The breakfast buffet is rich and leaves no wishes unsatisfied and the 4 course dinner is superb - in taste, presence and service.

The breakfast and dinner was really amazing.

Compared to 2 years ago, this year there were noisy guests who could not control their children.

Meanwhile her two senior collegues kept chatting away loudly just on the other side of the door.

And the quality of the food is alway constant.

but with very noisy guests that the hotel staff was trying to calm down when possible.

If you're there during a time when there isn't a major event going on (probably the vast majority of the time) then none of the noise we experienced would be an issue for you.

but we experienced no loud noise with the balcony door closed.

This is the first times i fill out a tripadvisor review and not without a reason.

I had a massage which was obviously performed by an intern/stagiair/newcomer, she received no help, it was clearly her first time and she had little clue what to do during the massage .

We booked the place because it was right in the middle of a major sporting event, and we got exactly what we asked for, even if it meant listening to people party late at night and getting woken up by early morning construction on the finish area and stage.

Breakfast rivals the greatest hotels in Italy - more options than one can even describe.

The breakfast was excellent, as were the meals in the two restaurants.

Breakfast was excellent as was dinner in Dolomia.

Oh and the breakfast is massive, lots to choose from.

The hotel is simply beautiful, and everything was perfect - the room, the breakfast, the spa treatments, the pool and the saunas (and there are many of them) in the spa.

We spent amazing time , the SPA is great , fully relaxing atmosphere, enjoyed the  amazing healthy food in both of the restaurants.

Here your egg is getting cold while waiting for fresh juices.

although in the winter, it is not that fun to have to drive in the night and cold to find another place.

we spent a number of lunchtimes and evening in the area, as in most cases there would be several table which were waiting to be cleared and just ignored which can ruin ones overall eating and drinking experience.

though there were Covid restrictions pools were always available and without waiting times, that was a major plus compared to other hotels where you can only reserve a limited time.

At the bar we were waiting for our Welcome drink for almost 30 minutes.

This is the hotel where the owner serve You fresh juice on breakfast and ice cream after dinner.

The staff are cheerful and welcoming, the food delicious, the rooms clean and pleasant.

The staff were nice, the food was delicious and varied, the spa area very ralaxing  especially the outdoor jacuzzi with a view of the mountains.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, of a superior level, with a rich buffet including four different types of croissant, handmade cakes and waffles, fresh made on request juices and smoothies, eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, cornflakes and more.

Family, the owners, they now how to prepare delicious dishes in many ways.

Even if hotel location is quite an average one, I can only recommend this place for your stay, mainly due to excellent service, friendly, helpful staff, rich and tasty breakfast and complementary facilities (bar, spa, etc. .)

Great place, wonderful friendly atmosphere created by Family Rossatti, delicious cuisine and all amenities very well organized.

Dinner was awesome, 15 euros per person which covered a huge antipasti buffet, anything you wanted from the menu of the day, and a huge dessert buffet, including DIY stations and a huge cake.

Really, I can not express how delicious, fresh and various was a food selection.

The breakfast is a continental breakfast.

The staff were all generally most helpful, the spa facilities excellent, the food plentiful and generally very good, just occasionally the pasta dishes especially those with bacon/panacetta were too salty.

We had a Junior suite in the new block, it was well thought out except for the window between the bathroom and the bedroom, as if one of us used the bathroom at night the other one was woken by the light.

Whilst we were staying there the rooms were that hot that I had to turn down the radiator.

The temperature is centrally set from a computer at the reception - if you want the heater to turn on (eg because your skiing clothes are wet), you can walk down and ask them to increase temperature in your room temporarily.

Cold bathroom (bathroom fungus), cold apartment….it is unpossible to adjust the temperature of the radiators by the guests (only the staff can adjust it).

Also, the air in the room was stiffling, as if they had issues with ventilation.

Especially many thanks to  Andrea, the barman  called Master of delicious waffles.

There was also an all you can eat buffet with various different appetisers and salads.

Quite a lot of confusion when ordering tea, coffee, eggs.

It offers a good breakfast, very good spa, at night it also offers entertainment program for the guests- live music ( a quite good band) played at a very reasonable volume (a surprise for us because usually the bands are playing very loud).

Finally, my perception of the Caminetto is that this was a really Italian hotel (not that many English guests when we were there anyway) and it definitely wasn't a hotel dedicated just to ski packages.

Initial impression was a bit of a let down compared to similarly priced packages we've had with this company.

Got the holiday at a reduced rate through Rocketski who, with their sister company Equity Ski, are the only 2 package companies in the UK that do this venue.

but during our stay the hotel seemed to be fully capacity and did not always have enough space for all boots on the heated wall.

but taken with a wide angle lens that didn’t catch the “window wall” that is big on the wall and small on the windows.

Personally I would put a few pictures on the wall and try to squeeze in a couple of small armchairs and a coffee table to make it all more gemutlich.

but during our stay the hotel was at full capacity I think and did not always have enough space for all boots on the heated wall.

When we checked out and talked about the AC problem, we got a disrespectful answer and left with a VERY bad taste.

Heating in ski room was activated just for 2 hours a day (not 6 as was written on the wall) so our boots was wet every morning and in the last day we left hotel with not dried boots.

The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had!

Delicious food in the morning and afternoon and an exellent gourmet dinner in the evening.

Food is incredible, for the kids there is even a buffet (kids loved it, mum & dad did struggle after this week to make them eat healthy again ;-) ), swimming pool is nice, especially the outdoors.

It was a very pleasant experience, starting with delicious food and ending with perfect service.
