What needs to improve - 

1) There is a charge of Rs.300-400 for heaters - Not acceptable
2) There is no lift available in the 'B' block
3) Stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once
4) Mineral water bottle not provided

I recommend you to book your stay in the main block and not the 'B' block.

I had to ask to provide 2 mineral water bottles on daily basis in room.

All was well until we were told that mineral water bottle are not severed and replenished every day.

We gave them a bag full of bottles (which we bought from outside) to serve us from time to time.

Biggest con is they are not even offering packaged water bottle.

but it could have been much better if they would have provided 2 complimentary mineral water bottles in the rooms each day and any indoor games .

One weird thing is they don't provide complementary water bottles.

No basic facilities were available in rooms, like mini fridge, water bottles.

Another surprising part was that the hotel does not provide complementary bottles of packaged drinking water (usually every room has 1-2 bottles).

Bathroom with 24 hours running cold and hot water, shower and a bath tub too. Wow!

Stay was good except that the hotel did not have a centralized heating which was little disappointing as in the month of December it will be very cold.

6) To get rid of extreme cold weather they provide very warm blankets.

The experience of candle light set up was not good for me , because they served us cold food over there.

Room was too cold in dec. One has to get the room heater which is chargeable extra.

However during  dinner time service in restaurant was little  slow which makes the food cold .

Extra room heater was provided for a charge to us as it was chilling cold at night.

Due to this, if it gets cold, you'll have to "borrow" the heater for 300 bucks, which is nothing

The hotel is understaffed and they need to add either central heating or provide heaters complimentary for the cold weather in manali.

There was a power failure around 2:30 a.m and my kid crying due to cold.

but they did not provide even hot air blower, you have to pay extra for this , as you know manali is very cold place, they should provide it free of cost.

So now it all started  rooms were extremely cold, floor carpet was wet due to which my socks were all wet, no room sleepers.

Rooms are cold, they should be centrally heated.

Room geyser was inadequate for the cold climate.

Manali is very cold during december and january therefore heaters are essesntial.

Manali being a very cold place we really cannot drink cold water.

I had the breakfast at 10 am and it was already cold and despite letting the staff know about it, it took them another 15 minutes to do the needful (and the machine didnt work).

Heater is chargeable even in cold weather and its pretty expensive

- The room I stayed was way too cold and was leaking during heavy rains.

Just one suggestion to install lift from basement.

The main turn off of the hotel was 99 pc of the times the lift just was out of order.

The only negative thing about this hotel is that lift is available only in the main building.

Cons: Elevator is not available in delux room.

hotel is having 2 different  block .. No lift Facility.

Lift not backed by genset and we had to climb up to 3rd floor when power failed.

No elevator on block 2 --- No mention about this while booking --- No running hot water.

The property has 2 blocks - A block is new and B block is old, without an elevator and we were given a room on the 3rd floor of the B block with some of the stairs being pretty steep.

We got a room in the second floor and there was no lift.

and in the other building even basic facilities like elevator and wifi connectivity is missing.

one small suggestion in this hotel is to include lift and room heaters

We got to know that The CP block, old one have some issues like no lift for accessing upper floors.

.and that rooms were not worthy of the price which i was paying and the building didnot had an elevator also.

Nice hotel with very nice staff location is very good view of the room is amazing front office team is very helpful and friendly rooms are neat and clean mr vijay on front offers is vey friendly and helpful .

but room service nd facilities are not upto the mark as we need to convey them to put water, towel etc.

They blamed us for taking towel and when we told them to check our bags and asked them to check with house keeping staff about entire details they accepted all towels were in place .

Very Bad housekeeping,after you called 10 times they even not bothered to attained..Even housekeeping staffs are showing there annoyance if asked for drinking water more then 3,4 times in a day..One most important point if you come to stay here make sure you should count all coffee mugs,glasses,towels and other thinks present in your hotel room in front hotel staff at the time of check in..

They will provide towels only at 8 am post that you need to wait for laundry to clean the rest and that will happen till 10 am and then you will get the towels.Even room maintenance was poor one room fan was not working and in the other bathroom lock was not working you will need to call the housekeeping to get it unlocked.

Room service and basic amenities like dental kit, water, towels, slippers are missing.

Struggling to get basic necessities like slippers, towel, ash tray.

The pillows were average, the beds weren't too cosy and the towels were far from sparkling white - in a nutshell basics of hotel management is not in place.

There is no race for beds towels are provided.

Dental kits, Shaving kits, Nail Cutter, Laundry services, glasses near the wash basin on the bathroom, towels underneath the toilet pots, few more items for breakfast buffet etc.

When we reach the hotel it was raining heavily and we both were drenched.But these people did'nt have the courtesy to atleast provide us with towel and did'nt even
tell us to have our seats.

7)Towel too had hair n lipstick stains. yuck!!

We took Duplex Mountain view room and view from Balcony was awesome.

Room were good view was amazing it's near to the head river and Mall road.

Delux Mountain View room is a worth to stay and I believe I will be revisiting this place again in sometime.

Secondly, breakfast menu is very poor.

Served good north Indian breakfast, little poor on South Indian dishes.

Breakfast quality is poor, no varities, fixed fruits menu of two types.

This shows their poor professionalism and not appreciated at all.

Centralised heating which is extremely poor in functioning.

Spa is so poor I must say no one should ever try that also the Wifi was so poor I was unable to upload my trip photographs on Facebook.

but they spoiled everything due to their poor management.

House keeping was very poor, cable channels were less and central heating was done manually only in night

Housekeeping is lousy - the state of the bathrooms is poor, they do some cursory cleaning which is more for show than for hygiene

Presentation and taste of Food was good and it was not repeated in our 4 stay of days.

The room service also good and rooms are well maintained and clean condition.

even though it is located a bit far from the town the hotel provides with shuttle service and the food is also really good if you are vegetarian.

The stay was amazing, the property was well maintained and the staff response to our query was very efficient, the food of the resort is also good, had asked about the surprise to be arranged for a candle light dinner and they had come with the decoration very nicely

We stayed for two days, we booked honeymoon suite which had good view and good room, staff was hospitable, food was good and tasty, room was clean and with all amenities.

The food, it's just awesome, the food cooked by the chef is just phenomenal.

Rooms:not too big, bathrooms are small, rooms are clean and tidy, all room has mountain view, doesn't have AC, also heater in room doesn't work most of the time.

Although there was a heavy snowfall, centralized room heater made us to stay without any problem.

but you cannot control room heater by your own.

We wanted extra heating in our room and an additional heater was promptly provided.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms.

I had to fight wit the manger to get me a room heater.

- Room heaters were not working even after complaining for several times.

i would not ever recommend this hotel where the first feel is that the front desk forgets that you have booked a room and makes you wait for 1 hour before realizing it after your third reminder.. the rooms are very highly priced with almost no value in them.. they actually ration the heating in the rooms between fixed timings .. pathetic.

So they changed our room and still the heating was not great.

Rooms other than suite rooms were a bit small.

They have small spa centre also though with not much of services and small room

At bombs price they provide comparatively small room !

Once reaching the room, first impression of the rooms were very good, room was small

Staff was very courteous, never experienced such good behaviour ever.

Ambience of the resort ,behaviour of staff at the reception & room service , cleanliness of the room , view everything is perfect .

The hospitality and the staff is amazing.

The bookings , billing accuracy and staff attending are uptomark

I have visited first time this resort and apple country situated in lust of  valley very calm and quite place and very this situated on hight and no commotion feel very surreal and natural breath and romm was tidy and staffs are very familiar and give good service one most special things i have enjoy sauna and steam bath that gives relaxation of your body and that available in this hotel they gives privacy so i would say go and enjoy and overall experience in this hotel was wonderful thanks .

After searching through many websites, Reviews & Ratings, finally i booked Apple country Resorts.
