Compared to 2 years ago, this year there were noisy guests who could not control their children.

Meanwhile her two senior collegues kept chatting away loudly just on the other side of the door.

And the quality of the food is alway constant.

but with very noisy guests that the hotel staff was trying to calm down when possible.

If you're there during a time when there isn't a major event going on (probably the vast majority of the time) then none of the noise we experienced would be an issue for you.

but we experienced no loud noise with the balcony door closed.

This is the first times i fill out a tripadvisor review and not without a reason.

Also the room was very clean .We got good advice what to do in the Dolemits and we take meany cable 🚠 lifts with the guest cart of the hotel.

The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and everyone is super friendly.

The Monroc has lovely understated rooms that are clean and bright.

I had a massage which was obviously performed by an intern/stagiair/newcomer, she received no help, it was clearly her first time and she had little clue what to do during the massage .

We booked the place because it was right in the middle of a major sporting event, and we got exactly what we asked for, even if it meant listening to people party late at night and getting woken up by early morning construction on the finish area and stage.

Whilst we were staying there the rooms were that hot that I had to turn down the radiator.

The temperature is centrally set from a computer at the reception - if you want the heater to turn on (eg because your skiing clothes are wet), you can walk down and ask them to increase temperature in your room temporarily.

Cold bathroom (bathroom fungus), cold apartment….it is unpossible to adjust the temperature of the radiators by the guests (only the staff can adjust it).

Also, the air in the room was stiffling, as if they had issues with ventilation.

Couldn't fault the Luna Wellness from the standard and cleanliness of the rooms to the excellent food in the restaurant.

Our room was clean and more than big enough, would have liked some coffee and milk in addition to just tea, and the towels definitely need an upgrade!

The public parking offered by hotel is very uncomfortable and difficult to drive out for bigger cars like MB V-Klasse.

I had a suite which was very nice however, I was not happy with how uncomfortable the pillows were and one of the double beds were not comfy to lie on

however, the poor sound proofing in the rooms.

We stay in standard room - the room is little poor and old.

The staff are cheerful and welcoming, the food delicious, the rooms clean and pleasant.

but this is personal :) The most important- rooms were clean, tidy and with a small balcony (almost all of them).

The food is excellent, the rooms are clean and adequat and the relaxing possibilities are sublime.

Although there had not been any snow for over a month the cold temperatures meant that the piste management had been able to make snow and most of the pistes were open,and we had sun everyday!!

but in the end we just pinned up a towel.

We had a Junior suite in the new block, it was well thought out except for the window between the bathroom and the bedroom, as if one of us used the bathroom at night the other one was woken by the light.

Finally, my perception of the Caminetto is that this was a really Italian hotel (not that many English guests when we were there anyway) and it definitely wasn't a hotel dedicated just to ski packages.

Initial impression was a bit of a let down compared to similarly priced packages we've had with this company.

Got the holiday at a reduced rate through Rocketski who, with their sister company Equity Ski, are the only 2 package companies in the UK that do this venue.

It ticks all the boxes - lovely clean room, delicious food, within walking distance to the ski lift plus a wonderful spa to enjoy after a day on the slopes.

The high standards of the hotel extended to the cleanliness of the rooms and the other hotel staff who were all very friendly and willing to go that extra mile!

but during our stay the hotel seemed to be fully capacity and did not always have enough space for all boots on the heated wall.

Personally I would put a few pictures on the wall and try to squeeze in a couple of small armchairs and a coffee table to make it all more gemutlich.

but during our stay the hotel was at full capacity I think and did not always have enough space for all boots on the heated wall.

The hotel itself is lovely, with bright rooms which are always cleaned to a high standard and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

The rooms are clean, spacious and have plenty of character.

So we had to deal with this smelly issue for the next 5 days and it was not funny at all.

SO be prepared you have to stay all evening in hotel, unless you get a taxi and drive approx.

but if you arrive bit later than 6pm there are no towels to use.

Why not serving eggs, sausages and something warm.

I booked a room here via Booking.com for my winter holiday based on the photos posted and mostly because I wanted to be as close to the cable transport in Madonna di Campiglio as possible.

We booked through expedia and it should have been room only

The interiors are fitted with wonderful wooden furniture and the rooms are clean and airy.

Breakfast is very good, the rooms are very clean, the place is quiet and charming.

The hotel is modern, cozy and impeccably clean and the rooms are spacious with every comfort.

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished.

Nice and very tidy rooms a rich breakfast, a garage, ski cellar, wifi,  anything u can wish for.

The rooms were spotless and spacious even for 3 big lads like us.

although you could hear passing vehicles all night long.

So if you decide to stay at this hotel you should consider: driving for any activity you need (so forget about a glass of wine downtown, afterski party), dining in other places so on.

The rooms are clean and new, with an astonishing view over the mountains.

The room was clean, not too small, with a pretty bathroom and had even a DVD player with some movies to choose from.

The rooms are clean and wonderful, the family are very welcoming, the breakfast is great and i will definetly return there again.

There was no air con and the view from our room wasn't the best.

The breakfast is served to the table and includes the usual food – bread, cheese, eggs, cakes etc.

Please be aware that in the end of March, it is warm and the slopes, which are located below 1800m, are questionable for skiing (depends on your preference).

Everything was prepared and thought through - the baby cot free of charge, the room on the last floor with the least noise from the neighbours and even specially cut vegetables for our daughter during the dinner!

A bit noisy - we heard all our neighbours and the road.

My rating would be higher if I wouldn't be lied about the standard of the hotel.

Also the food was great (and a lot) plus rooms were clean (and cleaned every day) with warm water under the shower.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aurora, fantastic food and hospitality from the very friendly staff, Basic rooms were clean and tidy and towels made into animal characters on our arrival.

Wonderful staff ("good located"  in the tourist services),  very friendly and family atmosphere, delicious food, clean rooms, heated room for skis and boots, parking, fast wifi, good wine.

If you want to spend a nice time in friendly and family enviroment dont hesitate and book this hotel:)Rooms are VERY clean and cosy.The owners -Michaela and Andrea are the best hosts in the whole world!!

The towels, bathrobes and bedding had the same quality as in a 5-star hotel.

To get to the bridge you have to cross the train track, which is done by an underpass just the the end of the platform.
