Its right in front of the port (3 min walking distance to get to the ferry boat ) the staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and you can enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace - overlooking the port and bay area.

The area around has lots of restaurants and bars, and there is a lovely walkway along the sea.

Lovely hotel,the receptionists were very welcoming.Very clean rooms and public areas.

The Petit Hotel is in the busy port area and right next to the piers where the ferries and speed boats leave - excellent day trips.

but plenty of pizzerias in the area, and shops that sell fresh bread and arancini (rice balls with meat).

Across the street is the seaport and transportation to the Aoelian Islands, and a short walk to the downtown area where on Sunday nights the street is closed and everyone just strolls along.

The Hotel is located just right in front of the embarkment areas of both of main ferries and hydrofoils lines.

Within 30 minutes our car was safely off the street and we were drinking cocktails on the roof deck overlooking the harbour.

For this purpose, the hotel is perfectly situated at the harbour, and they served coffee and breakfast as early as 6AM, so that we could easily catch the first ferry at 7AM.

This bus will take you to Milazzo harbour.

The Petit Hotel is in an ideal location on Milazzo's harbour.

The harbour and ferries are just a few steps away.

but good breakfast (they will ask you what kind of croissants 🥐 you want for the next day ) in the morning.

We had secure internet, good hot water, and a nice serviced breakfast buffet in their bar/restaurant.

Small hotel opposite the port nice rooms, good roof terrace for breakfast, the lady at reception was very friendly and really helpful, helped with our ferry confirmation, and great recommendations for dinner

Staff were friendly and helpful with breakfast and organised a taxi for us, as there was no bus service to the station on a Sunday.

The wifi was good, the breakfast was sufficient  (6am to 10am), the air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable and soft (first soft beds we've encounted in italy) and the room was clean.

.and the pastries at breakfast were delicious!

Varied breakfast, perfect timing to be able to hace it before going to the eolian islands (6-6.30).

The outdoor patio for breakfast afforded a lovely view of the harbor.

Room at the backside was a bit of noisy at night due to some devices at/around the innercourt. Nice terrace with harbourview where you can take the breakfast (italian standard.)

The roof terrace is a terrific place to enjoy the terrific breakfast or to spend some time in the afternoon, enjoying the sea breeze.

The breakfast was excellent,they went and bought plain croissants for us,lovely selection of fruits too.

We arrived tired and hungry and when we said we were tired to go out to a restaurant, Giuseppe ( from Lipari) made me a delicious plate of spaghetti and went out especially to buy salad fixings for a salad -

Breakfast is served up on the terrace with view of the port and starts from 6am which is great for an early departure.

A terrazzo view allows watch over comings and goings of the island ferries.

Would be worth staying 2 night so you can see the area and then head to the islands.

The entrance opens onto the kitchen/dining area which was shielded from the entrance by a book case containing tourist information.

They are also very kind and friendly, every now and then there was this impression that we were long time friends :) As a plus, Stefano is very knowledgeable about the area, and we ended up wishing we stayed for longer in Milazzo, which has more to offer than the port.

You have a common area for brekfast and everything is ready when you wake up.

There was a large beach umbrella in each room which was a welcome addition as there were no umbrellas or sunbeds on the Milazzo shingle beach just 10 minutes away.

Stayed here for 3 days and never used the car, you could walk to the beaches east or west easily.

Most of all, Barbara and Stefano were wonderful hosts.

Not to mention the beauty of Milazzo, the beaches, and all of the wonderful history around you.

Barbara and Stephano were incredibly helpful and friendly and organised a place for a us to park on the street, a tour to the Aeolin Islands, laundry and some great restaurant recommendations.

The Barbara room os the biggest and definitely the most comfortable and quiet.

The B&B is located within a five minute walk from the port where you can take the hydrofoil to the Aeoli Islands, so it is very convenient.

Actually, the location was perfect, in the midle of the litle town, 5 mins walking from the beach and 10 min from the local night life, not forgetting the main port  to viit the islands that is another 10 min walk.

It's central to town and a short walk to the port (5min) for the ferries to the islands.

Our only issue was the air conditioning was not operational.

but mine looked out over some sort of ventilation shaft or inner courtyard.

After a second that we were there we realized that the AC was not working , we called and they said that they fix it.

I called the front desk, apparently they set the temperature for you at 22, and then at some point in the night the AC will go off.

The included buffet breakfasts in the morning were delicious and as soon as they saw me they brought me my coffee without my even having to ask and would then bring my car up right away.

The duomo and views from the castle mount are worth the walk.

It has a beautiful castle and a promontory with breathtaking views!

The hotel room was clean, incredibly spacious, and the view was lovely.

The location is absolutely ideal, located right across from the harbor and within a 5-10 minute walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops.

Short walk to the ferry docks and shops and restaurants.

There is also a good value bar/restaurant  (Lido la Fenice) on the Western side of the peninsula about half an hour’s walk from the hotel if you want to see the sun setting.

It is within a ten minute walk to all the ferry docks so it’s perfect for travellers without a car.

The hotel is approx 5-10min walk from the port where the ferries depart.

But still within a comfortable 10 minute walk (after considering walking across relatively heavy traffic).

It probably is the best situated hotel in the area which was close to the harbour ferries to the islands and also to the old part of town.

but the area seemed a bit short on choice of good restaurants.

Two very good restaurants near by, Newport Cafe and Cafe Russo.

A walk along the promenade and to the beach are recommended and a visit to the fortress is a must.

I had balcony, over the alley, and could see the harbour to the left and the main street to the right.

Beautifully presented boutique hotel well located near waterfront and with paid street parking readily available.

A pretty good Hotel for a short business trip 
Clean, descent breakfast, right at the port close by a number of restaurant and managed by very friendly staff that all appear to be members of the same family.

The breakfast choice is varied, generous and fresh.

The breakfast was really excellent: freshly squeezed lemon juice, great coffee, various cheeses and cold meats, little savoury and sweet pastries, croissants, and a lovely lemon and olive oil cake - a very enjoyable start to the day!

Breakfast was served from 6.30 - great for the early ferries.
