Nice place and view, good hospitality, the breakfast is satisfying, sport facility is ok, good place for jogging, many interesting spots for taking picture, strategic location, swimming pool is the most fovourite one for the children.

but my favorite is the pool and Xbox facility.

nice room, beautiful view, the foods is tasty, hospitality 10/10, a lot of activities we can do here, there’s  a billiard table, pool, tennis court, basketball court, fitness center and a kids playground, and because its located in Batu the weathers is nice.

The facilities are also very good so our activities can be very enjoyable.

All facilities are free such as bicycle renting, golfing, pingpong, tennis, basketball and billiard.

We were surprised with the facilities itself, basketball, tennis court, mini golf, sauna spa, xbox, kids centre, babysitting fasilities, huge swimming pool, pool bar, theatre room, and restaurant which served very delicious food.

We tried table tennis, mini golf, xbox, fitness center, and jogging track.

Great hotel..good service from the employee from reservation,  front office, restaurant, until checkout..a lot of facilities that kids friendly from swimming pool, movie theater, and game room..good food..

(They also have indoor and outdoor kids playground, flying fox, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, spa, and many kind of sports n fun games.)

The hotel has a nice and spacious environment so we can spend time in a hotel with lots of activities and we don't have to leave the hotel considering the new normal conditions (avoiding crowds).

The hotel has children Playground, good swimming pool and sports ground.

Kids were having fun, swimming, playgrounding even doing the painting activities!

Kidz activities help our kidz enjoy our family moment.

Great hospitality, we enjoyed almost experience all activities in one day stay, outdoor - indoor playground, pool, jacuzzi, and etc.

The Singhasari offers many exciting activities we have yet to try such as the basketball court, tennis court, billiard, table soccer, ping pong table and spa.

The staff was very nice & friendly, the ambiance was great and the cooking class with the chef was one of my daughter's favorite activities.

Who can be a little cold at times, and the internet is very intermittent which is disappointing.

Swimming pool is really cold as the hotel is located in Batu.

Unfortunately, the water in the outdoor pools is quite cold.

but cold food on cold plates and it was not good.

Batu is cold, room heater probably need, if you dont like cold.

We stayed at Pool Access Room and it was great, the pool was great, the water was cold and refreshing and the view was great.

I checked out from the hotel this afternoon, here are some fact about the hotel:

The swimming pool was cold like an ice, i swim with my son during my stay at the hotel, and only last 1/2 an hour and my son start to shiver and i finish the swimming session

The water temperature in jacuzzi pool was warmer than in the swimming pool

but its a little bit cold for swimming in Batu area.

And jacuzzi if you dont want to feel cold outside.

Been this hotel at Desember, I was very surrpise it was a cold and suddently the fog down to the lobby oh it was gorgeous.

but unfortunately the water is very cold, so there's not much activity there.

Back here for the 3rd times, always feel satisfied & welcomed by the friendly staffs here.

The staffs are great, very friendly, kind, we catch up very good vibes from them.

The resort has a large pool, jacuzzi, gym, and playroom for toddlers.

The hotel facilities were great for children and family.

Great breakfast was provided with various menus,even for my younger son.

For kids they have good variety of cereals than most hotels.

The resort offer complete facilities and the food is varied, my kid is happy to ride a horse, there's also ziplining and play area for kids.

Choose this because I've stayed the same place on 2018 for office gathering and felt that I must take my kids here.

Very nice place to stay, suitable for families with kids, nice pool with slide.. and for sure, bathtub is still my kids' favorite.

Singhasari provided us with a nice short getaway with our families and friends, with their facilities that are very kids and family friendly.

Child/baby friendly, just would be better if the elevator changed to the one has movement sensor and the room's bathroom shower have handles or anything that could support elderly.

I managed to use the swimming pool, jacuzzi also sauna other than that I could find the air conditioner in my room a little noisy at the begining,

Continued by the sound of mouse nail scratch and water drops on the ceiling for the whole nights as well.

However, the hotel was very very noisy with group tourists at all time.

It was a little too noisy for my son and I as we are pretty light sleepers.

I was explained in detail by one of the receptionists and also explained about the facilities at the hotel, I remember once that it was 12 o'clock at night and the morning at 4 o'clock I had to go to the airport because of my plane at 6 am.

We can hear birds chirping in the morning.

but a little bit noisy, you can hear the voices / loud outside your room.

Upon check in at 2pm, I was told that there will be an event by the pool which will make it noisy between 6 - 9pm.

If you are sitting in the terrace and the restaurant is busy there is no way you can hear it.

Every morning before 5am, we (including our kids) are woken up from prayer calls.

Though it was heavy traffic jam (as usual during weekend) from malang to batu,

Thus, it was a little bit noisy at some points of the day.

Room acustic can be improve to reduce noisy room neighbourhood (especually with crying baby) and mosque beside the hotel building.

Considerable background noise from the surrounding mosques, which may not be to everyones taste.

The only other complaint was the noise from the childrens play area.

They broadcast prayers so loudly at 4am which woke up the entire family.

We were woken up by 4 in the morning without anymore sleep cos of the singing from the mosques was so loud with the speaker.

The restaurant is very crowded with families who'd like to go early to Jatim Park, so expect lots of noise..

Overall we were pleased with everything: the staff, the room, the facilities.

The hospitality is heart warming, the staffs are helpful.

A good place for family and couple to stay, def a 5* hotel with a great hospitality from the staff, great facility and clean room, prefer more channel for the Tv if possible .

We also loved that all the staff here are super humble and helpful.

As for me its really good already, very clean and nice room, hotel staff also very friendly.

One weakness is the noise from vehicles passing out side the property.

It can be noisy at times when motorbike drives across.

but still woke up quite some times from noises inside and outside of the hotel.

but luckily when I stayed, the other guests did not make loud noises at night so I could sleep peacefully.

The rooster makes a lot of noise in the middle of the night.

just noisy from other guess if you stay on weekend maybe because to crowded n the room don't have soundproof.

but the noise from outside is loud and there is NO WIFI in our room despite we're in the family room.

Our rooms had only small windows to outside ..from where you hear the busy street " Boulevard Idjen " .

However the room is bit tired and  it was quite noisy even in late evening because it is at the intersection of two busy streets.

But the bed on room 102 I think needs to be replaced because it made sound when we slept on it.

Small things that we find it a bit annoying is the fact that we can hear voices from the street,

but the pillow isn't comfy enough..room wasn't soundproof, you can really hear the noisy traffic..bedroom could be better and cleaner..bedsheets and towels were clean enough for me..

Beware if you buy food, because my mom's bread was eaten by ants..common things in Indonesia though so we understand..no refrigerator..

The elevator was loud from the room and you could always hear it thudding and dinging.

The room is not soundproof, we can hear cars passing by and people having breakfast at the dining room in front of our room.

but the hotel staff were very helpfull and provide us with another room until the AC was fixed.

The staff was so helpful especially in rectifying the price charged by the Guesthouse and booking.com and we get our refund the next morning for the dispute amounts.

The most recent visit the door to our room would get stuck and take multiple attempts to open, shelves and counters were showing their age, and the toilet seat was loose.

The toilet seat also very disgusting, has a yellow stain which Housekeeping did not use chemical to clean it properly.

Please maintain the cleanliness at some corners in the bathroom.

I ask him about our blower in the bathroom was not functioning, hes talk less

The only think that is a little bit need to be upgraded, is detailed cleanliness, like from the door, glass shower, etc.

one thing that really surprised us is when we ask for some towel ( we just got 3 bath towel ) they said that there will be some charge for it.

although this hotel building is not that new, maybe they need little renovation (esp on their bathroom),
