The hotel is in a great location about a mile from the center of this little town, they just reopened (as Covid is being managed) the more traditional breakfast while we were staying there and housekeeping services were available as requested - we had them come once during our four night stay.

The property was clean and super-convenient to the Bloomsburg Hospital.

So they were happy to spend a couple hours in the cool, clean, refreshing pool.

The pool was great and the room was quiet , clean and well stocked.

The Hampton Inn here has a staff that works hard to keep their place clean, well-appointed, and help you out as much as they can.

Both queen beds were comfortable and the linens were clean.

Lady to bring me a microwave to the room and we had to call a lot and the frount desk I never has a bad stss like that in my life we were treated like we were 2 class people that Wes so bad I was sick the whole stay.

however I was informed after checking into our room that not all rooms have a refrigerator and microwave.

There was a kitchenette that I found lacking for supplies (had to buy my own dish soap, dish machine packets and some cooking utensils) no toaster in the room.

I called the night before check-in to see if our room had a refrigerator because we had some medicine that need to be kept cold.

We didn't have a mini fridge in the room, which would be my only complaint.

My only issue was the fact that there is not a fridge in the room to put things in to keep cold.

Wish rooms had a refrigerator, you have to request one be put in the room when you book the room.

Minor item--it seems I have come to be used to a refrig in the room at most hotels and this was not provided.

There was no fridge or microwave in our room and the girl brought one up in 5 minutes and carried them both herself.

Why does your website boast an in room fridge?

When we checked in Rosh gave our over traveled kids warm cookies and then PERSONALLY delivered 2 refrigerators to our rooms, on 2 separate occasions we asked 2 different housekeepers for extra supplies and both times they had them to us within minutes with big smiles on their faces, one day we were in the restaurant for breakfast and Dion must have over heard us talking about one of the kids having something in her eye and without hesitation, he came to us with eye wash.

but that room was ridiculous and we are unlikely to stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast in morning was typical for this type of hotel.

I would like to comment on our recent stay at Comfort Inn, Bloomsburg PA. My wife and I have stayed in this same hotel over the last three years.

Comfortable beds and plenty of space didn't outweigh the fact that our room and the hotel in general were dirty.

Hotel is pretty quiet with ample parking.

but long room, quiet, nice view, lots of tech plug-in ports, plenty of high pressure hot water, shower head up high, convenient to  I-80, plenty of eatery and shopping choices close to hotel (also <10mins from downtown Bloomsburg), micro and (quiet) fridge in room, nice TV with an unusual panel underneath that brings all the connecting ports (a/v, rgb, usb etc) out to the front which are normally on the rear of tv, useful if you want to connect anything to the tv and use it as a monitor or a speaker, average breakfast (clean and well-attended to), full bar, ATM, "Marketplace" for snacks, medium size lobby area with fireplace, good Wifi, 5-bar cell phone reception (Verizon).

but situated up on a hill so it was very quiet.

To begin--the room was very nice--can't say the same about the staff-a plus was there were wrapped cookies available at the front desk.

Hotel has a fitness room and a small pool.

They didn't want to clean your room, serve you drinks, or help with anything.

We asked and were given a handicap room which made it easier for my dad.

though the workers at the front desk told us our room was cleaned, we just can't believe them.

The Queen Size bed  I sleep on needed replacement.

We reserved a king size bed room and were surprised at the space and updates to our room.

Rooms are very big and well equipped with a microwave, larger size mini-fridge, coffee pot, ironing board and large flat screen tv.

I ended up in a room with a King size bed and the sleeper sofa.

The indoor pool was a nice size and a beautiful temperature.

A nice couch, two full size beds and nice flat screen, small fridge, ironing board & coffee maker.

Rooms are a good size, nicely appointed and clean.

Booked this place ahead of time and after a hot day at Knoebels, loved the cleaniness and size of the suite.

Booked a king size bed at a friends and family rate, which also had a flat screen tv and kitchenette.

A good indication of the size of the room is that there is only one TV, opposite the bed, and that's fine, because you could easily watch from the love seat.

We are a family of 4 and booked the King suite which was said to include a king size bed and a "pull-out couch".

I personally found the rooms to be generous in size and very well maintained, and the morning breakfast offering was much better than most hotels.

The carpet hadn't been vacuumed and had bits of debris on it.

The room reeked of mold when I opened the door, and the smell never went away.

When pulling it out it smelled of being used already.

The pool water looked disgusting and the family refused to swim in it.

The downside was that the room had a musty smell to it, which was somewhat off-putting,

However, the lights in the parking lot were burned out, which staff knew, and clearly had not fixed.

Some needed attention to detail, dirty carpet in the elevator and smell like food

We tried to make coffee in the room and the coffee pot was filthy.

Cigarette smoke is rampant everywhere, and the alleged breakfast (an egg substitute) is not edible.

First room we were given was filthy smelled horrible had a huge red stain on the carpet and the fridge still had the last persons food in it.

My shower was filled with mold which I am allergic to.

a couple of funky smells here and there and a pool that I did not feel the need to go in because the color looked a little too green for me.

but the fan didn't work so the bathroom smelled musty which wasn't pleasant.

My room had hair on the toilet and mold in the shower.

The morning clerk asked how our stay was,

She answered any questions, and assisted with the laundry.

Employees were nice when we talked to them.

When checking in the employee gave me the usual speech about inserting my card to accept a temporary $5.00 hold for incidentals. Fine.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Greeted my Erica - she was pleasant and informative.

The incompetence of the staff is mind blowing.

I greatly appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism.

The staff, front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping are top of the notch and made our stay even more enjoyable.
