Stayed here while our son was at football camp at SAU.

You dont just use a wash cloth for just a shower.

The metal of the fridge was pitted from rust.

Our bathroom fan didn't work and made a loud squealing noise.

Faucets leaked when turned on, lavatory drain was very slow, baseboard missing beside bathroom door, entry door hard to push open, the ice machine is hidden/locked away in the laundry room.

The first thing we experienced was a very bad urine odor in the bathroom.

My husband found out the commode would not flush.

Bathroom fixtures would not turn off/on without leaking, the same for the sink fixture.

The window had been pried open and would not shut, room opened onto an alley,hair in sink,torn carpet,smelly,no dead bolt on door.

Best of all, the Inn is reasonably priced and very near to Magnolia's historical town square.

Excellent staff, friendly housekeepers, COMFORTABLE BED, THE HEAT IN OUR ROOM WAS VERY GOOD, AND the room was spotless.

The staff were timely, friendly and polite.

It contains clean rooms, has a business center as well as other amenities, and is staffed by employees who are highly competent and very guest friendly.

Its is clean, the beds are comfy, great breakfast, very friendly and accommodating staff, plus free wifi, refrigerator, and microwave in every room.

Jennifer was equally professional and friendly at check-out.

In the morning we went down for breakfast and the attendant was very friendly, the food was great.

The people are very easy to speak with and very friendly .

She is efficient & friendly & definitely is an asset to this hotel.

The front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly, and the room had a microwave and a fridge, which helped out a lot.

For the money, it was clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was good.

but this  Quality Inn exceeded my expectations  the staff was  great  breakfast was  great  rooms  clean and  overall  service  was good  they  had  a  completely sold out weekend  and  handled it  with poise  and professionalism

At checkout, we were again warmly greeted by Allison and met Kal Patel, General Manager of this Quality Inn.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and let me check in early as I had been driving all night and was exhausted.

The staff could not have been more accommodating.

The front desk young lady made sure I had a room near the ice machine so I could put ice on my back.she was very helpful.

Staff was made aware during check out and was in denial about it, so I decided to post this review.

Our room was clean, the staff was nice, check in and out was uneventful, television worked and was a flat screen, the size was good and the remote had a sleep timer.

What gave this hotel a little extra was the front desk staff.

The staff that were in control when we visited were truly professional.

Was Here for a ball game and I have to say the hotel was full of friendly folks.

We are currently staying here for a  ball tournament and we are very impressed with this hotel.

I expected breakfast to be cold cereal, muffins or bagels.

There was no apology for my expectations not being met by their brand. There was no "I'm sorry the breakfast was cold."

however I wish it had name brand cold cereals rather than the off brand ones.

The rooms were very clean, the staff helpful and friendly and nice touches with the bathroom amenities, Keurig, microwave and fridge.

BONUS- The nightshift customer service person was extremely friendly and helpful.

The property is clean, updated recently with friendly staff.

(Oil stains on carpet) But, the beds and rooms are always clean and the service is always friendly.

Due to tight schedule we skipped the breakfast offering.

The front desk representative finally got the hotel reservation in her system about hour later an called my dad back asking did he want to stay.

The staff is nice and the cinnamon rolls at breakfast are yummy!!

We visited Magnolia for a football game and had a great time.

The location on the quaint Magnolia square and the classy and beautiful decor make it comfortable.

The rooms and furniture were up to date and classy.

Just a classy, approachable and welcoming place.

The owners did a great job in turning an old historic bank building into a comfortable hotel.

It was very quiet and the square offers quite a few antique stores and boutiques for shopping.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the rooms are beautiful.

It is an older building that has been redone into several rooms with adjoining bath facilities, a kitchenette, a common room and some freestanding snack and beverage stations.

The Loft is a renovated upper story of an older building on a picturesque courthouse square in the small southern Arkansas town of Magnolia.

but this is not quite the same as having someone at the facility who you can ask for more regular coffee k-cups when the garbage trucks wake you up at 6AM and you stumble out to the "breakfast bar" (a Keurig machine, two canisters of cold cereal, packaged cinnamon buns, instant oatmeal packages, and bowl of fruit with an orange, two apples, and a banana) to discover no regular coffee k-cups.

That morning there was only one carton of yogurt in the refrigerator and a choice of three apples and one orange for fruit.

It is exceptionally clean, inviting, cozy, etc.

The owners are incredibly sweet and helpful.

The room was one bed, a desk, two end tables, and a lounge chair.

The double room with the bath is warm and welcoming and was a perfect fit for my daughter and me.

but they were very responsive by text and phone when my room had a bit of a problem with the AC, and that was much appreciated.

The reception was across the street and very convenient.

Jodie Westfall is a wonderful hostess, welcoming, thoughtful, and meticulous.

The rooms are up two flights of steep stairs.

There are stairs to get to the rooms, no elevators,

Just be prepared for sharing a bathroom with five other rooms - we weren’t expecting that or the stairs.

But even with my bad knee, I would GLADLY take these stairs ANY time to experience another stay.

but something you should be aware of if you're not fond of climbing stairs.

And, true, it is on the second level and you have to climb stairs to get to it.

There is a steep flight of stairs that you use to access the rooms.

but did not make bed or lesvd soap or shampoo

I would consider getting the suite for the small increase in rate, as the small room left no room for much other than the bed and desk.

Better to be cold and cuddle beneath a winter quilt (in the summer) than to sweat it out on top of the covers.

As noted staff was very friendly and efficient, it is not their policy and they were excellent.

The service was super fast and friendly the hotel was clean and the beds were super comfortable.

Was not offered my Hilton honor gift, had to ask for it the next day.

I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn/Magnolia again.

I recommend this spot if you are traveling through Magnolia AR.

Overall, if I ever need to stay in Magnolia again, I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

I have explained what I was needing in the phone with the lady knowing she understood what I was needing so I feel i was just taken advantage of and could not get out of the situation… why can people just not be honest… I won’t be staying with the place ever again I want my money to go to honest hard working people not people that just take because they can

The pool was extremely clean and staff very welcoming.

Not told that I needed to tell front desk to clean my room and give new towels each day.

Everyone was very nice and friendly and the room delivered everything it promised.

I am not on vacation so refused to pay $120 - 140 per week.

The staff have been extremely nice and willing to help anyway they can .If you are going to be in the area for any length of time i would highly suggest for you to check them out.
