We stayed on the 15th floor and brother Masood from housekeeping took excellent care of all of our needs.

My husband and I went and stayed at Mecca towers and every morning we went for breakfast and Mithu miah and stayed monir took good care of us.

Unfortunately my balance ran out and I had to go out in Ihraam and find credit.

As it took so long, my card access was denied due to excess time limit.

So do make sure your card is charged and the payment acknowledged.

Finally they said there is no sufficient funds in my credit card.

You just need your card key with you.. Now you can enter from any direction.

Checkout duty manager muhammad asif was requested to waive the 3 local calls we made since we didnt know local calls were charged and he said why exception, i told him as a courtesy since we didnt know and he said you use it, you pay for it!

It would be better if they could do daily charges for guests rather than hourly.

but without bothering to do so, he kept on insisting that we would be charged for breakfast.

The view was great room size was so-so and the hospitality wasn't very good
There's always a little bit of a problem regarding the card key it always malfunction in all of our visits other than that the experience was mostly average

There is also Ar Rajhi Bank, so make sure you activate your card for overseas usage.

As per charges which i paid it was no were looking 5 Star property which normally they claim on website its simple 3 Star

but you guys check out time charge hidden charges about mini fredge it’s part of the room that’s no nice please check next time no body like this type of service that’s good for your service it’s my

Never had to wait too long for the elevators.

They did not care if the lift is full, they still want to enter the lift.

Due to rush in these times the lifts are a mess; minimum 10-15 mins required to come down especially during prayer times.

Then there is too much rush on lifts and during peak hours, it can take you more than half an hour to get into lift.

but had to take 2 lifts to get towards Bin Dawood since I had 2 people on the wheelchair.

The only issue we faced were due the long wait of the lifts.

To top it all off the lifts do not work effectively, we waited up to 10 minutes every time you’d need to use them.

Also, theres only 3 small elevators and you'll be lucky to get an elevator within 5 minutes wait.

Slow lifts, only three lifts per tower so one needs to be patient while travelling.

The only improvement required is elevators it does get busy during peak hours.

The only setback which really turned me down was the elevator.

Only they should work on their lifts there are 3 lifts in the 6th tower and only one is available on 18th floor plus wifi is very slow I hope in my next visit they might improve it.

However as we soon discovered after going for prayer that getting up and down the tower on the three lift was a nightmare.

Housekeeping needed reminding to clean the room, when the housekeeping manager arrived he was insistent that I go on tripadvisor to give him good feedback, the bathroom showed signs of mould, and internet is slow, only 3 lifts in the tower which are slow, just 1 lift takes you to even numbered floors, awful smell on 11th floor on tower 6, I paid an extra £500 premium to my travel agent to change to this hotel thinking as its more nearer to Masjid Al Haram it will be a better 5 star service,

but elevator is only one need more elevator.

Long wait at elevators was just dreadful.

Felt very well looked after by both reception staff and our lovely concierge and housekeeper Jhangir.

The housekeeper was helpful, polite and friendly.

Extremely poor hotel specially receptionist.

Queuing time for escalaror is 30 minutes on average, restaurant is very bad, food quality is very poor and service is bad.

but this time when I compared the room fare with other properties , I realize that I should stay in clock tower or Hilton bus room quality and service was extermly poor.

but lift services poor there is shopping mall and many other shops for shopping in breakfast i was esp.

I am sorry your service is extremely poor.

The hotel is overall good, the room was clean and nice when we arrived.

Nice clean Rooms, very busy, because of its location.

We are eight person in our group.We cheq in this hotel at 4pm,all of us reached in Makkah tower hotel at 12:30 and wait for our room until 4,we are so tired

No customer service booked and requested for early check in advance on arrival no room ready and waited from between 10 - 14 which is not acceptable.

Hotel's room allocation IT system could be improved to speed up check inn, nothing worse than having to wait a long time for a check inn after a very long journey especially when you have children and elderly family members.

U might end up waiting for more than 15 mins just for the elevators during rush hours.

3 hours later and my sister and I were still waiting in our parents room for the key to arrive.

Had to wait almost 5-6 mins each time specially during prayer timings.

We also had a wheelchair passenger and there was no wheelchair available in the hotel so we had to wait a while to get the wheelchair as well.

At the end, i used the elevator at tower 2(suprisingly it has 5 elevators), to go down to the basement and waited again to go in the elevator.

While I was waiting in line, he waved and asked me to come see him.

the hotel was crowded when you go down you must use the elevator and you need to wait for 10 minutes.

So, we was waiting long time every time to go downstair.

You'll need to get out of your room with half an hour to account for the wait time at the lifts.

The lift was always over crowded  during prayers time and we had to wait for sometime.

the overall cleaning of the hotel was great bathrooms need to be renovated as the water comes out of the shower cabinet making the floor of the bathroom filled with water..

but the check-in process took a long time, knowing that I have a pre-paid reservation, the shampoo is one of the worst types, it damaged my hair!

although they were under pressure of many check-ins and outs.

You cannot contact any of the hotel services except through the operator, and the operator does not respond to the pressure of communications on him, and the mechanism of movement in elevators is very complicated and cumbersome.

Bathroom was supplemented by all the kits; tooth brush, shaving kit and shampoos.

Bathroom accessories are very poor quality starting tissue papers and including the Shampoo.

Not Satisfied with this trip due too much time to fix the bathroom heater problem and late action to replace the suite and very bad manner from the worker who change the beds.

The slightest wrong move and it falls in the toilet. Breakfast?

Small beds no enough amenities inside room and bathroom.

however the rooms are very outdated and smell the bathrooms are tiny too.

Whilst the decor was a bit old the amenities were very pleasant.

Bath glass is not foggy nor had curtains.

The showers in the bathrooms don’t have complete closure and water tends to get filled up.

The sink was loose and filled the bathroom with water.

Need to renovate the rooms mainly the bathroom door and the room rug.

The condition of the bathroom was appalling.

I have stayed in another 5 Star hotel in the same Complex in 2018, the toilet was way much better.

The Swiss Hotel Al Maqam Clock Tower is a hotel with the highest level of cleanliness and safety, close to the campus, and the room is clean.

The first time I stay in this hotel, a very nice and beautiful hotel, close to the Haram, God willing, and the room is very clean.

One of the best hotels, services and experiences I have seen.

We stayed at this property for the first time and I must tell it is the best experience we ever had.it is much better option than any hotels in Clock towers due to lesser walk to Haram and no wait time for elevators, we used the entrance from the side which takes you right into the Haram.

If you have stayed in other Accor hotels you would know the luxury service and experience you would get so this could be an easy choice.

The house keepers deserve a 10/10 the check in and checkout experience deserves a 6/10 as they did bot check us un efficiently and made us wait for a long time.

The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Buffet food and beverages served at the restaurant was delicious with many types of cuisines.

He is best one in this hotel.also I have suggestion about t.v channels should be put more Asian t.v channel.and if possible room price try to make less.and make implement asian breakfast food dishes in restorent.others every thing is good in this hotel.thats why we are came regularly since 6 year.

The hotel have seven separate panoramic elevators and five elegant restaurants, where they have a wide selection of buffet and the food is good and you can enjoy hot coffee or a selection of assorted teas or juices, and all the aromas of international breakfast favorites.

also I was upgraded by the rent car without asking.

More so after checking out and clearing our bill, the reception staff refused to give parking passes to our pickup cars because they falsely claimed that you have used some stuff from the minibar which he hadnt.
