Food was pretty average and the waiting staff were not too courteous for the package they charge.

There was just one charging point at hard to reach place,  charging points in room could be increased.

After some argument, they agreed to charge for their meals only instead.

Only things missed were the Individual Geysers at in the cottages, we have had a little trouble in getting the hot water and room service charges for dining is little on a higher side, they charge >Rs50 for every dish we order, we end up paying 250/- to 300/- extra for each lunch/dinner.

After a 6 hour drive to Coorg from Bangalore, the first thing I get asked at reception is to pay the balance amount.

the cost mentioned in the menu didn't match with what was charged to us.

For a dinner it took around half an hr to give 2 roti what we ordered(we almost lost our patience at that time)
* The Restaurant service to the room have 50% additional charges.

but we were quite surprised to be charged Rs 400 per head for it.

They charged whooping price which I feel didn't have value for money.

Charging points for mobile is only one, other one behind the bed was not working and definitely not convenient.

They charge a lot for room service (50% of the bill amount).

Now the Worst part, it was New Years eve, they charged Rs 8000 for "Gala Dinner" which was worse than a bday party.

The only part which might was a con for me was the mandatory Christmas surcharge of Rs.

They charge extra even for single water bottle..expensive place

Just a swimming pool doesn't bring the beauty.

Room Service of food is charged at 50% extra charges which is too high.

After couple of hours of check in time, the reception person calls us and ask us that 3rd person will be charges extra.

The only negative point of this resort is the food which is very average for the price they are charging.

They have charged me Rs.36096 on 08 April 2017 without my knowledge.

Also spa was so expensive and not at all good.

Pricing is a bit high for the infrastructure

The only con I felt a bit was little overpriced Spa.

Also, they have packages for birthday/anniversary celebrations at not so justifiable prices.

Though they themselves call it 'not a luxury' resort i felt its a bit overpriced.

F&B service is on an expensive side given the location.

Food is very very expensive, the only thing which we didn't like.

You will get in half price if you check from outside guides

As far as possible, opt for an all-inclusive meal plan price as the menu is eye-wateringly expensive. 4.

Window latches hardly worked,.Tried watching something on TV, no good channels were paid for.

Unreasonably expensive resort, not even a 3 star resort.

Staff at the Restaurant was very polite, humble and always with a smile.

and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks.

The food both veg and non veg were tasting good, restaurant staff Mr Nithin helped us a lot, thank you Nithin and entire staff for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Although room service is efficient and quick. 4.

A very beautiful resort in beautiful place called coorg.The resort enhanced our stay at coorg with its breathtaking ambiance and courteous staff.The food was good with decent varieties.The highlight was the our room in which we stayed.we booked a one bedroom villa and it was a once in a lifetime experience.They could have arranged for a battery car for transport within the resort at least for the senior citizens as resort itself was huge plus The indoor activities could have been better by having more board games.overall we had a good time at the resort.

We had to request to reception for hot water many times.

Yes, the water in the room doesn't come hot instead it's lukewarm for most of the times during the day.

but getting hot water from the central heater was a pain.

but the hotel provides us with cold water bottles whenever we need.

Just 1 suggestion i would give was please water the grass to maintain it green even during summer.

All false things will be told like keep the tap open for 15 minutes then only hot water will come in the shower.

Rooms are not well maintained, partition between the bathroom and room is not properly covered due to which water droplets from hot water were forming on all over the walls in the room and water was dripping from them.

Only downside was the room service was delayed- we requested for water bottles from reception and it took them almost 4 hours to deliver it.

The water on floor which was wiped on day 1 was still wet next day thats how without ventilation the place was.

Not a glass of juice or water with hot towel like in other properties in this price range.

The doors of the bathroom and windows were so weird had to push it with so much pressure to open and close it.The floor of the bathroom and room was so dirty, it was a complete put off,and the bathing water was not hot .

So don't ask extra glass of water apart from the package you HV choosen.

but We were really busted out looking at the leakage in the sealing in the next day morning- Enquiring at the reception a women replayed saying due to rain in night, I was pissed off( 5 star resort cottage is leaking due to rain)
* Need to call to the reception everytime to provide hot water in bathroom.

Need a little more maintenance with the rooms and hot water supply,

I ordered water at 5:00 am and got it within 10 min when there was heavy downpour.

Swimming pool has cold cold water, nobody ventured to get into it!

The resort has various species of plants, it has its own Water Harvesting system, solar panel to generate a part of its electricity supply.

The hotel turns the hot water off .. its centrally controlled.

The ala carte menu averages 600-700/- + taxes for a single dish.

It's over priced and not upto the standard.

I wish the hygiene of the rooms can be improved as compare to the yearly maintenance fee that is being billed to a club Mahindra member.

Avoid this at all cost and don't spend your time and money here.

they keep veg food with nonveg..and want Vegetarian to bear the smell of nonveg without considering their feelings..if u order food from outside they will forcefully not allowed u to take delivery of food..and then u need to stand outside of resort and eat at food in dark..club Mahindra is huge expensive staffs are highly arrogant and immature.

Although Mr Mahindra may have amassed millions/billions, it's at the cost of duping working professionals and not delivering as per promise.

The portion sizes are very small compared to the prices being charged.

Overall, we found it below mark for the price paid -

The food is extremely expensive, eg one plate of idli cost Rs 300, when neither the quality or quantity matches the cost.

The only not so good experience was with photography services offered they are too overpriced and top of it the print sevices are totally waste of money.

Even after senior citizen discount,the food charges are exorbitant even for vegetarian.

The price includes only indoor games and badminton, all others are charged extra, which is the only negative about this place.

For pure vegetarians some concession say 10%, can be given in food cost,since only non-veg.

Where they failed for me was their food pricing and also the quality of their food.

I guess they take complete advantage of the fact that since most guests like to stay indoors, they will have to take some packkage or another for the food and pay up.

Very expensive meal and no complimentary breakfast as well.

So the price for 2 meal was 1752 and they were offering it for 1472 if prebooked.

Food is very very expensive inside this resort & food quality is pathetic.

The Food is way expensive even for my standards.

Also, it is slightly expensive for lunch and dinner.

A la carte food prices could be cut down.

We did try their gourmet express menu which is priced on the expensive side

Food is quite expensive and segregation of various food areas is a bit of pain.

Food delivery in room is like 1 small cup of soup which is priced way too high.

The food prices at the restaurants were quite expensive for non-members.

Good hospitality, clean rooms excellent facilities.

Large,nice clean rooms with a rest area with views of the forests.

It was amazing stay, staffs were very friendly, rooms are very clean and well maintained, restaurant staffs are very attentive with smiling face.

The resort is wonderful spread across huge area of ~33acres with many rooms, indoor and outdoor activities to indulge in for all age categories.

It was a studio room which was neat & well maintained.

I had a variety of adventurous activities to perform here like the bus ride conducted by the resort.

In hindsight, the supposed musical night was best avoided by me as some Bollywood crappy songs were being sung or played couldn’t make out

We visit happy hub there today was dj priyam from happy hub dance with us he is a very friendly guy and dj by bijo was also good and jashwanth also very good we really like the place.

And also hi tea clown act by jashwanth was amazing we would like to visit again

The show was very good, we enjoyed a lot.

Also we had a magic show , which was very interactive.

We enjoyed the most in the evening entertainment shows.

That is the main motivation given as to dance.

Everything like stay,food are good after that we had lot of fun at happy hub Saturday they have club carnival there we had lot of fun priyam from happy hub are really energetic guy and all happy hub staff are good

We stayed for two nights and took one day full tour and special mention about the Driver Mr.Timmiah who took us for the sightseeing and explained very well about all locations and very knowledgeable, friendly person 

Also the resort has out door activities like zip line, cycling etc.. also 12d shows , caroms and TT

Overall the experience was excellent and we enjoyed the stay

The evening entertainment is a really engaging program.

Kids had lots of fun enjoyed magic show by Bijo.

I recommend everyone to come here and experience the magic.
