The breakfast buffet is rich and leaves no wishes unsatisfied and the 4 course dinner is superb - in taste, presence and service.

Everything exceeded our expectations 

- The location is perfect; just a few steps from the cabin lift that takes you up to the ski area in and down again in the afternoon, ski rental and ski pass shop right next door to the hotel.

The ski area is large enough for a week of skiing and the lift is within walking distance.

The hotel location is just perfect, a few steps away from the ski lift and ski buses where you can travel to different ski lifts around the Dolomiti supers ski area Folgarida Marilleva- Maddona di Coplilio – Pinzolo.

Location is also very good, next to the lift.

Parking the car in the underground garage, with the elevator direct to the rooms.

Also the location is top, especially during winter season, it is located directly next to the cable lift.

but other lifts on 15’ away give access to the same areas.

The localization is also great, right next to the lift during winter holidays and also very good in the summer to get to the great hiking destinations.

In addition it is ideally located next to the ski lift.

It is also a possibility to store rented ski equipment for free at the store(Skiart) just beside the lift.

Compared to 2 years ago, this year there were noisy guests who could not control their children.

Meanwhile her two senior collegues kept chatting away loudly just on the other side of the door.

And the quality of the food is alway constant.

but with very noisy guests that the hotel staff was trying to calm down when possible.

If you're there during a time when there isn't a major event going on (probably the vast majority of the time) then none of the noise we experienced would be an issue for you.

but we experienced no loud noise with the balcony door closed.

After all that cycling you might need an afternoon in the Spa.

Spa area is lovley, the stuff of the hotel is very helpfull and kind.

Great place for short Ski Holidays, large room with balcony,  close to cablecar, excellent SPA, helpful stuff, food out of space.

After long day of outdoor activities it was pleasure to soak into jacuzzi and good sweat in sauna.

Stayed here for almost a week, The room, the spa, the breakfast, the staff - all was really wonderful and contributed to a relaxing stay.

Restaurant is medium-high level (breakfast amazing and dinner so delicious).

The breakfast can't be better - they have a buffet with eggs, cheese, ham and many types of sweets - it perfect.

I’m also allergic to lactose & gluten and they never made it an issue ensuring I had copious options waiting at the breakfast table for me.

I have just returned from a weeks skiing whilst staying in this hotel.

We’ve been skiing for over 30 years and this hotel stands out as one of the best.

The wellness center was a highlight with an indoor pool and cave like spa with waterfall ( which my children were allowed in) and the adults area of sauna, spa, steam room and relaxation area was heaven after a day of skiing.

We were there with two kids (8 and 11y) and it was fine for them as they were skiing with us.

The spa is awesome and a nice way to relax after a day of skiing or snowboarding.

Always  plenty available after a days skiing.

We were a group of 5 from Gozo, Malta and stayed at Hotel Gianna in rooms 304 and 306 from 25th March ‘till 5th April for a skiing holiday.

The owners of the hotel the Armani family did the best to have wonderful skiing holiday.

After skiing we knew  the best feeling  you can get is in small spa at Hotel Gianna.

Madonna di Campiglio is a great ski resort and Hotel Gianna is a great place to unwind after your skiing.

The outside hot tub and sauna give’s great sensation in the winter!

The spa is wonderful with a pool, hot tub, sauna and other attractions that are perfect for your body right after ski.

The spa was amazing, the food was probably some of the best we had throughout the whole trip and the whole hotel staff simply couldn’t do enough for you.

Small pool and spa was very nice, lots of fun for kids with water jets and waterfall 😄 Mostly, we were the only one in the pool.

The spa area is heavenly, and makes a perfect end to a day of hiking and climbing, as does the lounge area and afternoon snacks (assuming one isn't trying to do have the Brenta traverse in one day).

Most perfect and enjoyable for me was visiting the wellness center, with the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi followed by lying on a sunbed listening to the most relaxing and refined selection of music - what a nice way to spend a late afternoon, after a day's hiking.

From this area you can walk a few steps to the garage and have your gear loaded in the shuttle.

Good:  the rooms are well maintained and spacious, the pool areas are large, it is clean and housekeeping is first rate.

In the winter, lots of gondolas and lifts connect Pinzolo with Madonna di Campiglio, which is the major ski area in the region.

The amenities were more than enough to keep you busy from the fitness areas to the different pools to the saunas.

We like a cold room and the only way to obtain a cold room was to sleep with the door open to the outside and we were on the ground level.

Other staff cold, unfriendly and do not do what they say.

The only negative we had was that at breakfast, the pre-cooked scrambled eggs, mushrooms etc were cold.

Breakfast hot items were cold, would have liked the eggs and bacon warmer.

Here your egg is getting cold while waiting for fresh juices.

although in the winter, it is not that fun to have to drive in the night and cold to find another place.

The hotel is very dog-friendly and this is abused sometimes, with owners throwing a ball for the dog in the communal space where other guests are present (using it like a park), or allowing the dog to lie on a sunbed.

As for outside activities, the main experiences are the wonderful nearby national park, which is goodfor walking (not particularly challenging

we spent a number of lunchtimes and evening in the area, as in most cases there would be several table which were waiting to be cleared and just ignored which can ruin ones overall eating and drinking experience.

though there were Covid restrictions pools were always available and without waiting times, that was a major plus compared to other hotels where you can only reserve a limited time.

At the bar we were waiting for our Welcome drink for almost 30 minutes.

The 4-course evening meals are absolutely delicious, really so much better than we even hoped for after reading the reviews, and the breakfast is plentiful and an ideal selection.

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and the choice was extensive.

There was a lovely bar area and all the staff in the hotel were so friendly and welcoming from the reception staff to the staff who severed breakfast and dinners.

The restaurant offer the usual fare for breakfast with plenty of choice and evening meal was an antipasti buffet followed by three courses with a choice from 3 starters, 3 mains and 2 deserts each day (usually chosen the day before).

Dinners had a standard vegetables/canapes buffet followed by the 3 course meal.

The food is excellent with the breakfast buffet offering a good selection to set you up for the day.

Sausage, eggs and bacon available everyday as well as continental, cereals and toast/jam.
