in Serendra.

but the hotel should do a little bit more better with the WIFI because it is not fast enough for the international calls.

I had to call twice and go outside the lobby and wait for a cleaning cart to pass by to get the shaving kit, probably took around 30mins in total for me to get a shaving kit.

We had an extra bed delivered to our room, it was just left outside and when we called to get help in setting it up no one would answer the phone.

The walls are wafer-thin and you can hear your neighbours snoring or talking on the phone.

You can hear people doing a conferencing calls and taking a bath in an adjacent room.

but the service for housekeeping was not great, and some requests went unanswered and we never received the items we  requested

I’ve sent three emails on this and followed up with a call, there was still no reverts.

Another thing that I didn’t like was the in-room dining service as it took so much time for them to bring our food I remembered ordering a snack at 10PM and they sent it at almost midnight after 1 follow up call.

Housekeeping services was a disappointment.. we had to call them 3-4x until they delivered our request.

but, five days later, connection speed was slow and intermittent across all devices, making it impossible to do Zoom calls or stream video.

The only thing that I would call out is the check in.

Call the operator to reserve in swimming pool due to limited number of guest to swim during the pandemic.

The assist we asked for just entered our room without ringing the doorbell.

Realized after check out, I call them again and hotel said, there was no any stuff behind so.

It takes 2-3 calls before issue is resolved.
