Gail the lady in charge of breakfast was very friendly and attentive.

The complimentary breakfast hit the spot before tackling the day of adventures.

Breakfast, TV service, clerks were good, helped with questions about local restaurants and provided towels when asked.

The breakfast was decent, and the pool area was nice.

The complimentary breakfast is great as well, as Magnolia, AR doesn’t really offer much in terms of dining.

I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

We had to get up throughout the night and open the door to the hallway to get cool air in the room.

We had a handicap room with a suite on the first floor by the back door.

but the bathroom did not have a second door to keep the light out of the bedroom.

When we returned from the visitation, a sympathy card had been placed under our door.

The pool was packed will 11 year-olds and several times some would run by our room and knock on the door as they passed by.

I would consider getting the suite for the small increase in rate, as the small room left no room for much other than the bed and desk.

Kinda pricey for what your actually getting,

I was very unhappy with the checkout experience, we had reserved a queen suite and because my husband preferred a first floor room we ended up with a very small room, #114, and the rate was the same.

Additionally, don’t prepay for the room unless you’re planning on staying for days paid for.

The room was a little expensive considering the area.

A little overpriced compared with local facilities that offer similar service.

We realize we signed to pay fully for that night so paid without issue,

The rooms were very noisy and extremely small for the price you pay.

We do suggest to call the hotel direct and do not go through expedia or any of the other services because they will rip you off on the cost.

It is on par with some other more expensive motels that I have stayed in.

I think the rooms was a little pricey for an Inn.

I thought the price was a little steep considering the hotel is practically empty at this time of the year.

One of the newer hotels in Magnolia it’s almost a no brainer excellent quality clean rooms comfortable bed and great front desk service, my particular room has a standup shower, very nice surprise, desk to do work at, TV and plenty of pillows.

A/C was next to bed that was a little too cool with the air blowing

It is a foot from the bed and blew air in my face all night regardless of which way I turned the louvers.

We stayed in a smaller room - and I agree with the other review - the window A/C unit was not in the best location in relation to the bed

The only slight down side was a window ac unit.

There is a continental breakfast provided along with coffee and juice, or you can stroll to a coffee shop about a block away and enjoy breakfast there.

The breakfast nook, in the hallway, was really a nice touch.

The morning coffee juice and breakfast treats were spot on.

This was my first experience with a bed and breakfast and was surprised to find it so "self-automated".

The Loft had been re-done nicely with 4 unique rooms and a lounge/sitting area, coffee/snacks and breakfast bar.

All rooms are beautifully decorated; the food provided for snacks/ breakfast was ample and delicious.

So many personal touches including yummy cookies, fresh flowers and a personalized wecome sign on our door.

The staff is helpful and accommodating, the beds are nice and comfy, and there's a great selection of coffee and breakfast items.

The Loft provided an “Experience”, from the décor of the common areas, the comfort of the room, easy to access WIFI and the coffee and muffin on the way out the door!

The inn is in downtown Magnolia which is filled with an interesting and diverse assortment of locally owned shops.

The whole experience is a lesson in what can be done with all these downtown buildings throughout our country.

Cool pancake machine and really liked the Quaker Oats oatmeal crockpot!

The service was good, the breakfast bar was very good.

The 1st one was ' we don't make the bed if you are staying over more than one night' - when confronted with the card on the night stand bragging that they are "happy to make the beds every day of your stay" the reply was "sorry about that

There were charge bars everywhere, by the bed, on the desk, behind the dresser, in otherwords plenty of place for all the electronic toys you travel with these days.

The cost for this hotel is too much for this small town.

$154 a night is too expensive for this kind of hotel in Magnolia, Arkansas.

Yes, it is a little more expensive than the other hotels in the area

We will try another hotel for our next stay that is more cost effective.

Seems to me that the owners haven't caught up with the fact that oil prices are down and so is demand for their hotel.

The rooms are a bit small and furnished in the cold industrial/formica style of some low cost hotels one finds in Europe.

Apparently the area economy allows the price gouging

I found the cost to be a little higher than I am accustom to paying with Best Western.

This hotel has been remodeled in the last couple years and was very clean.

The hotel seems newly renovated and up-to-date.

The property is clean, updated recently with friendly staff.

We stay here almost every time we come to Magnolia for a visit, the rooms have been remodeled not to long ago,

This hotel has undergone a complete renovation, which is evidenced by the fact that it's lit up so you can see it three miles away.

The property is undergoing extensive renovations that might improve the experience some.

She did say they would be done with renovations in 2016.

We stay in Holiday Inn Expresses all the time and this one is ready for an update.

So my only alternative was to drive 30 minutes over to El Dorado and stay in a very nice, newly renovated Hampton Inn.

BONUS- The nightshift customer service person was extremely friendly and helpful.

Good service just too pricey for Magnolia.

(Oil stains on carpet) But, the beds and rooms are always clean and the service is always friendly.

Swimming pool was wonderful, and front desk services are superb.

The service and staff were very nice and helpful.

After demanding the manager do something about , at the least, getting us some towels, she agreed to have the GM call us from her home.

The price is more than I like to pay for a town the size of Magnolia.

I stayed at this hotel for a week so that I could start my new job in town before I moved to our rent house.

Apparently that happens here often after speaking with some ppl in town they will give your room up for "other" larger groups if it guarantees them profit!

It is the most decent thing in town for now.

If you have ever been to Magnolia then you know that the Holiday Inn Express is the only acceptable hotel in town.

This is the only place in this town I will stay at.

Came back to Magnolia after being away for 30+ years; town hasn't changed much which was nice to see.

Only positive was better than no accommodations at all

I am looking for accommodations more reasonable.

Breakfast was back to pre covid items, waffles, yogurt and such.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and my teens LOVED the full breakfast and pool.

The breakfast was really good with plenty of options to choose from.

For the money, it was clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was good.

but this  Quality Inn exceeded my expectations  the staff was  great  breakfast was  great  rooms  clean and  overall  service  was good  they  had  a  completely sold out weekend  and  handled it  with poise  and professionalism

We enjoyed our breakfast and it provided us with a nice start to Day #2 of our road trip.

The breakfast had all the normal things we have come to expect.
