Breakfast definitely best meal of the day.

The buffet restaurant provided gorgeous and varied meals, so much lovely fresh salad and vegetables, I'm not vegetarian

All of the rolls are hidden within the greenery of trees.

The buffet is incredible and the staff are all wonderful and so friendly and helpful.

Restaurants with lots of choice and gorgeous freshly baked breads for every meal, the croissants were gorgeous at breakfast.

With the package of all inclusive there is no need to search for other options of dining in anywhere else, the variety of buffet whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner is just so lavish and tasteful that we missing already.

The food available was always delicious, fresh and plentiful.

Enough choice and some food was made at your request instead of buffet.

I would also like to thank all the staff at the buffet 
restaurant who were always helpful and always managed to arrange us a 
table to seat 9 people.

The buffet restaurant was very good, plenty of options, good quality and good service from the staff.

The presentation and quality of the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Meydan restaurant is excellent, and I salute the inventiveness of the chefs in making the range of edibles constantly tasty, interesting and attractive.

The food in the buffet was always varied and first class with lots of variety including sea bass cooked as you waited.

The buffet was phenomenal, something different everyday as well as the staples available.

I loved the twins, and the chefs that did our daily requests for omelettes.

The rest of the food was a buffet that seldom changed much.

They’re always smiling despite some of them being there from breakfast till late night.

Food in buffet is the same as any all inclusive, find what you like and stick with it.

The selection is a beautiful balance between fresh Turkish/Mediterranean food and food which appeals better to 'British holiday food'.

On the whole this is a great place to go for a holiday and the staff there were very accommodating and nothing was too much for them.

We noticed over the holiday that these buggies were driven far too fast and with little regard for their passengers or the pedestrians around the resort.

I would highly recommend a holiday here as so peaceful and relaxing by the pool or by the bay.

however felt I needed to for this holiday.

We’ve just returned from a weeks holiday here and wish we’d booked for 2!

Had a fantastic 10 day break 31/08/22  .We were a family party of 9 including my Father who’s 85 years old.

The wine was a poor quality, only offering red, white or rose, and only able to get sparkling on the patio area at lunchtime to eat, on the patio area, as previously mentioned.

Our welcome was very poor and basically consisted of a number forms shoved under our nose to sign –  no offer of refreshment or something to eat.

There were cracked tiles with poor filling and painting , even a rusted toilet brush holder.

The communication from the hotel was very poor and until date we have not received a reply.

The entertainment is odd because it varies from amazing to poor.

We found the food very limited and poor to what we had 2 years previously and tended to have most lunch time meals at the little zest bar.

So no sun at all which really is annoying and frankly poor location of the cabins, part of the nice

Drinks of offer: poor choice of cocktails/mocktails, was expecting more, and proper pina coladas.

The reason for a 4/5 is no fresh orange juice at breakfast, a poor cocktail list and not running a 14 day, evening entertainment show.

Entertainment I feel was very good when we stayed there there was only one night that this group was alful the sound was poor and sang out of tune

Areas to improve are, room furnishing, the selection/quality of drinks is poor (very cheap wine and spirits) even a little better  for example a sparkling white and everyone would be happy, ice cream available all day when its boiling.

but the poor chap in the Purple Turtle had to keep running up to reception to generate the receipts for me to sign.

but unfortunately poor health in the family meant that we had to cancel at the very last moment.

This wasnt made clear at check in, and regardless, the attitude of one of the receptionists was very poor indeed.

We loved this peaceful resort and will definitely come back.

Recently stayed at Marmaris bay resort for a week with my other half. We had a lovely relaxing week

The pools are relaxing and in peak sunlight full of adult themed activities.

They always remembered the guests and using their actions and general body language managed to make you feel relaxed and welcome despite any language barriers.

However there was still other bars open to chill and have a relaxed drink so that’s what we ended up doing most nights and was very impressed by the service and quality from Ismail the bartender at the sail beach bar.

The quiet pool was great for relaxing with plenty of shade.

The hotel has everything if you really looking for relaxing (mind and body) trip around water and nature.

If you're looking for a resort that is peaceful and relaxed, then this is a great choice.

This in turn wasn’t the relaxing day we had hoped for.

The setting of the hotel is stunning, really peaceful and felt tucked away.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this really is the place.

very idyllic and tranquil surroundings, lush green setting.

There are no dedicated smoking areas, so being non-smokers we often had to contend with other people's smoke.

This in my opinion needs improving and also both rooms has a musty drain smell coming from the bathroom.

If Tui do lose this hotel from their portfolio at the end of this season this will indeed be a little piece of paradise lost.

however you are able to smoke on your balconies and there are plenty of electronics in your room like hairdryers which are much more likely to cause fires.

When neighboring guests smoked on their balconies at all times of the day, a lot of smoke got into our room as well
- This establishment is heavily geared towards British guests, and much of the staff attention goes there.

Many smoked on the beach just be mindful of non smokers as it is non smoking.

The rooms themselves are tired, ours had a bad drain smell at the start and end of our stay.

This meant our neighbours had to walk past our door to get to theirs or sat outside our window late at night to smoke and I felt we lost some privacy.

We thought the hamam itself smelled a little acrid.

Just the smell of sulphur was abit off putting.

Two minor negative points,the buggy’s are driven way too fast and nobody took any notice of the no smoking around the relax pool.

You'll feel like you are smoking for the whole duration of your holiday, especially in the areas like the beach or pools, which are small and where you really don't want to be exposed to that dangerous stench, whilst relaxing.

It failed to ever dry my hair properly as it smelt of burning after too much use.

The non smoking area had outside heating whilst the smokers froze.

Stale cake and unappetising rolls make for a disappointing welcome.

however everywhere I have travelled all over the world there has always been a scent of lemon or a fresh scents to keep them at bay while sunbathing and trying to relax.

The only negative we have is that being non smokers from the UK we are no longer used to inhaling other people's cigarette smoke.

We went on one excursion during our stay, the tui blue cruise, wasn't impressed and indeed mentioned to reps. As non smokers we felt sick at end of trip, I think there was 5 crew and 4 smoked, and probably 1/4 of passengers, at one point there was at least 8/9 people smoking in the covered area at back of boat, no escape unless you want to be burnt to crisp on deck.

This us our 4th night and the noise from some new arrivals tonight is disgusting.

The spa was a totally relaxing place and massages were very professionally carried out.

If you decide to choose this hotel, my top tips are, get a Turkish bath and massage at the spa and don't bother with the a la carte.

Also thanks to Turker (Spa sales) for your guidance and kind conversation and to Vira in La Brise Spa for the best massages.

Spa experience was  amazing, the girls are professionals at what they do.

The spa located on site is also more expensive than what I've previously experience in Marmaris

- Spa was a great experience too, altho also at a little expensive price.

Turker arranged our spa day and was so polite and friendly.

The spa facilities are very good and my partner went back a second time as she enjoyed the first massage so much

The spa Turkish bath & massage is amazing.

We had a Turkish bath and massage at the spa one morning which was really good.

Spa is gorgeous, got a turkish bath and outdoor massage.

As someone who regularly has massages due to sports I can honestly say this was one of the best massages I have ever had.

Spa was great, the quiet pool has an awesome feel to it and the staff are generally pretty friendly.

but it was opposite the spa and seemed nice enough.

I especially liked the milk pudding 🙂
We had some treatments at the spa and would definitely recommend this, both for value and experience.

So we landed up going to the spa at about 5 , you can’t pre book you just need to turn up , nice place

While the buffet area was occasionally a little busier than we'd like, there was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors so we could usually find a quieter spot.

Food was delicious, Chinese ala carte 10 out of 10.

The buffet restaurant was absolutely fine.

I did get a craving for the rolls served through the night next to the 24 hour bar this being very welcome when we arrived at midnight.

Something you have to do things yourself as only help the ones they want to help.We skip breakfast most time as same things and it was not made good.

For the first time, my son liked fish and eggs, and he also loved donuts.

Also, for lunch we visited the burger Restaurante which was delicious also.

Club Turban was a good choice: nice  and green territory, big outdoor pool, coffee at coffee corner is delicious, the lobby bar is nice, aspecially in the evening when the DJ is in action;  good and large beach with sand and different kind of activities during the day and in the evening, for every generation:) As good people make the difference, be sure that Yana and Ferdiy - people from the animation team - will make your time unforgetable.

Everything was awesome, me & my family had spent a-great vacation in such amazing hotel in the heart of Marmaris where mountain, sea, nature and pool meets at the same point, family atmosphere, very friendly & helpful stuff , delicious cuisine  , with many delicious options provided by chef Harun, wight control is not guaranteed.

Breakfast is the same standard, cereals, fruits, toast, pastries, omelettes, pancakes etc.

Just stayed with my family in Club Turban Hotel & Resort, beautiful atmosphere, gardens, beach, swimming pools, delicious food ultra inclusive, comfortable room.

After the first week we started to miss breakfast to take advantage of the superb lunches served here.

Breakfast as always good with fresh fruit and omelette stations always giving a tasty option.

The food was plentiful, lots of variety and available during the day in several restaurants.

but the buffet restaurant was so nice there really wasn't any need to look any further.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were the best I've ever had in a hotel.

RESTAURANTS: 
The buffet restaurant was fantastic.

Lemon cafe delicious ice cream, Gozlem place true taste of Turkey.

The main one is for buffet meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner and we had great service from Fatih and Matsuri, who look after us and got drinks etc so we didn’t have to queue.

Above all its the staff that make this hotel, everyone was so friendly & couldn't do enough for you, in particular Fathie in the buffet restaurant was fabulous, he looked after our every need.

We was asked to tip at the bar because service was late due to late weather, is this normal for guests to be asked for money?

I saw quite a few people walking around limping, even someone I was with had a fall due to not being able to see a step at night.

Admittedly, it was low season and due to the pandemic, some of the hotel's facilities were withdrawn or restricted.

Ultimately the experience in the hotel probably isn't quite as it normally would be and that is due to COVID.

The restaurant was lack lustre and often a struggle to get food due to the rude holiday makers who bard get you out the way.

Due to covid there were restrictions in place as you’d hope and expect, the wearing of masks inside of course and the buffet was behind Perspex and served to you.

Yana if you’re reading this I want to tell you that due to you I still do sport and keep my body fit, you are my motivation!

but as I said there was limited amount due to Covid so I won't fault the hotel for this.

White night and X-ray nights were both cancelled due to Covid or sickness, we heard both reasons.

but this was due to Covid more than anything else as food needed to be serviced rather than self service.

but this maybe due to not having full capacity.

Stayed here for 10 nights & after seeing the reviews we were very excited to finally be getting away after having this holiday cancelled three times due to the current COVID situation.

Neither my wife or I had a good night's sleep due to the mattress.

We visited for a week in July and were not quite sure what to expect due to the current situation with covid.

Due to COVID-19 things had changed slightly

The buffet resturant had a great selection of food, at busy times there was a bit of a wait as you are unable to help yourself to food due to the pandemic

Night time entertainment has suffered a little, I’m guessing due to lack of acts available

There was no mini disco for the kids  (due to COVID-19),

just back from 2 fab weeks at the club turban and have no complaints whatsoever, the hotel has everything you need for a great holiday.

Although our holiday was pleasant we assumed included free drinks and food was included.

It was a well needed getaway which started off okay

We recently returned from a "Too good for words" end of the season holiday in Marmaris, Turkey staying at our favourite Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal Hotel.

We just came back, 6 adults and 3 children and we had an amazing holiday.

We wholly appreciate there’s still a pandemic going on and huge changes have had to be implemented in order to supply Yazici customers with a holiday,

All in all this hotel has it all, wonderful location  amazing staff who will go out of there way to ensure you have a great holiday.

He makes the place an experience, rather than just a holiday - and with this you feel like you are part of the furniture and you genuinely feel at home there.

Me and my wife came here on Sept 30th for a 6 night break having left the kids at home.

Food was appalling in morning lunch and evening everything was catered towards Eastern Europe holiday makers.

We will definitely spend our holiday at Grand Yazici Marmaris next year.

But all these are such little things that did not ruin our magical vacation in a stunning location at all.

It was our first vacation in Marmaris and we enjoyed our stay.

Again, the best vacation ever during a pandemic.

If you are looking for days trips and excursions, again much cheaper outside of the hotel and we used Tuna Senol Akdeniz at Tuna Holiday Centre to book our trips and also money exchange.

I took my two kids (16 and 13)  to Grand Yazici towards the end of August for 10 days.

Having previously stayed at this hotel for many years with my late husband and family pre-covid i was so excited to return this year with my son/daughterinlaw and 2 grandsons as it held so many beautiful memories well sorry to say

Lots of children in the pool and the 'lifeguards' spent most of their time on their mobiles.

The girls in our group went for a Turkish Bath followed by a massage which was to die for - we thoroughly enjoyed the treatments.

For £11 for adults and half price for kids with lunch thrown in, it's unbeatable value and an unforgettable experience.

The staff across the board were lovely, from the reception staff, to the bar and restaurant staff and our room cleaner was so nice, making sure she came out of any room she was in to say hello to our children.

Batman even tracked down a fancy dress shop for us so my daughter could get a costume.

Kids club looked good, shame we are past that requirement now and my older Son made friends with the cats on site which were well looked after by the hotel.

We rested at the hotel for 10 days;  me, Mom and son, 2 years old.

My children love lemon cafe and mantı service Was a terrific İdea.

There were also slides operating twice a day which my son was always away on.

Food is very tasty , my kids are 4 and 7,  and they enjoyed the time they were here.

Bell boys were available to drive us up to our rooms on the golf buggy if the kids were tired.

Bar staff, coffee corner girls, restaurant waiters and the guys serving the food.

Special thanks to Ceszmi - our Turkish son.

I can honestly say, with two young kids we'll only look at this hotel for our next stay, its great.

Visited this hotel with my daughter for 10 days.

And we are sure that our holiday will be the best here :-) And it was! :-)

Very big and soo green territory , too much places for eat food (restaurant, bars, caffes, snack bar), too much food choises, nice childs' playing area, friendly and helpful staff :-)

At night people were using their mobile phones to light the way to/from these rooms as hotel lighting in this area extremely poor which made it quite dangerous.

Again my wife try to speak about money to front desk they went on  blame  us again which made angry.when check out they ingore us and did not tell us where to put our luggage very poor customer service once again.

The other restaurants were poor too and the burgers served in the snack bar were also Luke warm and tasteless.

The a la carte lunch offerings are just as poor.

Our Turkish language skills are poor and any communication issues are as much our fault as theirs.

but when we come back to Turkey next year we will reluctantly try somewhere else mainly because of the poor restaurant.

Generally poor quality drinks, lots of paper cups.

Food bland, poor choice, meat over cooked every night.

Kids entertainment  very poor it's a mini disco with no DJ  just a tape a someone doing hand movements.

The park was tiny and the night kids show was poor.

Although the exchange rate is poor compared to previously you still get more for your money

Point to improve:steakhouse restaurant-no steaks other than quite poor hamburgers.

Food very poor quality and repetitive ok if you like turkey fried, boiled or roasted or liver or salad.

A few thing I would say could be improved: cereals are poor, same offerings every day and taste cheap and bland, the milk tastes like uht milk.

The entertainment was very poor to the extent that my teenagers didn’t know what was happening and where to go to and this was only on maybe 3 times a day.

Some may say catering en mass can lead tasteless, poor quality catering,

The wonderful groups I’ll divo and drifters from Africa fantastic.

but they had entertainment on almost every evening which was lovely.

Entertainment was great the team work so hard and get everyone involved the shows and discos plus the Halloween party were brilliant.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the outstanding DJs and entertainers Ferdi and Hasan.

A lot of different acts (circus, musicians,dance performance..).

Entertainment is varied wether you enjoy darts around the pool area or water polo and yoga.

We swim for hours every single day and visited the dolphin show just next door.

Also thanks for the quality animation in my opinion!

Without animation at the pool, in the evening at the amphitheater from 7 nights 3 were without a show, and when it was a show after 10-15 minutes you better leave.
