It is reliable if a little slow to come during busy times (we waited up to 30mins once).

We booked the hotel gianna in the busy run up to Xmas , what a super hotel.

Relaxed in Wellness Center after busy days and then cooled down in lovely garden with tea and homemade cake.

We were treated like family and always felt that nothing was too much trouble.

The Armani family is really top, and the top-waiter Maurizio is impeccable and meticulous.

But what really makes the difference every time is the Armani family- Rudi, Gianna, Cristian, Federico and Claudia make you feel part of the family, and go out of their way to help with everything, making for a *very* relaxing vacation.

The hotel Gianna is a very friendly family owned hotel which prides itself on service.

Our family with three kids stayed at Gianna for one week.

Everything was excellent; the service, the Armani family, the staff, the atmosphere, our room, the meals, the wellness-centre with the lovely, relaxing chairs, and Florino; the handsome man who brought us safely by car to/from the lifts every morning and afternoon.

Food was excellent with a choice for all courses and the two head waiters are so polite and friendly.The mini bus driven by Florino to and from the ski areas was brilliant as we hardly waited at any time.

I understand it is far from the sea and the fish must be frozen.

Ilario manages the restaurant and keeps an eye on everything going on.

Their pasta pomodoro and bolognese were the best ever according to the kids.

The rooms are nicely furnished in mountain style, and the SPA is available at no charge for all hotel guests and really enjoyable.

Our rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for almost a week, The room, the spa, the breakfast, the staff - all was really wonderful and contributed to a relaxing stay.

Rooms are cleaned up 2 times per days and wellness so relaxing after a mountain trip!

The service is incredible, everyone know who you are and what room are you from so they direct you towards your table while being extra nice.

Stayed here for a weeks skiing, perfectly positioned in a quiet area just out of town centre (10 mins easy walk).

Every day after skiing there is a light snack buffet in the lobby area, which is nice as a calm-down after a long day in the slopes.

I have just returned from a weeks skiing whilst staying in this hotel.

Breakfast is excellent - sets you up for s day of skiing and the restaurant staff are so so friendly.

Huge choice at breakfast which takes some skiing off.

We’ve been skiing for over 30 years and this hotel stands out as one of the best.

The wellness center was a highlight with an indoor pool and cave like spa with waterfall ( which my children were allowed in) and the adults area of sauna, spa, steam room and relaxation area was heaven after a day of skiing.

We were there with two kids (8 and 11y) and it was fine for them as they were skiing with us.

The spa is awesome and a nice way to relax after a day of skiing or snowboarding.

After skiing we knew  the best feeling  you can get is in small spa at Hotel Gianna.

Madonna di Campiglio is a great ski resort and Hotel Gianna is a great place to unwind after your skiing.

The outside hot tub and sauna give’s great sensation in the winter!

The spa is wonderful with a pool, hot tub, sauna and other attractions that are perfect for your body right after ski.

Small pool and spa was very nice, lots of fun for kids with water jets and waterfall 😄 Mostly, we were the only one in the pool.

The spa and wellness center are stylish and harmonious.

The spa area is heavenly, and makes a perfect end to a day of hiking and climbing, as does the lounge area and afternoon snacks (assuming one isn't trying to do have the Brenta traverse in one day).

the massages in the welness farmer were very good quality.

Compact spa with surpirizing set of features, like pool with counter stream swimming.

but tea/coffee can always be found in the bar downstairs.The spa area is brilliant after a hard day on the ski slopes with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - which is reserved for over 18s.

Most perfect and enjoyable for me was visiting the wellness center, with the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi followed by lying on a sunbed listening to the most relaxing and refined selection of music - what a nice way to spend a late afternoon, after a day's hiking.

The hotel has a variety of amenities,  the Spa was amazing and the Hamam was nice.

The hotel is brilliantly run and the people (Claudia, Federico etc) at the front desk were always super helpful.

Staff was always willing to help you if needed (they are so nice and easy going).

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they exceeded our expectations.

Waiters and receptionists very polite and helpful.

Breakfast had a really good selection of quality options, really relaxing start to the day with wonderful staff.

Also, a special mention for the lady running the bar, who advised on and educated our grappa choices with charm and enthusiasm!

though the hotel is a short drive from the Madonna di Campiglio "city", the friendly staff and shuttle bus makes it irrelevant.

Seeing the reviews on TripAdvisor vs the general opinion of other guests we spoke to during our stay, the chef may have had an off-week.

I used the term small instead of boutique because boutique now attracts a certain clientele.

And all guests who ski have a locker room.

This is what client service should be like!

It's the kind of place where they'll go out of their way for their guests.

Food absolutely superb - evening meal beautiful.

And then the dinners - every evening we had a superb 4  course menu a'la carte to choose from and every dinner was absolutely delicious.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the half board food we opted for was excellent, four lovely courses every evening and a great breakfast.

The shuttle to the cable car is superb and the food in the restaurant also superb.

Probably everything is perfect: maybe the three missing things are an outside warmed up pool, tea to drink in the spa (like at Portillo in Val Gardena) and food is not that good, because it has lost all the “mountain spirit”: it’s like mountain plates in nouvelle cuisine style.

Half board: after antipasti, many options for primi piatti, many options for secondi piatti, and many for desserts - always a match.

Excellent restaurant, with the best food we have ever been offered anywhere.

Food: we enjoyed it, we had a half board.

I highly recommend the chef and his menus.

Dinner was delicious, like a top Chef restaurant.

If you want personal attention along with true quality in food and accommodation we would highly recommend the Marbel hotel it is 5star in everything, and the quietly of skiing wonderful.

The spa is first rate, and the restaurant is very good - so much so that having told ourselves we would eat regularly in Madonna, we spent most nights at the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner is fantastic and they accommodate to any dietary requirements.

Great hotel, definitely the right choice for us, during almost a week in Madonna di Campiglio..the free shuttle offered continually, makes the distance from the center of town irrelevant, in fact, we liked the fact that we were away on a hilltop, with nice views, and had the option of shuttling to/from town, whenever necessary. The room was wonderful, spacious, clean, with balcony.. comfortable beds and a large, user-friendly (two side-by-side sinks!)

Andrea and his staff organized a second one at the rental in Madonna di Campiglio and even drove us with the shuttle over there.

The staff are world class and the whole feel of the hotel is very cozy.

If there is anything that is not just 100% perfect, it is the WiFi: in the late afternoons and evenings it tends to run out of bandwidth and connectivity (number of IP addresses?).

For skiers, there is a shuttle to bring you to Pinzolo, connected to Madonna di Campiglio where you have a bigger ski area, you can also go with your car and park.

The spa area is amazing, perfect for an after skiing relaxing!

This is the true 5 star hotel in the Madonna di Campiglio area.

From this area you can walk a few steps to the garage and have your gear loaded in the shuttle.

The bar and loft library area were sophisticated, with home away from home ambience.

The staff are lovely and very helpful, also very knowledgeable in regards to the area and the activities to engage in.

Good:  the rooms are well maintained and spacious, the pool areas are large, it is clean and housekeeping is first rate.

We will definately go back if ever in the area.

In the winter, lots of gondolas and lifts connect Pinzolo with Madonna di Campiglio, which is the major ski area in the region.
