All the staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at the Sunset Tower many times and have always enjoyed the friendly staff and service from the friendly valet to the front desk to the dining staff to the bartenders.

but the atmosphere is cool, trendy Old Hollywood and the service friendly and generally efficient.

It’s warm and friendly, yet still somehow manages to feel sophisticated and elegant.

This is a grand old property with a friendly, attentive and skillful front of house team.

From check-in to check-out, every person I interacted with was helpful, friendly and eager to accommodate any request.

The rooms are immaculate, the staff is exceptional and friendly, the food is excellent, and the gym is amazing.

Quaint rooms some with stunning views, friendly and efficient staff.

I love the food, I love a long breakfast on the terrace, excellent drinks menu, the staff are always fantastic; equally friendly and professional, comfortable beds….

This is a very special experience at this hotel stay, A low-key luxury hotel provides wormly and friendly stay service, espacially in valet services.

From Valet, to Front Desk, to servers in the Tower Bar and Restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Right downtown LA and close to sports and convention venues.

A must stay for the Convention or Staples Center.

It was a very pleasant surprise that this place participated in the Los Angeles Comic Con discounted bookings; this is the best hotel experience I've had while staying for a convention.

This is a very nice boutique hotel with good access to the convention cento and Crypto Arena.

This is my new LA Convention hotel for sure.

Stayed there for a convention and was very pleased.

If you need to go to the Convention Centre, I highly recommend this amazing boutique hotel.

If your visit to Los Angeles, means a visit to the Convention centre, Staples centre , Microsoft theatre and the Grammy Museum this is absoulutely the best hotel location to be.

Are you here for work?” I say “yes, we’re here to work the convention.

Pool was lovely for relaxing after the convention.

Location is good, close to convention centre and Staples.

It is very close to major destinations - within a 5-15 minute walk of Staples Centre and LA Convention Centre.

We were attending a convention that was held in the convention center down the street — easy walk & close to a number of other restaurant (if not inclined to eat at the hotel) & entertainment options.

If I ever come back to LA in the future for a convention this is the place I will stay.

They need to speed up issue resolutions as I found extra charges in my room bill which delay the check-out process.

We also had an electric car in valet that was always charged.

Booked with Amex FHR and did NOT receive a room upgrade.

It's disappointing the hotel did not honor their partnership with Amex.

but is a credit of $30 in reality, which is impossible to match (the whole menu is hight than that after taxes and tips).

but charging $750 for two massages are insane.

No charge late check out when they can do it.

(Gregory saved my credit card from being lost forever when it fell by the pool!)

but since this was last minute, we chose to burn some AMEX points and splurge a little.

I booked the hotel through the American Express Platinum card, meaning that we were entitled to a few perks.

My girlfriend was traveling alone and needed to use my credit card.

but the Viceroy L’Ermitage was offering a discounted room through Amex so I decided to try it out.

The hotel could also do with a coin laundry as not everyone thinks a 12 USD laundry  charge for a shirt makes sense . .

I just don't like it when you get a call from the front desk at 12:25PM asking "if I need assistance with checkout" when I had already told the front desk upon check in that I would be utilizing the 4PM late check out that goes along with the AMEX fine hotels program.

The folio charged OJ twice and also did not deduct 100 dollar promised for some sort of engineering problem they had in our room.

I booked through Luxury Hotel and Resort Collection which is a benefit of the Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card.

One criticism I have is the ridiculous charge of $50 a night for parking- crazy!

after calling to confirm of my accomodations with the hotel, they tried switching it last minute and forcing me to buy another room. And one of the concierge women Ashley tried to charge me for valet service every day (regardless of the fact that i didn't bring a car)

I then discovered a charge on my credit card which I was not expecting.

Incredible hotel only downside is still awaiting a credit back to my account for an overcharge the front desk messed up on.

Very quiet, private and upscale experience for those who want luxury without the fuss.

The monogrammed pillow case was an added touch of elegance that will allow me to remember L'Ermitage and go back sooner rather than later.

When one pays a premium, especially in a renowned location like Beverly Hills, there is an expectation of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and an overall unforgettable experience.

but the little details and the luxury rooms are unmatched.

Truly some of the best 5 start luxury service I have ever experienced.

The quiet luxury of this hotel was an incredible experience!

but at the end of the day it's  mostly about the room - the comforts, the bed, the bathroom, the lighting, and everything else one seeks in a luxury room.

Very comfortable and high class luxury hotel, a safe recommendation.

What a wonderful, fascinating, luxurious experience we had during our stay in LA.

It was pure luxury to stay at L'Ermitage.

The beds were super comfortable .. amazing duvets and luxurious pillows .

Unlike other 5 star factory-mega-hotel in Beverly Hills, L’Ermitage offered a very welcoming and pampering stay.

I highly recommend L'Ermitage to anyone who wants a luxury hotel experience.

A special mention to Aldo, who drives the hotel's complimentary luxury Mercedes (to anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel) - he is a true gentleman.

We also enjoyed the roof top pool and fitness area.

The rooftop pool is great, and we loved the Veuve Clicquot pop-up / partnership for the summer.

Extremely friendly, great roof top pool and the open air cinema was an added special touch.

We were tired at the end of our trip and enjoyed a couple of afternoons by the rooftop pool, which is a lovely, relaxed space with views across LA and to the hills.

The rooftop pool bar area is fun and peaceful.

We especially loved the rooftop pool & lounge area - our kids had the BEST time with the cornhole and jenga sets!

5 Star Weekend Holiday at L'Ermitage enjoying roof top pool and services.

The rooftop pool = exceptional views and staffing, with full-bar and serving premium signature restaurant meals.

Great bathrooms with tub and other amenities like heated rooftop pool, spa, etc.

Large and perfectly designed rooms, lovely rooftop pool, and by far the best staff of any hotel in Los Angeles.

Super good food and drinks, stunning rooftop pool, helpful concierge.

The pool is on the rooftop with a couple of cabanas and a couple of dozen day beds.

From the rooftop pool to the insane service to the staff everything is perfection.

The rooftop pool was really nice and there was NOBODY there which was great.

There are the obvious reasons, like the private pool on the rooftop  or getting help with last minute dinner reservations,

The rooftop pool is heated which was welcoming to the cool weather.

Impeccable service from the bellman to the front desk to the waiter staff (many of whom are aspiring actresses or actors).

The facilities were meticulously planned to cover every traveler's details for comfort and beauty, and no need or desire is  left to want.

It has excellent location and staff were friendly with good services.

Second, the staff is truly exceptional and made us feel at home and taken care of at every moment during our stay.

Other than that the whole hotel and staff are superb and could not fault the experience there.

The rooms are well appointed, room service is excellent, the facility is well-maintained and very clean,

The Culina showcases an Italian menu and the facility is outfitted with indoor and outdoor capability.

Hot tub was a plus and very open air gym was great.

The staff are brilliant and attentive, the facilities are well maintained, and the restaurants are always 5*.

Enjoyed my weekend stay, loved my room, gym facilities was great, Culina restaurant was delicious, hospitality staff was professional and attentive,  location was perfect for all my arts and museums needs, definitely coming back

but the fitness center and spa were certainly gold standard when I checked them out.

The amenities include everything a hotel guest could ever want - an indoor/outdoor gym (felt way safer working out here), a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, fantastic dining options and house car service.

Mamadou, Zach and Hannah at the front desk always made us feel welcome, helped with a couple tricky issues and made sure we were able to use the fitness suite when we needed.

The tropical/citrus grove adorned atop the rooftop pool with adjacent outdoor gym is too unique for a city environment.

Rooms, facilities and restaurant were everything you come to expect from Four Seasons.

The gym is semi open air and it is well equipped,

Professional staff and clean room with comfy bed and great fitness center!

If i could give this hotel 6 stars i certainly would, every member of staff we met whether it was the gym (which has the best most advanced equipment) was friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

We were not disappointed in any way - the facilities and service here were, without any exception, outstanding.

Everything about this hotel is excellent and over the top.The food is great .I recommend the swimming pool and steam room "the best".

They have complimentary black coffee/ muffins onsite (by the Gym)

Jerry ,the assistant manager, at Four Seasons gives us a warm and friendly vibe.

Dining in the hotel was a pleasant experience with amazing food options and ample friendly service.

We were welcomed by Hannah at the front desk, she was very  friendly and highly professional.

For the cost of a stay at this location, these issues were completely unacceptable.

but food is not good and totally overpriced.

For one, the room service food is quite disappointing - I found the breakfast and late night meals very mediocre, especially for the price charged.

On our arrival at 10 PM @ LAX, rather than fight thousands of travelers trying to catch an overdue shuttle bus to an understaffed remote rental car location, the hotel provided a waiting car and driver for no more than the cost of a one-day rental car that I would have had to pay $50 for overnight parking.

Please do not think this is a paid review because its glowing - I’m a pretty tough customer so know this review is well deserved.

Now, it is quite expensive and is luxury hotel.

Very disappointing service at a very expensive hotel.

And also there was only a bathtub - no separate tub and shower which I consider to be a given in such an expensive hotel.

My only criticism would be the price of parking, which I feel is very high with a price of USD 46 a day (ex tax).

but given we had chosen to pay more specifically for this feature I would have expected some other approach --- and wondered why we were even able to "book" the room if it wasn't available in the first place. Location.

but renovation on the 16 so you hear everything at this price no way

The suite I booked was too expensive for nothing special.

But for the price, I say they need to step up the game.

Parking is REALLY expensive, part of the joy of LA!

If there's a negative, it's that the room service and restaurant prices are exorbitant.

At any price, they shouldn't put someone in a room with non-functioning TVs.

Make sure you get a great spa treatment or get a swim in at their pool.

however spa services not available yet i did laps in the gorgeous clean outdoor swimming pool every day.

The spa staff was also great, quite frankly, everyone there is amazing!

You can take a walk and notice all the beautiful architecture and shops nearby or you can stay in your room and get a massage or just relax.

The massage itself was great and super relaxing.

The pool staff, spa technicians and concierge team are always on their game and always consistent.

They have a great, relaxing pool on the fourth floor, along with a nice spa and gym.

Love the gym, spa and poolside area, comfortable rooms, great food selection with excellent vegan choices, welcoming, professional and efficient staff.

The rooms are great, the food is excellent, the pool/spa provides a perfect get-away, and notably, the entire staff is caring, helpful.

The pool was great too, we got a cabana package one day which we got massages, which were VERY relaxing, and then the cabana to just relax at and had great service.

Followed that with a wfantastic spa treatment, and again staff in the spa were all top-notch (there's a theme here!).
