The Welcome we had on arrival was very nice the lovely blonde lady in reception knew who I was so surprised she guided me to the room and went through all the room amenities which was a nice touch the room was a lovely design of old we're still new features and my wife find it very nice  as she is an interior designer and took a few inspirations form it.

The apartment consisted of small lounge with the bathroom off and a good sized bedroom from which you access the terrace.

Our room was very charming, spacious and beautifully furnished with a fabulous bathroom - all Villeroy & Bosch fittings with a brilliant mutinozzle shower cabinet with many different types of water streams - great fun for a couple with imagination!

The hotel has a good location next to the beach, cosy clean rooms, really friendly staff, Great service, And very very tasty breakfasts !!!!

The hotel is right next to the beach (I got a room with a view).

I also consider calmful eighborhood as a big advantage comparing to the direct "pier area".

The location is excellent, the beach is just across the road and there are a number of restaurants just a 10 min walk away.

It only takes few steps to get to the beach.

Villa Modiva is on the beachfront and away from the densest crowds.

We've been two times at Modiva and every time it was an inspiring experience, located just a few steps from the sandy beach, home-style breakfast, super friendly staff and serenity.

I have to say the two ladies who were serving us were absolutely friendly and  pleasant and it was so nice to see staff who actually wanted to care for your needs thank you very much for that.

The Manager was really friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and some good recommendations on places to eat.

The firt impression was great, clean, friendly and the style of the hotel very good.

A delightful breakfast was served downstairs and we ate on the patio.

Everything fresh and wide choice of food both hot and cold.

I had an excellent dinner at a restaurant  called 'Carmen' in town and from then on ate wonderfully fresh fish at the beach-side tent restaurant called 'Aquarius' while watching the sun set.

Walking through Międzyzdroje I couldn't find another hotel with such a tasteful shape, the owner must really have great respect for it's historic form.

We were travelling a long way and the manager kindly waited for us beyond the normal checking in time.

We were welcomed at the door by a nice owner.

It is a lovely old villa that has been very tastefully decorated by the owner who I believe is a fashion designer.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom.

Also, comfortable beds and all needed amenities, especially a fast WiFi internet connection (you need a password which you get at the reception on demand).

What a nice hotel and the staf is very superfriendly.

After more than a year of restrictions and lockdown I went for an Autumn Break at Villa Delfin, and as previous visits the curtesy of the staff and the spa, kure and wellness just made the pandemic seem all forgotten.

Had the opportunity to spend a weekend of wellness in Delfin Spa Hotel, and since my last visit, the renovation of the pool, saunas and spa has turned out great - 
really cool design.

Rooms are clean and tidy, very friendly staff.

Many pensioners visiting due to the many opportunities for massages and other wellness treatments.
