The hotel is globally clean - large and nice room with view on Milazzo port  - staff at the breakfast particularly available and kind - staff at the reception rather distant - parking inside not very easy

Ariana did a sterling job looking after us at breakfast time and at the pool bar and worked hard to make sure her guests alaways left with a smile on their faces.

Nice pool, nice restaurant, breakfast totally acceptable.

Our room rate included free wifi and breakfast daily, which comprised of a large offering of cheeses, meats, and assortment of breads, cakes and cereals, yogurts, juices, fresh fruits and coffee.

Breakfast was a stretched out version of the typical Italian setting of sweet items with some breads, meat, cheeses and cold omelette squares.

but do not park in the numbered spaces, great bar staff in the evening keeping you topped up with your Aperol Spritz, good breakfast offering in a bright and spacious environment, a drive to the end of the peninsular is a must at sunset with calm and scenic views 117.40 euros a bargain

Reception staff very helpful and friendly , even restaurant staff for both breakfast and dinner very friendly.

Breakfast was served in a beautiful room with great views & a nice selection of foods; hot or cold.

It is spotless and bright and spacious and breakfast and all the things you'd want are there - great pool with views, lovely breakfast etc, yet it is lifeless and without character.

Regarding breakfast, it was surprising that only cold food was offered; in this respect the hotel standard is below four star.

Breakfast is an adequate basic cold buffet type.

The Wi-Fi, as has been mentioned before, is incredibly poor in this day and age.

However: the hotel is hard to find; our room had an uninspiring view over the back yard and the balcony had no chairs; breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel; there was not much character - a case of style over content.

The sanitary facilities proved to be in a poor state.

Breakfast is definitely not at the level of a 4 stars hotel, I would evaluate it as poor (not good fresh fruits, pastries averages, salty stuffs like cheese, ham, tomatoes. almost non existing, no egg.  )

although these were provided when I requested them.

It was my last morning when a waitor finally came and asked for the first and only time if I wanted coffee or a cappuccino.

but again this was not offered and when i asked they were non committal.

However the staff were quite rude, they did not give us any information about the town and when asked simply gave us one word answers.

Breakfast is disappointing-cold and minimal choice.Coffe  refills only after multiple request.

Cheap toast bread run out and had to be asked ; SME happened with the cheep cheese and ham - incredible incompetent people 

I am usually quite relax about this -

When we asked for help we were told to leave our patio doors open for air.

At this point we requested to speak with the manager who agreed to get some supplies in especially for us the following morning.

but it never was really clear why the water supply was not stable.

Some problems faced due to lack of a more competent maintenance management: certain difficulty in closing the bedroom door, an inefficient shower partition separating the tub from the bathroom area, allowing water to flood the bathroom floor, after each and every bath.

but i would have expected a 4 star hotel to have black tea and hot water.

The hot water was Luke warm and I had to ask several times for hot water which was never given.

While the quality of the cold dishes was quite good coffee turned out to be coloured water.

With the outside temperature getting close to 30 it was boiling hot, and at night we found it impossible to sleep.

A bottle of milk and a single bottle of water shouldn't cause a fridge to breakdown.

If you are getting up before 7am you need to allow 10-15minutes to let the hot water run through otherwise you get a cold shower.

-The water was hot in the bathroom , and instruction how to work the shower units!

but quickly fixed was the hot water that was at best look warm at 6am.

Mine had a small balcony that overlooked the port.

Tall glass French doors opened to a balcony over a busy street to the open water of the port.

but good breakfast (they will ask you what kind of croissants 🥐 you want for the next day ) in the morning.

Its right in front of the port (3 min walking distance to get to the ferry boat ) the staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and you can enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace - overlooking the port and bay area.

We had secure internet, good hot water, and a nice serviced breakfast buffet in their bar/restaurant.

Staff were friendly and helpful with breakfast and organised a taxi for us, as there was no bus service to the station on a Sunday.

The wifi was good, the breakfast was sufficient  (6am to 10am), the air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable and soft (first soft beds we've encounted in italy) and the room was clean.

.and the pastries at breakfast were delicious!

For this purpose, the hotel is perfectly situated at the harbour, and they served coffee and breakfast as early as 6AM, so that we could easily catch the first ferry at 7AM.

Varied breakfast, perfect timing to be able to hace it before going to the eolian islands (6-6.30).

The outdoor patio for breakfast afforded a lovely view of the harbor.

Room at the backside was a bit of noisy at night due to some devices at/around the innercourt. Nice terrace with harbourview where you can take the breakfast (italian standard.)

The roof terrace is a terrific place to enjoy the terrific breakfast or to spend some time in the afternoon, enjoying the sea breeze.

The breakfast was excellent,they went and bought plain croissants for us,lovely selection of fruits too.

Breakfast was included and it was very reasonable at €73.

The hotel itself is lovely, comfortable and clean with an excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was one of the best out of the hotels we stayed.

We arrived tired and hungry and when we said we were tired to go out to a restaurant, Giuseppe ( from Lipari) made me a delicious plate of spaghetti and went out especially to buy salad fixings for a salad -

do not forget these cards, as there is a patroll contiunously watching.

The guy that took us to get our car tried to charge us extra, for 2 1/2 days,

Lovely rooms and beautifully presented breakfast particularly hot, fresh roles.

We were also offered several tasty options for a very filling breakfast.

Breakfast was waiting for us outside our door in the morning and was very good (cereal, toast, coffee, tea, fruit, yoghurt, biscuits).

Although busy at times during the day there was no traffic noise problems.

If you are driving, it is best to try to avoid arriving during rush hour The street number given when booking was wrong so twice we had to run the gauntlet of a very busy one-way system.

I recommend to contact the owner before arriving, finding the correct door for the first time might be challenging.

Although there wasn't a safe the apartments were very secure, guests have keys to the entrance which is always locked and the bedroom doors have good locks.

Its not easy to find as its on the main street and its just a door with the name written above in small writing, Parking is free on the blue lines.

The only downside is the air con, which is only installed near the front door, and because the flat is basically one long open-plan rectangle it only really cools the kitchen

The lady who cleans the apartment each day has a tiresome habit of rearranging your possessions if she thinks they're in the wrong place (which resulted in some vital medication temporarily going missing) and opening windows so that flies and mosquitoes get in.

Clean, descent breakfast, right at the port close by a number of restaurant and managed by very friendly staff that all appear to be members of the same family.

The breakfast choice is varied, generous and fresh.

The breakfast was really excellent: freshly squeezed lemon juice, great coffee, various cheeses and cold meats, little savoury and sweet pastries, croissants, and a lovely lemon and olive oil cake - a very enjoyable start to the day!

Breakfast was served from 6.30 - great for the early ferries.

The day persons at the desk and at breakfast were very friendly, courteous, and helpful.

The only down side to Cassisi Hotel was the breakfast which was not up to standard for a four star hotel and more akin to a B and B.

The room was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable with french windows and a tiny balcony; it was a bit noisy early in the morning with the windows open

They offered a light breakfast and coffee, complimentary.

Breakfast was excellent and the house centrally located near the cruise dock.

Despite a late night, he was ready to serve us breakfast at 8:30, complete with fresh-squeezed orange juice.

We had breakfast after the second night staying there and it was very nice with a large selection of cookies, cereal, and drinks.

The rooms were very nice (enough space and a very good equipped bathroom) and quiet and the breakfast was good.

Our only issue was the air conditioning was not operational.

but mine looked out over some sort of ventilation shaft or inner courtyard.

After a second that we were there we realized that the AC was not working , we called and they said that they fix it.

I called the front desk, apparently they set the temperature for you at 22, and then at some point in the night the AC will go off.

The included buffet breakfasts in the morning were delicious and as soon as they saw me they brought me my coffee without my even having to ask and would then bring my car up right away.

Breakfasts were very good with a nice selection to satisfy anyone.

They had a very nice continental buffet with a couple of hot choices as well for breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, and two of my traveling companions had dinner there as well and both said it was excellent.

We really enjoyed this trip, the hotel is beautiful the rooms are very clean and very well decorated, the food is delicicius we never had had eat those delicious dishes.

A polite request for a couple of cups of tea around 10pm was not very well received by night staff (clearly we were putting them out) and resulted in a couple of weak, tepid cups of tea which we were charged an unreasonable amount for.

although there was an extra charge to park in the hotel car park.

Back to the room , of course the AC was not working , they  continue to say that was the right temperature , basically they control the temperature from dawn stair and you can adjust just for 2 or 3 degree, anyway was not working at all , and in the room there was 28 degree with 3 people sleeping.

My room’s window faced another room’s window, so I couldn’t even open the curtains.

My window was feet away from the window of the room opposite.

Clean, Good Breakfast and Staff makes you feel very welcoming!

Breakfast was typical Italian, cake, fruit, cheeses, 'toasts', and coffee, (cappuccino/latte etc) with the exception of New Years Day when they pushed the boat out to incorporate mozzarella with tomatoes and basil and cream cakes.

The hotel itself appears quite modern with an artistic stairwell and artwork in the breakfast area.
