The service here is really nice and the people here are also very friendly.

The pool was quite clean and specially Ratan, Kartik and Priyam were quite friendly.

This is our first visit for this property and we are enjoying  a lot with safe stay all the activities at happy hub are amazing  we are enjoying a lot we had a plantation walk with maithri at happy hub it was very useful to us do visit  club mahindra madikeri and enjoy your holidays

The ala carte menu averages 600-700/- + taxes for a single dish.

It's over priced and not upto the standard.

I wish the hygiene of the rooms can be improved as compare to the yearly maintenance fee that is being billed to a club Mahindra member.

Avoid this at all cost and don't spend your time and money here.

they keep veg food with nonveg..and want Vegetarian to bear the smell of nonveg without considering their feelings..if u order food from outside they will forcefully not allowed u to take delivery of food..and then u need to stand outside of resort and eat at food in dark..club Mahindra is huge expensive staffs are highly arrogant and immature.

Although Mr Mahindra may have amassed millions/billions, it's at the cost of duping working professionals and not delivering as per promise.

The portion sizes are very small compared to the prices being charged.

Overall, we found it below mark for the price paid -

The food is extremely expensive, eg one plate of idli cost Rs 300, when neither the quality or quantity matches the cost.

The only not so good experience was with photography services offered they are too overpriced and top of it the print sevices are totally waste of money.

Even after senior citizen discount,the food charges are exorbitant even for vegetarian.

The price includes only indoor games and badminton, all others are charged extra, which is the only negative about this place.

For pure vegetarians some concession say 10%, can be given in food cost,since only non-veg.

Where they failed for me was their food pricing and also the quality of their food.

I guess they take complete advantage of the fact that since most guests like to stay indoors, they will have to take some packkage or another for the food and pay up.

Very expensive meal and no complimentary breakfast as well.

So the price for 2 meal was 1752 and they were offering it for 1472 if prebooked.

Food is very very expensive inside this resort & food quality is pathetic.

The Food is way expensive even for my standards.

Also, it is slightly expensive for lunch and dinner.

A la carte food prices could be cut down.

We did try their gourmet express menu which is priced on the expensive side

Food is quite expensive and segregation of various food areas is a bit of pain.

Food delivery in room is like 1 small cup of soup which is priced way too high.

The food prices at the restaurants were quite expensive for non-members.

We learned pool from priyam he is a very good guy in a very polite way he taught us .his dance also very good and last night performances Jaswant and priyam did very well thank you jashwanth and priyam

Also decent guy from happy hub danced very well very energetic.

I had a variety of adventurous activities to perform here like the bus ride conducted by the resort.

In hindsight, the supposed musical night was best avoided by me as some Bollywood crappy songs were being sung or played couldn’t make out

And also hi tea clown act by jashwanth was amazing we would like to visit again

The show was very good, we enjoyed a lot.

Also we had a magic show , which was very interactive.

We enjoyed the most in the evening entertainment shows.

That is the main motivation given as to dance.

Everything like stay,food are good after that we had lot of fun at happy hub Saturday they have club carnival there we had lot of fun priyam from happy hub are really energetic guy and all happy hub staff are good

We stayed for two nights and took one day full tour and special mention about the Driver Mr.Timmiah who took us for the sightseeing and explained very well about all locations and very knowledgeable, friendly person 

Also the resort has out door activities like zip line, cycling etc.. also 12d shows , caroms and TT

Overall the experience was excellent and we enjoyed the stay

The evening entertainment is a really engaging program.

Kids had lots of fun enjoyed magic show by Bijo.

I recommend everyone to come here and experience the magic.

The gardens were beautiful and well maintained with a nice big pool, the location was great walking distance to Restaurants, tlThe unit was very large and well equipped for a family of The Housekeeping supervisor Mr sumanth a very nice and pleasant person, He was very attentive to any of my requests, matters were attended to within minutes.

P.S - we availed the festive offer which includes and additional complimentary meal along with the breakfast , we took one at the Fern Tree and another at the Grill , the Fern Tree was way way better than the Grill In terms of service , food and Ambience.

The welcome team welcomed us and since we were celebrating my 42 years of practice, the cake decor was prepared.

The property perched on the top ,well laid our keeping the environment in mind .Spacious rooms with large glass to view the misty hills and the thick forest .Restaurants where their team of chefs churn out the gourmet delight be it Indian , continental , Italian & Coorgi  Their cocktails require a special mention .Right from the check in staff , Buggy drivers .housekeeping and serving staff all ensured we thoroughly pampered.

We are grateful for the warmth and hospitality of all the staff that worked behind the scenes to make our stay truly memorable.

The scene from the infinity pool and lobby was spectacular with mist and clouds constantly coming up.

Col.Muthanna who is running the museum within the property, it was really great to hear about the local culture and various traditions and architecture details from Col.

The property blends into its surroundings and has perfectly preserved the natural forest around it.

Our arrival was sweetened by a traditional Coorgi style welcome that included tying local scarfs/turbans and a warm cup of jaggery coffee all offered by the ever loving staff.

Chef Akhil made amazing lamb biryani and truly the best taste it had ,
Chef atharva mutton dish was yummy . .

The politeness of the staff, the service, everything is just mind blowing.

From their housekeeping team(we have DAPHI and STEFINS to thank for that specifically), the yoga instructor(AKSHAY) and their food service staff(RICKY specifically and others as well); is simply the best!

All together it was a perfect holiday great service by the housekeeping team as well was very much touched by their services .

It is a lovely property at a high altitude and we got a scenic view from our room of the lovely mountains and forest.

Located right in the middle of the forest with a view to die for.

The location of the property right in the middle of the rainforest is breathtaking.

The location & the view from the reception is unarguably amazing.

From the time we set foot in the hotel, the view from the lobby, to the JIVA Spa experience, the breakfast, the pool , the rainforest walk , all of it was out of the world.

The hotel is situated on a hill and offers a spectacular view of the surrounding area, trees, vegetation, and forests.

View of the valley from the main porch, the greenery and to top it all the ever welcoming staff.

The villa we were staying had amazing views and the housekeeping team always kept our room clean and tidy.

Surprise birthday  cake for my wife which was very delicious :)

This Resort definitely deserves 5 stars for the facilities offered to the guests, taking them around the property in the buggie, any calls made to the reception in 5-10 minutes staff come to your room, Best of fog, scenic view from every room in the resort one can witness and lip-smacking food (kudos to the chef Akhil again)

One of the best property amid Nature.. relaxing between the trees surrounded by Mountains and Clouds.

Set in the secluded corner with breathtaking views/ topography, experience at Taj Madikeri Resort is further made memorable by the warm hospitality and tajness shown by the entire staff.

The hotel is located very well and views are amazing .

The lobby and the views are breath taking.

The mountain ranges comes and goes away with Cloud in every few min.

Food was pretty average and the waiting staff were not too courteous for the package they charge.

There was just one charging point at hard to reach place,  charging points in room could be increased.

After some argument, they agreed to charge for their meals only instead.
