Now for the bad (and this really depends on your needs): the hotel and rooms are very, very noisy; children are everywhere with their general scream/crying styles;

The Majestic may not have the awareness and profile of some of the more centrally-located -- and more glam -- properties in Aguas de Lindoia,

The food is excellent, sometimes you feel in a SPA for thin people who needs to gain weight! =)

though air conditioning was noisy in some of the meeting rooms, and the projectors, microphones and screen locations were not the very best.

Try to avoid the rooms near de stairs or the elevator, they are noisy.

The wifi was sufficient, the bed and bedding comfortable and the catering was excellent – as a vegetarian I always found something delicious, especially the wide selection of salads, fruits and desserts, plus something nice to be found amongst the mains.

The major plus was the night activities (the Festa Junina on Thursday were everything was free, including child activities and finger foods).

Decent food, served as buffets with an accepable variety for different tastes.

I was attending a convetion and they have excellent rooms, convention rooms, excellent food!!!

The food is as good as any you'll find in Brazil.

The old wing need a new renovation, the rooms in this area still have old tv's.

Although the staff of the hotel and the conference facility spoke rather little English, they were always friendly and helpful so it hardly mattered not being able to speak Portuguese.

Finally, staff is very polite and caring, with a familiar and personal touch.

I'd be surprised if anyone on staff speaks English.

The only slight irritation was having to pay for drinks, even water and coffee, in addition to the full board.

The price of the hotel is not on par with those settings, as is not the charge for water (no free water whatsoever in the hotel - despite your being in a "water town"); finally the charge for the pinballs and electronic games should also be included in the overall rate as the hotel has a supposed full-board scheme.

Only at the top, a block shy of the hotel, is there a public-access font spouting the local mineral water.

Internet is free across the hotel and fast and reliable.

The convention hall has very good acoustics, a lot of play areas and a huge restaurant and delicious food.

The hotel is a typical art deco building from the 50s.

We were with a baby and they provided us a good support, the food was great and the location too.

The hotel is well located near a public swiming pool.

The hotel is well located, a block away from the "busy" main street and 2 blocks from the city spa with thermal mineral water pools.

Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is OK.

And, in the very morning, we were awake by the noise of the hotel restaurant above us and by the moviments of other guests.

They organized fun activities at the hotel for adults and children.

I recommend including meals with your booking.

Facilities are well maintained and restaurant staff is really nice.

Parents were free to enjoy holiday while children were entertained by staff.

The hotel structure and secoration, except for the spa area, needs an upgrade, it is a trip back to 2003/2005.

There's tons of things for kids to do both inside and outside and every type of sport to play as well.

This is especially good during the Brazilian winter.The hotel overlooks a lovely park that has many activities for children.

The pool is fabulous, swimming in the naturally warm water is relaxing.

Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable, and decorations, service, and large indoor pool provide a luxury feel.

last time I stayed there I could use the natural pool for swimming.

A big plus is the presence of two large indoor pools with warm water heated from thermal springs.

but I had the option to use the warm water pool, which I didn´t because it was too crowded.
