The complimentary breakfast hit the spot before tackling the day of adventures.

Breakfast, TV service, clerks were good, helped with questions about local restaurants and provided towels when asked.

The breakfast was decent, and the pool area was nice.

We had a handicap room with a suite on the first floor by the back door.

but the bathroom did not have a second door to keep the light out of the bedroom.

When we returned from the visitation, a sympathy card had been placed under our door.

The pool was packed will 11 year-olds and several times some would run by our room and knock on the door as they passed by.

I would consider getting the suite for the small increase in rate, as the small room left no room for much other than the bed and desk.

I was very unhappy with the checkout experience, we had reserved a queen suite and because my husband preferred a first floor room we ended up with a very small room, #114, and the rate was the same.

Additionally, don’t prepay for the room unless you’re planning on staying for days paid for.

The room was a little expensive considering the area.

A little overpriced compared with local facilities that offer similar service.

We realize we signed to pay fully for that night so paid without issue,

The rooms were very noisy and extremely small for the price you pay.

We do suggest to call the hotel direct and do not go through expedia or any of the other services because they will rip you off on the cost.

It is on par with some other more expensive motels that I have stayed in.

I think the rooms was a little pricey for an Inn.

I thought the price was a little steep considering the hotel is practically empty at this time of the year.

We stayed 4 nights, premises and room were well cleaned, neat, somewhat small rooms.

The only drawback was the room was tiny with only one bed and we asked for 2 only got one.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is the room is on the small side.

I had a queen bed on 3rd floor, and while the room was small it was updated/modern, stand up shower and very clean.

It is a foot from the bed and blew air in my face all night regardless of which way I turned the louvers.

We stayed in a smaller room - and I agree with the other review - the window A/C unit was not in the best location in relation to the bed

The only slight down side was a window ac unit.

There is a continental breakfast provided along with coffee and juice, or you can stroll to a coffee shop about a block away and enjoy breakfast there.

The breakfast nook, in the hallway, was really a nice touch.

The morning coffee juice and breakfast treats were spot on.

This was my first experience with a bed and breakfast and was surprised to find it so "self-automated".

The Loft is a charming, bed and breakfast style hotel that is basically a home away from home.

Shared bathroom was spotless, breakfast area was clean and neat.

Great snacks available and a large variety of easy to prepare breakfast items.

The Loft had been re-done nicely with 4 unique rooms and a lounge/sitting area, coffee/snacks and breakfast bar.

All rooms are beautifully decorated; the food provided for snacks/ breakfast was ample and delicious.

So many personal touches including yummy cookies, fresh flowers and a personalized wecome sign on our door.

The staff is helpful and accommodating, the beds are nice and comfy, and there's a great selection of coffee and breakfast items.

The Loft provided an “Experience”, from the décor of the common areas, the comfort of the room, easy to access WIFI and the coffee and muffin on the way out the door!

On th minus side:  milk was spoiled, OJ expired, stale cereals and water inside the machine's reservoir had some residues.

but this is not quite the same as having someone at the facility who you can ask for more regular coffee k-cups when the garbage trucks wake you up at 6AM and you stumble out to the "breakfast bar" (a Keurig machine, two canisters of cold cereal, packaged cinnamon buns, instant oatmeal packages, and bowl of fruit with an orange, two apples, and a banana) to discover no regular coffee k-cups.

I missed having ice -- the ice machine was not working.

Seems to me that the owners haven't caught up with the fact that oil prices are down and so is demand for their hotel.

The rooms are a bit small and furnished in the cold industrial/formica style of some low cost hotels one finds in Europe.

I found the cost to be a little higher than I am accustom to paying with Best Western.

After demanding the manager do something about , at the least, getting us some towels, she agreed to have the GM call us from her home.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and my teens LOVED the full breakfast and pool.

The breakfast was really good with plenty of options to choose from.

For the money, it was clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was good.

but this  Quality Inn exceeded my expectations  the staff was  great  breakfast was  great  rooms  clean and  overall  service  was good  they  had  a  completely sold out weekend  and  handled it  with poise  and professionalism

We enjoyed our breakfast and it provided us with a nice start to Day #2 of our road trip.

What I didnt like was the morning when I asked a housekeeper for an extra wash cloth she refuse to give me a towel.

No one was there to refill food or clean up.

The poor housekeepers frantically try to clean rooms each morning--an impossible task for them.

We didn't realize this until we went to our room and found it had not been cleaned.

However there was an overwhelmingly musty smell.

A gross mixed smell of MOLD, MILDEW, OLD SWEAT AND CIGARETTE SMOKE.

The first thing we experienced was a very bad urine odor in the bathroom.

The only issue we had is thwart the room smelled musty, like a musty basement.

The breakfast was nasty, other than the waffles, and the dining area unclean.

but the bedspread had a cigarette burn hole.

The housekeeper who was doing our room was very rude and nasty.

I called for towels and got them immediately.

The towels are a little thin & need replaced.

The bed was totally stripped, the sheets laying in a chair with towels and dirty linens.

The TV worked (most of the time) and breakfast was "on your own".

The breakfast was just plain cereal, coffee, toast and milk.

Coffee / Waffles and breakfast in the morning is warm and yummy.

It is a small motor court style motel, slightly tired from the outside,

The room I got had a hole in the wall, the smoke detector was not hooked up, linens (including pillows) were stained (not sure bed sheets had even been changed), lamp shade was torn up.

although the sheets were clearly hygienic & freshly laundered there were marks & I believe that once bedding or towels are stained they need to be replaced in any hotel at any price point.
