Compared to 2 years ago, this year there were noisy guests who could not control their children.

Meanwhile her two senior collegues kept chatting away loudly just on the other side of the door.

And the quality of the food is alway constant.

but with very noisy guests that the hotel staff was trying to calm down when possible.

If you're there during a time when there isn't a major event going on (probably the vast majority of the time) then none of the noise we experienced would be an issue for you.

but we experienced no loud noise with the balcony door closed.

This is the first times i fill out a tripadvisor review and not without a reason.

I had a massage which was obviously performed by an intern/stagiair/newcomer, she received no help, it was clearly her first time and she had little clue what to do during the massage .

We booked the place because it was right in the middle of a major sporting event, and we got exactly what we asked for, even if it meant listening to people party late at night and getting woken up by early morning construction on the finish area and stage.

The staff is top-class and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Spa area is lovley, the stuff of the hotel is very helpfull and kind.

Whilst we were staying there the rooms were that hot that I had to turn down the radiator.

The temperature is centrally set from a computer at the reception - if you want the heater to turn on (eg because your skiing clothes are wet), you can walk down and ask them to increase temperature in your room temporarily.

Cold bathroom (bathroom fungus), cold apartment….it is unpossible to adjust the temperature of the radiators by the guests (only the staff can adjust it).

Also, the air in the room was stiffling, as if they had issues with ventilation.

The hotel has a nice ski wardrobe and a ski shuttle to the lift, the person driving was very positive and friendly.

The public parking offered by hotel is very uncomfortable and difficult to drive out for bigger cars like MB V-Klasse.

I had a suite which was very nice however, I was not happy with how uncomfortable the pillows were and one of the double beds were not comfy to lie on

We arrived late with Crystal ski holidays from Verona, and we’re welcomed at the hotel with a friendly face who immediately made my wife and I feel relaxed.

Finally, my perception of the Caminetto is that this was a really Italian hotel (not that many English guests when we were there anyway) and it definitely wasn't a hotel dedicated just to ski packages.

Initial impression was a bit of a let down compared to similarly priced packages we've had with this company.

Got the holiday at a reduced rate through Rocketski who, with their sister company Equity Ski, are the only 2 package companies in the UK that do this venue.

We really appreciate how the staff as always kind and professional with us, we chose Half-Board treatment and its the best decision we've always made.

Manager Corrado is ever present, serving in the bar, the restaurant and / or on reception duty, and is always eager to make sure that all of his guests are happy.

Friendly staff, tasty food, brilliant spa which we used almost every night and very reasonable bar prices (unless you ask for Grappa and let the barman select which one)!

Really loved this place - a local feel with excellent authentic northern Italian food and lots of smiles (Corrado was of course our favourite).

Personally I would put a few pictures on the wall and try to squeeze in a couple of small armchairs and a coffee table to make it all more gemutlich.

but during our stay the hotel was at full capacity I think and did not always have enough space for all boots on the heated wall.

We like a cold room and the only way to obtain a cold room was to sleep with the door open to the outside and we were on the ground level.

Other staff cold, unfriendly and do not do what they say.

The only negative we had was that at breakfast, the pre-cooked scrambled eggs, mushrooms etc were cold.

Breakfast hot items were cold, would have liked the eggs and bacon warmer.

Here your egg is getting cold while waiting for fresh juices.

although in the winter, it is not that fun to have to drive in the night and cold to find another place.

All the staff members that I met were very professional and friendly.

In the end we decided to make the most of Pinzolo and must say that we had a great stay: the facilities, spa and staff were great and the food on the whole very good quality  - everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed our time and went walking in the hills rather than visiting the villages around the lake.

Highly recommended as the staff are so friendly and helpful to recommend sight seeing, restaurants and recommended attraction.

With a very few exceptions, we found every staff member to be helpful and friendly.

From the private shuttle to the serene valet-serviced ski room - and most especially to Victor in the ski shop, who was friendly, professional,  and got us our rentals in record time - Lefay is a must-stay for any snow sport enthusiast.

The service from all the staff members was very friendly, welcoming, and high quality all around.

The 2 girls who bring you to your table in the restaurants, in particular, are super friendly.

They were so accommodating, so friendly and went above and beyond to help us in any way!

we spent a number of lunchtimes and evening in the area, as in most cases there would be several table which were waiting to be cleared and just ignored which can ruin ones overall eating and drinking experience.

though there were Covid restrictions pools were always available and without waiting times, that was a major plus compared to other hotels where you can only reserve a limited time.

At the bar we were waiting for our Welcome drink for almost 30 minutes.

The staff are very warm and welcoming and the attention to detail is excellent, even down to the incredible scents throughout the hotel and spa.

It is so professional, clean, and well run.

Room was most comfortable and elegant. Spa is beautiful and everyone is professional with masseuses quite accomplished (I rarely say that)

We inquired about hiking and the concierge had a great suggestion for us!

In the evening, a lady would knock and ask if I needed anything for the night; water, etc.

And from arrival till depature teh staff, the resort and the environment did not disappoint us.
