Chef experiments with new recipes, today I had beetroot taco served by Shivani it was yummy.

Really clean, good service, large breakfast.

Good breakfast and especially when I was leaving at 5.00 am in the morning they packed sandwiches, this was business trip will connect with sales for future reservation that will help my company team

Shubham's breakfast service is very good.

Breakfast service attended by Mr. Shubham , Bulbuli, Hussein, Prasad, Sujay will make sure you to have a very good start  day work or just prepare for a tour in the city.

Latasha and the whole team provide cheerful and friendly service at breakfast at Four Points Marriott in Vashi.

Breakfast spread was good an location wise property is well connected an convenient in regards to entertainment.

But the dinner buffet is short of expectations and the quality is not worth the price you pay for.

Enjoyed my Stay (12 nights) @ Four Points,  wonderful service overall ,  you can start your day from the breakfast service, where Latsha was of greet help, provide all the help , great list of menu to select with.

Facilities are world class from the restaurant, gym to the spa

I’ve been travelling for work and have been frequently using this hotel, the staff are brilliant and all the facilities are very clean and well maintained, lots of our colleagues use this hotel and everyone has always been very happy - especially Akshata and Rohan from the housekeeping team

The fitness centre, the good food and the friendly staff made the stay memorable.

The hotel is well equipped with world class infra and the rooms are spacious giving a perfect example of luxurious staycation.

I went to the Gym every single day and was greeted by the ever helpful and amazingly fit Leo Gonsalves and Alok Yadav who assisted me proactively during the workout.

Other amenities, such as the gym and pool, were a great place to be whenever you wanted to cool down.

I recommend my family and friends to stay here as it has good facilities and location

Support extended for Housekeeping by Suraj and Manisha Ankita at Front desk worth mentioning.Goid bar and restaurant with swimming pool gym.

My stay was superb, special thanks to Mr Nilesh from reservation,front office and house keeping staff.Breakfast was too good with variety of items.Hotel is close to Inorbit mall.Rooms are specious.Gym is also well equipped.

Recently had to stay at Four Points Vashi due to office work.Would like to all the staff from doorman,housekeeping and especially dining staff for taking good care of my needs.special thanks to miss Sonal and Vibina from dining.Even in this tough times of corona their chef prepared  wonderful delicious meals which kept the guests happy and cheerful .

Whilst I understand mistakes happen, it is completely unacceptable to me that I have not received a refund for these charges despite reporting them 8 days ago.

this was something totally unacceptable.Though we understand that mistakes can happen,however this was something which was shocking coz it was related to privacy.

Being a platinum member of marriott i would recommend all not to book this hotel and don't even eat here by mistake.

I was insulted: since it was their mistake, the right thing would have been to honor the original price, and the original room quality, and to do so immediately, not after 10 minutes.

though later they accepted their mistake and changed it.

From keeping surprise toys , coloring books for kids, keeping our rooms emasculate.

I booked my stay for one night and got upgraded to the suite room.

Service was also quite good and Nilesh helped us get the reservation done quickly with a good deal.

I have visited in month of June my overall stay was wonderful all team members are so friendly and supportive..special thanks to Mr. Nilesh from reservations for such a great deal.

I was traveling with my family and had booked 3 rooms, to my surprise all the 3 rooms was upgraded to a suite and we all had a wonderful time.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that a bookmark had been left by the hotel staff next to the book that I was reading.

Nowhere during the booking experience will you be told about this restriction and you don’t get what you had paid for.

Right from making a booking over the Mariott Bonvoy app to getting an upgrade on checking in, everything fell in line & I could feel positive vibes from the staff members (Payal at the reception desk).

From the process of booking ,uptill our departure from the hotel, the entire arrangement was done in a very methodical and flawless manner.

Decided to book my stay for the Diwali week of 2021 at Sheraton and loved the room !!!

Prior reservation would b a must as it was full house yesterday and today as well .

I have a very good  experience since I book it, Sameer from reservation was very helpful, as I wanted early check-in which he assured that will be done.

The food was pretty good even the continental dishes were up to the mark.

The most beautiful thing that I liked was breakfast.

Starting from serving us the delicious lunch followed by special buffet and superb .

Breakfast is scrumptious with ample varieties in American and India cuisines.

Morning breakfast was excellent, staff behaviour was also good,

The buffet breakfast was good with full of options.

Buffet breakfast is offered at the restaurant.

The dinner, lunch and breakfast was good.

They have buffet for breakfast which is good.

Morning breakfast is included in the bill.

I have been frequent visitor to Country Inn for past 10 yrs & prefers doing breakfast.

Only complaint was the Swimming Pool which was freezing cold in the mornings as well as in the evenings - some kind of heating would help.

The water was cold, the surrounding were not clean and the water had a lot of leaves on it.

All the food was cold and there was no place to sit.

although very cold even in January during our visit.

Suddenly you get sprayed with cold water from somewhere :-) Some labelling/instructions would help

A/c are very strong and keep room too cold during night even at high temp.

but I am not a smoker and I hate rooms that smell after cold smoke.

The room is spaceous and the aircon is cold.

It covers the entire shower and you need to stand under the cold water whilst waiting for water to heat up.

At the time of check out not provided proper invoice and refund is still pending even after 10 days.

I felt the materials used were old, if it is 4 star property and you are charging accordingly you should be much better.

Best part is they don't charge anything on booking, one need to pay at the hotel at checkin.

Faced issue with access card - was not working one time and needs to be replaced.

The restaurant staff certainly deserve improvement, most of the times they don't know what to do and they seem more busy at the billing computer or just talking to each other.

When I asked the front desk rep on duty to give me the card/number of the general manager, he refused and instead gave me the duty manager's card - which I knew was of no use since complaining to the duty manager about the hotel's negligence would have had absolutely no effect.

but could have been done better I think for the amount charged.

I forgot to carry my own plug to charge my laptop as it has US style pin.

But the responsiveness of the staff for a genuine problem of my colleague from USA who did not even land in India owing to his visa issue was extremely unprofessional and i was charged for all the four days

Hotel staff charged me twice for same expense and even after informing did not give me the correct bill.

Horrible service, unpleasant staff, no ownership by staff, no supervisor on floor, lunch got over during buffet lunch for guest and for 20mins guest were waiting for food, dine in was denied.. billing was done and then we left and they called later to say payment is pending.. horrible

I was charged nearly triple what I had agreed to pay, and despite working with the staff was unable to get this resolved.

I now have to deal with the corporate offices, and if they do not resolve this issue, I will have to deal with my credit card company.

A second example of this gap was when we were later charged more than what Priya had confirmed, leading to wasting more time.

but staff always make it more than 1 day even u stay 1 hrs more they charge 1,1/2 day.

though i had booked my guest in a package which includes the dinner, my guest was charged dinner rates extra.

She had even told me to bring Club Carlson card so that I get discount on F&B which I found was true

I had serious complications with my business travel arrangements--dates, passport, visa and flights had to be arranged in four days.

I have been in this hotel at least 10 times so I can say that its really a cozy place.

The food, ambience, service were all top notch.

An excellent location in our trip from Ahmedabd to Navi mumbai.

The hotel is well located and easy to reach.

Please buy new linens and towels they are old, stained and smelly and have some room freshener.

At 11:30 pm midnight after coming back from a hectic day, i could smell my room AC was sucking very strong smoke all around and when I complaint to the front desk they simply sent the maintenance to spray perfume.

I had booked a non-smoking double room(single bed) when we arrived at 1:00 am in the night, they offered us a smoking room.

He assured me that it was a non-smoking room and that the smell was probably coming from the 9th floor.

*I had preferred "Non Smoking" room while reserving; But, the receptionist had allotted me a smoking room; It was quite suffocating and they changed the room on request; 

*Gym has only 3 equipment s; 2 of them are not in working condition; Couple of days, I had to wait until other person is done with using thread-mill.

Finally, on our insistence, we were allotted a non smoking room.

So if one is smoker then no problem with smoking room otherwise it will be difficult for him/her in that room.

It is not acceptable to force a non-smoker to stay in smoking room.

We had asked for a smoking room and the room did not have a balcony or even a window that could be opened.

My room was a little musty due to some mold.

I am surprised to see quality of room in 10000 per night ,No services were offered,every time I have to struggle to find the information.bathrooms were not upto the mark and basically i am not getting the room what is shown in website and not informed of any service like swimming room,GYM,Spa etc

Very courteous and friendly staff, seafood is the speciality, frequent upgrades to returning members, massage chairs and SPA are addictions.

Covid nobs was follow in all area of hotel.

It was my daughter roka ceremony which was done at coffeescape restaurant private dine area for 25people, we got really good service from staff from start till end, food was also good with good service.

Room are really huge and clean, where as area around is very quite and peaceful, comfortable and outstanding.

Surrounding area is calm and quite neat easy approach .

The reception area is really grand and very welcoming.

I was new to this mbp area and wanted a hotel so found this hotel inside MBP area, I did booking online and got attractive price, so my budget was in order.

but they have nice greenery surrounding all over, even at pool area they kept it clean during rainy season as well.

All the rooms are Non-Smoking; However, Smoking area is available for in house guests.

We had our conpany meeting at ramada banquet hall, hall are really big they do have open space as well and smoking area for smokers, food is  delicious as we had our breakfast in coffeesacpe resturant, and even they arrange good lunch and high tea for us in munbai style which we all enjoyed it in this monsoon season.

My weekend had been very clam and relaxing, as hotel is inside from highway area so hardly u hear car or traveling vehicle noise, they had really g8 buffet & Sunday brunch which had lots of choices to spoil for, good equipped gym & clean swimming pool as well.

I had 2night stay with Ramada, will say stay was really wonderful, room were huge neat & kept clean all the time even lobby area & restaurants.

Stay was really comfortable, food was amazing in both restaurant, and  property was very well maintained  specially lobby area & rooms were clean & tidy, they had well mannered staff with amazing professional attitude toward guest And added bonus was pleasing smile always in every corner.

In ramada for business trip were i must say it was well organized with buffet lunch in coffeescape restaurant they had very lavish spread & i heard they are gonna start brunch in coming sunday as they uploaded the banner in lobby area was was quite appealing for family, i guess i will plan family trip sooner on sunday.

Solo trip as i had some personal  work at navi Mumbai  area i saw reviews and book on line were i got best rate was good in my budget, will say hotel stay was really pleasant n relaxing, food was awesome  so dis the breakfast  as they had a really best long spread, were u are spolied for various choice , service was great, staff were way to gud to impress you by all means.

If I'm in navi mumbai  will book my stay in Ramada only as surrounding  area was quite good in heart of nature.

food was nice,buffet was lavish,pool was clean,rooms was spacious,near by area was also quite and calm..thank u team Ramada,will surely visit again
