We ate at the Mexican day and night (different menus) and the day menu was great, we went for burritos, and wings and the evening menu is plentiful.

Staff were lovely and hard working very clean and lots of options at the buffet.

but the food was insanely salty in the buffet.

The restaurant was clean, however, not a lot of food choice at the evening meal, we would usually eat in the main restaurants for breakfast and lunch,

We’ve arrived and 1st impression is very good, after a few days of our holiday we’ve now settled in, on arrival nice welcome and check in was easy, our room had been upgraded as we were switched hotels at the last minute, family suite with swim up is lovely, room very clean and comfortable, food great in the main buffet area, service second to none, booked a spa treatment for my birthday, the treatment was OK

It has five pools, five bars and several a la carte restaurants as well as a buffet dining area.

It is without doubt a large hotel/ resort yet it is the staff that make it feel that you are special and in a small Bed and Breakfast.

The food was great a different buffet choice each night and high quality.

Great choices at breakfast and lunch with table service for drinks.

That said buffet was excellent, something for everyone and hot and flavourful.

The food at the all-inclusive buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the al a carte restaurants were fantastic.

We didn't really eat at the buffet we ventured out to several restaurants, all of which were incredible.

The Thai was excellent and staff were amazing and the breakfast was very good.

There is a wide choice of vegetarian food and so I ate two-course breakfasts and three-course dinners every day.

but (maybe against my better judgement) I decided to risk the buffet as I like to try new (non-gluten obviously) things.

The a'la'carte on site were poor, we ate at the Greek, TexMeX and the italian.

Entertainment was varied … some nights brilliant others poor.

The all inclusive was poor, only 3 A la carte included, offering what was available in the buffet.

But due to poor customer service after booking in store, it  left a bitter taste.

This is by far the smallest buffet I have seen at an all inclusive, and with very poor quality food.

1) Quality-price ratio in the hotel rooms were poor.

Hot tub area at the Adult Pool is in a poor condition.

but felt the standard of food was poor being more fast food!

I ordered beef brisket at the Tex Mex and it was on the table in under 5 minutes - clearly not cooked to order and it was reflected in the poor quality.

but we didn’t think it was much to ask to have a bottle for each person restocked - as we used barely anything else in the ‘minibar’ due to the poor quality of the drinks.

He eats vegan options sometimes  due to his allergies (milk and egg) and the offering was really poor.

Drinks…..very poor, what more can i say.

Only negative was airport experience and delay and poor communication from Tui

but everyone really enjoyed the yacht and the crew was absolutely great and the food they prepared was really delicious.

The restaurants are excellent, the buffet restaurant offers something for every taste and has a huge selection of freshly prepared dishes.

Food at the main restaurant was very fresh & plentiful … most tables have lovely views.

We were always welcomed with a lot of cordiality and the breakfast was a perfect start to the day.

Out of the other restaurants, the Italian was our favourite, beautiful setting and delicious food.

The restaurants are wonderful, and you won’t be disappointed with the buffet either!

The service is exceptional, the Hotel is immaculate and the food and drink are plentiful.

We were always able to get sun loungers and very few were ‘reserved’ before breakfast.

The main restaurant had a variety of dishes available at breakfast and dinner sittings.

The evening was disappointing as the service was poor, wine was served in a plastic beaker to us whilst the next table received theirs is glass wine glasses, we didn't return  again in the evenings.

though was the lunchtime snack restaurant, having had many all-inclusive holidays this lunchtime food was quite poor.

The food was poor and the service slow (especially in the main buffet).

The food was very poor my husband couldn't find anything he liked other than pizza chips and spaghetti bologanaise.

On the negative side the room we stayed in was dated, service at the pool bar was very poor, and unless you got up at some unearthly hour you had no chance of getting a sunbed thanks to the towel dropping 'this is my sunbed brigade',

We have waited over 2 years for this holiday and am aware we are very lucky to be here and have made it through covid where as some poor souls haven’t.

Given that the hotel is meant to be a 5 star hotel (in my opinion it's 4 star), the entertainment on offer in the evenings was poor.

Their attitude is  appalling,  very poor service and their customer service is not good.

Entertainment -  Overall poor and non existent.

Unfortunately we seemed to be there a week too early as the beach bar didn’t open until the day we were leaving, and generally the entertainment was poor in the evenings.

Life is about opinions and in our opinion the food was very very poor.

We had booked breakfast and evening meal for our duration

The hotel is clean, there are plenty of sun loungers & there are sufficient choices of food at breakfast & dinner.

but are immaculately clean .The food was excellent as shown by the heaped plates and there was a big choice for breakfast and dinner.

However, I would have melon, tomatoes and cheese for breakfast which was fine for me.

The breakfast was flat cold and inedible and the evening meal was of the same standard.

Breakfast was ok, some items changed on a daily basis.

Rooms are clean- cozy, the pool is nice and good breakfast.

We only had breakfast once and this was ok (the children enjoyed a lie in), we ate in a few times at night and the food was good, even my little fussy eater founs something to eat which was a bonus.

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel was lovely with plenty of choice and even our picky kids managed to find something they liked.

In addition, there was also minimal choices of Greek cuisine ( this is one of the whole reasons we like to visit Greece so often-because of the delicious food!).

The 'Local Corner', providing Cretan dips, tapenades, feta in olive oil etc - we found to be delicious.

There was also cereal, pancakes, croissants, fruit and yoghurt.

Breakfast was nice with a international choice.

Breakfast & evening meals are again of a good standard with lots of choice.

They did have some apples and oranges and some tined peaches out.

The buffet was also incredible with plenty of fresh salads and fruits.

On our arrival late in the night we were greeted by a man standing at the front door smoking cigarette and the smell of smoke in the hotel voyeur was horrendous.

The balcony was also not fit for purpose, the balcony was not much wider than the table and chairs so to sit on the balcony we had to place the table in front of the door and push left or right to be able to sit on the chairs, good job there was only two of us!!

The beds in the room were also rock hard and the door on my shower cubical was literally almost hanging off!

The doors are also very hard to open the locks don’t work like at home which is fine

I have to question whether the new management are in the least bit interested in the guests and their opinion, in recent visits we would receive a questionnaire under the door the day before leaving, this does not happen, If they were interested they would ask.

Theres a do not disturb sign that you can put on your door if you do not want the cleaners to come in, we opted not to have our rooms cleaned every day

but the balcony doors had to be kept shut .Unfortunately the doors had no handles on the outside so both of you you couldn't sit outside with the air con on inside.

but comfy, plenty of extra blankets if you needed them and loads of pillows, we had a wet room, so yes the floor was wet after a shower, but put the bath mat outside the door to dry your feet!

Only issue with room  toilet door jammed so I had to go at 5am to use restaurant  facilities and then take son down at 7am (Mike the night man didn't think it would go down well if he tried to open door with brut force!).

It is ridiculously small (3ft x 9ft) being no bigger than a walk-in wardrobe with a silly sliding door that had to be open when using the basin due to the lack of room.

The aircon switches off if you open the balcony door.

however the glass doors and shutters kept most the noise out.

Unfortunately, the ventilation in the bathroom was constructed incorrectly, allowing us to hear all the noises from next door's bathroom and, I presume, vice versa!

There is a small door within the sliding gate, go through and follow the road to the bottom where you will reach the main beach road.

The patio doors were really narrow leading to the tiny balcony.

If you didn't want the room making up then we just left the door handle sign on the outside and we were left alone.

Unlike the normal practice of boarding from the front of the bus the usual way here is to board from the middle door, take a seat and a conductor will come and take you fare.

but the door was often closed during the day.

but after the third day it just became normal, I think you just get use to it, the rooms have shutter doors that keeps most of the noise out anyway.

The shutters on the balcony doors were so useful when our 16 month old Granddaughter was sleeping, keeping the room dark and quiet at night.

It’s now a poor budget hotel with very basic facilities.

The food is repetitive,  poor quality and kept just warm.

The atmosphere, the food and even the entertainment was very poor.

It was a 14" model with poor reception and four channels (BBC World, Bloomberg UK, Greek ANT and Greek Sky).

Just as lots of other people found, the food was very poor.

The entertainment was poor and cheesy and not once did anyone show us where the gym was or advise us of the other facilities on offer.

The hygiene standards of this hotel are really poor.

but i thought it was very poor, not enough choice, terrible bacon, sausages were not good, fried eggs ok but they only had them about every third day.

The poor quality and choice for the evening meal was particularly poor and I spoke to a number of returning guests who were of the same opinion.

We emailed ahead of our trip and requested a room near the front of the hotel due to my husband's poor mobility.

The only down side was the kids entertainment was poor

but evening meals very poor quality , we bought food at lunchtimes which was better .

we were all inclusive and honest you really cannot fault the choose of food at all meal times with lots of variety to choose from  and hot food being freshly cooked morning always omelettes fresh fried eggs and pancakes and in the evening a variety of hot cooked foods on the go,   if you find the food not hot enough for your liking then there is a microwave in the dining area  don't moan just use the microwave.

The food is delicious and varied as are the all inclusive drinks.

Friendly, helpful staff, a great buffet selection.

Sampled the Greek Restaurant on site last night which was delicious - the portions were enormous.

They also freshly prepared omelettes and pancakes.

Food - so much choice, we loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and omelettes at breakfast and our some loved the honeydew melon at lunch and dinner.

So the positives- amazing food selection at the buffet when you get to it.

There’s always enough food for everyone and it’s very delicious.

A great start to our holiday, which got even better when you go for breakfast, an excellent range of food and drinks on offer, with seating inside and out and great service by all the staff.

The vast selection of food was impressive right through from breakfast to evening.

but then after a week everything seems to smell and taste the same, breakfast is the best meal.

In the buffet despite loads of variety, there wasn’t much traditional Greek food.

The food is amazing, everything is so delicious and well cooked and seasoned to perfection.

Dining was what one would expect for an all inclusive buffet style delivery and was a reasonable quality and variety.

The main area that we all feel needs improving is the entertainment the night time entertainment was very poor, for a 4 plus hotel we were hopeful for a few shows

Another personal opinion was their poor wine selection, only sweet white wine (no dry option), while the red wine was always served too warm.

Only two downsides; room cleanliness was relatively poor, should take a few of the staff from restaurant and bar duty and support the rooms teams.

At first we found entertainment poor ( later we found out animation crew is new )

The entertainment both during the day and at night is very poor, I couldn't recommend it for children, there is literally nothing to do at night.

All in all the experience has been extremely poor from beginning to end.

I struggle to understand how some people come on this site and give a good review as it was so poor from start to finish.

We had poor weather and paid 112 euros to use indoor pool for 1 hour and water was freezing in the warm pool and some of spa jets not working.

Negative, reception staff not very welcoming on the whole, all inclusive evening meals of poor quality.

Only negatives:

Greek a la carte restaurant in the hotel was bad
Entertainment was poor 
Greek city tax requested at the end of the holiday not the start 
Drinks are not self serve so you have to wait ages for one

The entertainment is poor, some singers, a band, a proper kareoke machine , pool tornements and quiz nights would have been a welcome addition.

but the rest of the nights were poor quizzes .

Some nights we just stayed in, I think this needs to be address as you can tell the poor team are running on limited or no budget.

The negatives surround the alcohol choice which for a 5* hotel was poor.

We went for a deep tissue massage each - the spa is pricey and needs updating.

Also the drinks were minimal on all inclusive so no rose wine or Bailey's had to pay 8 euros extra .

Where do I start , this is not a 5 star hotel more like a 3 star very disappointed
Very basic drink option unless you want to pay for extra couldn't even get a rose wine , pineapple juice  or even a cheap brand  Bailey's .

Several of our group had booked last year and paid for deluxe one bedroom apartments,  the rest of our group booked much later, they did not pay the extra for deluxe, and their rooms were far superior to ours.

but could not get any help on this matter, when you pay your money no one wants to help in anyway.

My only one criticism would be that the sister hotel where you can access the beach does not include drinks and food for all inclusive customers making this an additional cost.

I would have paid extra for a better selection of drinks!

The reason I didn’t rate a 5 is due to:
1.

Check in was very simple, just remember you will have to pay tourist tax upon check in which I think was about 100 euros in total for all of us.

Word got out that they pay social media influencers and then we spotted them.

but not cheap (£420) the spa indoor pool use is not all inclusive it is NOT FREE, and you can't use the steam room/jacuzzi without paying.

The All Inclusive package includes certain drinks, unfortunately these are cheap, low quality.

We both went to the spa for treatments which we did think were a bit expensive

The spa is very expensive, just to use the pool, steam room and sauna was 60 euros.

Definitely would not stay here again, excessively overpriced and definitely does not live up to expectation.

Then all he done was keep avoiding us all evening until one of our party stopped him he then said that his boss had said he was not to move us as we had a room that we had paid for.

Overall it was a good experience, only it was on the expensive side.

If you want to keep the room then you have to pay €120! Shocking.

Spacious room and bathroom great food 20 places to eat to drink snack corners and a la card restaurants breakfast is the most luxury amassing and rich place I have ever been only in.

We were served many times by Georgios in the Italian deli and the food was delicious.

we love the place spacious tooms,bathrooms,raining shower,the beach is white sand ,very comfortable luxurious sunbeds,tropical gardens palm trees ,last year we were in a different resort there wss only one bool for 1000 clients and we felt very uncomfortable for all 
in radisson here there are 6 pools common use ,plus adults plus children 3 pools
with most specious sunbeds ,food was amazing g plenty    of everything 20 outlets for snack  corner  a la card restaurants main restaurant with huge buffet indian japan asian greek sallats etc

Thank god for the micro wave by the toast and bread counter.

The food from the buffet was repetitive,undercooked and would always be scraps no matter what time you ate.

THE FOOD/DRINK was really good for all inclusive - the buffet was varied with international flavours.

but the ambiance, rooms, and customer service are very poor. 12.

Forget the dangerous holes, litter and subsidence around the slides area, forget the wooden spoons and dirty glasses, forget the queues to drink poor quality cocktails dispensed out of cardboard boxes and focus more on this….
