On a few occasions we used the wellness center to find the spa was cold and other water facilities were not available to use.

The salad bar was limited and often contained cold cooked veg (broccoli, carrots etc).

but this was then the same towel for our evening shower, for which it was then wet and cold.

But the worst was the skiroom - cold, dirty, not enough space for all guests boots.

The staff is all very friendly and ready to help with anything.

Thank you to the friendly management and staff that helped make this a special holiday.

The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, I felt well taken care of the whole time.

Antonio, the restaurant manager, was equally as friendly and ensured that the restaurant ran like clockwork.

If you like walking/ hiking, running, relaxing, good company great hotel, friendly staff and need to clear your head and relax, then this is thee place.

The staff were efficient and genuinely friendly especially Costanzo on reception nothing was to much trouble, Asia and Erica in the dinning room always a smile and Antonio who always ensured the dinning room ran smoothly.

Great hotel, with comfortable and clean rooms, the food is excellent, all the staff is friendly and serviceminded.

Really friendly service supervised by a professional ristorante manager (Antonio,  "Domino" da Monopoli).

The heating in the rooms were set way too high, most nights we had to sleep with the windows open.

The rooms, whilst pretty small for three guys, were fine really as on a ski holiday, you are only in there to get some sleep and a shower.

Had to sleep with balcony door open because of the smell.

The only downsides we found were problems getting a good Internet connection (I could only access FaceBook for some strange reason) and the clock in the village sometimes woke us up chiming in the night.

Wifi € 6,-- for 10 hours, and a bit of a pain in the neck, because everytime your laptop would go in sleep mode, you had to log in again, reception not in all the rooms.

In general the waiting staff were rude during breakfast sittings and some staff smelt of BO.

to another room that didn't smell any better.

We were gritted every morning and evening by an exceptional stuff in the hotel restaurant, were helped by the smiling girls at the reception and enjoyed the full services of the hotel, including the spa, the gym and the amazing masseuse- Carmela.

It was super nice, the staff is really warm, helpful and you feel very comfortable all the time.

We had a thoroughly fabulous week and the hotel staff led by Mr Costanzo were outstanding in their various roles.

The Manager of the Hotel was most accommodating and managed to find an appropriate room for us.

but moreover always with a pleasant and deeply concerned attitude.

Hotel staff are very helpful especially Mr Constanzo, General Manager and Mr Alberto, Culinary Manager for going above and beyond to help us.

All of the other staff were equally helpful and a great week was had by all.

Nice welcoming hotel with all amenities, 5 min walk to the Col Rodella gondola and to the center of town.

All the service givers in the hotel were exceptionally helpful.

but the hotel did not seem to run a water conservation policy and towels were changed daily unlike other hotels that try to reduce detergent use and therefore their impact on the environment

Other bad features of the hotel:
- very poor breakfast
- the room for ski storage very small, outside from the hotel, on a slippery pathway
- very poor quality soaps (you have to broke your teeth to tear the plastic bag that contains them), plastic one time glasses, towels.

As we only had 1 big towel each we used this to get down and up from the spa,

My room was charged for using 4 bathrobes, we only had 2.

When we arrived the hotel hall and lounge looked nice and the reception staff friendly, unfortunately from here it all went down hill, arrived in the room to find it smelly and damp, soon found the reason large black mould in the corner of the room(see photo), reception didn't apologize, simply said they were full and couldn't change our room, during dinner they cleaned the mould with bleach thus making the room stink of bleach, the kids bunk bed was a strange fold out sofabed, very cheap and uncomfortable.

They charged for bathrobe and swimming cap, which is compulsory.

The service is really bad,
We we're 8 guests, and they billed all of us for bathrobes when at the spa when they said its for free (most of us went in different time, and all of us understood from the stuff at the spa the its for free).

Too small rooms and bathrooms, plastic shower walls, thin room walls making it easy to hear talks from neighbour rooms, most stinky ski boot room I have ever experienced and cuisine easy-to-forget.

There was no significant difference between the regular and the suite rooms except for a small hallway and a window in the bathroom in the later.

Standart rooms and bathrooms are quite tiny,

The dryer is not just a hanging rack as I had seen in other hotels,

The bathrooms are basic and the showers don't seem to have adequate thermostatic control.

The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy. 5.

I would add much highlight the bad attitude of some german guys and grls being drunk some 10 minutes after dinner and smoking everywhere, despite hotel manager efforts. Also you may not like 'em walking around in the nude at the health center (not only in the sauna or turkish bath cabin.  )

The people were very friendly especially Stefano the guide was really good.

Staff at the Medil were lovely, always friendly, helpful &  all of them helped to create a lovely atmosphere generally.

The pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna became a daily ritual after a full days skiing, and the staff were all friendly and remembered our daily double espresso macchiatos.

At the end of the holiday we put all these issues to the hotel Manager, he offered us a €25 bottle big wine and told us the the hotel was aimed at russian guests that perhaps have lower expectations!!

but there were far too many people using it including pay guest from outside.

Also for guests not living in the hotel .

We were for some time the only guest in the hotel.

The swimmingpool and wellness was also up to our expectations, althoug many Italian guest were afraid to enter the sauna the way it is supposed to be done: with just a towel.

Very great staff who really like to enjoy their work.

We were very satisfied with the room, breakfast and dinner, SPA, locker room, bar and reception.

The staff were attentive and always pleasant.

This is great place to stay, everything was clean, staff is very kind and helpful.

Personal is very kindly and the room and spa area are  very clean .

He made each skiing day magical by planning the best route for the weather and his great sense of humour!

Once arrived to the Rubino the room was at 20 Cº and the hadn't the heatting on.

The only NEGATIVE to our holiday was the extremely rude receptionist, wish I could remember his name, he was pretty ignorant upon check in.

To miss the lift queue in the morning, we headed up at 10am, or you can get there early at 8.30am - one day we arrived at 9am and it was a bit of a wait!

We really liked staying in this hotel.the staff were all so nice and really attentive ,taking there job so seriously.

but the staff make the place especially the director as know as EL SERGENTE for his attitude.

but the staff were very happy to make great spaghetti bolognese and pizza to keep their palettes content.

Apart from the receptionist the rest of the Staff were excellent.

The service, food, staff, and excellent pool and wellness area were fantastic.

You can also login via Facebook credentials which then makes you wait 60 seconds before connecting to the wifi, unless, you "Like" their facebook page.

The wifi is a hit and miss, some days you would get an hour others you might only have 10 minutes.

Additionally, the WIFI doesn't really work, and this is a problem all hotels in the area of the dolomites seem to have.

When we checked in we weren’t told anything…like the code for the ski room, meal times, that you needed a card to get in the spa, that you needed someone from reception to unlock your safe…etc etc.

Wifi is charged 3 euro for 10 hours of contact and is o.k.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly helpful staff especially Simone on Reception and Danielle and Rosilda in the dining room also Fernando who drove the courtesy bus.

The hotel minibus  can give you a lift to the local ski lift and for a small fee , a lift further along the valley.

The hotel is run by a family and they were very helpful and friendly despite the language barrier sometimes - we got by perfectly well and can't speak a word of Italian.

Not the service you are looking for when you are a paying client .

Guests seemed to stay in their hotels in the evening.

While the location of the hotel was a little out of the way from the lifts, the hotel provides a minibus that runs guests to the local gondola and a pickup in the afternoon after a days skiing.

Apart from a few British guests, most people staying were Italian, which has to be a recommendation.

They are very proud of it, and rightly so, yes some of the guests were asked not to lean their skis against the hotel

The Hotel Sas Morin was perfect for the two of Us, Warm and clean rooms, brilliant Hotel staff who spoke great English, (Yuri was OUTSTANDING and helped us find some good spots),  Steam room, Sauna and well being room were just right for me to stretch off and chill out in the evening.

Stayed at the SAS Morin Hotel for second time Feb 2019, another great week, lovely food and welcoming hotel, nice room etc.

The staff were very helpful, particularly with help with ski-ing routes and destinations.

but Fernando was up early to assist us with our luggage the next morning for which I am most grateful.

Fernando, who drove the shuttle bus to and from the slopes was quite grumpy.

If you plan to use the ski bus you can buy a half price weekly ticket from reception at 6 euros pp.

the hotel has un excellent relation price-services, the location it´s so good near the ski loops buffaure , the staff are lovelly and super profesional, the hotel it´s super clean and good decorated (tyrol style), for the last the meals are so so good

Very comfortable hotel lovely helpful staff particularly Stephani on reception.

Hotel is impeccably clean and staff are all very friendly.Must say that Stephanie on reception and bar area was lovely.Reasonably priced bar €4 for a large beer !

Fantastic home made food typical of an Austrian /Italian hotel.Nothing is to much for the staff.

The hotel is more of a 4 star standard than 3 
The food was excellent , the rooms where lovely , spa and wellness centre was welcomed to relax in after a full days skiing ,the hotel is in a fairly quiet location

Reception picked up lift passes for us which saved us struggling to find the pass office
The drying room was good with individual room lockers that were heated and worked quite well
The hotel bar was well stocked

Felt a bit uncomfortable for the first few day, there is a lot of skies off for gondolas and cable cars,

They made us feel uncomfortable and not welcome.

though i would suggest if want some privacy in your room ask for a room that is not over looked by another room , unless you are prepared to close your curtains.
