We took the lift and our cases back up to the fifth floor and went back to “our” room.

My room was right across from the elevator, so it was a little annoying at night because there seemed to be a lot of action in the hall for a while,

Only complaint is that the elevators were very slow.

Our only other issue was the lift to the second floor; we could only use one and it was incredibly slow.

Elevators and hotel floor layout is a bit of a trick so be aware if you have mobility issues.

There did seem to be a long wait for the lift every time we wanted to use it (and late at night the noise from the rooftop bar carries down the lift shaft massively)

This also meant that we could walk down to the ground floor as the lifts did seem to be very slow.

There are 3 elevators, each one with it’s separate command.

Very friendly reception staff, room was lovely, clean and modern.

A modern 'corporate' hotel with excellent, well furnished en-suite rooms.

but modernised inside with everything very clean too.

The room was spotless, larger than I expected, modern and well appointed.

The room was spotlessly clean and modern, there was a kettle and nespresso coffee machine, free safe and bath robes and slippers.

The rooms were light, airy, modern and exceptionally clean and the roof-top bar and pool was a winner!

The restaurant was modern Spanish, fused with European general.

The check in procedures, the staff and the general appearance and presentation of the hotel were perfect and the rooms are decorated in a modern yet classical style, with all the facilities you would expect and one of the most comfortable beds you can imagine.

The hotel has a real modern feel to it yet the historic features of the old part of the hotel are still visible.

The room and bathroom is big, modern and clean.

Lots of nice communal areas, great little rooftop bar with a dipping pool.

The roof top bar / terrace is great for views too.

Clean, comfy, friendly and with a great rooftop bar with panoramic views.

But the rooftop bar is really cute, with great views, if perhaps very (even for Spain) slow service.

Staff are very attentive, Jose at the roof top bar was absolutely brilliant.

Breakfast is amazing as is the rooftop bar.

We had a couple of drinks from the rooftop bar which were nicely prepared (the square of dark chocolate in the old fashioned was a lovely touch).

but the roof top bar was so disappointing.

What a truly special experience in every single way from the most friendly and helpful reception ever to the location the rooms the roof top bar pool and Restautant.

It has a nice rooftop bar with a great view and nice drinks.

Downstairs bar was lovely at night whilst the rooftop bar was a lovely space to enjoy a drink.

Great hotel, excellent location, 1 minute from the cathedral - friendly and helpful staff, great rooftop bar and pool and a fabulous cocktail bar - all at a good price.

There is a rooftop bar with a pool which was so nice and had even better views of the city.

Rooftop bar served amazing drinks especially the sangria.

The Roof top pool is amazing and the service from Sergio and the bar staff mixing up magic cocktails for us is second to none.

The roof top pool and bar is a welcome relief at the end of a day sightseeing.

Hotel Molina has everything you could want in a hotel – great location, hip rooftop pool, clean rooms, excellent bar and restaurant and fantastic service.

The hotel roof top pool was a godsend as one of the days was about 37 degrees so a dip in the pool was nice to cool off.

Hotel is used for business which meant that the roof top pool and deck area always had space.

We stayed all inclusive and were provided with a room on a high room of which I asked for.

A surprise was a free bus down to the hotels own beach bar where food and drink was complimentary for the All Inclusive guests .

We've stayed in numerous AI hotels in the Balearics, the Canaries, mainland Spain and other places.

The reception was efficient and helpful, we were a few hours early for check in so we were give the all inclusive wrist bands and  a key to a storage area for our luggage and golf clubs.

Stayed for a week all ok,very happy with the room and all the staff.Very easy to get to town centre,rooms very quiet at night.Food good as you expect with all inclusive,maid service above average.My only recomendation would to install coffee and soft drinks machines in bars,to take pressure off overworked bar staff.This is my view of this hotel would not hesitate to return here.😁😁

The food was in line with what you would expect at any budget all inclusive venue.

The booze wasn’t the best either the only upside was that it was all inclusive.

We went all inclusive and enjoyed the wide selection of food and drinks.

Wife and I booked 5 nights all inclusive mid September.

The beach bar was good to have at the beach good that you can keep your all inclusive when at the beach and made going to the beach easier in terms of food.

but they do have a free bus service too with another all inclusive bar down near the beach.

Food was typical all inclusive was always something to eat  though there pizza was lovely fresh omelette every morning entertainment was not very good apart from one nite there was a lady singer she was really good sang Spanish and English  poolside was a little small

The food gets very “samey” especially when you’re AI and having 3 meals per day.

Overall this was a great stay, we stayed all inclusive for 1 week.

It is a good all inclusive hotel, probably need some renovations.

Nothing wrong with that – it helps make a holiday even better.

Me and a friend went to Torremolinos for a week in June this year, thinking it would be a nice little getaway to relax.

Another great holiday fab hotel and truly lovely staff as always been coming every year since 2008 just marvellous our second home so to speak and truly value for money totally recommend this place Magnificent

All in all we had a lovely holiday we just felt let down by the food.

I'm here at present with a wee break away with my daughter.

The hotel is predominantly Spanish holiday makers.

However great staff make the holiday great.

This Hotel was quite nice, the other reviews I find quite harsh, this holiday does what it says on the tin, I have outlined the pros and cons below.

Everyone's holiday is different mine is to visit the area's and enjoy different foods and cocktails.

If you want to have nice holidays in Torremollinos, then visit the Marconfort Griego Hotel.

We have just returned from a 7 day break at this fantastic hotel .

Hotel was ok for first two days and then crowds arrived seemed like an 18-30  holiday.

If you want a nice relaxing week while on holiday DON'T GO HERE.

but bathrooms need some tlc , food is your standard all inclusive fair with breakfast being the best , entertainment is bad in the evenings , we never go to same hotel twice anyway so we wouldn’t return

We had a lovely 7 day holiday at the Marconfort Griego Hotel.

Had a lovely 10 day holiday at the griego Mar Hotel.

The sea is fantastic for a swim as the swimming pool is in the shade for a few hours in the afternoon with people leaving towels on beds unattended for an unacceptable length of time.

General environment - we're not the lounge by the pool all day type guests.

I THINK THIS HOTEL MIGHT HAVE BEEN A FOUR STAR YEARS AGO BUT NEEDS TO MOVE ON NO TOWELS AVALILABLE TO HIRE AROUND POOL AREA BATHROOMS VERY DATED AND SMALL MOST PARTS OF PUBLIC AREAS STINK OF CIGARETTE SMOKE SHOULD BE DELICATED AREAS ONLY EVEN ON THE SOLARIUM ON ROOF STILL SMOKING  ENTERTAINMENT AT NIGHT MOSTLY GEARED UP FOR CHILDREN   JUGGULAR/MAGICAN  ON THE GOOD SIDE THE FOOD WAS GOOD PLENTY TO PICK FROM AND HOT  BEEN TO OTHER SANDOS GROUP HOTELS BUT REALLY THIS ONE NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT FOR UPGRADE

but was a cheap package deal The pool was very small for size of hotel needs a lot of upgrade around it we never sat round there because  no parasols up and was very hot.

Food was lovely.Plenty of choice.Restaurant was very busy and noisy and that wasn't a nice experience.Good choice of snacks available from bar.Didn't use swimming pool area as it was so small and so cramped

but bland so we ate out even on the last night.On the last night we were quite happily playing pool when the the bar staff suddenly turned the volume up to a dangerous level.Everybody lept in the room looking over to the bar area where the bar tender was celebrating a couples love for each other.My hearing got damged that night and I had tinnitus all night.

If you are a sun worshipper then the pool isn't for you as only half the pool gets sunshine all day.

but the pool area was way to crowded but good that they shut of sun beds until certain time so everyone got an equal dibs of sun beds but not enough room by the pool and sometimes got splashed when on sun bed as not enough room but that could’ve been due to it being summer holidays and peak season which is understandable!!

The pool area can get a little hetic as its not very big and you only get the sun at one end.

The sound of "bye bye" will forever be embedded in my brain from the pool bingo game.

The pool area though is chaotic, unless you get there early you won't have room for a sun lounger, also 2 of the days by the pool were very loud some form of entertainment, mixture of elderly Germans, Brexit type British , elderly Spanish and a smattering of other nationalities

I never went to the pool so I can’t comment on this

The pool is too small for so big hotel and when guests use  big inflatables in it or play football that doesn’t let other people to enjoy the pool.

One downside was the pool area, if you were not in the queue by 9am then there is zero chance of getting a bed,especially in the sun as 3/4 of the sunbeds are in the shade by 1pm.

Sunbeds end up 1 ft from edge of pool and not enough room to swing the preverable cat!

The pool isn't big enough for the amount of ppl staying here!

Pool area is very basic and there's not nearly enough space for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

If there was a medical emergency in the pool it would be really difficult for the lifeguard to get to the pool quickly unless they are an Olympic gymnast who could pole vault over the rows of jam packed sun beds.

There are some bars with only one person serving drinks - some AI guests were ordering seven or eight drinks at a time and passing them along to other guests further back in the queue that they'd formed friendships with.

and no sleep Your staff need to learn about what is a safe volume and a dangerous one.This was just so selfish and avoidable.If you have a set of golf clubs the lifts are very small and you could end up waiting on changeover days and having to walk down 6 flight of stairs with your clubs.If you are a active wheelchair user like my wife who was not with me at the time do not go to this hotel the ramp to reception and bar area is good

The layout is not great  so you were constantly in the way of people queing to get drinks or toast.

People do queue from 9am to reserve a sun bed

Such a horrible awkward vibe when people are standing with their towels are 8.45am waiting to try and grab a sunbed before they all go!

Queues for drinks were long due to them only having in general 1 x member of staff serving 

Next the pool area!!!

Be prepared to queue whether it be for food, drinks or for the use of the lifts.

The hotel needs to have a separate still which would halve the queue.

Pool area was not for us as there is people who start lining up and waiting for the chains to be removed.

The glass in the balcony door dislodged from frame an accident waiting to happen  complained

Poor food , We had better food in a 3 star hotel in Benidorm and Why are people queuing to get hot water from a coffee machine for tea, surely there should a separate hot water boiler. 3.

And queues at bar could be improved if adults got kids drinks instead of them queuing on their own.

Drinks believe me you will have to queue only one serving.

but the last two days were totally spoilt .Our last night we ended up in bed by 10pm due to the fact again no seats in either bars or the two seating areas around the reception,the queue for drinks went outside both bars it was ridiculous and again the shouting was so loud it gave you a headache.

Hotel is old and accessibility was a real problem with only 4 lifts and constant queues.

They will literally push you out of the way and walk in front of you in a queue to make sure they get on before you and get a seat.

You can Hear EVERYTHING from EVERYWHERE !

This certainly isn't the hotel for you if you are looking for a quiet break, entertainment is very loud.

Our room was next to an extremely noisy lift!

Pipes were really noisy at night, they bang and crash and make all sorts of weird noises right through the walls.

Unfortunately you can hear all the noise from the coming and goings within the corridor.

Always noise either from background music or lots of children running around.

This suited us as our room was near the stage so you didn't have loud music pounding out till the early hours.

all inclusive guests are intitled to 1 dinner at the “italian” restaurant “la gioconda” we did hear good things about this restaurant so had hope.. as we went in the waiter told us that it is also self service buffet food.. and i must say it is certainly not a italian restaurant… chicken was pink food was cold and the only thing that was hot was vegetable soup.

Staff were brilliant, especially the chambermaid,BUT,if this is a family holiday hotel, why on earth are tribes of 18-30,Yr olds acting like 8 yr olds when drunk, keeping residents awake all night long, also the pool area is too congested along with greedy towel harbouring sunbed OWNERS!

Poor sleep because of no sound proofing in walls,  2.

Not to mention the room I was in.. the noise of it moving up and down non stop throughout the night was like torture.

The biggest let down for us was the noise at night!!

The entertainment at night was never outside was indoors an not the best an way to loud.

Noise late at night from outside and on corridor from guests (shouting, running up and down & doors slamming) Best asking for non pool view and high floor if want undisturbed sleep.

Pool area too small for the volume of guests & a lot of noisy UK & Spanish residents.

most nights groups of guests would be sitting around this area talking loudly till late in the morning.

Rooms spotless, food great and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Praise for reception , a very clean room with fridge , generous toiletries and for what we paid the food was reasonable quality/choice with efficient restaurant staff and no queuing with the snack bar open late.

It was approx  15year since we last here the room was very clean and  towels left each time .We enjoyed all inclusive The soup was to die for All the stall were so attentive .

but you don't have to use them ( €7 per bed, with a third bed free for that day or one free for next day)

The entertainment was ideal for kids with Arianna being really friendly and the karaoke was good apart from internet issues using youtube for it.

At 9:30pm a couple of kids songs are played, musical chairs and pass the balloon.

Great hotel would recommend child friendly and amazing drinks food and entertainment will be coming back 😁😁 love the staff and the people I don’t want to leave staying here 7 nights isn’t enough recommend 100%

Entertainment wise I can't comment as we didn't watch any preferring to sit and have a quiet drink.

The entertainment was quite good with a magic show, a samba type dance group, a juggler etc.

Good variety of food, drinks, entertainment & staff work hard to keep it clean & never had to queue long at the bar or the buffet.

The evening entertainment was ok, always busy.

Our favourite was the coffee café which was so good having an endless supply of cappuccinos and hot chocolate’s that tasted better than Costa in my opinion…all inclusive meant ice pops, ice cream, nuts, crisps biscuits were also free

I felt that because we had paid upfront for our all inclusive deal we were not looked after very well as they already had our money.

Lots of great food and by going AI you can relax and enjoy a no worries break away.

I was all inclusive, and picky when it comes to drinks , san Miquel and not the greatest of spirits

Food was average standard for all inclusive, drink choice was ok, no cocktails included in all inclusive.

Select a sea view terrace and all inclusive that way you will not be confined to exact dinning times as there is food and drink options from 07.00 until 23.00 lots to choose from and very helpful staff to look after your needs.

We stayed all inclusive and had a good range of included food and drink.

but not the best all inclusive we have had - my husband is a fussy eater and hasn’t gone hungry

We stay all inclusive which is good value for money.

We went half board and the majority of the guests chose all inclusive,  many evenings we had to chase a waiter to order a drink with our evening meal.

Facilities are all good, all inclusive deal is well worth the money.

We went all inclusive and the food was good with plenty of choice and good choice of local drinks.

The food was amazing, we had all inclusive and it was the best all inclusive i’ve ever had.

It cost £1800 for the 3 of us for 3 nights all inclusive.

Food is at best 3 out of 10, things just randomly placed all over, not organised well at all, only bonus is it’s the only all inclusive hotel I’ve stayed at where I’ve lost weight when returning home, it really needs looking at.

the rooms are clean and comfortable, and have a little terrace, usually with a sea view, the all inclusive is very good, and plenty of nice salads, freshly cooked fish and a nice rosado wine.
