Although the parking lot is tight, we found a place at any time.

but the carpark area like most Italian carparks was a tight fit and I was glad I only had a small Fiat 500.

Parking in Pescara is a major problem, and the parking at the hotel is somewhat tight!!

The only negative was the tight parking situation in the hotel's parking lot.

The dishes are not overloaded with sugar or fat.

but the popular dishes ran out quickly and took a while to replenish.

Daniela Cerutti at the front office always looks after us so well, Angelo Baldi is a superb and friendly restaurant manager (ably supported by the wonderful Graziano), and Pietro provides excellent service at the bar.

That's also great, with a friendly, family atmosphere, used by lots of locals.

The pool area, terrace, gardens, spa everything was superb, and we coudn't have been happier with the level of service our guests received!

Outstanding facilities, pool, spa, gardens and delightful dining terrace.

The rooms are large and well appointed, big beds, plenty of storage and ours both had balconies, one with a sea view and the other over the gardens.

They have amazing garden with nice and big pool full of crystall clear water.

my favourite is the hotel garden at the back.

You'll enjoy the lovely gardens, the spa and the loungers on the beach.

It overlooked the garden, so the balcony was very peaceful and a nice place to relax.

He particularly enjoyed running around in the gardens.

Have to say that it need already renovation, and they should more care about room details.

However the rooms look very outdated and the halls of the hotel give a hospital feeling.

The rooms need to be renovated to enhance the sound proofing qualities between the rooms.

The gate is close and in bad conditions full of rust.

She is dated and needs a bigger overhaul for the 4 star rating it claims,

but modest rooms, the sea facing rooms, the terrace and SPA have a great view.

We had bed and breakfast, so every morning were on the terrace which was fine,

Breakfast on the terrace the next day was wonderful.

Breakfast on the terrace with beautiful sea view is very good.

The outdoor pool and spa was great, breakfast on the terrace wonderful, food pretty good and all staff very helpful and pleasant.

When it's summer time you can have breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful seaview.

Breakfast was served either inside or on a big terrace with sea view that made me linger.

Breakfast is for Italian measures good and they have a nice terrace now to join it outside,
My first room was with free wake up call !!

One of the best aspects of the hotel is breakfast on the outside terrace, its really sets you up for the day.

The room was clean, very spacious and I do recommend a view of the water—absolutely incredible.

Interesting location in the middle of the olive trees with sea view.

The SPA has a charming view over the sea and green landscape.

Our room was spacious enough, there were tea and coffee-making facilities (unusual for Italy), and we had a balcony with a view of the sea over the rooftops.

We would highly recommend this hotel, as much for an event as for a quite holiday as a couple, or with a family! Absolutely stunning :)

Great pool without odd smell, there is even small outside pool with great view.

Stayed for 3 nights in villa Maria, the hotel lies on a small mountain about 10 minutes walking from the beach, there is no traffic passing in the neighbourhood so the hotel is very quiet.
