Stayed here while our son was at football camp at SAU.

You dont just use a wash cloth for just a shower.

The metal of the fridge was pitted from rust.

Our bathroom fan didn't work and made a loud squealing noise.

Faucets leaked when turned on, lavatory drain was very slow, baseboard missing beside bathroom door, entry door hard to push open, the ice machine is hidden/locked away in the laundry room.

The first thing we experienced was a very bad urine odor in the bathroom.

My husband found out the commode would not flush.

Bathroom fixtures would not turn off/on without leaking, the same for the sink fixture.

The window had been pried open and would not shut, room opened onto an alley,hair in sink,torn carpet,smelly,no dead bolt on door.

Best of all, the Inn is reasonably priced and very near to Magnolia's historical town square.

The hotel has an outdoor pool that my eight year old enjoyed.

The hotel is fine (it's the type with outdoor access to your room)
I checked in late,very late 11PM.

Excellent staff, friendly housekeepers, COMFORTABLE BED, THE HEAT IN OUR ROOM WAS VERY GOOD, AND the room was spotless.

but this  Quality Inn exceeded my expectations  the staff was  great  breakfast was  great  rooms  clean and  overall  service  was good  they  had  a  completely sold out weekend  and  handled it  with poise  and professionalism

Although an older motel in an old section of town, the room was spotless and roomy.

Our room was clean, the staff was nice, check in and out was uneventful, television worked and was a flat screen, the size was good and the remote had a sleep timer.

Lovely Staff at the front desk were very welcoming, told us about the local amenities which where great, fantastically clean room a massive TV on the Wall!

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

Was Here for a ball game and I have to say the hotel was full of friendly folks.

We are currently staying here for a  ball tournament and we are very impressed with this hotel.

I expected breakfast to be cold cereal, muffins or bagels.

There was no apology for my expectations not being met by their brand. There was no "I'm sorry the breakfast was cold."

however I wish it had name brand cold cereals rather than the off brand ones.

No bench in shower and no chairs are offered to guest with mobility issues.

She said that some guests that had stayed on the 24th "had decided to extend their stay".

Also there was an angry guest who refused to check out (he tried to stay over

No discount was offered for missing annemity.

Due to tight schedule we skipped the breakfast offering.

The rooms were clean the hotel is relatively new.

We visited Magnolia for a football game and had a great time.

The location on the quaint Magnolia square and the classy and beautiful decor make it comfortable.

The rooms and furniture were up to date and classy.

Just a classy, approachable and welcoming place.

The owners did a great job in turning an old historic bank building into a comfortable hotel.

It was very quiet and the square offers quite a few antique stores and boutiques for shopping.

It is an older building that has been redone into several rooms with adjoining bath facilities, a kitchenette, a common room and some freestanding snack and beverage stations.

The Loft is a renovated upper story of an older building on a picturesque courthouse square in the small southern Arkansas town of Magnolia.

but this is not quite the same as having someone at the facility who you can ask for more regular coffee k-cups when the garbage trucks wake you up at 6AM and you stumble out to the "breakfast bar" (a Keurig machine, two canisters of cold cereal, packaged cinnamon buns, instant oatmeal packages, and bowl of fruit with an orange, two apples, and a banana) to discover no regular coffee k-cups.

That morning there was only one carton of yogurt in the refrigerator and a choice of three apples and one orange for fruit.

Although it'd been a while since we last stayed here we were confident our room would be clean and comfortable, and it was, of course.

Great location, comfy beds, extremely clean rooms and very friendly folks!

There are stairs to get to the rooms, no elevators,

Just be prepared for sharing a bathroom with five other rooms - we weren’t expecting that or the stairs.

But even with my bad knee, I would GLADLY take these stairs ANY time to experience another stay.

but something you should be aware of if you're not fond of climbing stairs.

And, true, it is on the second level and you have to climb stairs to get to it.

There is a steep flight of stairs that you use to access the rooms.

This little motel is owned by private owners who are proud of their business and it shows in the hospitality and cleanliness of their rooms.

but did not make bed or lesvd soap or shampoo

I would consider getting the suite for the small increase in rate, as the small room left no room for much other than the bed and desk.

Better to be cold and cuddle beneath a winter quilt (in the summer) than to sweat it out on top of the covers.

Was not offered my Hilton honor gift, had to ask for it the next day.

I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn/Magnolia again.

I recommend this spot if you are traveling through Magnolia AR.

Overall, if I ever need to stay in Magnolia again, I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

I have explained what I was needing in the phone with the lady knowing she understood what I was needing so I feel i was just taken advantage of and could not get out of the situation… why can people just not be honest… I won’t be staying with the place ever again I want my money to go to honest hard working people not people that just take because they can

I should never have to use my phone to get an internet signal at a hotel,

I am not on vacation so refused to pay $120 - 140 per week.

The rooms are clean and the property is well lighted at night plus I really like the tv and cable they offer.
