The Majestic may not have the awareness and profile of some of the more centrally-located -- and more glam -- properties in Aguas de Lindoia,

Although the staff of the hotel and the conference facility spoke rather little English, they were always friendly and helpful so it hardly mattered not being able to speak Portuguese.

I was attending a conference in the congress facility adjoining the hotel.

Internet is free across the hotel and fast and reliable.

This is a hotel that is an ideal place for large conferences.

All the hotel is very Good, if you have oportunitty you must visit and enjoy this place.

Keep in mind this is really a hotel by and for Brazilians.

though air conditioning was noisy in some of the meeting rooms, and the projectors, microphones and screen locations were not the very best.

Try to avoid the rooms near de stairs or the elevator, they are noisy.

The old wing need a new renovation, the rooms in this area still have old tv's.

Finally, staff is very polite and caring, with a familiar and personal touch.

I'd be surprised if anyone on staff speaks English.

The only slight irritation was having to pay for drinks, even water and coffee, in addition to the full board.

The price of the hotel is not on par with those settings, as is not the charge for water (no free water whatsoever in the hotel - despite your being in a "water town"); finally the charge for the pinballs and electronic games should also be included in the overall rate as the hotel has a supposed full-board scheme.

Only at the top, a block shy of the hotel, is there a public-access font spouting the local mineral water.

The hotel is a typical art deco building from the 50s.

Last weekend I spent some time in this hotel with my entire family.

We spent the last Christmas (dec/2010; selected jan2011, because was the oldest option) at this city and hotel.

And, in the very morning, we were awake by the noise of the hotel restaurant above us and by the moviments of other guests.

We were with a baby and they provided us a good support, the food was great and the location too.

Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is OK.

but once you get the message accross they are very helpful.

The hotel used to be a government retreat for officials.

Hotel is well located and offers totally renewed rooms.

I recommend including meals with your booking.

Facilities are well maintained and restaurant staff is really nice.

Parents were free to enjoy holiday while children were entertained by staff.

In addition, they gift you with 2 bottles of water on the check out, which is really kind.

The food is ok and once the bedrooms are refurbished this hotel will have the wow factor.

The food was amazingly good, very similar to food from Minas Gerais, for it's flavor and kind.

It has an amazing pool, and the lobby and reception areas are really elegant.

The hotel structure and secoration, except for the spa area, needs an upgrade, it is a trip back to 2003/2005.

Amazing hotel, very comfy, staff very well prepared to attend many people, great food.

In this  hotel, a selection of the world cup will be hosted there by some infos, an wonderful hotel with 3 or 4 soccer field an wonderful swimming pool and a nice cusine, and the owner was a soccer player from brazilian selection, and it`s nearby monte siao, an another great city

Just in the city centre, with good food and very nice staff.
