Overall the stay exceeded our expectations by a significant margin and we will not hesitate to stay as one of our children will begin attending ISU.

We could lounge and have a drink outside while the kids swam.

We stayed here during a college visit and will likely stay again once my son starts attending in 2024.

Ours opened right onto the indoor pool which was fantastic with teens.

I have stayed at this hotel many times-I love it, it is convenient, nice restaurant, pool (although we didn't use this time-used the Moscow Pool as it has more fun things for the kids and not too expensive for the day-plus food there).

We traveled up with our full size Goldendoodle and met our two sons and their families.

We stayed April 7-10, 2022 for an enjoyable spring break with our daughter and grandson.

We were here for our daughter’s graduation.

This is always my hotel of choice when visiting my daughter in college.

It looked like a favorite of all kids in there.

The college kids working there are wonderful,

They even gave the kids beach balls for the pool.

It was such a great place for children and adults to stay.

Great place to stay when in Moscow, close to campus, grocery store, and restaurants.

The usually excellent restaurant closed an hour early just as we arrived, so that was a disappointment.

Also got tasty free cookies at check in and couple free beers in their bar.

Hotel had everything we needed, included good restaurant.

We retired to our room after experiencing great

The food in the onsite restaurant is really tasty.

The Mother’s Day brunch at the University Inn completely surpassed our expectations.

The location is convenient to shopping and even a few restaurants.

The hotel is close by to all of the venues, restaurants, and the college campus.

The pool facilities are outstanding wiith several rooms located just off it.

This is a large hotel so check in and see where your room is.

Guest room: Modern, tasteful, clean, well maintained, small refrigerator and comfortable bed.

This Mother’s Day was our first time enjoying their new brunch setup, which utilized all of the convention rooms occupying the west side of the hotel.

Room came with an extra blanket in the closet for my husband.

Although undergoing renovations, room was quiet.

I booked this room with my rewards, apparently at a reduced great deal of $445.00 for two nights.

It comes complete with a dorm room vibe of brick wall, exposed wires, what looks like a peeping Tom computer board square box mounted in a corner wall, and an absolutely filthy floor and carpet.

Luckily a woman walked out and my mom asked her if that was cat pee and she said no it was the dairy, Our room and the inside of the building smelled fime.

We stayed in a room that overlooked into the pool room which made our room reek of chlorine and was so loud we had to avoid staying in our room because it was so loud all the time.

lumpy horrendous mattress and extremely filthy ingrained dirt carpet did not expect at supposedly a  highly rated hotel.

Indeed, driving up, I’m thinking, “I bet this place smells like old people too.”

The shower tiles are dirty and the drains are corroded  with hard water.

but obviously it would smell a little like chlorine!

however, our room this time was a "Suite" and although it was large, the carpet badly needed to be replaced, the furniture was a little funky and it smelled old.

That I guess also applied to the fact that mold was starting to grow around the bathtub.

My only complaint was that our room had a very strong chlorine smell because it had a door that led directly into the indoor pool.

There was kind of a musty odor in the room.

Because we were on the second floor next to the indoor pool, there was a musty smell filling our room.

Fortunately we were able to transfer to another room on the opposite side of the building away from the stench and noise.

but the new replacements smelled just as bad.

The carpet in the room is absolutely disgusting.

however the carpet in our room was old and had threads showing at the edges, plus I thought the bathroom smelled a little bit like urine, even though everything "looked" clean.

but she was soft spoken smelled like bad b.o and cigerattes

Hotel shuttle from and to airport is helpful.

The front desk and housekeeping staff are exceptional.

The gas line to the town was damaged and caused quite a few obstacles for the staff,

They were attentive, friendly, and eager to make our dining experience as enjoyable as possible.

It is evident as a guest their staff is relaxed and happy.

I Highly recommended this Best Wester, beautiful hotel, with awesome staff, amazing location, fabulous food.

Difficult to keep room comfortable with the wall base heater.

The brick walls really keep the noise down.

The wall air conditioners are a pain - too cold, too noisy.

The structure is a unique textured concrete throughout and the walls between room are very structural as well, leading to virtually zero noise transfer.

This was the quietest hotel room I think I have ever stayed in, due to the quality of the walls.

With the brick walls, it is also quieter than many motels we've stayed at.

Something about those weird concrete walls just completely deadens any noises.

Walls are very thin, can hear people laughing and the TV all night.

The only downside was the texture and colors of the interior walls felt pretty industrial or at least institional.

Solid walls and floors keep noise levels at a minimum.

though there was a loud fan in the bathroom wall that ran constantly -- with no switch to turn it off.

The room was a little tight - not a lot of room between the beds or walls.

However, there was some kind of blue soap or shampoo streaking the walls when we checked in.

Three buses of high school students were in the hotel at the same time as I was, yet I couldn't hear them through those walls.

Walls are a bit thin and let sound through a bit more than most hotels.

We turned on the wall unit to start the heat  noticing it was totally turned off.

though the walls of our room looked like cement bricks).

The free breakfast had lots of types of food and included one of those cool pancake printers.

I love that there is free breakfast, indoor pool and jacuzzi, gym, outdoor area for kids to play, bbq grills, nice patio, and free parking.

The free breakfast in the morning is better than most continental breakfasts.

Breakfast is one of the better hotel buffets around.

VERY clean & modern with decent amenities and breakfast, and excellent service from the staff.

Despite COVID restrictions, the staff was able to make guests feel at home with nightly cookies and milk, as well as a to-go breakfast.

We had a standard room and one bedroom with a fireplace.

The have provided great /clean / affordable rooms.

Our room was very spacious and super quiet in the evening.

Housekeeping did a great job in the guest room and public areas.

Room temperature was easy to adjust, which was important when low temperatures in the morning dropped to 46 F in mid-June.

We were happy to see that the room was large and had a couple extra pillows.

This may be the best hotel and service in Pullman, the staff was superb and very attentive, the rooms were clean and well laid out with showers that had (oh my water pressure) hold on.. 
breakfast was great with a special treat of a mini Cinnabon.. great job guys

First time was for WSU week of welcome, accommodations were great, rooms were clean and well kept.
