Lady to bring me a microwave to the room and we had to call a lot and the frount desk I never has a bad stss like that in my life we were treated like we were 2 class people that Wes so bad I was sick the whole stay.

however I was informed after checking into our room that not all rooms have a refrigerator and microwave.

There was a kitchenette that I found lacking for supplies (had to buy my own dish soap, dish machine packets and some cooking utensils) no toaster in the room.

I called the night before check-in to see if our room had a refrigerator because we had some medicine that need to be kept cold.

We didn't have a mini fridge in the room, which would be my only complaint.

My only issue was the fact that there is not a fridge in the room to put things in to keep cold.

Wish rooms had a refrigerator, you have to request one be put in the room when you book the room.

Minor item--it seems I have come to be used to a refrig in the room at most hotels and this was not provided.

There was no fridge or microwave in our room and the girl brought one up in 5 minutes and carried them both herself.

Why does your website boast an in room fridge?

When we checked in Rosh gave our over traveled kids warm cookies and then PERSONALLY delivered 2 refrigerators to our rooms, on 2 separate occasions we asked 2 different housekeepers for extra supplies and both times they had them to us within minutes with big smiles on their faces, one day we were in the restaurant for breakfast and Dion must have over heard us talking about one of the kids having something in her eye and without hesitation, he came to us with eye wash.

You could literally hear the conversation of those around you and turning on the air conditioner did not help as it was extremely loud.

We could not use the ventilation system and immediately shut it off.

With the air conditioner on, we did not hear any outside noise

My only complaints were the loud AC and the bathroom auto light that went on and off a few times at night. Funny.

Even with the fan on loud we could hear all of these noises.

Not really sure if there was a heater though.

I have to say that I'm not normally a Super 8 fan,

We were on the 2nd floor, so if you can't climb steps, do ask for a ground floor unit.

We let them know at the front desk and they switched something on the unit so that it would turn the fan off when it reached the desired temperature.

My wife is not a fan of the budget hotels (I like them, especially when traveling for business).

The fridge was leaking and we got no sleep because the heater was extremely noisey and we kept hearing the trucks from the nearby highway.

And with the fan or AC going I could hear nothing outside.

If your AC/Heating unit is turned on, it may drown out the noise.

.The heater was a little noisy when it ran.

Walking around in socks on a Dirty and disgusting carpet turned my socks from White to brownish to black color.

The carpets are sticky and will turn your feet black just walking from bathroom to the bed.

The transition from carpet to tile needs to be smoother.

Now the negatives: I only gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because the carpet was quite dirty.

It had carpet that seemed clean, tile floor that seemed clean, granite countertops for the sink area..

Room had somewhat "off" odor, carpet full of stains and small load of dog crap!

The carpet did smell moldy and was very dirty, I noticed that the bottom of my feet were very dirty right after I got out of the shower and walked across it bare foot.

the carpet in the room was soiled in a couple of places from previous guests' pets and the shower curtain bottom was moldy where it stays in contact with the edge of the shower enclosure .

The carpet was a bit careworn and the pillow was flatter than I'm used to - that's the worst I can find to say so I'm pleased as can be.

One of our rooms did have a weird odor- perhaps new carpet?,

We stayed two nights three days the room was clean the service was very nice & the beds were comfortable.

They have smoking and non smoking rooms and allow pets.

But  there is people smoking around the building all the time since we check in at the middle of the night.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, which was absolutely disgusting.

After checking in, I got to the room, and while I knew it was a smoking room, I did NOT expect it to smell QUITE so pungently.

The air/heating system was not properly maintained as it smelled of exhaust fumes and oil.

The bedspread was filthy and there was a large burn hole in one.

The room did also gather a smoke odor as we opened our door.

They had promised a room with no smoking or pet smells, and they delivered just that.

My shower was filled with mold which I am allergic to.

a couple of funky smells here and there and a pool that I did not feel the need to go in because the color looked a little too green for me.

but the fan didn't work so the bathroom smelled musty which wasn't pleasant.

My room had hair on the toilet and mold in the shower.

There are 23 well-appointed rooms at the Inn, including the 5 'stable' rooms, created from what was a stable building.

The Courtyard Room is a bit odd in that the bathroom is tiny,

The bathroom was a little bit small with the tub/shower an toilet all in a fairly small space,

The only negative I could say was the bathroom was a bit small -

- The lighting in the room was a bit limited - given it looks out directly on the parking lot, it's a small window and makes it a bit of a cave.

The had very small spinning balls, which meant the curtain run so smoothly!.

A few of the metal shower curtain rings were rusty and wouldn't close.

but i don't think you could ever sleep with the windows open here due to the traffic noise, something that might affect others when making a choice of where to stay for a quiet vacation.

to soften that noise, I tried turning on the window AC unit in the bedroom.

The outlets were old and worn out and falling out of the wall.

They also were uncomfortable with the surroundings, so it was not just us.

The carpets are stained, the room furnishings are a combination of new and old - do not match - the fridge and microwave are 20+ years old, the shower has no light above it so when you close the curtain you shower in the dark . .

Patriot Inn is a bit dated (they have actual keys for the rooms instead of keycard locks, for example)

While there is no breakfast, there is a restaurant attached to it, which has wonderful home style cooked meals.

If I had to pick one area that was a bit disappointing, the bedspreads seemed a bit too worn for continued use.

The "Suite" was just a HUGE room with a stained couch, the smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling and 2 electric outlets not working.

The tub and toilet area was not well lit and the tub lacked any type of bath mat or anti slip devices.

I called the front desk, and the woman said that sometimes it helps to unplug the set and plug it in again.

We kept the interconnecting doors unlocked and partially open.

Soon after we fell a sleep the room next door was very loud and it seemed they were a bunch of people having a party.

The door closer apparatus is timed so as to not slam the doors.

We put the do not disturb on our door and left for the day.

(You can really hear doors slamming in the hallway though.)

Very comfortable and well-appointed room, immaculately clean.

Our room was clean, except for the "pink scum" around the shower pan.
