Nice place and view, good hospitality, the breakfast is satisfying, sport facility is ok, good place for jogging, many interesting spots for taking picture, strategic location, swimming pool is the most fovourite one for the children.

but my favorite is the pool and Xbox facility.

nice room, beautiful view, the foods is tasty, hospitality 10/10, a lot of activities we can do here, there’s  a billiard table, pool, tennis court, basketball court, fitness center and a kids playground, and because its located in Batu the weathers is nice.

The facilities are also very good so our activities can be very enjoyable.

Great hotel..good service from the employee from reservation,  front office, restaurant, until checkout..a lot of facilities that kids friendly from swimming pool, movie theater, and game room..good food..

(They also have indoor and outdoor kids playground, flying fox, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, spa, and many kind of sports n fun games.)

The hotel has a nice and spacious environment so we can spend time in a hotel with lots of activities and we don't have to leave the hotel considering the new normal conditions (avoiding crowds).

The hotel has children Playground, good swimming pool and sports ground.

Kids were having fun, swimming, playgrounding even doing the painting activities!

Kidz activities help our kidz enjoy our family moment.

The Singhasari offers many exciting activities we have yet to try such as the basketball court, tennis court, billiard, table soccer, ping pong table and spa.

The staff was very nice & friendly, the ambiance was great and the cooking class with the chef was one of my daughter's favorite activities.

Food is amazing.. breakfast was really enjoyable for my palate, just need extra taste for the coffee, it tasted like a cheap  coffee.

Who can be a little cold at times, and the internet is very intermittent which is disappointing.

Swimming pool is really cold as the hotel is located in Batu.

Unfortunately, the water in the outdoor pools is quite cold.

but cold food on cold plates and it was not good.

Batu is cold, room heater probably need, if you dont like cold.

We stayed at Pool Access Room and it was great, the pool was great, the water was cold and refreshing and the view was great.

I checked out from the hotel this afternoon, here are some fact about the hotel:

The swimming pool was cold like an ice, i swim with my son during my stay at the hotel, and only last 1/2 an hour and my son start to shiver and i finish the swimming session

The water temperature in jacuzzi pool was warmer than in the swimming pool

but its a little bit cold for swimming in Batu area.

And jacuzzi if you dont want to feel cold outside.

Been this hotel at Desember, I was very surrpise it was a cold and suddently the fog down to the lobby oh it was gorgeous.

but unfortunately the water is very cold, so there's not much activity there.

The resort has a large pool, jacuzzi, gym, and playroom for toddlers.

The hotel facilities were great for children and family.

For kids they have good variety of cereals than most hotels.

The resort offer complete facilities and the food is varied, my kid is happy to ride a horse, there's also ziplining and play area for kids.

Choose this because I've stayed the same place on 2018 for office gathering and felt that I must take my kids here.

Very nice place to stay, suitable for families with kids, nice pool with slide.. and for sure, bathtub is still my kids' favorite.

Singhasari provided us with a nice short getaway with our families and friends, with their facilities that are very kids and family friendly.

Child/baby friendly, just would be better if the elevator changed to the one has movement sensor and the room's bathroom shower have handles or anything that could support elderly.

I managed to use the swimming pool, jacuzzi also sauna other than that I could find the air conditioner in my room a little noisy at the begining,

Continued by the sound of mouse nail scratch and water drops on the ceiling for the whole nights as well.

However, the hotel was very very noisy with group tourists at all time.

It was a little too noisy for my son and I as we are pretty light sleepers.

I was explained in detail by one of the receptionists and also explained about the facilities at the hotel, I remember once that it was 12 o'clock at night and the morning at 4 o'clock I had to go to the airport because of my plane at 6 am.

We can hear birds chirping in the morning.

but a little bit noisy, you can hear the voices / loud outside your room.

Upon check in at 2pm, I was told that there will be an event by the pool which will make it noisy between 6 - 9pm.

If you are sitting in the terrace and the restaurant is busy there is no way you can hear it.

Every morning before 5am, we (including our kids) are woken up from prayer calls.

Though it was heavy traffic jam (as usual during weekend) from malang to batu,

Thus, it was a little bit noisy at some points of the day.

Room acustic can be improve to reduce noisy room neighbourhood (especually with crying baby) and mosque beside the hotel building.

Considerable background noise from the surrounding mosques, which may not be to everyones taste.

The only other complaint was the noise from the childrens play area.

They broadcast prayers so loudly at 4am which woke up the entire family.

We were woken up by 4 in the morning without anymore sleep cos of the singing from the mosques was so loud with the speaker.

The restaurant is very crowded with families who'd like to go early to Jatim Park, so expect lots of noise..

Very satisfied stay here, clean room, awesome facility, warm and professional management, good food of course, very large swimming pool and good environment for kids.

This is a new normal situation.

The highlight of our stay definitely is the breakfast.

For our trip to Bromo, upon our request for our breakfast had been well handled by Esa and Fira.

What impressed me the most were:
-helpful and polite staffs
-breakfast with great varieties
-clean and spacious room
-non-smoking room policy

Breakfast also very nice with a lot of local foods choices that not so easy to find nowadays !

Breakfast never fails, they serve the best Indonesian buffet style.

The Royal Massage is only using natural products and that is awesome.

Cousins went for massage which was fab value.

During our 2 days stay, we made use of the clean swimming pool, the massage services and dine in at the restaurant.

My mom and I truly enjoy the spa that night and had light snacks at the cafe.

All facilities very nice, Ibis give us upgrade room facility and prepare breakfast table very well with "reserved table".

I got my breakfast in batch, 8 am, and those buffet was empty.

Overall the hotel was nice, the breakfast was good, and no complaints as I stayed.

Check in and check out process quite fast.

The hotel front office staff were very helpful makes the check-in process went smoothly.

Arrived at noon, check in process were very smooth.

A very quick check in process, they directly link with my Accor reservation, hassle free, got the room right away (we are check in at 2pm).

Very warm Welcome from the Receptionist (Laksmi) and also one of the Manager (Mr.Suryo) made our check In process was ran smooth and fast.

The hotel was serious about AllSafe - we were asked for either Covid vaccination card or negative test result during check in.

When you check in (even as an Accor member) you should be instructed that if you would like to sign, you need to make an imprint of your credit card - not done.

Just make sure you carry you own laundry bags as they charge for laundry bags.

5 mins later I was called by reception with a good apology and was told that I was given the wrong card as I was upgraded to 7th floor and told to move.

but if they are missing from the rooms during check out, they are charged at 15k IDR.

Both elevator and gate between guests room and swimming pool are equipped with RFID key card

The lift/room card is not working every time so i had to go down to rescan my card, and still is not working so i had to go down again just then the receptionist give me a new card, very poor system

such as laundry bag should be free of charge.

but from my opinion which is i'm staying with family it's not nice, which is you need to tap your room key card for able to access the floor which you stay.

There is no adding up to checkout date and final billing.

There was also a sign that the sandals and laundry bag were charged (probably to reduce disposable sandals and plastic laundry bag consumption).

Final point is that I'm peeved I got the invitation to review long before I got credit in my account to move up to Platinum level!

However, i showed them my accor member card during my check in and did not got the welcome drink like that they've promised.

Unclean bathroom, noisy next doors, humid Elevator, broken shower hose,

I was placed at the room next to the elevator, and the elevators make sound every time it's being used.

Biggest minor points: restaurant isn't top class, diner is not advised upon; elevators are very, very slow in use; and it's a bit out of town -

Well another disappointment is the lifts, with 2 lifts please expect a long delay especially during a certain event in the hotel, such as company gathering.

In peak times, you have to wait quite some time for the elevator.

The pool also crowded, and somehow cause the lift floor wet because did not properly dry after swimming.

- Two lifts for 11 floors are a bit lacking, especially during morning rush hour.

Beside that the lift was also terrible, me and other guest took a long time in basement.

Me and the kids have to stay in the room without electricity and AC, when my wife went to the mini-marts (she need the card to use the elevator). 2.

better choose room far from elevator for you who need quite for sleep.

When I asked why she did that, she said the lift was taken too long to get her upstairs.

All seems minor except for two things: it takes a long time to actually get on an elevator and we were not even staying on the busy weekends.

In fact, we did not get it even at that time we met a bell person with the trolley came out from the elevator.

When I arrived at the room I got a very nice clean room and I didn't find any defects in the room.

The room was clean as they implemented clean/safe policy with disinfected room.

The room its very clean and good for take a rest.
