The hotel is in a great location about a mile from the center of this little town, they just reopened (as Covid is being managed) the more traditional breakfast while we were staying there and housekeeping services were available as requested - we had them come once during our four night stay.

The next morning we had a nice breakfast in the lobby and Hunter came by to make sure that our experience was great!

Lady to bring me a microwave to the room and we had to call a lot and the frount desk I never has a bad stss like that in my life we were treated like we were 2 class people that Wes so bad I was sick the whole stay.

however I was informed after checking into our room that not all rooms have a refrigerator and microwave.

There was a kitchenette that I found lacking for supplies (had to buy my own dish soap, dish machine packets and some cooking utensils) no toaster in the room.

I called the night before check-in to see if our room had a refrigerator because we had some medicine that need to be kept cold.

We didn't have a mini fridge in the room, which would be my only complaint.

My only issue was the fact that there is not a fridge in the room to put things in to keep cold.

Wish rooms had a refrigerator, you have to request one be put in the room when you book the room.

Minor item--it seems I have come to be used to a refrig in the room at most hotels and this was not provided.

There was no fridge or microwave in our room and the girl brought one up in 5 minutes and carried them both herself.

Why does your website boast an in room fridge?

When we checked in Rosh gave our over traveled kids warm cookies and then PERSONALLY delivered 2 refrigerators to our rooms, on 2 separate occasions we asked 2 different housekeepers for extra supplies and both times they had them to us within minutes with big smiles on their faces, one day we were in the restaurant for breakfast and Dion must have over heard us talking about one of the kids having something in her eye and without hesitation, he came to us with eye wash.

Breakfast is served starting at 6:30 which is great when you want to get started on an early hike.

From the check in to the breakfast server to the staff in the Brew Pub everyone was courteous , friendly and efficient.

but breakfasts are incredible, endless  fresh fruit, coffee and baked goods.

French toast or pancakes would be a nice option

Breakfast, which is included, is as high-quality as everything else, with lots of choices available at two buffet stations (one hot, one cold, plus one for drinks), and some additional items that can be ordered.

while the breakfast buffet was of the typical variety, the quality of each item was outstanding.

A couple of opportunities/notes:
- Breakfast was solid - you could tell it higher-quality product than you'd find at the chain places.

even though it is set next to a highway.. the food and service is well above par,  don't skip breakfast..

We have stayed at a lot of Inns/Bed and Breakfasts - this one is a "must stay" - they do it all and they do it very well!

Breakfast is simple, well presented, and with something for everybody.

The buffet breakfast the next morning was very much different than the normal complimentary breakfast at most hotels.

Nice inn with a good breakfast and nice pub for dinner.

The free breakfast was much more than we anticipated.

The Courtyard Room is a bit odd in that the bathroom is tiny,

The bathroom was a little bit small with the tub/shower an toilet all in a fairly small space,

The only negative I could say was the bathroom was a bit small -

- The lighting in the room was a bit limited - given it looks out directly on the parking lot, it's a small window and makes it a bit of a cave.

The had very small spinning balls, which meant the curtain run so smoothly!.

A few of the metal shower curtain rings were rusty and wouldn't close.

but i don't think you could ever sleep with the windows open here due to the traffic noise, something that might affect others when making a choice of where to stay for a quiet vacation.

to soften that noise, I tried turning on the window AC unit in the bedroom.

You could literally hear the conversation of those around you and turning on the air conditioner did not help as it was extremely loud.

We could not use the ventilation system and immediately shut it off.

With the air conditioner on, we did not hear any outside noise

My only complaints were the loud AC and the bathroom auto light that went on and off a few times at night. Funny.

Even with the fan on loud we could hear all of these noises.

Not really sure if there was a heater though.

I have to say that I'm not normally a Super 8 fan,

We were on the 2nd floor, so if you can't climb steps, do ask for a ground floor unit.

We let them know at the front desk and they switched something on the unit so that it would turn the fan off when it reached the desired temperature.

My wife is not a fan of the budget hotels (I like them, especially when traveling for business).

The fridge was leaking and we got no sleep because the heater was extremely noisey and we kept hearing the trucks from the nearby highway.

And with the fan or AC going I could hear nothing outside.

If your AC/Heating unit is turned on, it may drown out the noise.

.The heater was a little noisy when it ran.

The "to go" breakfast bag was a nice touch and beats fake eggs served at some other Wyndham facilities.

Honest about breakfast - it was fine for grab and go and didn't let me down with a suggestion of waffles and other hot options with none in reality.

The queen beds were very comfortable, the towels were soft and fluffy, the light breakfast was adequate

They had a bagged breakfast in the morning a muffin, granola bar, and fruit cup you could also get coffee tea water and juice.

Excellent customer service and they took time to get us a roll away bed at 11pm.

The beds were great, the bagged breakfast is a great idea for people on the run.

The office, breakfast area, and rooms were all well-cleaned and well-appointed.

They had grab and go breakfast, which I presume was a covid precaution and I appreciated.

I was always the rooms were clean comfortable and the continental breakfast in the morning was excellent.

The manager at the front desk gave us great advice for a delicious dinner.

Walking around in socks on a Dirty and disgusting carpet turned my socks from White to brownish to black color.

The carpets are sticky and will turn your feet black just walking from bathroom to the bed.

The transition from carpet to tile needs to be smoother.

Now the negatives: I only gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because the carpet was quite dirty.

It had carpet that seemed clean, tile floor that seemed clean, granite countertops for the sink area..

Room had somewhat "off" odor, carpet full of stains and small load of dog crap!

The carpet did smell moldy and was very dirty, I noticed that the bottom of my feet were very dirty right after I got out of the shower and walked across it bare foot.

the carpet in the room was soiled in a couple of places from previous guests' pets and the shower curtain bottom was moldy where it stays in contact with the edge of the shower enclosure .

The carpet was a bit careworn and the pillow was flatter than I'm used to - that's the worst I can find to say so I'm pleased as can be.

One of our rooms did have a weird odor- perhaps new carpet?,

The cement walkways are all peeling paint, the hallway rugs musty.

The floor felt damp under our feet and there was a bug sitting on my suitcase when I woke up.

even though no smoking signs were all over the place.

The room was supposed to be a SMOKE FREE ROOM,

It had very dusty ceiling corners and the fire alarm and smoke detector was extremely dusty (They are not to hi either).

The exterior trash bins were overflowing; signs of smoking everywhere; very basic main office.

Decent breakvast and did not smell like smoke.

They have smoking and non smoking rooms and allow pets.

But  there is people smoking around the building all the time since we check in at the middle of the night.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, which was absolutely disgusting.

After checking in, I got to the room, and while I knew it was a smoking room, I did NOT expect it to smell QUITE so pungently.

The air/heating system was not properly maintained as it smelled of exhaust fumes and oil.

Smoke rooms on 1st floor and non smoking on second.

The bedspread was filthy and there was a large burn hole in one.

The room did also gather a smoke odor as we opened our door.

They had promised a room with no smoking or pet smells, and they delivered just that.

but walking on it in bare feet made my feet disgustingly dirty.

The breakfast in morning was typical for this type of hotel.

Breakfast is available and has reasonable variety considering that it is all grab and go during the pandemic.

Breakfast was ordered by request and was yummy!

There were very few eggs left-no muffins,etc.

Hot breakfast was good and dining area was spacious.

We arrived too late to take advantage of the shopping / food options located near the hotel

The carpet hadn't been vacuumed and had bits of debris on it.

The room reeked of mold when I opened the door, and the smell never went away.

When pulling it out it smelled of being used already.

The pool water looked disgusting and the family refused to swim in it.

The downside was that the room had a musty smell to it, which was somewhat off-putting,

However, the lights in the parking lot were burned out, which staff knew, and clearly had not fixed.

Some needed attention to detail, dirty carpet in the elevator and smell like food

We tried to make coffee in the room and the coffee pot was filthy.

Cigarette smoke is rampant everywhere, and the alleged breakfast (an egg substitute) is not edible.

First room we were given was filthy smelled horrible had a huge red stain on the carpet and the fridge still had the last persons food in it.

My shower was filled with mold which I am allergic to.

a couple of funky smells here and there and a pool that I did not feel the need to go in because the color looked a little too green for me.

but the fan didn't work so the bathroom smelled musty which wasn't pleasant.

My room had hair on the toilet and mold in the shower.

Easy, issue-less check-in (free night with Bonvoy points); pleasant, engaging staff, great hot and cold breakfast selections.

Great hotel, great breakfast, great location.

The free breakfast was just as expected with a good offering of cold and hot items.

So far since my wife has been staying there since August she has been treated so nicely with smiles every morning on her return from great agents at the desk to a sweet lady who serves the breakfast and is always on top of it when something may be out, now to some they may say what's served at the breakfast is weak in a sense or the same stuff

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was perfect for us (since we had to be in Hershey the first day and in Wellsboro the next day) and the breakfast was quite good.

I especially liked the grab-n-go (wrapped) warm options: they were like Starbuck's egg white bites/souffles

Friendly staff, very nice room and good breakfast.

but not during sleep times .The staff was friendly especially to the kids and breakfast was standard and free .

We kept the interconnecting doors unlocked and partially open.

Soon after we fell a sleep the room next door was very loud and it seemed they were a bunch of people having a party.

The door closer apparatus is timed so as to not slam the doors.

We put the do not disturb on our door and left for the day.

(You can really hear doors slamming in the hallway though.)

I often stay at the College Hill Bed & Breakfast and am never disappointed.

The breakfast is always delicious, conversational pleasant and there are always fresh beverages and snacks in the pantry.

Breakfast included fresh fruit and a substantial portion of eggs or French toast.

Ray is a fantastic cook and all of our breakfasts were delicious.

You'll never leave hungry with a lovely breakfast of Rays french toast or homemade pancakes.We would definitely recommend staying at the College Hill B&B.

The rooms are gorgeous, and the breakfasts are delicious.

A wonderful breakfast was served and even given cookies to take home.

Ray and Nancy have impeccable taste and their breakfast is as relaxing as it is delicious - from the presentation to the homemade bread.

I stayed here the weekend of my wedding and I got ready here the morning of - the male host (who was grumpy and crass) asked me what time I'd be out of my room so the cleaning woman could come and I gave him a time of 3:00.

Yes, sometimes at a b&b you are eating with strangers and may not care to socialize and that can be arranged.

He made me feel so uncomfortable that day - not what I want to worry about the day of my wedding!

Also as some other reviews read the breakfast was AMAZING!

but the Pumphouse provided breakfasts for us both mornings, and they were FABULOUS!

We had a huge breakfast with an egg dish, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit and scones which was delicious.

Everyone raved about the tasty and really large homemade breakfasts -- didn't need to eat again until dinner.

Staff was friendly and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing!!!

The owner (Doug) was very friendly and accommodating and he put on an amazing breakfast.

Breakfast the next day was an impressive spread including, fruit, made to order omelettes, assorted meats, coffee cake and smoothies.

Oh and did I mention the breakfast that was made for us each morning by Doug.

We also had fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, hash browns and omelettes.

After breakfast we explored the property and buildings.

We had a wonderful breakfast; omelettes, fresh fruit and some delicious smoothies.

Breakfast on the patio in the morning was delicious and the setting could not be beat.
