The front desk could not tell me if and where I could take a bus to Queretaro from the airport.

This is an international hotel in a huge international airport.

Hotel is clean and peaceful to be in the middle of one of the busiest airports.

The access to hotel is easy once it is located into the Airport and the price is good.

It is in the international airport and the guests are highly likely to be a mix of people with the common denominator of English as a language 
 
it us unfortunate as the last time I stayed there was fantastic.

The only thing it has to recommend it is the fact that it is in the airport.

Had a difficult time finding the hotel within the airport

Rooms are very comfy and quiet based on their location inside the airport.

Excellent for an airport stopover when using T2 or T1.

We used an airport cart for luggage and he stored the cart for the next morning.

but in this case airport be damned NH sticks to the standard rules.

No problems with the airport noise, I could rest as not being at an airpport.

but I was able to get a good night sleep with no noise from the airport.

We had purchased ready-made chicken salads at an airport cafe for our early flight and discovered the mini-fridge in our room wasn’t operational.

The arrival is thru an open yard on the 5th floor of the airport parking lot.

I would only stay here again if I am stuck at the airport from a missed flight,

So good, shoud be served in all the airport bars.

If you need to have a hotel for one night because of connection time at Mexico airport and you fly out of terminal 2, this might be a good option as it is located just in the terminal next to check in.

I’ve been many times to Mexico City and lodged in almost all the airport hotels.

Very good hotel at airport Mexico city, nice restaurant, convenient access to the airport, many different bars & shops.

However, when compared with the offerings from other hotels in the airport or across the street, the difference in rate becomes a bit expensive.

The room was clean, spacious and yet the hotel in the airport area is very quiet.

unfortunately may return as it is handy to stay in a hotel at the airport when you have a 24hrs trip ahead

Because the hotel is right in the airport, expect to pay double what you'd pay for a comparable room downtown.

No need for a taxi and this is a true airport hotel and not the usual "close to" that requires a taxi.Hotel is nice and staff are generally friendly.We paid $99 US dollars for the night which is pretty good

the room was prtty big specially for a hotel in an airport, no noice at all at least in my room and all that i needed was in hand , TV, Caffe, servibar, the wood floor was nice and good for a city that is very cold in this months

You can’t beat a hotel inside airport terminal 2 in Mexico City.

To sum up: Airport hotels are just a convenience, not places where you book your holidays or a romantic getaway.

Great hotel at the airport , very comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast , my server Sergio Gonzalez was supper attentive , I will definitely recommend this place , even if you have to stay only one night it’s perfect .

We overnighted in this large airport hotel as a brief respite between flights.

I guess the fact that this hotel is at the airport makes it very convenient and that's why you will have to pay so much.

THE RESTAURANT
We were surprised to find that they offer the most amazing BREAKFAST BUFFET (truth be told   I would never expect that from an airport hotel) food is fresh, offers so many healthy options and you can't beat the excellent service, thank you EDUARDO TREJO for your kindness and great service, congratulations on your great work and also ALBERTO TAMAYO's the captain who is always so attentive.

Most airport hotels are used up and crusty.

I gave up, didn't want to spend the evening chasing the elusive clean bedroom.

The same restaurant will likely be completely deserted at dinner time, for good reason, with dirty tables and a completely indifferent staff.

Abagail was wonderful at checking us in and provided us with a wonderful updated, clean room.

Room was absolutely perfect, quiet, clean, spacious and very nice.

Other than that, clean, comfortable, quiet and served it's purpose as a transit hotel at MEX T2.

Rooms super clean and comfortable, really supportive during a airline cancellation contingency.

In addition, the service level is impeccable.

Staff on site keep the facilities spotless and well-stocked.

You can tell they just did a very quick tidy and they don’t properly clean between guests.

but it is clean and perfect for a night between flights.

The property is clean and well-maintained.

Overall, the room was clean nice and I would stay a their hotel again and make sure to put in the right date!

I stayed there because I was arriving to and departing from T2 and it was convenient.

For safety and convenience I decided to use the "Official Taxi" service ( Yellow Cab) at the Mexico City airport.

As both flights arrived at T2, this hotel was very convenient.

but it's conveniently placed for the stop over.

We booked for convenience because it is in the terminal.

This Mexico City Airport Hotel is located right in the middle of Terminal 2 on the 6th floor: a more convenient location impossible!

The Hotel is  located inside the terminal which makes it very convenient.

The only thing it has going for it is that it’s located inside terminal 2, which makes it convenient for airport layovers… that’s it!

This is the only hotel option at T2 so you kind of get what you get and are paying for the convenience.

but for the convenience of the location, we put up with it.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for convenience if you want a stress free overnight stay at the airport T2.

If you need to stay in T2 this is the only hotel above the terminal and it can be convenient for a stopover or 2-night stay if you have an early morning flight.

Great benefit the following day was closeness to terminal 2.

Not only was it convenient, everyone was professional , friendly and efficient.

All of this was very convenient for my time saving, allowing me to enjoy more my time there.

It will end up being more convenient despite the additional travel.

This hotel continues to deliver excellent service, great rooms and is conveniently located within the terminal.

I stayed 24.Oct and sending every day request mail for invoice (for mexican company) there is no answer, never issued invoice.

I arrived to the hotel at 12:30 p.m. the lady at the front desk told me that she needed to charge me 750 pesos extra for early use of the room.

Personnel not properly trained charged me twice the room.

Upgraded to a junior suite, charged $300 for the night and suite was dated, not terribly clean and the air conditioning didn't work.

They agreed to resolve the matter for me and now they don't want to pay for the suitcase because I don't have the invoice ( who keep tickets anyway), they kept my suitcase, which is proof that it was new.

We went back to the lobby and waited in line again and there was confusion about that being our room, eventually we were given an alternative room card.

This hotel took and extra payment of £600 on my credit card & now will not even respond to me or American Express.

but later found out being charged US 125.

well it wasn't, they processed me as a no-show and tried to charge my credit card, which as a safety measure requires a PIN in foreign countries .

During checking I required a “voucher” be taken from my credit card to enable me to simply sign for extras.

And to make things even WORST, they charged me like 40% more that what I had booked THROUGH their WEBSITE/SYTEM.

I need an invoice of my stay, and I called at least 17 times with not a single answer.

but not overly friendly (when I asked for a second key card the from office clerk made a very unhappy face…).

but not least, I forgot to drop my keys off on my way back to the terminal and already passed through airport security, I called them and they were agin very kind tpo say there was no problem and I wouldn't be charged.

It was weird  because they already had my credit card number.

would you like to pay with the same card”.

I was robbed and after going through everything with cancelling my credit cards American Express wired money to a gas station that I could not find on google maps.

The Hotel charged nothing for the cancelation which is a clear signal that they have done wrong.

Finally I got the card key and for another room.

Double checking my confirm against the bill, I also see that they charged me more at checkin than I was quoted on my reservation.

This hotel is located in Terminal 2 at the Mexico City International Airport, so it is the best place to stay when we have an early morning departure from Terminal 2.

Take the lift from the arrivals or Departures levels, and its on level 3 (i think).

Stayed for 1 night waiting for a flight to NY and I was already impressed with how close it is from terminal 2 (literally next to check in counters on departures).

The location so close to arrivals and departures within the Terminal is quite convenient and the rooms dark and quiet.

The TV lists airline departures and gates in the coming hours, which is helpful.

The nice thing is that after you take the elevator to the departure lounge you are directly across from the AeroMexico check in.

We stayed twice at this hotel over the last month as we arrived late once, and had a very early departure the second time.

We had a good night's sleep and were ready for our morning departure.

I use it because it is convenient, as my arrivals and departures are from the same terminal, and this is the only hotel in Terminal 2.

Super convenient location for arrival or departure day overnight stay.

This hotel is very convenient for early morning departures from T2

Opted to stay here  to rest up and prepare for an early departure to Puebla.

Stayed at this hotel twice during my recent Mexico trip when I had two early morning departures from MEX

Finding the hotel the first time was not at all easy - signage in Terminal 2 was poor and frustrating especially after coming off a 24+hour trip - fortunately a very helpful airline staff member who I randomly asked about the hotel location assisted me and all was good.

The ONLY reason I stay here is the location - with early morning departures from Terminal 2 it is the best and easiest location.

NH Collection Hotel is literally steps away from departures and customs.

I stayed here for two nights as I arrived late to Mexico City and departed really early on my departure day.

It was longer to walk to the departure gate!

Best of all, you check out, take the elevator one floor down and you are at the check in departures area, or a short walk away from it.

Closest hotel near departures was NH, what a pleasant surprise!

For the price you pay to stay at this hotel, you would expect far, far, better service than the 'don't care' attitude they portrayed.

but it's too expensive and hard to reach.

Kicked an elderly woman out onto the streets to fend for herself in the middle of the night AFTER HER ROOM HAD BEEN PAID FOR, alleging that they did not have any rooms available (without even bothering to look).

Mexico City's two terminals are not that close so it pays to choose an overnight in the right terminal - the Hilton in T1 and this hotel in T2.

It is safe and you pay in advance  so no haggling over the fee

but restaurant staff were rude, like actually rude, the food was subpar and very expensive.

I sent them the website so they can see the cost and still they don't answer my emails.

So please do not risk staying at this hotel… I have been charged nearly £800 for one night in a below average airport hotel..

so they cancelled everything - when I showed up they eventually accepted to honour the original rate and made a big show of what a huge favour they were doing since there were only 3 rooms left and told me how I should have called (my mistake, I did EMAIL a couple days before to confirm)

Yes, we paid for a hotel so we could use the toilets on the lobby.

I did that for dinner and the waiter returned saying my account was “closed “ and I had to pay cash for the expenses.

Issue #2 I explained that I had free lodging and that I preferred to come to NH despite that and asked if they could give me a slightly better rate.

This is an expensive hotel with low value.

This time around though, due to a miscalculation on my end, we weren't going to be able to have the breakfast buffet, even when I had paid for it in advance, because we had to leave very early in the morning.

I was willing to pay a fee to change the room date or something.

The restaurant had no wine list and it was amusing for the waiter to carry out in his arms about 8 bottles of wine for us to choose from.

Very efficient hotel with nice restaurant and good rooms - we upgraded to one with a bath tub.

The second room was fine 

Food wise I believe the restaurant and service has gone down.

You would be well advised to dine at Cucara Macara in Terminal 1 instead.

Food was excellent as was service and reasonably priced for a hotel.

Went for dinner in the restaurant direct from a flight after nearly two weeks of less than ideal food.

It appears much better than the food court like restaurants in the terminal.

Excellent service by Cirilo and Lupita always checking if you need something else, the prices aré good, the food It Is so tasty, beside that I enjoy mu breakfast while watching one game of the world cup.

On a contrasting side, the service and food in the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel is in great condition and the food at the restaurant was really good.

The foods are fine selected and I chose fresh seafoods that were well cook with delicious sauces, loving sweet potato puree.

The hotel is preatty good and the room has excelent furniture with good space.

The room was a good size, they quality of the toiletries was mediocre, no face cloths.

The dining room is the saddest thing you're likely to experience.

The hotel is circular, so we passed the conference rooms in order to get to our rooms.

but they are clearly in the process of renovating - I had a renovated room which was good - nothing Amazing but good international business hotel standard.

but nothing worth complaining about) and the service was staff was good too.

But what it made it statement remarkable was the attention and detail as well as service and professionalism of Nayelly, Manager - Guest Relations.

Took my bags and walk once again to reception.

The check in was very quick and the lobby personnel were courteous.

An exceptional and professional service all over.

Gerardo at the front desk was most patient, courteous and professional during a very long check in process with only him and another colleague checking in guests.

Daniel was amazingly friendly at the reception, very helpful.

Small rooms, overpriced water and snacks.

The hotel smelled like sewage, 
When we opened the bathroom faucet, the sink on the floor started to overflow, and we got wet with sewage water, which was unacceptable.

This room did not have a minibar - I only cared about it to drink cold water.

- I had to call 3 times to get more water 
- Room service app they are promoting doesn’t work
- The bathroom amenities are such low quality I didn’t want to use them.

I suggested maybe they could provide an alternative, something easy, like a bottle of water, a tetra pak juice and maybe an apple.

The only real issue we had was that the shower leaked water under the door and we had to wipe it up with towels,

Additionally Joel Montesinos from the front desk came promptly when we requested additional towels & even brought extra bottled water.

So, I took it upon myself to go back down to the airport level and bought my water at the 7/11.

Many people reported bad/rude service, long lines, deteriorated rooms, no hot water, and other horrors.

Much to our regret the new room must have suffered a significant water damage which was still apparent on the hard wood floors and some of the furniture.

Cold water out of shower took mainteinance at night 1 hour to repair it, glad they were available at 2am.

There are some issues such as the shower water temperature and the AC

The water pressure is barely acceptable and if you turn knob to get warm water it stays cold

Morning came and the water was still cold, no hot at all.

Actually any time of day to get some hot water is a challenge as as soon as you turn up the heat the flow reduces.

The cold water was close to zero in the shower, so you either got scalded or managed to bathe under a small dribble.

There was no hot water at the shower, and it was brownish when I wanted to brush my teeth.

I was given a room on the lobby level, and the hallway to my room was crowded with construction workers (looking carefully at you), ladders, dripping water from the ceiling, working tools, stained carpets, etc.

The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, and despite being a bit of a distance from the airport, approximately 15 minutes away, it was well worth the journey.

but hotel is about 20 mins from Mexico City Airport.

This was our go-to airport hotel pre-pandemic.

At the airport, the shuttle pick-up and drop-off is in Terminal 1 just outside at Gate 4.

The transfer from/to the airport is amazing because the city can be sketchy

I had to stay near the Airport for 5 nights and I couldn't be happier of my choice!

I called them and made arrangements for the shuttle service from the airport since I didn’t receive a reply to an email I had sent.

My drivers to go back to the airport were super awesome!

If you need a nice place at a great value near the airport, stay here.

Everything it's very good, thank's, We stay very conforable and at the restaurant dinner and breakfast was very good, excelent service and atenttion,  and the service for the airport very good and time, the personal very kind.

They have a free airport shuttle service with a small office inside the airport.

I loved having the shuttle bus pick us up from the airport and, the speediness of the shuttle bus.

but know that it is around 30-45 minutes away from the airport.

While the location near the airport is good my room on the north side had traffic noise.

Nice decoration, clean room and bathroom, good service at front desk, free shuttle to the airport every hour.

Ok for a long overnight layover, anything else just makes it impractical with how long the transfer takes to the airport.

The extra is the free shuttle service to and from the airport every hour.

Later that morning they drove me back to airport.

Save over half off from staying at the airport, and only short shuttle ride away.

Helping with suitcases, airport shuttles, meals, etc.

There's a shuttle to the airport every hour.

They sent a free shuttle to get us from airport and while we waited a few minutes for our room, it was pretty comfortable.

We got to the hotel earlier than check in time, check in was fast friendly  & efficient, we booked our free shuttle back to the airport at the same time; got a room with 2 double beds, room was very clean & modern, we asked for extra towels & coffee, they were brought to our room within minutes.

They offer a free shuttle to the airport, and the hotel is a short distance to many decent shopping malls.

The hotel has an underground private parking, in  which I felt completely safe.The hotel also provides free shuttle to/from the airport.
