What a fantastic, friendly family run hotel. Great location with its own "private" beach (which is free for residents in September!)

We were also very impressed with the assistance we received from Laticia at the front desk in checking in and finding a place for dinner.

This is a very well run hotel staffed by excellent people who are well trained, experienced and organised.

Although the parking lot is tight, we found a place at any time.

but the carpark area like most Italian carparks was a tight fit and I was glad I only had a small Fiat 500.

Parking in Pescara is a major problem, and the parking at the hotel is somewhat tight!!

The only negative was the tight parking situation in the hotel's parking lot.

The dishes are not overloaded with sugar or fat.

but the popular dishes ran out quickly and took a while to replenish.

The door of the bathroom was not closing.

The badroom was very small with a very small shower cabine which is not suitable for adults (too small).

The only thing I noticed was that the shower head seemed to big for the actual cubicle so it was a little claustrophobic.

Shower is quite small i struggled to shampoo my hair not sure what a bigger size person would do (i am a size 8) maybe they have bigger shower cubicles in other rooms!

Very small for a 4 person family and if you want to take a shower do it in the beadh becouse the shower place is so small that you cant bend to take the soap on the foor or to wash yourself.

Our shower, old style, had an enjoyable xlarge shower head.

The shower box is very small, the small I have ever seen in any hotel.

The cubicle was 50cm x 50cm so that was really difficult to take a shower by adult.

but the bathrooms are very small and dark.

but there are other larger, beaches all along the strand with more amenities (and
 by amenities, I really  mean bar service).

I read some of the reviews so was prepared for the small shower and breakfast.

There was all sorts of vanity kits and shower caps on the toilet. Tip!

The shower was so small i would have to position myself diagonally in order to lift my legs up to wash them.

The only negative is that the shower was the smallest I have ever used and I had to turn the water off so I could shampoo my hair! .

I think you can get better service in a camping site with few facilities, so before you come or book take heed or bring your own instant shower pack.

The hotel is basic, with very friendly staff and basic continental style breakfast provided in the morning.

The shower was too narrow to allow me in, so I was hurting my elbows with every movement (and no, I am not particularly big).

Just one negative and that is the road can be a bit noisy at night

During the night you will hear every single noise from outside.

The only downside was that the hotel was a bit noisy at night which can affect your sleep.

I've read early where there were 4 lanes of traffic to cross to get to the beach and this is simply not true its a mere 2 lanes  across on a designated cross walk.

The hotel is facing a busy main road, so it's quite noisy at night time with cars and scooters beeping like mad all night long:( it never disturbed us much

but spotlessly clean,on the front can be a bit noisy, this is Italy, everywhetre is noisy unless you are in a field.

Traffic noise is a problem if you intend getting any sleep, with the windows open.

Our room faced the front of the hotel, and the traffic noise was terrible and non-stop all night.

Additionally, one of their staff members, Simona, was especially accommodating.

Hopefully the waitresses were very efficient so the wait was not too long.

The staff were good, check in simple, we didn’t take breakfast partly because of time an partly we prefer to eat outside.

Bruno on front desk greeted me with a charming smile and was informative in everything I requested.

Our room had White Walls with white sheets and no decorations on the walls, desk.

I booked a standard room and I was really pleased by seeing the evacuation plan attached to the door, less by the double bed (two single beds pushed together) that was really uncomfortable and by the fact that the walls are so thin to allow you to hear what happens in the next room, the airplane preparing to land, and other undefined noise.

the walls of the room are quite light, telephone calls from the neighbour can be followed.

Once in the room you have to insert the plastic square into the wall slot to turn on the lights.

Yeh noisy thin walls is the main feature of this otherwise well located and intentioned hotel.

The rooms are clean, small, and the walls are thin (which means you hear your neighbours very well, and also you hear every noise in the corridor, during day and night. ).

Daniela Cerutti at the front office always looks after us so well, Angelo Baldi is a superb and friendly restaurant manager (ably supported by the wonderful Graziano), and Pietro provides excellent service at the bar.

That's also great, with a friendly, family atmosphere, used by lots of locals.

My family and I stayed in the hotel 8 days.We expected to find a calm and relaxing place - and it was sucswssful :-)  The staff are very friendly and helpful: any our issues were solved asap.
