Improvements : They can provide heaters during winter and include in overall cost instead of charging seperately as those are very much needed.

If they can install heaters inside the room than it will be cherry on the cake.

When we asked them to prove that we had burnt it they kept insisting we did it using the heater .

Stay was good except that the hotel did not have a centralized heating which was little disappointing as in the month of December it will be very cold.

They will provide towels only at 8 am post that you need to wait for laundry to clean the rest and that will happen till 10 am and then you will get the towels.Even room maintenance was poor one room fan was not working and in the other bathroom lock was not working you will need to call the housekeeping to get it unlocked.

CONS- Rooms do not have in built heating and I didn’t like the 300 per night charge for a heater.

but what i do know is water never gets coloration on heating unless it is contaminated.

5)Heater is being provided on demand on cost

As it is very obvious that in those temperatures its just not possible to stay without room heater.

One prblm we faced was it took them an hour to fix our room heater because of some default.

Things suggested that heater in the month of December should be provided as they charged 400 in place like Manali where heater much needed and mineral water is also charged otherwise i would had given 5 star rating.

Room was too cold in dec. One has to get the room heater which is chargeable extra.

There was no point taking heaters when there is no power.

No rooftop pool or restaurant,
No hot water pool
No tennis or golf court

Neither the rooms are confortable -
In room mattress are not comfortable as per couples, 
no heater in rooms, 
very very small balcony, 
delayed room service-you need to call twice.

Thy charged a nominal amount for the food only.

My only complain from the hotel was that they did not provide slippers and charged extra for dental kit.

They even charge 400 per heater per night .

2) We get personal assistance for serving food table to table without being charged.

If you want a hotel that cares the least about customers, tries every bit to fleece them by including charges on random item, this is the hotel for you.

Hence please beware of all the extra charges for additional services.

The reception was courteous to upgrade the room to next without charges.

Even when they charge for it (INR 30 per meal), it is not up to the standard and the timings need to be changed.

Extreme foul smell in the room.Adamant receptionist.Didn't pay any heed to solve the grievance even being offered to charge any more money.spoiled the trip.won't choose this hotel.unprofessional deal.

It's not a kind of special dinner when you are charging your guests for it.

The hotel charged us for so called Gala dinner.

Then they blamed us for burning their table of Room No 311 from the heater and blocked our vehicle and didn’t allow us to leave the hotel ..

Extra room heater was provided for a charge to us as it was chilling cold at night.

And the rooms are not central heated, and there is no heater in the room.

I was bot happy with the idea of no room heater.

Firstly there should be room heater in every room as basic amenities.

hotel did not provide the room heater, you have to rent it on daily basis.

The drinking water was not compatible to drink

Bathroom with 24 hours running cold and hot water, shower and a bath tub too. Wow!

but room service nd facilities are not upto the mark as we need to convey them to put water, towel etc.

Also the water was in yellow colour, staff informed us that it is because of boiler.

Very Bad housekeeping,after you called 10 times they even not bothered to attained..Even housekeeping staffs are showing there annoyance if asked for drinking water more then 3,4 times in a day..One most important point if you come to stay here make sure you should count all coffee mugs,glasses,towels and other thinks present in your hotel room in front hotel staff at the time of check in..

One can get instant hot water in wash basin as well.

The service was awful, location was bad, there is a pond of smelling water and filth.

Negative points:

We had hot water issue as they have common boiler for whole property so it took about 1h to get hot water.

**Only one non veg item was available per buffet meal (found omlette/poach in breakfast and one chicken dish in dinner for three days).

There is consistent hot water and a bath tub!

The second problem was that the provision of hot water for bathing was not at all good.

What needs to improve - 

1) There is a charge of Rs.300-400 for heaters - Not acceptable
2) There is no lift available in the 'B' block
3) Stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once

I recommend you to book your stay in the main block and not the 'B' block.

A glass of cold drink at 80 Rs not worth for hotel like that ..Is it a joke .Dinner for 4 was at more tha 3k .it's not a 5 star property to charge so high may be we underestimated it.Our one time food charge was more than room rent.

though it was too cold to enjoy for longer duration.

We stayed in May end so it was not that cold.

In such chilling cold in Manali  they don't have heater running all the time, simply disgusting.

but realized that it was too cold and even heater could not help.

The restaurant was so cold we had to sit in our coats and hats.

The freezing cold at night would make you get up from sleep and wonder what to do and heating would restart for sure

Showers have burst of either burning hot water or cold ones. 3.

We had to ask the hotel to stuff some bedsheets at the bottom of the doors to block the cold air from coming in.

At night very silence place and also cold so keep your heater on.

but because it was very cold, they moved us into the main hotel since that has centralised heating.

but the heating was not working on the first night which they fixed it on the second night but that also they keep turning it off frequently, the room becomes very cold sometimes  luckly we carried our own blanket too.

One needs to prepare to feel the cold in December.

Its locatated at the top most point amongst all the other resorts.The day we went there was full of snow fall and extreme cold.

We got room on a higher floor and it was quite cold at that time.

Although the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, our room (which was a duplex) was uncomfortable cold and despite numerous requests and pleas, we were quite clearly told that the heating was 'controlled' by the hotel.

Almost everything about this place was top notch - the room was spacious, cozy and clean, the room service boy named Devraj was sincere and courteous not to mention the delicious food at the hotel restaurant.

We had so much variety of food covered in Breakfast and Dinner that we almost could not imagine what to try in lunch while we were outside and on top of that the food was super delicious and Gulab Jamun is a must must try in sweets.
