The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day before doing the hikes in the mountains.

Good selection at breakfast was very good.

Breakfast had many great options and a bonus covered secured parking was the cherry.

It was clean and the breakfast buffet had many selections so everyone could find something they liked.

Nice and clean rooms, ski lockers, a nice spa (with sauna, whirlpools, steam sauna and relax), good service and great breakfast buffet (even warm eggs and bacon, which is not that common in Italy).

The breakfast is amazing, you could really find everything you need and wants.

Service was fine and a big thanks to the "breakfast team" for patiently taken care of us in the morning.

Among the shortcomings: the day of departure to work with us is very slow at the reception lady.

Flavia is a wonderful cook and the range of delicious homemade offerings are irresistible, along with everything you could possibly want for breakfast and the two afternoon snacks they provide.

A small and charming boutique hotel with 12 quiet rooms, far enough from the main road, breakfast was sufficient, courteous and professional staff who answered every request both in terms of room, cuisine and helpful tips for trips in the area, the hotel owner is motivated to improve and renew everything that pleases the tourist.

The breakfast with homemade cakes and pastries is wonderful.

Superb, kind service, spotlessly clean rooms, excellent breakfast, really cordial hospitality, great spa.

Flavia and her team were wonderful hosts and had thought of all the little details that made a skiing holiday that little bit easier eg an allocated boot/ski cupboard in the boot room. The rooms were spacious and clean, the showers were luxurious, breakfast was divine (the cakes were luscious!)

Eating healthy is easy here as all of the food is homemade and fresh from the hosts oven.

The breakfast is the best, the location perfect, the cleanliness amazing, and the decor divine.

Breakfast was our favorite meal of the day - we still miss it, especially the view on Sasso Lungo (Langkofel)!

Fantastic breakfast - what a start to the day!

This small mountain breakfast hotel offers you all facilities you need.

The Personal as the owner are very friendly, and the breakfast absolutely delicious.

I did not sleep a wink the first night and had to wear my thermals.

You couldn’t even put on the towel rail yourself if you needed to dry your ski socks, and during a freezing night the heating came on at 3.30am, banged and woke you up.

The toilet was separated by a door from the vanity basin.

The food is also amazing, both the dinner and the breakfast buffet.

The food in the dining room was abundant and extremely varied and tasty and on a couple of occasions bad weather forced us down to an early skiing finish we lunched in the pizza restaurant which was also excellently staffed and provided delicious food.

Breakfast is good too, the coffee machine is not the greatest though.

The waitress and waiters were lovely and the food and service was fantastic with plenty of choice for evening meal and breakfast.

We found the Food to be excellent for Breakfast and Dinner.

And the last wonderful experience was, when they opened kitchen for us (6 people) at 5:40 am in order to give us opportunity to have breakfast just before our leaving.

It will be good idea to add some vegetables to breakfast.

The food in the restaurant was very delicious.

Restaurant: pretty standard for breakfast, excellent Italian and Tirolean gourmet dinners.

Rooms are tidy and well equipped, excellent location, cuisine and buffet, and improve the information regarding the evening entertainment for the boys, excellent also the position to reach canazei, very kind staff room and estrewma courtesy of the director of the structure

Good breakfast,  ok room, nice spa, to few heaters for ski boots, dinner was varied.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a four-course dinner every day.

Breakfast had all you need, dinner was pre-picked the night before and had plenty on the menu.

THE FOOD
The breakfast buffet has meat, cheese, boiled and scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit fresh and tinned (don't be put off by tinned), wonderful fresh bread especially the wholewheat granary, jams, cereal, milk, water, juice, coffee and tea, Oh and of course cakes, all types to indulge in.

The breakfast and dinner, which are included, are good, diverse and plenty.

The food was delicious, well presented and came out in a timely fashion.

There was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the food was plentiful with a good choice.

On a few occasions we used the wellness center to find the spa was cold and other water facilities were not available to use.

The salad bar was limited and often contained cold cooked veg (broccoli, carrots etc).

but this was then the same towel for our evening shower, for which it was then wet and cold.

But the worst was the skiroom - cold, dirty, not enough space for all guests boots.

The heating in the rooms were set way too high, most nights we had to sleep with the windows open.

The rooms, whilst pretty small for three guys, were fine really as on a ski holiday, you are only in there to get some sleep and a shower.

Had to sleep with balcony door open because of the smell.

The only downsides we found were problems getting a good Internet connection (I could only access FaceBook for some strange reason) and the clock in the village sometimes woke us up chiming in the night.

Wifi € 6,-- for 10 hours, and a bit of a pain in the neck, because everytime your laptop would go in sleep mode, you had to log in again, reception not in all the rooms.

In general the waiting staff were rude during breakfast sittings and some staff smelt of BO.

to another room that didn't smell any better.

but the hotel did not seem to run a water conservation policy and towels were changed daily unlike other hotels that try to reduce detergent use and therefore their impact on the environment

Other bad features of the hotel:
- very poor breakfast
- the room for ski storage very small, outside from the hotel, on a slippery pathway
- very poor quality soaps (you have to broke your teeth to tear the plastic bag that contains them), plastic one time glasses, towels.

As we only had 1 big towel each we used this to get down and up from the spa,

We had the best breakfast ever compared to other hotels in this area.

The breakfasts are much more than expected with a lot of muffins exotic fruits cheers etc.. 
We ate dinner, it's chefs league, very recommend even if you are not staying here! In the bottom line, Im glad we came, if you are coming to campitello check if there is available room:-)

The breakfast was wonderful each morning, as well.

The breakfast is excellent - probably one of the best we ever experienced in an hotel.

If you think breakfast is high priority then I surely can say this is best hotel serving amazing breakfast.

The hotel did NOT freeze the room rate that I had originally booked the hotel with, did not care about the fact that now the hotel was out of my budget and  I could not stay and afford this increase.

They are so cheap and stingy, that they limit the room heating to 23 Celsius and it take a lot to persuade them to take it up to 25.

They change towels once a week and if you want soaps then you will have to pay more

Anything else pretty much means an expensive cab ride.

We paid A LOT of money for the most luxurious deal all tbe way in August.

No expense was spared and you'll feel pampered at every moment.

The food at evening is a bit on the sophisticated side (and prices are accordingly),

No expense has been spared with the interior /exterior of this hotel.

As a single traveller I was delighted to actually only have to pay a single rate for the room - it was small

So every room that I had booked now was more expansive by  200 EUR!.

(Hot water urn needs turning on earlier for tea!!)

Sometimes you don't have hot water during the night and the front desk closes at 22:00 so you got no one to help you.

The only minor gripes were that the water pressure of the shower was rather weak and the breakfast buffet started a little late at 7:45am.

Once arrived to the Rubino the room was at 20 Cº and the hadn't the heatting on.

The only NEGATIVE to our holiday was the extremely rude receptionist, wish I could remember his name, he was pretty ignorant upon check in.

To miss the lift queue in the morning, we headed up at 10am, or you can get there early at 8.30am - one day we arrived at 9am and it was a bit of a wait!

After a few minutes he arrived back with 5 expensive wines , Prices between 65€ To 270€.

At first Maria on reception told us we would have to pay, which we questioned, so she checked and it turned out we had already paid.

The food was plentiful, tasty and local recipes.

Breakfast provisions ran out on last morning half way through sitting when we had a slightly later start.

Continental Breakfast - plenty of choice from the buffet and we were never disappointed.

We felt thoroughly cosseted, we were here to relax and we loved the leisurely breakfast buffet every morning and then enjoyed a days skiing in this fantastic area.

The food was delicious so we did not went out to the outside restaurants even once.

Breakfast, buffet style had everything we wanted.

The food at the hotel is excellent- a good variety for breakfast - buffet style, and dinner was a mix of buffet (appetisers and desserts) and waiter service (the starters and mains).

Food was plentiful we really enjoyed the salad bar and the pasta dishes.

Nothing was explained about any of the facilities or services offered other than times for dinner and breakfast.

The breakfast pack provided for the home journey contained dry bread and over ripe, bruised fruit.

It is run very efficiently, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and it has all the amenities you need for a ski vacation - good ski room, nice spa (19 euro for the week), and hearty breakfasts and dinners.

Breakfast was nice – had most things really – and dinner was really good. I’m vegetarian and they catered for me so well (thank you!)

The evening meal was 4 course of delicious food .

Dinner is with nice buffet salads, a very good first course, and a beat tasteless main dish.

The meat course was less good so better to fill up on the first course of which there was ample.

You can also login via Facebook credentials which then makes you wait 60 seconds before connecting to the wifi, unless, you "Like" their facebook page.

The wifi is a hit and miss, some days you would get an hour others you might only have 10 minutes.

Additionally, the WIFI doesn't really work, and this is a problem all hotels in the area of the dolomites seem to have.

When we checked in we weren’t told anything…like the code for the ski room, meal times, that you needed a card to get in the spa, that you needed someone from reception to unlock your safe…etc etc.

Wifi is charged 3 euro for 10 hours of contact and is o.k.

The breakfast was self service and you could request omelets and eggs to be cooked.

Lovely plentiful food with a great choice.

Food is plentiful and good selection and local wine is excellent and reasonable price.

Again so many choices and more than ample.

Breakfast was just as good with a wide range of hot and cold items, plus cake.

Just returned from a week skiing in the beautiful Pozza di Fassa.Stayed at this great hotel.Our room was on the top floor which accomadated three adults, plenty of storage space for our ski wear, lovely bathroom and great shower with plentiful hot water after a day on the slopes.

but the hotel provided an adequate packed breakfast so we didn't go hungary.

The hotel minibus  can give you a lift to the local ski lift and for a small fee , a lift further along the valley.

Breakfast was brilliant with a full continental buffet along with  bacon and scrambled eggs.

This was due to friendly staff, great local food and wine for dinner and good breakfast selection.

We had half-board and the food was very good and very plentiful with a good choice on offer every day.

Food at breakfast and dinner is excellent with plenty of variety and local recipes/specialities.

but also loads of choice of fruit, cereal and continental type food.

It is a clean,comfortable well run establishment.The rooms are an average size with very good bathroom space and a lovely hot shower.The breakfast and evening meal was good throughout our stay.

We were half-board so had three course meals every night which were delicious and varied.

Breakfast was probably my favourite, such selection.

Not the service you are looking for when you are a paying client .

Guests seemed to stay in their hotels in the evening.

While the location of the hotel was a little out of the way from the lifts, the hotel provides a minibus that runs guests to the local gondola and a pickup in the afternoon after a days skiing.

Apart from a few British guests, most people staying were Italian, which has to be a recommendation.

They are very proud of it, and rightly so, yes some of the guests were asked not to lean their skis against the hotel

Felt a bit uncomfortable for the first few day, there is a lot of skies off for gondolas and cable cars,

They made us feel uncomfortable and not welcome.

though i would suggest if want some privacy in your room ask for a room that is not over looked by another room , unless you are prepared to close your curtains.

Awful sewage smell in the bathroom, reported this

My room was charged for using 4 bathrobes, we only had 2.

When we arrived the hotel hall and lounge looked nice and the reception staff friendly, unfortunately from here it all went down hill, arrived in the room to find it smelly and damp, soon found the reason large black mould in the corner of the room(see photo), reception didn't apologize, simply said they were full and couldn't change our room, during dinner they cleaned the mould with bleach thus making the room stink of bleach, the kids bunk bed was a strange fold out sofabed, very cheap and uncomfortable.

They charged for bathrobe and swimming cap, which is compulsory.

The service is really bad,
We we're 8 guests, and they billed all of us for bathrobes when at the spa when they said its for free (most of us went in different time, and all of us understood from the stuff at the spa the its for free).

Too small rooms and bathrooms, plastic shower walls, thin room walls making it easy to hear talks from neighbour rooms, most stinky ski boot room I have ever experienced and cuisine easy-to-forget.

There was no significant difference between the regular and the suite rooms except for a small hallway and a window in the bathroom in the later.

Standart rooms and bathrooms are quite tiny,

The dryer is not just a hanging rack as I had seen in other hotels,

The bathrooms are basic and the showers don't seem to have adequate thermostatic control.

The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy. 5.

I would add much highlight the bad attitude of some german guys and grls being drunk some 10 minutes after dinner and smoking everywhere, despite hotel manager efforts. Also you may not like 'em walking around in the nude at the health center (not only in the sauna or turkish bath cabin.  )

Breakfasts with a large sekection and very good dinners.

Giovanni and his colleagues completed the overwhelming breakfast with handmade double espresso’s.

The choice of food could not have been better, a lovely buffet at breakfast, & plenty of delicious choices in the evening always with the chance to sample local Trentino recipes should you fancy it.

We were very satisfied with the room, breakfast and dinner, SPA, locker room, bar and reception.

very nice hotel,the rooms were comfortable,clean,the breakfast had lots of choises,we had dinner once at the hotel which was great value for money,close to col rodella with large ski room.The pool was nice looked like it had been recently renovated just everything you want after a day skiing.One of the best things were the daily trips to the mountains with our guide Stefano,who made our ski experience unforgettable.We will be returning for sure!
