Absolutely fantastic hotel all staff so friendly to adults and kids, so very clean and plenty of activities to do everyday.

Amazing hotel for a family breck, i spent 5 nights wit my 7 year old daughter she loved the pools n the mini disco, grest enterainment for kids thru out the day, very friendly staff, rooms are very clean n beds comfy most the rooms have sea veiw, waterpark is brillent loads to do.close to the beach, i defo wud recomend this hotel for familys, i will be returning, thanks to all the staff for a amzing time 🍺🍺🍹🍹🍹

Although the resort complex is big, it never felt overcrowded or unsafe, the pool areas along with the aqua park section were supervised by friendly, informative and fully alert staff at all times.

The entertainment was fantastic and the staff are so friendly.

but for what we paid it was still a disappointment.

- Shouldn’t have to pay to use a safe (€20 a week) or iron (€1.50 for 30mins) in 4* hotel
- Not enough bikes for hire (even in Sept) and why only 10am-6pm.

but come on - when someone pays for a fully/all inclusive deal that's exactly what we expect.

Not too many thinks to choose in the Bar, only one type of beer sold for AI and if wanted a Coke, 70% ice in it, same as mcdonalds🫣
Food was great for lunch, had to pay extra for a bottle of wine €5.50 as all inclusive quest and at check out they charged €18.00 or something like that.

Negative  - you have to pay 10euro deposit per towel and you have to pay 1 euro (non refundable) every time you want to change it.

but limited service hours for all inclusive which we never got our head around and teenagers often ended up having to pay for what they wanted as it was after 6, or after 10pm.

Yes if it was out of peak season and very very cheap deal 😬

Be careful where/when you get the drinks if paying for them, there was a bit of inconsistency with the size and price of drinks between the bars.

though some people are talking rubbish and expect a 5 star hotel for a 1 star price.

Maybe they are not getting paid enough or maybe that’s just how it is here.

Plus you have to pay for everything - towels by the pool, coffee and drinks for dinner (even with half board) and even to play at the pool table.

I'd suggest people who are full board get a ticket for snack food as al alternative to dinner
 

Such a shame the prices were so crazy high.

There are 2 pool tables and at 2 euros a game it is rather expensive

but paid to eat in the all inclusive buffet a couple of nights.

Horrible how boring this hotel is not gonna lie is just for families with kids that’s what you mostly see.Also I’ve paid half board which means breakfast and dinner ,at dinner time I had to pay for my drinks which I thought I would get with my dinner not even a 1 drink for free this hotel is trying to make money on everything 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼horrible how it works in this hotel everything cost money even to borrow a towel for pool I’ve been to a lot of countries and hotels

The only minus is on full board you have to pay extra for soft drinks, would be better if you up your price a bit and serve soft drinks for everyone.

Despite not being AI, we found the drinks reasonably priced - 2.50 Euros for a pint and about the same for a glass of wine.

One criticism was that one member of staff came in part way through and was giggling and whispering with a bar staff member seemingly at our expense about the solemnity of it all and obvious upset of people in the room which made me angry and like we were being disrespected.

Five star to all staff you work very hard.

This meant a few trips back and forth to reception and more waiting.

although this is not a lively hotel for this age, there is plenty of nightlife on the doorstep so it appeals to all and they were more than happy to chill with us and loved the company of the hotel staff as they were so friendly and chatted to them so easily which they loved.

Above all that, I've never met such friendly lovely gorgeous staff, from front desk to bar to restaurant, and even a lovely maid who kept our room spotless , flowers and chocolate on a sunday morning a lovely touch booking again for next year ,in a hotter month.

The quality of ingredients, the cooking and how it was served in general was very poor in my opinion.

Mainly lukewarm at best, and a poor repetative choice.

Finally the entertainment is very poor and no notice to say what is going on, and when you are by the pool nobody comes round to see if you want a drink  I think the hotel is missing a trick to make more money and mack guests fell comfortable.

Long story short there is one dirty dirty pool, incredibly poor food, noisy poor quality rooms and the sea view they claim as sea view is 90% parking lot 5% pool area, 5% sea view.

The food was poor at best, I’m not a fussy eater at all and after
2 days we had had enough and decided not to eat there any more as it was full of fat  cold and generally not nice.

Mention has been made in other reviews of poor food in the restaurant.

The cleaning of the rooms was really poor - no cups or glasses changed during the whole week we stayed and the surfaces were never wiped.

but sadly the entertainment and the such poor food choice let the hotel down massively.

but beware there is a slope down into the sea which could be dangerous for non or poor swimmers.

The remainder of options were poor quality.

The food on the other hand ran from the remit; poor, bad and indifferent.

Poor quality, limited choice , reminiscent of poor motorway service stations in the 80's.

What was disappointing for an all-inclusive hotel was the poor selection of “free” cocktails on the menu, only two.

but from previous holidays we have had this is very poor.

The steam room, jacuzzi and sauna was a bonus when the weather was poor.

but equally some nights the music / entertainment was poor .

well i cannot recommend the staff any higher from reception to cleaners to bar staff waiters and the maintenance crew .

Great staff at reception, restaurant, bar and cleaners etc (Shout out to Jessica in restaurant who was always smiling and full of energy) Rooms were spottless with amazing beach views.

Greeted at reception warmly with a glass of Champagne which is quite nice and upmarket.

Service was good though, with quick drink serving and table clearing

The pool bar staff in the main were not helpful.

but I'm sure you can ask for it at reception.

but provided with a packed lunch from the hotel for our journey home, just ask reception and they are very accommodating for any requests.

Plates taken away before meal finished staff hovering over tables to clear them.

but they kindly gave us theirs to use for our duration.

The staff did everything they could to make it a great time.

but I’m not a big fan of the water - too cold for me!

There was a thicker blanket available - 3 for 4 people we called these the itchy blankets - they served a purpose (gave warmth when the A/C was too cold).

The pools were absolutely freezing cold not enjoyable at all.

We are only in there to sleep so size didn’t matter and the air con was appreciated.

We noticed our air-conditioning machine wasn't working after the 1st night so went to reception and they were very accommodating they said if they couldn't fix it I had a choice to move rooms, luckily they got it working so we didn't have to budge 😁 
We couldn't complain about the food as most people say its a bit repetitive

Cons are that the room felt a little damp and we seemed to have lots of mosquitoes coming through a vent (take repellent etc).

Wouldn't recommend I went with family and  grandkids never ever have I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcoming staff are rude ignorant and miserable,  food was poor Airton leaked all down the wooden walls where you put your clothes most my clothes where damp and smelly from the aircon.

although I myself had covers on as it was cold with aircon on all night, still kept feeling the bites happening and when getting up they were big bright red spots on our backs, sides and arms, a couple were big yellow blisters almost 2 inches in size.

Food great, entertainment rubbish /none extent, entertainment in the day and night limited and there is no real reps, just a bloke blowing his whistle and we thought was the caretaker.

Dread to think if the lifeguard blew his in an emergency whether he would get noticed?

Dont book unless you like to hear banging on doors from drunk irish and russians , or like cold fan belting on hit food ,like to sit on pews with no entertainment except drunken couples  , snack bar is three items toasty cold chicken burger or crisps 70,s hotel , and furnishings , ramps allover for no reason  , lift takes too long , beach bus turns up whenever it wants  .

Air con was brilliant and maybe even a little cold at night😆.

While I couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel or the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff the downside of the holiday for me would be the lack of air conditioner in the rooms.

Had to rent extras like fan  safe, iron etc.

No glasses or toiletries provided, the fridge and tv you have to hire, no aircon so can not imagine how hot it gets in the summer.

Well for a start, despite advertising that they have air con we had to pay 50 euros for 2 fans after having no sleep the first night.

While there were some friendly individuals, overall, the service felt lackadaisical and uninspired.

The place is noisy all day and night, so don’t expect a decent nights sleep or an afternoon nap.

If you enjoy your sleep this is not the hotel for you the noise is horrific!

By morning I’d managed to find the hotel owner & manager & managed to have a new room assigned & the drunken man from previous was banned from the hotel.

Children were crying everywhere and foreign people shouting at us saying we were the culprits.

Food is absolutely horrendous, definitely not for children.

We were woken every morning from between 4am and 6am at the 1st lorry noise.

Rooms have no soundproofing walls thin and pretty much can hear everything that goes on most nights we were there was heavy noise in the corridors from 1-4am in the morning which included kids running up and down corridors  furniture moving in rooms and domestics , so if you want a hotel where you actually get a full nights interrupted sleep it’s not for you !

We were unlucky enough to be put in room 429 right by the lifts & stairwell opening which was noisy at any given time

but right underneath the bar so still really noisy.

We were on the 2nd floor and door slamming, knocking on doors, running up and down, screaming, shouting and just general disrespectful behaviour was constant.

After hearing 4 songs in a row we had to unplug the speaker because the music man just turns it on a goes.

I was worried after booking this hotel and then seeing some of the horrendous reviews,

Our bathroom had a horrendous smell of damp, there was no airflow.

however hear everything from outside and round about your room.

The rooms are infested with mosquitos and you wake up with 10 new bites every morning, that’s if you even manage to get to sleep with the constant buzzing of mosquitos wizzing by your ears.

Having said that it was never to noisy late at night.

Its a really nice atmosphere and everyone looks like they are enjoying themselves without any drunken idiots anywhere.

Easy check in to hotel , we’re given discs for drink a real pain, room was not as expected small, dark , overlooked a maintenance yard , also all delivery’s most mornings early, bonus air on was good, and cleaners worked hard, our room was underneath games rooms so constant noise til 11 most nights 238.

but there probably under pressure they never look happy or speak to you, also the main guy always on reception old miserable and rude wasn't aloud to have a sing song in the bar we got told to get out  I thought hoildays where supposed to relaxing and enjoying what aloud of shambles even the entertainment in the evening is poor can't hear the music unless your onto of it got told the police will come if they turn it up most the people there couldn't even hear it ridiculous what a waste of money never again stay well away unless you want to waste your money in that horrible place

Had 2 rooms next to each other and there was 1 double and 2 single beds in each room .

The room is very basic and limited on space.

Got made to wait 2& a half hours on our arrival before even letting us check in to our hotel room!

OnTheBeach wanted over 200e for prearranged taxis 

The rooms are very very basic, and if you're unlucky enough to be on floor 4 without a balcony, due to the roof eaves you cant stand up straight in half the room unless your 4 feet tall.

I had to physically remove this person myself alongside the couple in the room next to me.

On arrival, straight away when checking in we faced a women receptionist who was rude when asking questions about our stay and room keys.

Please arrive here with an open mind , no bed bugs certainly no rowdy drunk or unconscious people (that we saw ) . Is it a 5 star hotel ….. no it’s a 3 star it’s a bit dated and the rooms are bit basic (you only sleep in them !)

The dated room was so small that all 3 beds were pushed together.

We were given room 134 which faced onto the bin area and delivery area.

Also initially requested room was not available

Checkout: luggage can be put in a room upstairs

The dining hall is down 2 flights of stairs as is the evening entertainment room.

We started in room 337 which is right next to the arcade and we had machines banging against the wall.

There wasn't enough room round the pool to accommodate everyone and we only went in once as we could barely move.

We didn't have anything go missing from our room (308) that's with tablets and phone on charge in full veiw.

but we didn’t stay in our room apart from getting changed and sleeping so wasn’t a big deal.

My sister had insect bites all over her bk from something in her bed and the room was very cramped for 4 people.

After checking in at Reception was presented with 5 drinks tokens for 1 euro per token which we were given a receipt for and told we would be refunded on return of tokens at the end of the stay.

But after a couple of days, it kind of brought you down.

Which were allowed to stay after assaulting staff not making anyone feel safe.

I will be contacting my holiday rep for further assistance, I do appreciate the actions of the owner

We bought our own cups from home which the bar staff had no problem filling for us.

The cup thing is easily overcome by going the supermarket and purchasing 10x large cups for €2 which the bar staff are more than happy to refill.

Also thank you to Eddie and staff in the restaurant that work very hard.

When we settled next day it was fine, staff was doing great (including young small lady from restaurant), too much food, very clean.

All the staff at this hotel work very hard and are all very polite it’s just a shame that some customers can’t be as pleasant or as respectful.

During our five days we were met with lots of smiles and hellos from all of the staff.

bar staff mainly very blunt to the blokes of an evening and my daughters boyfirend got abuse from the wannabee Mateo in the white shirt refusing to serve him after previously doing so.

Carolina seemed to be working all day every day and everywhere and she was ALWAYS smiling!
