Flavia is a wonderful cook and the range of delicious homemade offerings are irresistible, along with everything you could possibly want for breakfast and the two afternoon snacks they provide.

A small and charming boutique hotel with 12 quiet rooms, far enough from the main road, breakfast was sufficient, courteous and professional staff who answered every request both in terms of room, cuisine and helpful tips for trips in the area, the hotel owner is motivated to improve and renew everything that pleases the tourist.

Flavia, the owner, has created a unique, small haven perfectly situated near ski lifts, public transportation and an exceptional restaurant, El Resole.

Edi's pizza place, which is right next to the hotel on the main road, serves excellent Pasta Carbonara, pizzas and Tiramisu.

The staff is extremely professional, efficienct, and friendly and will make recommendations about local sites, restaurant reservations, etc.

Plenty of car parking available and the front-desk staff were helpful in booking local restaurants for us which also got us discounts when mentioning the hotel name.

Our room (Junior Suite) was amazing and has been arranged lovely every day.

The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day before doing the hikes in the mountains.

Good selection at breakfast was very good.

Breakfast had many great options and a bonus covered secured parking was the cherry.

It was clean and the breakfast buffet had many selections so everyone could find something they liked.

Nice and clean rooms, ski lockers, a nice spa (with sauna, whirlpools, steam sauna and relax), good service and great breakfast buffet (even warm eggs and bacon, which is not that common in Italy).

We spend a little bit more than one week here for ski together with my girlfriend, very nice place, near to centrum of Campitello shops, pizza restaurants and only 150 meters from ski lift Cordello.

The Dolomite area is beautiful and this hotel is ideally situated near to the Cordello Lift.

Above all, a quaint hotel with every amenity and very pleasant, helpful, personable and attentive hotel staff make this the perfect choice for a memorable stay.

Parking in the garage. We recommend, we were very satisfied :-)

A bonus was that there was underground parking for our car.

We got an excellent service and an excellent price.

The breakfasts are much more than expected with a lot of muffins exotic fruits cheers etc.. 
We ate dinner, it's chefs league, very recommend even if you are not staying here! In the bottom line, Im glad we came, if you are coming to campitello check if there is available room:-)

An impossibly large selection of sweets, fresh breads, fruits, vegetables, classic breakfast food, charcuterie, cheese and so much more!

Inside there's another dry sauna, steam room, shower facilities, warmed chaises for relaxation, and free drinks in the form of teas and fruit juices.

The breakfast selection is worth a mention with Paolo outsourcing only the finest cheeses, home made tiramisu (yes we had it for breakfast), plus fresh mango and Asian fruits for us to enjoy.

Breakfast is very tasty with a great variety of fruit, cheese, juices , everything is fresh and prepared with love.

It is a four stars hotel with a five stars breakfast,including tropical fresh fruit,goji berries,healthy drinks and juices,extra wide choice of savoury and sweet dishes.

The service from the staff is exceptionel, breakfast is beyond all expectations with delicious fruit.

The Breakfast is good with a wide range of options (from cheese to cold cuts, from fruit to muesli and jams).

The rooms are very spacious, newly renovated, and modern looking - rare in Campitello!

The Chalet is new with all modern facitlites and well located.

This modern and stylish hotel has great location close to the restaurants and gondola lift.

Nice room with balcony in wood style, elegant lobby and breakfast hall also with wood everywhere in modern design.

The hotel did NOT freeze the room rate that I had originally booked the hotel with, did not care about the fact that now the hotel was out of my budget and  I could not stay and afford this increase.

They are so cheap and stingy, that they limit the room heating to 23 Celsius and it take a lot to persuade them to take it up to 25.

They change towels once a week and if you want soaps then you will have to pay more

Anything else pretty much means an expensive cab ride.

We paid A LOT of money for the most luxurious deal all tbe way in August.

No expense was spared and you'll feel pampered at every moment.

The food at evening is a bit on the sophisticated side (and prices are accordingly),

No expense has been spared with the interior /exterior of this hotel.

As a single traveller I was delighted to actually only have to pay a single rate for the room - it was small

So every room that I had booked now was more expansive by  200 EUR!.

(Hot water urn needs turning on earlier for tea!!)

Sometimes you don't have hot water during the night and the front desk closes at 22:00 so you got no one to help you.

The only minor gripes were that the water pressure of the shower was rather weak and the breakfast buffet started a little late at 7:45am.

The location was absolutely perfect, with plenty of little bars and restaurants if needed, close to a cable car and easy access to bus routes.

Great apres bar up the road too - Na Bella Vida.

The staff at reception, bar and restaurant were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

we ordered fresh coffe from the bar and that was no problem and for a good price.

We are very grateful to Antonio who seemed to be everywhere at once (restaurant, bar, reception) at any time of day from early morning till late at night, doing his job very efficiently, always perfectly courteous and helpful.

They have a salad bar alongside a starters buffet which was different every day and had about 10 different choices of starter. They served a primi course which was usually a pasta dish (all amazing!)

Joseph the bar man makes great cocktails and a particularly good Mai Tai and Rum punch.

The food is also amazing, both the dinner and the breakfast buffet.

The food in the dining room was abundant and extremely varied and tasty and on a couple of occasions bad weather forced us down to an early skiing finish we lunched in the pizza restaurant which was also excellently staffed and provided delicious food.

Breakfast is good too, the coffee machine is not the greatest though.

The waitress and waiters were lovely and the food and service was fantastic with plenty of choice for evening meal and breakfast.

We found the Food to be excellent for Breakfast and Dinner.

And the last wonderful experience was, when they opened kitchen for us (6 people) at 5:40 am in order to give us opportunity to have breakfast just before our leaving.

It will be good idea to add some vegetables to breakfast.

The food in the restaurant was very delicious.

Restaurant: pretty standard for breakfast, excellent Italian and Tirolean gourmet dinners.

Rooms are tidy and well equipped, excellent location, cuisine and buffet, and improve the information regarding the evening entertainment for the boys, excellent also the position to reach canazei, very kind staff room and estrewma courtesy of the director of the structure

Good breakfast,  ok room, nice spa, to few heaters for ski boots, dinner was varied.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a four-course dinner every day.

Breakfast had all you need, dinner was pre-picked the night before and had plenty on the menu.

THE FOOD
The breakfast buffet has meat, cheese, boiled and scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit fresh and tinned (don't be put off by tinned), wonderful fresh bread especially the wholewheat granary, jams, cereal, milk, water, juice, coffee and tea, Oh and of course cakes, all types to indulge in.

The breakfast and dinner, which are included, are good, diverse and plenty.

The food was delicious, well presented and came out in a timely fashion.

There was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the food was plentiful with a good choice.

On a few occasions we used the wellness center to find the spa was cold and other water facilities were not available to use.

The salad bar was limited and often contained cold cooked veg (broccoli, carrots etc).

but this was then the same towel for our evening shower, for which it was then wet and cold.

But the worst was the skiroom - cold, dirty, not enough space for all guests boots.

A huge beam that in the room in next to the balcony exit (which you couldn't fully open the door due that the bed was interfering, if you're not careful you hit your head which happened to us few times.

The heating in the rooms were set way too high, most nights we had to sleep with the windows open.

The only improvement I can suggest is that the wellness centre could open a little earlier than 3pm for use by early ski finishers.

We were gritted every morning and evening by an exceptional stuff in the hotel restaurant, were helped by the smiling girls at the reception and enjoyed the full services of the hotel, including the spa, the gym and the amazing masseuse- Carmela.

The rooms, amenities, food and hospitality was first class.

You can select from different pre-set menus for dinner or eat a la carte.

We were handed the key to our room straight away so that we could take our bags there and were invited to the restaurant to have a 3 course meal straight afterwards.

The locations is excellent - near the bottom of the Col de Rodella cable-car and the food, rooms and service are all excellent.

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant is extremely friendly and professional what made this Holiday a wonderfull experience.

Every evening diner was excellent
but the staff, leaded by  Antoinio and Costance was extraordinary good.
