From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome… food & room were both perfectly described and didn’t disappoint… what made our holiday was the entertainment teamCarlo, Miami & Jj  we’re fantastic and got everyone joining in and having fun would highly recommend!! !

Really nice hotel , the entertainment was very good and the entertainment staff always done their best to make sure that you’re having a fun time.

Carlos,JJ and mimi are brilliant fun wouldn’t have had such a good time without them.

The hotel always had good entertainment during the day and night, the entertainers Carlos, mario and jj were excellent and were always good fun and completed every activity with a smile on their face.

The foam party was great to watch as was just simple fun which everybody could enjoy, no entertainment on Sundays, if you are used to productions this is not what you will see here at the moment as they are lacking the finesse and maybe resources to do this

Pool was spotless and clean at all time, water slides were great fun.

There was water polo, darts, inflatable fun,  water aerobics and other activities during the day.

Everything has been great and we have had so much fun!!

The pool area was very relaxing and fun, we enjoyed going on the water slides and cooling down in the pool when the sun got too hot for us.

1st holiday in 3yrs travelled (24th Sept-4th Oct) I agree with a lot of the reviews dated within last few days.

You can’t tip 3 waiters every night of your holiday!

Just stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, food is what u would expect from an all inclusive holiday, entertainment team carlos, jayjay,mamy and rose was excellent very friendly people and really good with kids made our kids feel welcome and defo would return

Amazing holiday, entertainment around the pool, Carlos, momi, JJ and staff behind the bar serving drinks, cleaners, chefs, waiters and Charlie all couldn’t do enough for us all!

Jeje , Carlos mami and rose are funny and make sure everyone are entertained and happy and work really hard to make sure everyone enjoys their holiday they are so likeable and easy to get along with, will definitely be coming back here! !

I seen someone complaining they disappear for a hour in the afternoon which yes they do for a well deserved break.

Just back from a 2 week holiday and the hotel has changed so much from our 2019 stay and not in a good way.

but I have to say the entertainment made my holiday the best ever I will definitely return from the morning to the evening they work so hard also they have got to be the most hard working people I have seen Carlos Jj mammy rose thank you for making my stay overwhelming hope to see you all next year

The entertainment staff; Jeje, Carlos, Mami and Rose were fantastic and I reccomend this hotel for couples and family looking for a great holiday.

What really made my holiday was the entertainment team.

but breakfast was very poor, and you ask at the egg station to turn the egg over, and you would think you have asked for the world!!!

but are very poor, this could be due to lack of resources.

The alcohol choice is poor and you only get four choices of cocktails along with vodka, gin and effes beer.

Staff are grumpy and quite rude, especially a man on the main lobby bar, his name is fahrty, ( probably spelt wrong)
Alcoholic drinks are weak and tasteless, need to ask for an extra shot of alcohol in a separate glass, then poor it in the drink that you have.

ENTERTAINMENT - Don’t bother staying in hotel to be entertained.Very very poor and

However the brand new AC unit ensured the room was a constant 16 degree Celsius at all times ❄️👍

Pool was more than adequate and sunbed availability was a little poor

but wasn't for me ( might be for you tho) 

Magic show 1 night was very poor and lasted 15 minutes .

1 - Wi-Fi has been poor 
2 - Charlie pool guy very picky and unhelpful unless you pay him.

Only criticism of the food service is that the fruit juices were really poor quality.

Entertainment team well where do I start it is really poor.

Entertainment on a nighttime was slightly poor at the start of the holiday

The only downfall I could mention is the very poor entertainment program in the evenings as it was awful .

The wi fi in the hotel was poor and it was free in reception so if you wanted to contact family etc it was busy at times in the reception area .Wi fi in the rooms could be paid for 

If I said the food was poor it would be an understatement.

food was of poor quality..always cold..needs to have microwaves installed so at least you can heat the food up..doesn't really cater for British palate..beef /veal /goulash sometimes

The alcohol was clearly watered down and such poor quality that they tasted like alcohol free drinks.

Some of the guests had no consideration, as they were shouting, laughing and generally making loud noises well after midnight.

Constant noise issues ranging from intimacy enjoyment, banging doors, shouting, drink fuelled barnies & Turkish weddings with excessively loud drums
Then too top it all off I started feeling rough on the 2nd Oct & tested positive for covid on return home on the 4th

Noise ever night doors slamming till 1am shouting all night.

The worst part was the noise, every night 2am, 3am, 4 am we were woken by people shouting, arguing, slamming doors, running along the corridors knocking on everyone’s doors, all the corridors lead onto reception so the staff and security would be able to hear them, We spoke to lots of other guests who said they had complained

● When we were there no chance of getting much sleep ppl running round corridors banging on doors shouting until 3am every night 
●pool safety zero no life guards ppl all rushing down pool slides at the same time   2 ppl were taken by ambulance to hospital while we were there 🤔 2 separate occasions .

The Jet 2 rep was so surprised this happens and denied it.

People leaving rubbish around the pool late at night, teenagers running up and down the hallway, shouting abuse at all hours.

The biggest problem with the hotel is that at night it is really noisy with drunks.

And not what you want to hear on holiday.

Beware of the VERY complex and noisy air con.

He was bringing married women back to his hotel room whilst their partners were unaware asleep in the hotel - he was using the hotel as a knocking shop - awful for a family hotel 
- mario was rude and aggressive towards myself and my husband and we have made a formal complaint to Jet2 
- constantly asking for guests to tip 
- rubbish music near the pool (constant remixed dance music) 
- rubbish entertainment at night 

We really had high hopes for the hotel after looking at the reviews

but spacious enough.Theres a small fridge where bottles of water  are provided daily by cleaner (Free).Rooms cleaned daily,some with more effort than others as this depends on cleaner you get.Air conditioning was very good.Walls paper thin and can get noisy ,especially if children staying near by.Take ear plugs for night.

but often we did t hear what was on and evening sessions hit and miss with lots of dead time so people switch off.

A few power cuts and we were right next to the generator and soooo loud.

If you want a decent sleep bring earplugs to drown out the noise of the selfish people that shout and bang along the corridors at 3am.

We had a room facing a wall on the ground floor where it was very noisy (drunk people, deliveries outside), we were told we could change it the next day.

(Noise from the hotel opposite was a slight problem whilst the little one was having a nap

Food was horrendous we ate out each day it was that bad rooms are lovely and big.

Pros:

-Our room was kept very clean 

-The food was lovely there was plenty of choice.

Our room was spotless and cannot praise enough the room maid.

The staff that clean your room for you during the day are so lovely and do such a great job!

Nice looking hotel with friendly staff , when we checked in staff helped us get food after everything was closed ,    clean rooms ,   food is good , wide selection,      stand out staff for me would be Mario,   really friendly , looks after you ,    would recommend visiting,  will be coming back !

The rooms were clean and tidy and very modern.

The rooms were clean and i had no problems with the room i was staying in the hotel .

Let me start by saying the hotel is a nice building with fairly decent rooms that are relatively clean

The staff was friendly the room was clean the most friendly person was the room cleaner.

but all the staff in grand pasa are very good and rooms are kept very clean also the whole hotel is very clean would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean & very spacious, the cleaners are very pleasant and will do anything for you & fresh bottles of a water in the room daily along with fresh towels & toiletries.

Onto the rooms the cleanliness was great.I have been to many 5 star hotels

There is different variety of acts over the week so no night is the same.

-The entertainment in the night wasn’t that good.

Been here a week and it’s been amazing, The staff and cleaners have been amazing, Entertainment team have been super fantastic, always have you laughing and dancing!

Entertainment were absolutely fantastic, always had you smiling, dancing and laughing!

Entertainment guys always round looking for money - either selling football cards or bingo tickets.

Food wasn’t great for picky eaters or kids we mainly ate out most mornings/ nights.

Great hotel, very good with kids and lots of entertainment.

Entertainment team was really best, kids club entertainer she like a second mom for our kids.

And done face painting free of charge, which the girls loved.

Jimmy,ozzy,Danny,Potter,sena and aycan are fantastic and always made sure we were ok and had a good laugh with us and the kids love jimmy .Everyday he made time for us.

Especially kids club keeping our autistic 7 year old boy happy all holiday.

Very friendly animation team, super with children including a great kids club daily and a kids disco and make alot of time for everyone.

The evening entertainment starts at around 9.30pm and finishes by 11pm, it follows the kids mini disco (everyday) and bingo (some days).

Two pools and 2 kids pools..there's also a pool slide and mini play park.

I don't get the hype over the entertainment we haven't seen anything yet worth staying in for(kids disco is the same with the same songs in the exact order everyday) currently tonight sat in a music quiz where you need to put your hand up for the answer.

I would say that this hotel is better for couples rather than families with children.

Staying at the pasa beach hotel just now, the entertainment team have been Fantastic especially sena who has been amazing with the children and a lovely girl, ozzy jimmy and potter have been fabulous aswell, can’t wait to return

The food & drinks where again the best I've ever had and so much choice.my grandchildren enjoyed the kids club and the animation team where great always getting everyone involved

Really clean hotel cleaners are really good, food has a good variety most days and little kids sitting area so you don’t have to cue so much to get them there food.

but ate out most of our holiday in the evening, the evening meals were repetitive and poor quality, we did not budget for eating out as it was all inclusive, the evening entertainment was poor and mainly left to the young entertainment team to get people up to make daft games etc.

The food was very poor we were there for 10 days and ate out for 7 of them.

Here at the minute for 2 weeks bar staff are very very rude make you feel like they do not want to be here,breakfast very poor quality, not enough selection for dinner lunch at the pool is nice

But please NO MORE BABY SHARK my poor ears 😢 hahaha.

I have to say that this hotel was very poor for customer service, Very unfriendly, not helpful and didn't want to help with any issues, attitudes were disgusting for being in this type of service .

but we didn't avail of this as we were told by other guests the connection was really poor.

As I write this I’m still here on holiday , firstly paid extra £50 for sea views and got car park , sorted room out the next day , secondly and the most important it’s a stampede for food , at 7-30 , we have stayed in all inclusive before in Turkey and never experienced this , the food is poor , everything deep fried and just warm , only eat evening meal once had to go out for meals , my sons fiancé was queuing for food and man pushed her out of the way trying to push in , she told him to join the queue to which he got very aggressive and tryed to head

however breakfast wasnt up to much no English breakfasts and poor selection, hotel entertainers were brilliant and friendly, hotel wifi was awful could only get a weak signal in the lobby and had to pay extra for it in your rooms.

The hotel is totally filthy, the decoration is poor,the staff are very rude and cheeky.

I found 2 hairs in two separate dishes.The majority of the seats within the lobby are torn and decoration is very poor.

We hardly ate in the hotel due to poor food, always the same and not much choice.

No English breakfast items apart from fried eggs which were always too runny 
Temperature of the pool was too cold for me to swim in

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Marmaris

We would not return to the hotel just purely for the fact of poor hygiene and safety regarding the food.

Never have I been to a hotel where the entertainment team was so bad, the only one that stood out was metro he’s a credit, as far as the others they just sat about all day with male guests, very poor!

Stayed at the hotel brilliant place to stay food excellent entertainment excellent rooms clean and spacious our room was 362 view of the pool and sea plenty of sun beds and they provide towels with a card only thing I would say is more cupboard space to put things.

The bar staff were rude and all looked fed up or run of their feet, the main pool was packed with people like sardines with no chance of a sunbed unless you got up around 06:30!!!.

I gave it four stars because of the hotel's food services—prolonged and occasionally rude workers.

The bar staff were very rude, and the cooks if you wanted toast for breakfast they would ignore the women.

but again rude waiters the entertainment team are the only 1s making an effort.

It’s a shame because it could be a brilliant hotel if all the  staff would be a bit more like the entertainment staff and just be nice not rude !

The hotel is very dated, reception area dark and unwelcoming, just like the unfriendly staff, who are quite rude.

This is the first year I have been let down by choice of hotel, the staff can hardly speak a word of English and are very rude!

The receptionist with the short, dark curly hair is rude and negative.

Cons no iron, they literally wouldn’t give me one and wanted me to pay for the laundry service, too many photographers, and rude people who like to push in.

In the restaurant the other guests can be quite rude we have all paid the same money

but some of the pool bar staff were extremely rude to the point I nearly made an official complaint.

The chap in the spa was so rude and derogitory and certainly needs a lesson in customer service. .

Best hotel in marmaris especially the animation team.

Just arrived home after a lovely stay at pasa beach, staff are friendly and welcoming, there's a good variety of food something for everyone, we only stayed one night for the entertainment

The animation team was very friendly and helped us to enjoy our holiday.

This hotel was best for my family, because entertainment always with us.

As a ex travel agent I have visited many hotels and reviewed all of them so this is my opinion ,upon  arrival early in the morning there was no drinks or food available, I usually recieve something even if I arrive in the early hours, got to the room, very dismal looking and smelt of chip fat, asked to move bit was told hotel was full so had to wait till following day, the bed was like a rock,woke up the nxt day in agony, thankfully the nxt day we moved rooms and got a mattress.topper for the bed.

This needs seriously sorted as it ruined our holiday plus smokers being allowed to smoke in non smoking area of restaurant.

Food: hot food generally cold (especially the baked beans at breakfast), meat limited to chicken and lamb, sweets ridiculously sugary with no taste, no sugar-free drinks, cocktails all the same with a dash of blue or red and the queues horrendous  with idiots refusing to wear masks breathing down your neck

Once the tables in the resteraunt had been vacated, we would have to get our own cutlery, glasses and Water before we could eat, and the table clothes could be still soiled from the previous guests.

After having a reaction after using on my face it was discovered this bottle was left behind by a maid and was filled with bleach.

SMOKING - people  just light up anywhere, its disgusting, we arrived approx.

The room has bad smell, the internet is vary bad, did not have signal in our room.

Tables not wiped regularly, filthy ash trays.

The food is disgusting and served under cooked.

Our room was absolutely disgusting, human feces were stuck to the side of the plastic toilet seat, there was no toilet roll within the room.

Salad bar was the same nothing exciting vegetables were not fresh and the whole menu was a mess too much repetitive of food and it was so boring 
The pool area was so small with so many people smoking that you could not escape the passive smoking.

The food let this hotel down, its quite repetitive and I found that the desserts all tasted stale.
