I would have loved a make your own waffles in the breakfast area.

The breakfast is very good, fresh fruit, cereals, yogourt, ham, scrabble eggs, beans, bagel, etc.

Breakfast was not bad at all, and rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was included and was reasonable.

but the rest is all served buffet style and is ok.

The breakfast is back to its normal pre-Covid variety, which is nice.

The hotel suites are spacious and spotless, complimentary breakfast is varied and tasty, and staff is welcoming and helpful.

The complimentary breakfast is a plus to its location, so you can enjoy an early morning ski then have breakfast break.

However, all hotel facilities, including buffet breakfast are available.

The breakfast buffet was very good - lots of choices and attentive staff.

The bagged breakfast was much better that the buffet breakfast they launched towards the later part of the week.

We could hear and smell everything everyone was cooking and doing, and it was very apparent when our neighbors would come back from having a smoke.

Only negative is the minor odor of wood smoke in hotel.

Instead we were left sleeping in an uncomfortable bed, slow internet, a heater that was so loud we couldn’t sleep and had to turn it off (only to wake up freezing cold), and an unsettling burning plastic smell our first night (thinking there might be a fire hazard and being told don’t worry).

Took a couple of days for the smell to clear, and our clothes were still smelling for the rest of the stay.

They're shouldn't be rubber mats in the stair wells, they smell toxic in the summer or at least ventilation is required, it made both of us nauseous every time we took the stairs because the elevator was taking long.

Problem with cooking smells entering the room in the evening on both nights.

Only downside is the smells that emanate from the restaurant in the hotel which is likely unavoidable.

•  The breakfast options were limited to tasteless scrambled eggs, cold and hard home fries, sausage, cereal, basic fruit, and stale SESAME bagels (not even plain was offered during our 4-night stay).

although big and well equipped, smell and the condition of the furniture is not great.

Room had large cookie crumbs left by window and it had a slight moldy odour throughout.

Overall i would return here in the future, just wouldn't purchase a $6 log for the fire again as the chemical smell after it burnt out was nauseating.

My only complaint was that guests are allowed to burn duralogs in the units in the fireplaces, and our whole floor smelled like a campfire, with a burnt chemical smell.

First of all it is beyond dated and it smells like a dirty ashtray.

It’s extremely loud in this hotel - we tried putting towels at the bottom of our door to try and silence the loud families and clanking ski boots that start around 7am.

For the 500-900CAD/night, one would expect more than 1 roll of cheapest single-ply toilet paper and, possibly even, facial tissues that are slightly above the sandpaper grade, and one would be sorely disappointed.

There are thin sheets and pilly, old blankets on the beds (no comforters, which is hard to believe given the bone chilling temps) and thin towels in the bathrooms.

We were scheduled to stay 3 nights, and the towels in the room were barely sufficient for one; to elaborate, the towels might cover a waist of a bikini model, not a size 36 waist.

but, no strategy or monitoring in place to keep up with shortage of towels day after day.

On 10 days séjour only 5 days of HK services, no towels changed and receptionist for check out rude!

Cleanliness a bit questionable, our towels were dirty when we arrived.

When we asked for extra towels or coffee we got them immediately.

Overall it was a good stay and I can see myself coming back to this hotel. PROS: location, apartment/kitchen type of accommodations, hot tub and sauna..  CONS: housekeeping was iffy, sometimes they wouldn't give enough towels, one day had a stained one (yack!)

Although there was not any clean towels in the pool room.

The only downside was the towels were very small, very old and just need replacing.

We complained often with no results, breakfast was plain nothing to get excited about and rooms never serviced 2 towels for 6 people in the room and no bathroom paper we ran out.

Our couch and chair were badly stained and so gross that I ended up covering it with towels so we could sit on the them.

There were not enough towels and when we requested more they never came.

Towel and coffee replace late in the afternoon, had to go out to get coffee.

Every room we went to we had to ask for either extra linens for my daughter's bed or towels.

My only fault was we requested extra towels twice during our stay because we had a baby,

The rooms are minimalist and ours was lacking towels, hangers, shampoo, etc.

There are towels in the changing room so no need to use own or ones from the room.

The beds are very comfortable, buffet breakfasts every morning were perfect to set me up for the day, the rooms are very quiet and clean, and the location is less than a 5 minute walk to the lifts.

Solid breakfast buffet to save time in the morning as well.

Lastly breakfast was derdful, within literally minutes of their 3-hour breakfast timing they were out of almost everything from milk to cups to napkins.

We were able to grab fruit, pre-packaged muffins, cheese, juices, etc.

They even have gluten free breakfast muffins and almond milk for coffee!

Each day a very overcooked muffin with Omelette type egg in it - McDonalds and Horton provide a better muffin.

Breakfast is well designed and service is very good.

I guess partying is more important than guests paying $$$$ here.

We were kept awake until well after 200 with music blaring Friday and Saturday nights.

Suite 323A having two extremely old ventilation units, noise coming out of them was overwhelming and given an external HUGE fireplace was indirectly heating the suite, impossible to sleep the whole night.

although the dishwasher was noisy as was the fan in the bathroom of room 130.

but stay like 10 or 12 per room very noisy and no control from security, some guest were smoking, we had to re-install the dishwasher machine rubber seal ourself.

My room was 109, first floor no view, ground floor, it was a quiet room, and the view was not the best.

although the walls were thin so it was noisy.

Sure, the party noise of the village can leak through -

Awful thumping disco noise until the small hours.

If you have noisy neighbours that keeps on slamming their door when they enter/exit can make it for a long stay.

We were placed in a noisy location and it was difficult to be heard by the front desk or make any changes to either our room or our bill.

The noise during the night was overwhelming.

This was the first ski holiday that we have not suffered noise problems - possibly due to the pool view room

The A/C in the rooms was also very noisy and on the colder days we found it totally inadequate.

We were also located right beside the elevator which should have been a noisy spot

but the end the idea of leaving the windows open was not great, with the noise from the nearby jacuzzi.

Luckily, the sounds did not seem to be a problem in the evening time.

You can actually hear the foot steps from above & the sounds of neighboring voices.

Lastly, here one no longer gets the a la carte homemade delicious breakfasts like before.

The Inn is undeniably clean and offers a breakfast that is much better than established hotels in the area.

although we were already very satisfied with toast and fresh fruit.

They made uns a delicious breakfast and fulfilled us our extra wishes.

We slept well and in the morning were served up the best breakfast of our trip, including omelets, espresso, fruit, yogurt, and fresh baked goods!

but the continental breakfast was perfect with toast, pastries, hard boiled eggs, etc.

The auberge had everything we needed as bikers, including breakfast ( with yogurt and boiled eggs), a nice dining room for making sandwiches or a picnic supper, fridge to use, and bike storage.

The breakfasts were delicious and it was nice to chat with other guests in the common room.

The breakfasts are ok with a lot of fruit and good beverages.

The highlight was the ham, bacon, guacamole, and fluffy scrambled eggs tucked neatly into a fresh croissant and sprinkled with chives.

Breakfast was plentyful and tasty, room was clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, Mr Fang and his family were friendly.

The inn was quiet and clean, our room was spacious, and breakfast was delicious.

There are vey confusing signs at best, and we wound up arriving at dark scared and tired.

To keep the space clean and cozy, all travelers must remove their shoes at entrance to wear slippers.

On getting to our room we try to log onto the internet, Despite being an Accor we find it impossible to gain access without having to pay an additional charge.

Anyone booking a 2 Bedroom suite via Amex or Virtuoso should be aware that normally you get breakfast for 2 people per bedroom.

I would really expect better service from a hotel that is charging more than $500 per night per room.

Oh, when they checked us in to the Junior King Suite, they charged my credit card the price of the King Suite, not the lower price.

By upgrading us to a suite, providing a daily dining credit, and providing daily breakfast in the restaurant or IRD, they are trying to make up for the lack of Fairmont Gold.

The Fairmont is charging a premium (5x the cost of anywhere else on the property) and the rundown condition of the property, lack of access to amenities, and poorly coordinated staff, result in an experience that provides less than zero value for your dollar.

However, I was overcharged at a total close to $100 from the restaurant, cafeteria and the room, during my one night stay.

If you order stuff and it goes over the limit, you will be charged extra.

When I was checking out, she didn't know how to input my card number manually, and had me waiting while she was reading a manual in a binder.

At Fairmont you are paying for the location and service over a fancy room which is the exact balance you need with extra gear and ski boots everywhere.

It’s 2022, and we are still charging for WiFi.

Wish they could bury that fee in the room charge.

Furthermore I was appalled that the New Years Eve menu charges $250 per person (plus tax and gratuity)

They charge almost $20 A DAY for wifi! When paying $500 a night, wifi should most definitely be included (I mean, it's 2021!)

but the front desk needs a refresher in customer service and billing.

To boot that they added another families restaurant bill charge to mine.

butt in the garbage the next morning, I was informed that I would be charged a $500 penalty, and that the entire hotel was non-smoking.

Winds N Waters packed up the car, with skis and all the equipment,armed with a VISA, we set off to Mont-Tremblant.

Wifi should be included in the price though, I was trying to sign up for the All Access membership

The village restaurants and activities are also becoming very expensive!

The rooms are nothing like they advertised and it is very expensive for what you get.

As with any luxury offering or price point, be sure to over deliver as that is the luxury along with the product or service.

Dinner at the Quintessential Hotel down the road was expensive

Breakfast for 2 people added up to $100 incl taxes, which is crazy.

We paid $50 for late checkout at 2pm ($25/hour).

but we would charged the same rate as the king suite.

Honestly the experience was not the best and for me wasn’t worth the cost that we paid for the activity.

Quite expensive, with a bottle of water in the deli/snack bar costing $8.

but this was Four Seasons pricing and a sub-Motel Six experience.

So just be prepared, everything in this hotel has resort pricing.

We were a family of 5 and were promised a breakfast with price at booking.

The hot tub is right outside, there’s an indoor pool, the breakfast was fabulous and the location was amazing.

A continental breakfast was served everyday which had lots of healthy options; fruit, eggs, Greek yogurt (and loads of unhealthy).

The breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast, just as you expect.

Breakfast was a buffet, more than just a Continental with eggs, sausages etc.

Very clean and free parking and breakfast included.

Bar is adequate as is the breakfast which is continental style.

This place is great, big family suites, very close to Tremblant ski resort, pools, breakfast, friendly staff, clean, quite, they even have shuttle service to the ski resort, will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is included and has nice choices.

Loved the hot tub and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Buffet breakfast was adequate - nothing special.

The whole of Mont Tremblant seemed overpriced and underwhelming in general,

slightly less expensive than some other options ski-in/out in the village.

We could have stayed at several other local options that would undoubtedly be better for similar cost. Yuck!

This issue cost us over 4 hours of phone time on our first day.

This would not be the vacation we had agreed to or paid for.

If the amenities are not available, why price is staying the same???

For the price we paid, we would have been better off at renting a home.

though we cancelled a week before our scheduled reservation, we were still charged a hefty 30% cancellation fee.

If you are looking for a clean, not crazy expensive family friendly hotel in Tremblant, then go for it.

We weren't offered any price adjustment, credit, or anything for these deficiencies or inconveniences.

I am not sure what happened this year, likely someone decided to dramatically cut the cost without even think of the jeopardies.

It feels like you're on a resort without the annoying resort fee.

Only note is that it is on the expensive side,

And the attendant could not tell us how much this fee would be and never got back to us (as we requested) to tell us the fee.

To pay with our credit card, we had to go outside of the building to have signal and be able to pay by credit card.

Had the price been higher, the shortcomings would have affected my rating more.

The price was what we would have expected to pay for a single room, and the convenience of separate bedrooms with a shared living space makes you wonder why more hotels aren't set up this way!

As a conclusion, I would say that we paid way more than we should have for the service and accommodation they provided.
