The shuttle took me to the Washington State University men's basketball game and picked me up.

Recently stayed her for my son's baseball tournament.

loved the pool (and hot tub after the game).

Hotel was fully booked with sports teams yet we didn't hear a peep and breakfast staff kept breakfast area fully stocked, hospitality did a great job cleaning our room, front desk staff completely helpful and polite under pressure of big crowds.

Be advised to book in advance during WSU Football and Basketball season.

It was a good-sized pool and hot tub, and not too busy.

After being stiffed by another hotel in the Pullman area on a very busy weekend.

Seemed to be away from busy, noisy, trafficky streets; makes it quieter as well.

The hotel seemed to be quite busy and guests appeared to be content with the quality of accommodations and friendly service.

In neither case were the people excessively loud of noisy,

I would advise that you look at whatever is going on at WSU before you decide to stay in case there is something special going on.

Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed.

It worked for us in that I got up early and closed the doors and my wife could sleep while I could watched the TV and worked at the computer.

Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

This may be the best hotel and service in Pullman, the staff was superb and very attentive, the rooms were clean and well laid out with showers that had (oh my water pressure) hold on..

First time was for WSU week of welcome, accommodations were great, rooms were clean and well kept.

The rooms are clean and comfy, breakfast is included and there was a lovely variety of breakfast choices.

On Apple Cup weekends there is a very predictable sellout of rooms for the big game, and also predictably many guests take advantage of the shuttle.

We were visiting the lovely campus of Washington State University and the Holiday Inn feels as an extension of the lovely community that Pullman and WSU form.

The shower was scalding and had to brush teeth with hot water.

Our bathroom light barely worked and the hot water in the lobby the next morning was cold.

One last thing the shower water pressure was lacking and I ran out of hot water.

We were really disappointed there was no hot water to bathe.

Pillows were pretty uncomfortable and one morning we didn’t have any hot water.

Shower was dirty not hot water and hardly any  water pressure.

The parking is ample and free, and the location quiet and safe, which is always a boon as a woman travelling alone.

It is pet friendly, and well located for walking our dog.

Nice location in Pullman for multi-day WSU New Student Orientation.

The location was nice as it was only 1.5 miles from the University and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood for walking and running.

Location is convenient and the furnishings are new enough.

Conveniently located too for travelers coming in by car from Western Washington.

We will likely return for short stays unless the prices come down on the newer hotels in more favorable locations.

Very nicely located, good view of town below, and within walking distance to wonderful Sunnyside Park.

I would recommend the Hilltop, it's a good location a little ways from campus so gives you a break from the student/campus life.

The location on the edge of town is convenient for travel to colfax and surrounding areas of the beautiful Palouse.

Ether way, the manager was dismissive, adversarial, and left me feeling disappointed.

The website does not reflect these restrictions, I tried to talk to a manager with no such luck.

I'm not impressed and not happy with this management.

The Management and Staff wen out of there way to resolve any issues that I may have had, even to correct a problem created by the Airlines.

Breakfast is very average, was much better under prior management.

Direct quote “yeah this happens often, I should ask my manager about it.”   Ya think??

I was not happy that when I had talked to the hotel a few weeks ago the nightly rate was $ 119 then it changed drastically for the Friday and Saturday nights up to $ 174 per night.

Catherine reserved our room for us at the last minute and asked what discounts we may be eligible for before giving us the appropriate discounted rate.

Very disappointed, especially for the price.

If you are taking a pet to WSU Vet Hospital, no pet fee.

It is hard to find hotels on game days, so it is very expensive for what is there.

It seemed to be expensive for a typical hotel for an ordinary weekend,  It was move-in weekend at WSU, so maybe that is why the price was higher than expected.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the toilet paper cheap & thin.

Funny thing this Hoetl was more expensive, so I dont get it?? ?

but pricey  in comparison to nicer facilities in the area.

The hike in price is insane and just plain WRONG.

If you're looking for a decent, family-friendly hotel with reasonable prices and a slight step above the average 2-2/12 star hotel, this is it.

This hotel does not jack up prices during University of Idaho event weekends.

While the prices were jacked up (everyone did that), they didn't change their policy on how to make reservations and payment options.

I left an expensive electric toothbrush by accident, and it was never turned in to lost and found.

However for the price I paid, I didn't get too hung up on these things.

I am paying full price for her room not a discount price.

Would have gladly paid an extra $35 a night for a hotel with a pool.

I have enjoyed the Hill Top Inn and restaurant (which was closed) in the past,

I only stayed one night, the staff was helpful on where to get dinner and who would deliver to the hotel.

The eating area was clean, the food plentiful and replenished with polite attentiveness.

We enjoyed the hotel breakfast and a beer at the bar in the evening.

Nice size room with 2 queen beds in Pullman and all in walking distance to downtown, shops, restaurants and WSU.

While the room was fine, clean, etc..after a long, busy day we checked in around 7pm and were extremely frustrated to find they decided to close the bar and restaurant 3-4 hours early!

The bar had a good selection of tap beer, many from the Pacific Northwest.

It is about 30 min driving time to Step-toe State park for magnificent view and 5 min to  Washington state university, walking distance for food and bar.

but it's clean and affordable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very good (highly recommend the Steak Bites!)

If you are looking for an average hotel that is clean, local and serves to be a good place to crash for a night or weekend while visiting a student, you can't go wrong here. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel with amenities (gift shop, full restaurant, etc.)

We did try the hotel's dining room for both dinner and breakfast and found it satisfactory.

The staff at both the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

The motel has a nice indoor pool and hot tub, good restaurant and a great free breakfast buffet.

Beautiful Hotel and staff, the rooms are always clean, staff nice, love the lay-out, this is my 2nd time staying here, the beds are super uncomfortable, the pillows are lumpy and foam, all Coast hotels have been very comfortable, this one, I consistently wake up sore and stiff, never at other places, like the Coast in Wenatchee, and in Kauaii.

But considering the “cleaning lady” who was a teenager was sitting and playing on her phone at the desk of the rooms while she was “cleaning” it’s no surprise the rooms look the way they do.

Someone was playing the radio in the hallway for the duration of the night and made it difficult to sleep.

The air conditioner was loud all night long, pillows were flat.

Loud fridge, blinking room lamp, and creaky floors.

She was disrespectful, accused us of smoking in our room and kicked us out our second night charging us our whole stay plus a smoking fee.

I understand supply and demand and am not complaining about the price

They do not update their website, pet fee is $15 per night.

That doesn't work because the Super 8, like all the other area hotels is full and if rooms are available we would have to spend three or four times the cost at the time I made the reservation 5 months ago.

There are plenty of hotels in this area and they don’t cost a whole lot more- we will choose one of them next time.

I had already paid $100 for a filthy room and refused to pay extra for a couple of hours.

While the room was clean the hotel is fairly dated.

They did fix that and gave us a different clean room and promised to take $100 off the bill.

The showers are either extremely low flow heads or the water pressure is just poor.

If you are a coffee drinker, I suggest packing some instant - as the morning coffee looked like lightly colored water, and didn't taste any better than that.

We had no hot water in the morning, could not park in the lot due to so many cars, and our key cards didn't work.

The apple juice (from concentrate) was so strong you had to mix it with water to be able to drink it.

but until 10:00 PM, when busy, you will not be able to carry a normal conversation in your room and the television will have to be turned all the way up to hear it.

It was very busy, every table was occupied.

but won't even answer the phone if they are busy.

but our decor was not outdated, although carpet definitely needs a refresh.

but the carpet looked like is was 20 years old and hadn't been shampooed in 5.

I would be embarrassed to charge what they do.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless as were the common areas.

I like how before were given our room key they verified our room was clean and ready for occupancy.
