Lovely hotel very clean, rooms very spacious.

The location is great and the hotel grounds, pool and beach area are very clean.

Well I will start by saying the hotel and grounds are fabulous, the rooms are big and spotlessly clean, the maids and hotel staff work hard.

The beach is very good 
The swimming pool is super clean

We came to this hotel with friends and its just amazing,clean,beautiful,on the beach,super beach,good rooms,good food& drinks, very kind stuff,everything is just perfect and we have been to water sports so the guys are so nice haha,Ugur from water sports at the beach entrance of the hotel is ver kind and we bought our activities from him so you can see him if you want any water sports activities,we recommend this hotel to everyone and we definitely come back! !

How many times can you go on holiday and say the best meal in a luxury hotel is a jacket potato and chicken ?

We got moved here from the green nature resort for the last few days of our holiday, they claimed this was an upgrade well what a complete downgrade this was.

but we have still had a great holiday and would definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful and the service we received in the restaurant was second to none, Yusuf Dinar in the main restaurant was amazing and made our holiday extra special, he looked after our every need and was so kind.

When you do this, you ruin people’s holidays and your reputation.

Food is lovely and everyone is super friendly- big thank you to Gino and Dean for making our holiday yet again!!!

Great for the kids Melike really took care of us and made the holiday for us.

BEST HOLIDAY I HAVE EVER GO in Turkey..

It's my first time in Marmaris and I was very lucky to spend my holiday in Green nature diamond.

but this hotel has not done that, I feel by offering poor choice it’s driven people out and about.

One thing that wasn’t great was the drinks - the cocktails were poor(local spirits like water) and the wine was abysmal.

Felt the food was poor and not very varied.

Very poor Internet access  which only  worked at  reception area.

The food is generally very bland and the drinks they serve are very poor quality.

The WiFi is quite poor, only seems to work around reception area, so we did not bother using it, you can get WiFi boxes from shops nearby.

Coming out of Covid restrictions is not an excuse for poor standards.

The food was pretty poor and we opted to miss many meals and eat out.

There's very poor coverage around the pool.

Cocktails were poor and champagne was warm every day in the lobby bar.

Drinks were ok, I struggled as normally a wine or g&t person, the wine was pretty poor which I expected

Carpet with patches glued in, peeling wall paper, and the overall quality of the finish is poor.

One bad thing about the hotel is the WiFi is poor !

but with the food being that poor we are eating outside the hotel.

The wifi is poor in the rooms and not alot of choice on the tv which other hotels in the area offer.

Another guest actually had to tell him to move away as he was shouting infront of my children, after I told himself to move away

if you close your patio doors you still hear it, it makes no difference.

Rooms looked decent enough, until you started to notice wallpaper coming off due to shower not being "sealed" properly.

One negative - we were given a landview room - can be noisy at times as it overlooks the main road and supermarket.

however at night when you closed the door couldn’t hear the noise.

This is the noisey side, apart from the traffic you get the noisy drunk partying witch cackling up to 3/4am in the morning I don’t give a monkeys holiday makers.

We had a problem with noise from rooms below which would go on till 4am/ 5 am in the morning, Reception was contacted

but only given the basic of information, The rest we had to ask other guests, questions such as where the ice cream was available from (Sounds simple?)

Toward the end of the holiday it appeared to be catering for large groups of drunken youths ( sadly British) hope this is not their usual clientele.

We live in a very quiet area at home and the road noise was unbearable - the windows are single glazed and the amount of traffic even at 2am after a flight and 2hr transfer made it impossible to sleep.

but changed their mind when the jet 2 rep had a word.The food was plentiful but often cold as they turned the heat lamps of soon after opening.The entertainment on an evening started at 9 with a kids disco for half an hour then half an hour of a show finished at 10 no music nothing so had to go out as it was boring just sat in the bar unfortunately we won’t stay again only for these reasons otherwise a loverly hotel in a fantastic location

Constant traffic, beeping all night, relentless noise.

As regards the hotel itself the walls are far too thin I could hear the families on both sides very clearly embarrassing in parts also.

but you expect that
Entertainment in the evening was impossible to hear as the speakers were so distorted
Lastly, could you pease ask the staff to go along with the concept of queueing.

but they leave to alone if your not into all the jumping up and down and shouting thing.

just slamming doors/toilet seats and general banging.

Attempted to take my mind off this massive mistake by trying to relax by the pool, and they're screaming out bingo numbers over a very loud pa system that you could hear on the moon.

I then spoke with the rep from Jet 2 who informed me that in order to obtain a sea view I would have to lean over the balcony, he even showed me how far I would have to bend.

but as we booked through jet 2 there was nothing they could do but give us a camp bed for the night.

The waiters look after us when having dinner.

Lovely hotel, rooms &  food great (drinks not so great, cant even get effes, they need to do better quality drinks!!

Right on the beach, by the shops, bars and restaurants.

The hotel looks amazing is big, rooms are nice the food is very good too!

It didn’t matter as we just went to the main restaurant.

I’ll start with the positives
Location, daily restock of mini bar in room, Chinese food was the best choice, bell boy called Rambo, what a lovely lad!

Food was okay you get what you pay for with all inclusive 🤷‍♀️ One chef in particular in the restaurant never cracked a smile and just slammed the food on your plate, not exactly a very approachle member of staff.

Beautiful hotel rooms 1st class, all staff doing there best under the circumstances, entertainment team are so friendly, would 100% recommend and can't wait to return next year.we had a Seaview room and it was gorgeous, some lovely resteraunts within walking distance and direct acess to the beach and watersports.

Elvis in the outside bar was also fantastic and made us some lovely cocktails.

The food was good, I have Coeliacs so sometimes food can be difficult

The food at Green Nature Diamond is fantastic!

If you are polite and respectful, then you will not have any issues here

Room - I had a standard double upgraded to sea view.

Other guests can access your room and when you complain the reception staff are not interested

Sea view rooms are great,  and the spa treatments are very good,

Room was filthy was after complaining was moved to another room and the Jet2 Rep and a gentleman on reception was very helpful.

We chose a room facing the front of the hotel as we like to watch the world go by (we are nosey) .

Room was ok, nothing special considering how highly rated it is.

The only positive I can actually say is the location of the hotel, and how they refilled the mini bar everyday in your room.

It is worth paying extra for the sea view room, the view is amazing.

This hotel has 640 rooms, massive interior, all space un-used.

I would like to mention Meryem who done our room ,she was always smiling and acknowledged us which some of you staff didn't.

Rooms freezing at night and temperature doesn’t work for the hotel room.

Entertainment - there is so much choice, however, I can't review because we never went

Saying that we will definitely be back as the day/ night entertainment team make you feel soo welcome, lots of fun for all the family. .

Volo bar was great, something different on, and also there where acts on the stage, and plenty of bars to choose from.

All the staff are lovely, especially the entertainment team - they are so friendly and always happy.

very load music from 10am until 4 pm then load bingo until 5pm .

The night time entertainment was good, the Mamma Mia show being exceptional.

The entertainment staff were very friendly especially Melika who made us feel very welcome.

Mamma Mia show was great energetic and lots of fun.

Great nighttime entertainment 

The hotel also had very friendly waiters and amazing variety of food.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in by a long way,great food great entertainment.

The children enjoyed a chocolate massage in the spa which they loved, it was excellent value for money.

The Spa in tbe hotel gave me a massage and it was vwry relaxing

food is very varied, territory is large, pool, water slides, hammam, sauna.

Food and drinks are good, all inclusive..Try the Spa and Wellness Athletic Club and contact Mr. Ridwan, a great gentleman 👌🏽This hotel is close to everything, highly recommended!

This is our honeymoon holiday so we also went to the spa as a couple from the salt room to the sauna / Turkish bath and finishing off with a lovely massage is just what we needed.

The sauna was large, as were the three hammams.

but enjoyed my stay and my 2 year old grandson was loved by everyone there and if you want a tattoo done go to the sister Hotel green nature and spa to bora

We booked a Turkish bath with Ridwan at the spa and it was exceptional - highly recommended!

The spa is amazing and worth the money, the ladies work so hard to make it a pleasant experience.

We opted for last day massage , fantastic makes you wonder why you dont get it more at home .

Spa:
Within the hotel there is a spa on the bottom floor.

It was suggested that I have medical massages to help

I had 3 massages in the week i was there from her and it made such a difference.

The spa area is good and great gym facilities.

Ozgur in the restaurant was really great as getting us a table always smiling!

The reception were very efficient and always helpful printing off forms etc nothing was too much trouble.

Felt reception lacked a good personal touch.

The hotel was nice by the way and the catering staff were amazing.

After a rocky start and having relocated to this hotel we found all the staff kind and helpful.

You can only get WiFi if you stand by the reception area 
- Waiters ignored us, do not offer drinks.

However, please be prepared for issues with wi-fi, which is hardly available on a permanent basis anywhere on the premises.

The wifi, is absolutely crap, the food is so repetitive.

The biggest issue is with WiFi we wasn't able to connect our camera to watch little one over night.

Wifi is definitely the worst we’ve seen compared to others hotels in Marmaris.

WiFi hit and miss, to be honest most hotel WiFi is.

Decor in rooms is all worn - wifi doesn't work unless in reception
Length of time to check in was ridiculous (it was 3am and we were tired)
Hotel grounds are lovely and the pool area is large

WiFi - this is not available in the hotel really unless you sit in the hotel lobby area, and certainly nothing around the pool.

The smell outside your room is a damp sick smell, warmed up by the heat and to top it off WiFi doesn’t work unless you are in reception so trying to escape the hell hole is almost impossible 

The people that rate this hotel any higher then a one don’t know what a nice hotel is.

The only let down for me in this hotel is the Wifi,  we couldnt get it at all in our room,  the only place the connection was great was at the bar and no opportunity to upgrade the connection.

For example asked them to get on the Wi-fi and as they were having a problem connecting announce to other people waiting at reception that because our request was so important the rest would need to wait.

The food was very basic and repetivite which I felt let the hotel down a bit as it was the same limited dishes served every single day so we had to eat out quite alot, the WiFi at the hotel was pretty much non existent throughout the stay.

Wi Fi almost non existent other  than around Volo Bar.

Overall a superb relaxing break and will definitely recommend and return again.

The selection is a beautiful balance between fresh Turkish/Mediterranean food and food which appeals better to 'British holiday food'.

Would highly recommend if you’re just looking for a relaxed, quiet holiday with amazing views all round.

On the whole this is a great place to go for a holiday and the staff there were very accommodating and nothing was too much for them.

We noticed over the holiday that these buggies were driven far too fast and with little regard for their passengers or the pedestrians around the resort.

I would highly recommend a holiday here as so peaceful and relaxing by the pool or by the bay.

however felt I needed to for this holiday.

We’ve just returned from a weeks holiday here and wish we’d booked for 2!

Had a fantastic 10 day break 31/08/22  .We were a family party of 9 including my Father who’s 85 years old.

The wine was a poor quality, only offering red, white or rose, and only able to get sparkling on the patio area at lunchtime to eat, on the patio area, as previously mentioned.

Our welcome was very poor and basically consisted of a number forms shoved under our nose to sign –  no offer of refreshment or something to eat.

There were cracked tiles with poor filling and painting , even a rusted toilet brush holder.

The communication from the hotel was very poor and until date we have not received a reply.

The entertainment is odd because it varies from amazing to poor.

We found the food very limited and poor to what we had 2 years previously and tended to have most lunch time meals at the little zest bar.

So no sun at all which really is annoying and frankly poor location of the cabins, part of the nice

Drinks of offer: poor choice of cocktails/mocktails, was expecting more, and proper pina coladas.

The reason for a 4/5 is no fresh orange juice at breakfast, a poor cocktail list and not running a 14 day, evening entertainment show.

Entertainment I feel was very good when we stayed there there was only one night that this group was alful the sound was poor and sang out of tune

Areas to improve are, room furnishing, the selection/quality of drinks is poor (very cheap wine and spirits) even a little better  for example a sparkling white and everyone would be happy, ice cream available all day when its boiling.

but the poor chap in the Purple Turtle had to keep running up to reception to generate the receipts for me to sign.

The drinks where of poor quality, shelves of premium shorts available

but unfortunately poor health in the family meant that we had to cancel at the very last moment.

The only poor point were the cocktails weren’t the best, we purchased premium cocktails

This wasnt made clear at check in, and regardless, the attitude of one of the receptionists was very poor indeed.

We loved this peaceful resort and will definitely come back.

Recently stayed at Marmaris bay resort for a week with my other half. We had a lovely relaxing week

The pools are relaxing and in peak sunlight full of adult themed activities.

They always remembered the guests and using their actions and general body language managed to make you feel relaxed and welcome despite any language barriers.

However there was still other bars open to chill and have a relaxed drink so that’s what we ended up doing most nights and was very impressed by the service and quality from Ismail the bartender at the sail beach bar.

The quiet pool was great for relaxing with plenty of shade.

The hotel has everything if you really looking for relaxing (mind and body) trip around water and nature.

If you're looking for a resort that is peaceful and relaxed, then this is a great choice.

This in turn wasn’t the relaxing day we had hoped for.

The setting of the hotel is stunning, really peaceful and felt tucked away.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this really is the place.

very idyllic and tranquil surroundings, lush green setting.

The food was amazing, we got engaged the first night and made so many friends that was on there 3rd, 4th visit.

Food was great in the restaurant for all meals and the zest beach bar and overall the all inclusive was great.

What a shame , such a lovely setting to have lunch .

The standard of cocktails varied depending on who made them, very few bar staff could make a good one.

The pool, beach and food were all excellent.

Food was really nice with plenty of choices from various restaurants.

Plenty of choice of food at all meal times.
