Breakfast was a big spread with good hospitality,
Specifically by “father” who was incharge of the breakfast restaurant,

Keep it up grand Hyatt Mumbai , will definitely visit again

Thought there morning chef & team for breakfast & lunch are awesome very supportive & there dining manager named Mr Sayandeb was also nice …

But my two days experience with my 7 month kids was not good due to there evening staff of restaurant/ in room dining / house keeping

We requested for a Jain food and the restaurant manager Faizan & his team were kind enough to prepare it beyond the set buffet dinner menu.

The buffet spread was really good and the food was scrumptious.

Very friendly staff, great ambiance good food and their pancakes and waffles are to die for 😀 
I have been visiting this property for over a decade now and the interiors are still very crisp and rejuvenating.

The buffet and breakfast at the restaurants has a good spread,  lot of options Overall  the stay was good and I  will definitely visit again.

The room was spacious and clean, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and professional too.

but this time he would provide a lavish breakfast and dinner for us.

Making delicious food and we are totally stuffed with the love.

The Staff, especially Mr Manas Naik did a fantastic job f helping us through and through , and their service made me and my Family feel special with complimentary food.The room I stayed at(#5148) was amazing with incredulous view of the city and lavish bathrooms.would highly reco eating at the Soma and Celine for amazing dinner and Breakfast !

From Check in time to changing the rooms and also Buffet Dinner and Breakfast all was very good and up to the mark.Staff are very cooperative and helpful.

but I should say that this is of the  best property I have stayed in Shrutika from reception gives you the best service during  your stay she makes sure that all your requests are taken care and most important thing is the genuine care for the guest which is rare in any of the staff shrutika is one of that kindest person and always a smiling face..

I felt really good .. everything was taken care of and the fact that Agnel was taking care of each n every table to make sure they have a pleasant morning.

From sreyansh who helped us check in smoothly and find the right room to Nishad, Nadeem who made sure each of the breakfasts at their lavish buffet had a special touch and Vaibhav/Rohit who helped us keep the rooms tidy - each of them took specific care to make sure we were comfortable and pampered.

He made sure our food arrived on time, took atmost care of our food preferences especially because we were travelling with kids.

And a special mention to Head Chef Nishad who took care of us every morning.

The staff Chef Nishad, Mr Agnel  & Ms Benaz took special care of our needs .

Ambience of the restaurant was great, perfect privacy for each table, all covid norms were taken care of.

Right from the time we checked into the hotel we were well taken care of.

Especially Dhruvit who always was there to serve me the best and took care about everything I needed.

From going out of the way to making me feel so special by making pasta for me on a special request, to taking care of me by sending bowl full of fruits when i was unwell, i cant thank him enough.

very efficient, friendly and favourite restaurants to boast- yummy DimSums @China House and Tiramisu@ Cellini.

the Shivam is very friendly and also asked whether we want some more or anything else we would like to have.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

Room was nice and spacious, the daily buffet was nice and the staff were welcoming and friendly

The most friendly staff and they upgraded us plus had a cake in our room because we were celebrating our anniversary.

The check in was smooth staff super friendly all was top notch and best meals I’ve had in a while the best part was at the breakfast Chef Nishad and his team surprised us with an amazing breakfast and a small cake for our friend who was leaving for the states the staff was very warm courteous and adjusting through our catering to our specific needs always been a Hyatt loyalist across multiple cities !

The staff is very caring and friendly beyond expectations.

The service from reception, laundary, housekeeping , and  restuarant team are very friendly and needy.

At the breakfast too, the extremely friendly staff, led by 'Father' Angel, wished us with a special platter for our anniversary.

All the staff were very professional and friendly.

Chef Nishad & Agnel Desouza were really friendly.

I did not expect that it would be so wonderful, starting with the Check in, we were a bit late as per our conversation on the phone call, there we met two young and very talented members of the team namely AYUSHI and AFFAN who helped us in our check in process.

but no one picked up the call for 30 mins straight.

but everytime I was told that someone from the reservation team will call up which did not happen.

Il will call him again if i need something.

I had to call the hotel nearly10 odd times throughout the booking and to even receive the final bill.

I hear that the management was changed earlier this year, and I presume that has to do with this dramatic changes: took hours and numerous calls to get simple things done (e.g.

In general I feel the team needs more training on telephone etiquette- calls go unanswered many times, calls get transferred I’m kept on wait and no answer on the other end either.

but don’t miss to call the hotel front desk for reservation before you book online .

After several calls to the guest services, they finally changed my room to a higher floor.

The phone faculty from room is appalling and the dots between room service and house keeping don’t connect and everything keeps lying outside the room forever.

And yes I used my phone as a digital key as well for a change.

Too many follow up over calls not a good attitude with staff of asked to clean table after meal.

1     very bad service not as per 5star staff also give wrong commitment  for service call from check in to till night

We had to call housekeeping n number of times to get one thing.

The ac in one of our rooms was too chilled and even after calling for the technician it was the same.

It had to call the front desk 4 times to get a repellant which came after 30 minutes.

After calling them then to they were not coming to the table.

The stay was extremely disappointing, the ac in the room was not working and after a couple of complain calls, they asked me to move to a different room at 12.05 am.

We’re not infrequent visitors to Grand Hyatt (GH as we like to call it).

the service is very very poor, for water we have to wait 1 hour and repeated calls , food better get it from outside and eat .

Overall this hotel has a very poor customer service and mostly incompetent staff.

however, it became a mediocre hotel that has poor quality service and facilities.

Poor reception, long wait, no warmth, average food, poor housekeeping, kept with Quarintine without information,  the food plates were kept outside the room for more than 12 hours, it wasn’t like a five starHotel at all

The service at the restaurant is quite poor.

The team is unable to handle making the service poor.

Extremely poor service not ethics housekeeping was worse of all.

We had a one year old child with us even after mentioning for a cradle in my email we had to wait for more than an hour and the poor baby had to suffer.

Very poor house keeping and maintainance .

But I had poor and unpleasant experience.

I was shocked to experience such poor levels of service and indifferent attitude of the staff at a Hyatt property.

We could not enjoy at all as kids schedule was affected due to very poor management of allocating rooms and had to do in room dining ( we could have done swiggy if it was for food ) worst experience by far.

I certainly did not expect this kind of poor and low quality service from an international hotel chain.

The internet is very very poor and keeps dropping off.

A poor experience, which seems to be getting worse with every visit.

however the service is very poor due to slow service and check in took too long.

.have very poor experience in handling its guests.

Everything from Indian continental oriental atn the breakfast counters.. the staff polite professional and prompt.

Nice and polite gym trainer nilesh  and the equipments were also in good condition the gym was clean my father back pain was also resolved by the gym trainer the environment of the gym was also peaceful and i good had a good time here

Right from the chekin till we checked out that includes staff from the front desk housekeeping,F and B service and kitchen and the concierge service were excellent with what they did as they exceeded our expectations.

Excellent gym environment and gym instructor Sachin is very knowledgable  polite with excellent advice for gym training .

and Mr.noheed ,vaibhav, abhedh and dhruvit was very helpful and fulfilled all our needs.

HOusing a couple of restaurants and amenities like gym, spa and swimming pool in their basement, I had a great experience.

Everything was seamless and hospitality was excellent and the entire team has been very accommodative to our never ending last minute requests.

Wonderful service and hospitality by Nikhil Aarya, Dhruvit and Deepak who’s always energetic and eager to serve.

Waiting for your room even till 2 pm is not really a good experience.

I had booked all the 3 from ITC website from my membership account and given entire details of my credit card even CVV no.

My room request is always taken into account and I am given my preferred room every time I check in to the hotel.

The last issue with this hotel came when I was shorted 1 night credit to my Marriott Bonvoy account.

On the account of our wedding anniversary, a cake was arranged and the day was made even more special.

When checking out I noticed that they had charged someone else's meal to my account.

14 Feb we stayed in ITC GRAND CENTRAL MUMBAI , Your Guest relation executive  Rani chhari is superbly efficient and very friendly.

Special mention  to Mitul from guest relations is very kind and helpful and she made sure that my stay was comfortable.

Would specially like to mention the name of Guest Relation officer Kajol Haldankar who made my check in experience a delight.

The front desk, concierge staff and guest relations were all extrememly helpful at all times ensuring our visit in Mumbai was memorable.

In the end I told her that I was not accepting this room and she had to change which she responds ok!

Coughing, I called the Reception to change my room.

The food was amazing and the staff is amazing.

PR managed Dristi Hatimuria warmly welcomed us, while Chef Vedant - who had prepared all the dishes explained each dish and explained how they had followed all fasting norms (using sendha namak etc) in the making of the food.

This is humiliating for me unfortunately I had canceled my taj land end booking in the yesterday morning before arriving to Mumbai and they have such an attitude.

Nandini from lobby assisted me really well with my confusion.
