Breakfast and other amenities are well managed by the management.

Details follows:

- Good and safe for couples and family
- Good location (Raja seat just 5 minutes walk)
- In the town (one prefers to stay away from the town may opt out from here onwards)
- Road to reach the location is easy
- Brilliant breakfast
- Owner (Mr. Rajesh) and homestay boy (Praveen) is always ready for help
- They don't serve food on lunch and dinner (one can walk for about 5 minutes for two good restaurants LE COORG and HOTEL MAURYA RESTAURANT
- They can accomodate early check in based on availability
- Shopping area and main town is 10 minutes walk

- Breakfast served was very simple for the price (Idly + Chutney + Curry + Bread (not toasted too))
- Not much value for the money paid
- Stay is in a residential area with very narrow roads

- Has dedicated parking space

Cons:

- Restroom had some foul smell which we could not withstand.
