Breakfast is top not h and service is impeccable.

The Christmas brunch buffet was incredible also.

The food is absolutely delicious, and the landscape overlooking  beach with coconut trees is a sight to behold.

Executive Lounge had a very nice vibe to it with drinks and a small interesting buffet.

Sunday brunch buffet is quite a spread and its quite spread out.

Went to BBC to have some lovely breakfast, the cafe serves extremely high standard of food, coupled with calming atmosphere.

but check out was wonderful specially Mr Dushyant singh , wonderful guy and a great helpful nature , must look out for him , 

Also the food was amazing and since there was no lounge excess couldn’t review that but breakfast was amazing and great staff support .

Buffet breakfast every morning was a treat!

Breakfast buffet (included for lifetime Platinum) was exceptional.

The  breakfast buffet was humongous and huge options available.

The lavish breakfast every morning was excellent, with a huge spread and choice for every taste.

We were offered complimentary breakfast, without even asking.. and I have to say that it is one the finest spreads.

Suraj kumawat was very helpful n served us very efficiently, making our experience great at lotus cafe, food was Gud , deserts were delicious n coffee served was hot n prompt.

The breakfast is superb with so many choices of fresh food.

Breakfast options are amazing , fantastic nice  lounge.

The curtains needed fixing as they did not close and there was an awful stale smell in the room.

but the exhausting features were inadequate to completely remove the smoking smell, even after some time of smoking. 2.

Room originally given smoking room having all previous trips stayed in non smoking was surprised.

We had to request two diffusers to remove the smoke smell.

The key problem I have is really with the front staff whose attitude stinks.

Hallways upstairs were dark and smelled weird (I had traveled for a week in Delhi beforehand, no issues with smelly hotels there)
No toiletries.

First time room cleanup - the sheets were not changed, and were soiled.

Rooms do not have a nice climate (a bit smelly) and a refurbishment is urgently needed.

but by utter surprise a non smoking room turned out to be a smoking room, have highlighted the concern to the manager who promised to use humidifier to clear the smell but smell didn't go,  being a non smoker i was not able to sleep properly because of smell, not to mention, mine was last minute booking and i paid really high premium for a ocean view room.

Wash basin drain complaint attended , foul smell in WC area not attended.

Unfortunately pools are still closed and exterior renovations are happening which may have caused some foul smell during the visit.

It began during the time of check in itself:

- no membership rewards explained/given
- pathetic room (far from elevator, smoking area) despite my clear preference
- super long waiting times at the breakfast area
- totally mis-coordinated service; had to call 5-6 times and wait for over 45 mins to get a food parcel delivery

as a regular business traveler, this is the last thing one wants.

Smoking zone is only at the main gate making it inconvenient.

everything was on time and last minute adjustments were made without a sweat.

The breakfast was delicious and the assistant restaurant manager, Brijesh Kumar, was super helpful and excellent at his service - Thank you!

Especially by mr brijesh who i used to see during breakfast hours.

Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet during breakfast.

The experience was really nice the staff is  staff cooperative helpful and the property is very nice specially Ashish at the breakfast section was very helpful very helping nature and polite very good at his work

Breakfast in vista is outstanding specially merwyn and aanchal who took care of us  and the was service very quick .

The breakfast at Vista was the best I’ve had in my entire stay at Mumbai.

We stayed in the club room and it was nice since we got access to the club lounge for breakfast, high tea and happy hour for getting some alcoholic drinks and snacks.

He managed the customers well Inspite of almost 1000 guest for breakfast with a positive attitude ..  Also please pass our Thanks to Joyee front desk manager who changed our rooms Inspite of almost full vacancy.

The breakfast is another chaotic experience.

The food was delicious as always with great desert options.

The breakfast at the lawn with the view is something you don't want to miss.

Breakfast was phenomenal and would love to mention Ashish , Purnima & Ajay made it a wonderful experience with their excellent service.

The buffet was vast varied and mouthwatering.

We have had breakfast which was lovely and brujesh was a great manager hosting the area.

There was drilling work on going entire afternoon , that was disturbing my kids sleep .

Rooms werent silent and adjoining room was so noisy.

There were also buckets filled  with grapes and we could engage in  stomping the same if we so wished after wearing disposable foot covering which was being provided.

Very loud banging and talking came from above inside the room each day of my stay, seemed like construction or repairs perhaps starting at 7:30AM.

2) they gave me a room where i can hear maintenance hammering noise .

but the traffic in Bandra is a nightmare.

She had a constant smile on her face, welcomed us properly, guided us about the hotel on her own (we need not ask her), asked us to relax and have tea.

Not a very central location, and traffic makes trips to interesting places in the center or south somewhat cumbersome.

I want to specifically call out Dadibal so was on duty for our floor both nights we were there to take care of all our little requirements with a constant smile on his face.

We were introduced to a lady who upon hearing our issue explained that "usually we don't allow kids there

4) Breakfast was poorly handled.

Not good experience with respect to room and food both , room served was tasteless and lot of noise in the room on my floor , during check out my bills were not given to me stating it’s with some agent and some bills with restaurants , no clue why they did that

although there was renovation work carried near our room, we were not disturbed or bothered even for a second.

Harsh instantly responded to our queries and came to the room personally to observe the disturbance and try and rectify it.

So basically, no day light and construction sounds. Great.

Morning breakfast was made complimentary with an exemplary service from Amir at the restaurant and Durgesh at tea counter !

The breakfast was really good , especially the ginger tea with a slice of cake .

The invoice I received at check-out specified the incorrect check-in date.

You need a special card and register, otherwise it is difficult to go back.

For booking they need both incoming and outgoing boarding cards.

All in all when you are charged exorbitant prices the basics should be taken care of!

Poor wifi, and charges for local calls which is ridiculous.

My American TD bank card worked- I had backup cards incase because it didn’t work the second time I used it to buy food.

Be careful with these guys, took cash and promised to issue a cheque the next day Under any pretext delayed the issuance, in the end had to run to the flight without waiting for the invoice, Scammers in the law.

Cannot cancel the booking as we will be charged for the stay.

They issued me with a card to allow exit/entrance from the terminal to the city & back.

I would not recommend this place, overcharges and does not provide the service as needed.

I was shocked by their inability to process my invoice despite three attempts.

After half an hour watching this manic activity, it occurred to me that none of it was undertaken on my behalf, and I had to go through the procedure of requesting a gate card again, repeating all the administrative and personal information that is required to receive one in this admin-heavy environment.

How they charging people unjustified only for location advantage.

However, they charged me more than the the price quoted by booking.com and the worse part is that they also charged my credit card.

The Tv doesn’t work, they’ll spring new charges on you at check out, and it is very noisy.

I checked in at 2.16am on 28th Nov 23, had to call reception twice between approx.

Have to continuously call 3 to 4 times for them to pick up the call.

Very poor WiFi internet network and no mobile signal in rooms.

Also throughout my booking i struggled to get in touch with them as they don't pick their phone.

1) While booking no one from the hotel pickup phone calls or respond to WhatsApp messages.

but this time I plan on not losing my phone :)

but till now they have not responded or call me back no any proper reply.

but after 10 calls n follow up, u guys didnt turned back on that.

He immediately started to make phone calls to understand how to reach the people who can actually source and retrieve my passport.

The Internet requires better connectivity, especially for basic calls.

I had to disconnect the tea kettle to charge my phone.

Restaurant menu was not available in the room.Had to call again n again to the reception, asking for the food menu.

Extremly loud phone that woke us up after two hours of sleep.

After nearly 30 minutes of us calling the hotel, getting no one, that finally a hotel employee showed up.

although I was on the phone with Ratnesh Kumar, I was stuck with the circumstances.

In late November, I had contacted them as not heard back on anything (multiple phone calls and emails), to be finally advised by a staff that these rooms were based only on availability.

If you call reception from room nobody answers.

but the cells 'guests' are placed in are so piled on top of one another, that noise from other residents is a real problem, and the rooms do not seem insulated to take care of this: I could hear my upstairs neighbour turning in bed!
