One more stay at Hyatt best hospitality we were early in the morning they gave as early check as a complimentary all was very good in afternoon they gave as fruit platter as a gesture it was very good breakfast in the morning was delicious spa was very good  sauna steam was very good all was excellent definitely visit again

very efficient, friendly and favourite restaurants to boast- yummy DimSums @China House and Tiramisu@ Cellini.

Everything from Indian continental oriental atn the breakfast counters.. the staff polite professional and prompt.

The rooms are very confortables and clean, the breakfast very nice.

The food is amazing specially breakfast large no.

The buffet layout is terrific and the chefs do a terrific job.

Then my all time favourite people me being one of them THE CHEF'S, here first we me Chef Rohit who was the incharge for the outlet, he guided us through the buffet.

Cake was really delicious, it melted in the mouth as having the first bite. 2.

Thought there morning chef & team for breakfast & lunch are awesome very supportive & there dining manager named Mr Sayandeb was also nice …

But my two days experience with my 7 month kids was not good due to there evening staff of restaurant/ in room dining / house keeping

Every day our orders at breakfast were very standard and repetitive,

We requested for a Jain food and the restaurant manager Faizan & his team were kind enough to prepare it beyond the set buffet dinner menu.

The buffet spread was really good and the food was scrumptious.

Very friendly staff, great ambiance good food and their pancakes and waffles are to die for 😀 
I have been visiting this property for over a decade now and the interiors are still very crisp and rejuvenating.

The buffet and breakfast at the restaurants has a good spread,  lot of options Overall  the stay was good and I  will definitely visit again.

The room was spacious and clean, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and professional too.

but I should say that this is of the  best property I have stayed in Shrutika from reception gives you the best service during  your stay she makes sure that all your requests are taken care and most important thing is the genuine care for the guest which is rare in any of the staff shrutika is one of that kindest person and always a smiling face..

I felt really good .. everything was taken care of and the fact that Agnel was taking care of each n every table to make sure they have a pleasant morning.

From sreyansh who helped us check in smoothly and find the right room to Nishad, Nadeem who made sure each of the breakfasts at their lavish buffet had a special touch and Vaibhav/Rohit who helped us keep the rooms tidy - each of them took specific care to make sure we were comfortable and pampered.

He made sure our food arrived on time, took atmost care of our food preferences especially because we were travelling with kids.

And a special mention to Head Chef Nishad who took care of us every morning.

The staff Chef Nishad, Mr Agnel  & Ms Benaz took special care of our needs .

Ambience of the restaurant was great, perfect privacy for each table, all covid norms were taken care of.

Right from the time we checked into the hotel we were well taken care of.

Especially Dhruvit who always was there to serve me the best and took care about everything I needed.

From going out of the way to making me feel so special by making pasta for me on a special request, to taking care of me by sending bowl full of fruits when i was unwell, i cant thank him enough.

I did not expect that it would be so wonderful, starting with the Check in, we were a bit late as per our conversation on the phone call, there we met two young and very talented members of the team namely AYUSHI and AFFAN who helped us in our check in process.

but no one picked up the call for 30 mins straight.

but everytime I was told that someone from the reservation team will call up which did not happen.

Il will call him again if i need something.

I had to call the hotel nearly10 odd times throughout the booking and to even receive the final bill.

I hear that the management was changed earlier this year, and I presume that has to do with this dramatic changes: took hours and numerous calls to get simple things done (e.g.

In general I feel the team needs more training on telephone etiquette- calls go unanswered many times, calls get transferred I’m kept on wait and no answer on the other end either.

but don’t miss to call the hotel front desk for reservation before you book online .

After several calls to the guest services, they finally changed my room to a higher floor.

The phone faculty from room is appalling and the dots between room service and house keeping don’t connect and everything keeps lying outside the room forever.

And yes I used my phone as a digital key as well for a change.

Too many follow up over calls not a good attitude with staff of asked to clean table after meal.

1     very bad service not as per 5star staff also give wrong commitment  for service call from check in to till night

We had to call housekeeping n number of times to get one thing.

The ac in one of our rooms was too chilled and even after calling for the technician it was the same.

It had to call the front desk 4 times to get a repellant which came after 30 minutes.

After calling them then to they were not coming to the table.

The stay was extremely disappointing, the ac in the room was not working and after a couple of complain calls, they asked me to move to a different room at 12.05 am.

We’re not infrequent visitors to Grand Hyatt (GH as we like to call it).

the service is very very poor, for water we have to wait 1 hour and repeated calls , food better get it from outside and eat .

Overall this hotel has a very poor customer service and mostly incompetent staff.

however, it became a mediocre hotel that has poor quality service and facilities.

Poor reception, long wait, no warmth, average food, poor housekeeping, kept with Quarintine without information,  the food plates were kept outside the room for more than 12 hours, it wasn’t like a five starHotel at all

The service at the restaurant is quite poor.

The team is unable to handle making the service poor.

Extremely poor service not ethics housekeeping was worse of all.

We had a one year old child with us even after mentioning for a cradle in my email we had to wait for more than an hour and the poor baby had to suffer.

Very poor house keeping and maintainance .

But I had poor and unpleasant experience.

I was shocked to experience such poor levels of service and indifferent attitude of the staff at a Hyatt property.

We could not enjoy at all as kids schedule was affected due to very poor management of allocating rooms and had to do in room dining ( we could have done swiggy if it was for food ) worst experience by far.

I certainly did not expect this kind of poor and low quality service from an international hotel chain.

The internet is very very poor and keeps dropping off.

A poor experience, which seems to be getting worse with every visit.

however the service is very poor due to slow service and check in took too long.

.have very poor experience in handling its guests.

Extremely poor ownership:
The staff here always overpromised deliverable that they cannot make it punctually.

We had a corporate event on 7th 8th Oct both days all meals at the banquet and were served with smiles and welcome warmth.

We been here for the first time sandwiches are really yumm and hospitality too would recommend to have coffee by Grishma she really made the coffe way want and suggested the bagel sandwich which filled our soul and tummy too Great service ,food,ambience

HOusing a couple of restaurants and amenities like gym, spa and swimming pool in their basement, I had a great experience.

Chats, Deserts, Shushi and Chinese food amazing.

The restaurants are excellent and the food is terrific.

Later that evening we went down for our dinner.

The in room services were really good while the restaurant service are not that great like it used to be.

Some mentions are inevitable hence the long list of team members without whom i cant even imagine to execute such a large scale event : Puneet & Obaid (handling all the negotiations, thanks for bearing the to & fros), Pallavi @Guest relations (very warm & hospitalble), Rohit at China House, Nauheed & Cindrella at 55 east ensures u have hearty meal, Lara @Spa (the bestest part of the hotel for sure) and last

We had our Corporate Golden Jubilee Event on 17th September for 500 attendee including snacks, dinner and other arrangements.

I was service a vegetarian pasta with a different base.

Then come the dinner part at the Fifty Five East, here we met a gentleman named Vaibhav from the service team, he was so good that when we sat for our dinner he came to us and asked us how was everything going and if we need anything else and also he was so pro active and professional in his duty.

Right from the chekin till we checked out that includes staff from the front desk housekeeping,F and B service and kitchen and the concierge service were excellent with what they did as they exceeded our expectations.

But their banquet service is exceptional, always on toes and available, and they never say no to anything and altealst tries to give you a solution.

Stayed here for a business trip and the service was extremely poor.

Wonderful service and hospitality by Nikhil Aarya, Dhruvit and Deepak who’s always energetic and eager to serve.

Nice and polite gym trainer nilesh  and the equipments were also in good condition the gym was clean my father back pain was also resolved by the gym trainer the environment of the gym was also peaceful and i good had a good time here

Breakfast is top not h and service is impeccable.

The Christmas brunch buffet was incredible also.

The food is absolutely delicious, and the landscape overlooking  beach with coconut trees is a sight to behold.

Executive Lounge had a very nice vibe to it with drinks and a small interesting buffet.

Sunday brunch buffet is quite a spread and its quite spread out.

Went to BBC to have some lovely breakfast, the cafe serves extremely high standard of food, coupled with calming atmosphere.

but check out was wonderful specially Mr Dushyant singh , wonderful guy and a great helpful nature , must look out for him ,

.after informing the front desk it was immediately changed to different floor, after that my stay was amazing with room service food/lunch suggested by the lady was awesome and then the vast spread of breakfast was brilliant with chefs taking care of each guests.

(2) Vinmesh at the Executive Lounge for going the extra mile in ensuring that we were cared for and looked after!

The rooms were 524 (King) and 522 (Twins) which did indeed connect and they did come with executive lounge access.

We stayed at Juhu Marriott and we also used to executive lounge.

Special mention is deserved for the outstanding service from Vinmesh in the Executive Lounge.

Had executive lounge access which I highly recommend!

Not to forget the Executive lounge Vinmesh was very welcoming and Chef Abhishek Singh and others have done a great job with having changed the routine set up.

She strikes a great balance between guest interaction and delivering food on a timeline.

Live food stations cooking everything from eggs to order, dosas, Puris and so on.

This place has the best food and staff we ever encountered till date.

The lounge offering breakfast, high tea and cocktails was a great experience.

Dinner was Dashanzi.. outstanding as always!
