I stayed 24.Oct and sending every day request mail for invoice (for mexican company) there is no answer, never issued invoice.

I arrived to the hotel at 12:30 p.m. the lady at the front desk told me that she needed to charge me 750 pesos extra for early use of the room.

Personnel not properly trained charged me twice the room.

Upgraded to a junior suite, charged $300 for the night and suite was dated, not terribly clean and the air conditioning didn't work.

They agreed to resolve the matter for me and now they don't want to pay for the suitcase because I don't have the invoice ( who keep tickets anyway), they kept my suitcase, which is proof that it was new.

We went back to the lobby and waited in line again and there was confusion about that being our room, eventually we were given an alternative room card.

This hotel took and extra payment of £600 on my credit card & now will not even respond to me or American Express.

but later found out being charged US 125.

well it wasn't, they processed me as a no-show and tried to charge my credit card, which as a safety measure requires a PIN in foreign countries .

During checking I required a “voucher” be taken from my credit card to enable me to simply sign for extras.

And to make things even WORST, they charged me like 40% more that what I had booked THROUGH their WEBSITE/SYTEM.

I need an invoice of my stay, and I called at least 17 times with not a single answer.

but not overly friendly (when I asked for a second key card the from office clerk made a very unhappy face…).

but not least, I forgot to drop my keys off on my way back to the terminal and already passed through airport security, I called them and they were agin very kind tpo say there was no problem and I wouldn't be charged.

It was weird  because they already had my credit card number.

I was robbed and after going through everything with cancelling my credit cards American Express wired money to a gas station that I could not find on google maps.

The Hotel charged nothing for the cancelation which is a clear signal that they have done wrong.

Finally I got the card key and for another room.

Double checking my confirm against the bill, I also see that they charged me more at checkin than I was quoted on my reservation.

For the price you pay to stay at this hotel, you would expect far, far, better service than the 'don't care' attitude they portrayed.

but it's too expensive and hard to reach.

Kicked an elderly woman out onto the streets to fend for herself in the middle of the night AFTER HER ROOM HAD BEEN PAID FOR, alleging that they did not have any rooms available (without even bothering to look).

Mexico City's two terminals are not that close so it pays to choose an overnight in the right terminal - the Hilton in T1 and this hotel in T2.

It is safe and you pay in advance  so no haggling over the fee

but restaurant staff were rude, like actually rude, the food was subpar and very expensive.

I sent them the website so they can see the cost and still they don't answer my emails.

So please do not risk staying at this hotel… I have been charged nearly £800 for one night in a below average airport hotel..

so they cancelled everything - when I showed up they eventually accepted to honour the original rate and made a big show of what a huge favour they were doing since there were only 3 rooms left and told me how I should have called (my mistake, I did EMAIL a couple days before to confirm)

Yes, we paid for a hotel so we could use the toilets on the lobby.

I did that for dinner and the waiter returned saying my account was “closed “ and I had to pay cash for the expenses.

Issue #2 I explained that I had free lodging and that I preferred to come to NH despite that and asked if they could give me a slightly better rate.

This is an expensive hotel with low value.

This time around though, due to a miscalculation on my end, we weren't going to be able to have the breakfast buffet, even when I had paid for it in advance, because we had to leave very early in the morning.

I was willing to pay a fee to change the room date or something.

Abagail was wonderful at checking us in and provided us with a wonderful updated, clean room.

I got a remodeled room and everything was spotless.

Overall, the room was clean nice and I would stay a their hotel again and make sure to put in the right date!

Had 12 hours between flights and this hotel is the best for those relaxing times to get a shower, some really nice food and rest before and epic flight to the Middle East

When we opened the bathroom faucet, the sink on the floor started to overflow, and we got wet with sewage water, which was unacceptable.

This room did not have a minibar - I only cared about it to drink cold water.

- I had to call 3 times to get more water 
- Room service app they are promoting doesn’t work
- The bathroom amenities are such low quality I didn’t want to use them.

I suggested maybe they could provide an alternative, something easy, like a bottle of water, a tetra pak juice and maybe an apple.

The only real issue we had was that the shower leaked water under the door and we had to wipe it up with towels,

Additionally Joel Montesinos from the front desk came promptly when we requested additional towels & even brought extra bottled water.

So, I took it upon myself to go back down to the airport level and bought my water at the 7/11.

Many people reported bad/rude service, long lines, deteriorated rooms, no hot water, and other horrors.

Much to our regret the new room must have suffered a significant water damage which was still apparent on the hard wood floors and some of the furniture.

Cold water out of shower took mainteinance at night 1 hour to repair it, glad they were available at 2am.

There are some issues such as the shower water temperature and the AC

The water pressure is barely acceptable and if you turn knob to get warm water it stays cold

Morning came and the water was still cold, no hot at all.

Actually any time of day to get some hot water is a challenge as as soon as you turn up the heat the flow reduces.

The cold water was close to zero in the shower, so you either got scalded or managed to bathe under a small dribble.

There was no hot water at the shower, and it was brownish when I wanted to brush my teeth.

I was given a room on the lobby level, and the hallway to my room was crowded with construction workers (looking carefully at you), ladders, dripping water from the ceiling, working tools, stained carpets, etc.

The hotel is pretty and the rooms were spotless.

Nice decoration, clean room and bathroom, good service at front desk, free shuttle to the airport every hour.

They immediately sent their van to pick me up at the airport (for free) and 15 minutes later I was checking in to a large, modern and clean room with a king sized bed, tons of great pillows and all the amenities you could ask for.

We got to the hotel earlier than check in time, check in was fast friendly  & efficient, we booked our free shuttle back to the airport at the same time; got a room with 2 double beds, room was very clean & modern, we asked for extra towels & coffee, they were brought to our room within minutes.

Hotel room is very neat and comfy, with English speaking hotel service.

but the room was clean and from my room I could not hear the traffic on the outside.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, contemporary and quiet.

They helped us get the room situation worked out, helped to store luggage, arrange the morning shuttle and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

As others have mentioned it is about a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport, (which is my only reason for giving 4 rather than 5 stars)

We had specified the Krystal Urban when paying at the taxi register at the airport, showing our hotel booking with the address; we also showed the taxi driver the address in writing.

When I told the front desk clerk that I didn't see the shuttle bus at the airport, she said if I had a taxi receipt they would pay me back which they did.

It took more than 30 minutes for a taxi to get from the airport to the hotel, even in 10:30pm light traffic.

I paid my mistake, because took me one hour to arrive in a taxi from the airport, during the afternoon at peak time.

though traffic was not too heavy, it took 25 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi.

Agree on a cab fare before you hop in and in most cases, it is better to insist on using the taxi meter.

From a taxi standpoint, you're in an whole new zone that's more expensive to get to than downtown!

But it is very far from el centro, and taxi drivers are not familiar with the area.

Otherwise, the taxi ride was $169 pesos, plus a $30 peso tip I gave the cabbie, which is about $15 USD total.

And finally, the sink was like 70% clogged, so it would take a while for water to go down the drain whenever I'd brush my teeth so I had to be careful with not overflowing the sink.

Next door is a MEGA store full of snacks and supplies (like water).

There were two bottles of water in the room, I would have liked to have the option for more,

If you like to shower at night, you have to waste gazillion gallons of water - i.e.

The hotel did not have any hot water (a known problem it seems) and I had to shower and shave with cold water.

I finally just stepped under the cold water, and a few minutes later it turned super hot.

It should also be noted that the water in the hotel CANNOT be used for drinking or brushing your teeth.

The water was turned yellow at times with dirt, metal like smell.

The shower knob is weird and I definitely had issues with hot water.

This is a decent hotel, the rooms are clean and the necessities are all available.

The rooms where spotless clean, nice airy, great TV, fantastic bath room and we fond even an ironing board and iron in the closet with the free safe for laptop and other electronics.

We were driven quickly to the hotel, bags were unloaded, and within a few minutes, we were checked into our spacious clean room with a large television and free wifi.

but for me that's a little disgusting I would not want to sleep in the bed where I don't know who slept there before me.

but because of the late hour and early flight, we just wanted to put something in our stomach and get to sleep.

Paper thin walls that allows you to hear every single sound amplified in the halls, so if you wanted to sleep in early.

When we go to Puerto Escondido, we must sleep one night in Mexico city.

At around 9am, a maid swoops around the corridors, hammering on all the doors loudly awakenig sleeping guests to ask if they need any laundry done.

A taxi arrived and we had to pay this ourselves (and it was way too much!).

I arrived in Mexico just before lunchtime and didn't fly out until later in the evening so wanted a place to get a shower, have  nap and rest before the flight home.

But on arrival, the hotel claimed the vehicle was in repair.

The hotel offers the guests a shuttle service (this must be arranged in advance) - since we were in a rush we forgot to book the shuttle for our arrival so we got a cab instead - make sure to book your shuttle in order to avoid overpriced cabs.

The management was terrible, we arrived 10 am with two toddlers and were not allow into the room until 12 pm despite that they had rooms available (they wanted to charge and extra $50).

You must tell them you want one the night before / at the time you check-in.

We had guests who were also checked into the same room we were checked into.

Finally I got my monthly credit card statement , with that amount, I have informed to the hotel to reverse my security deposit, my receipts were attached.But they didn't reply and reverse my deposit
I will really appreciate if someone will take action against this issue.

but the person who responded said they only saw one debit on their system even if i sent a proof that my card was charged 4 times.

I have made a reservation via booking, the same day at morning they charged me the full amount of the reservation, when I got at the hotel, they told me that because of the rain, they were having trouble with “rooms” SERIOUSLY!!!???. .

They left me unattended with no other options at the moment I needed the stay; despite the fact that I showed my reservation code done in time plus the credit card hold in the statement/notification.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was american (fresh ingridients) style and was very good.

I have never seen anything like this in Mexico and we'd had a number of mezcalitas and cocktails at other restaurants while in MX and were never charged an additional fee.

I had to ask for the late check out next day they told me after 12pm they will charge me 250mxp and i could leave at 3pm.

Just the last name, after six nice days, when we want to settle our account, the "machine" that settles the account was not there, is with the accountants, so we have a big ammount of money frozen from our credit card, taht can not be unfrozen until the hotel do something.

When my card was declined due to a erroneous fraudulent hold, Miguel at the lobby desk was completely understanding and patient.

The payment of the parking is kind of a mess, they charge 150 pesos per day

Also the krystal rewards card is not valid here at all.

then if that is not enough the power went off, all night so I didn't not have light, could not watch TV could not charge my phone and my apple watch, I had to wake up very early for a very important meeting and it was dark, and had to get ready with no light, my phone was with no battery and I got late to my meeting.

I asked her for a receipt that I checked out she told me that she would not give me one and that until Travelocity called them they would continue charging me for my stay there MIND YOU she took my hotel key I no longer had access to my room.

but nothing we couldn't fix by lifting the lid and tinkering with the chain.

It took them about 20 minutes to send someone to fix it.

but should be fixed at a hotel of this type.

Power finally was fixed then in the morning it went out twice again.

Could hear everything, from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Watch out if you are in a low level because it’s too close to Insurgentes Ave and it will be noisy 

So overall I love so much the price due to the quality of the the facility,

Ask for a room on the 5th floor or above for less traffic noise.

but windows are not double pane so rooms are very noisy, even up on the 10th floor.

Oh the intersection the hotel is at is very noisy you can hear honking inside the room at all hours.

My room was clean and more than well kept.

If you’re looking for nice room, friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, and a great location, this is the place.

Only thing - ask for an upper level room - 2nd floor rooms had blackout stuff painted on some of the windows (not sure why), so we were up on the 7th, and the views were great!
