The staff are just the sweetest and did everything to make our stay comfortable and our event amazing.

Our room was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable  and the location was great.

After turning on the flashlight on my phone I see that there is no slot to insert the key card,

I had a billing dispute and they were exceptionally rude and unwilling to work with me.

This hotel is way off four stars quality, room is a little bit old, no charging stations for electric cars and they charge $35 parking per night.

Our room cards also deactivated themselves the first day we checked in so we had to go downstairs to get them reprogrammed.

We had a diamond credit which went nowhere.the restaurant manager( i think) was rude,lazy and the worst I have encountered.

Upon checkout, there was a need for manager intervention because the food/beverage credit we received was not actually credited to the bill and we were charged for it (later removed by the manager).

no effort has neen made to contact me nor refund the US$23 wrongly charged by this hotel.

My 11-year-old commented how funny it was since there were signs in the lobby that said there was a $300 charge if anyone broke the smoking rules in the rooms!

What was particularly annoying was one of the women on the front counter was happily chatting away in Arminian to a guest who was just clearly disorganised with no ID or valid credit card.

but we had a prepaid reservation that we had to point out at check-in when they wanted to charge us again, then discovered when we got the emailed receipt after our stay they went ahead and did charge us again later even though our credit card was only authorized for $50 in incidentals.

I was a little disappointed with the range of food given how much they were charging.

Despite the website staying clearly that breakfast, parking and WiFi were free, on arrival this proved to be a complete lie with over $70 in charges for the pair of us per 24hrs.

Parking you can do ins-and-outs in the parking garage no extra charge.

They charged me 15 dollars for 1/2 a bagel and were super rude about it, as if I wasn’t supposed to even be there.

but was charged for 2 because they didn’t listen to what i was asking for .

but when you add parking charges etc, is not worth it.

She never acknowledged my being a rewards member at check in, then she took my card for what i thought were incidentals for a 3 day stay and put a hold on my card for $850.

Customer service representative on the phone cannot communicate or help me with a slightly unusual reservation-to verify if my company's credit card is on file and being authorized to charge.

Location is great, staff are really good and uphold the Hilton brand, the rooms need updating.

Should I be in the Glendale area again I will most certainly be choosing this Hilton location again.

There are a few good things about this hotel, the location for Universal and Griffith park,Swimming pool much bigger than most US hotels and the lobby areas are fine.

Great class Hilton hotel with great location, easy access to roadways, nicely appointed rooms and great staff.

Set up for a one night stay because of convenient location from Burbank airport and getting to event venue (Hollywood Bowl).

Clean rooms, great location, kind helpful staff, walking distance to many food places, grocery store and gas station.

Pasadena is a short drive and there is the Galleria Shopping center within walking distance.

I like the location of the hotel if you’re staying in the Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena area.

It is located in a quiet place, convenient to go to  Glendale downtown, Pasadena and Burbank.

The location was perfect for our activities in Pasadena and LA.

There are lot's of restaurant in the Brand Blvd area, Americana upscale mall also has lots of restaurant, across on Central is another mall the Glendale Galleria.This location is great 10 min to Universal Studios and 10 min to Old Town Pasadena.

So convenient to visiting so many spots in Los Angeles and/or Pasadena.

Stayed here  for 3 nights cause it is very close to Rosebowl in Pasadena for Coldplay.

This hotel is well appointed and in a great location with easy access to the 134 ( that takes you back and forth to Pasadena).

It is convenient to downtown LA, Pasadena and the San Fernando Valley, and it is only 5 minutes to Warner Brothers Studio and others in Burbank.

It is an easy drive into Los Angeles, Pasadena, or any of the other attractions in the area.

Will come back if business brings me to Pasadena.

The hotel was close enough to Pasadena or the 5 and downtown LA.

Excellent location convenient to downtown, the valley, Dodger Stadium, Pasadena, etc. .

I've had wonderful experiences at both the Pasadena Hilton and the Universal City Hilton - I would recommend those properties as alternatives.

Close to lots of restaurants, near Santa Anita without too much traffic, & you pass right through Pasadena to & from the hotel.

It is centrally located for whatever you're doing in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, or Los Angeles as it is right by major freeways.

we arrived a few days before the rose bowl so the hotel was quite full with those visiting in nearby pasadena.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Burbank, Universal City and Pasadena

Location is fantastic; very near to freeway and within striking distance of both Hollywood, the Valley, and Pasadena.

Parking is rather pricey at $29 a night in the parking garage.

Parking was expensive, especially considering we booked with a "parking included" rate and weren't told until after the valet took our car that it didn't apply to valet parking.

overall a very expensive hotel with few attributes.

The only downside is that like most hotel chains, they charge for parking which seems unreasonable to us,

The cost was just too high for two days ($500).

Internet code didn’t work, movies that cost 20$, no room service and little food choices.

Also, it is  ridiculous to have to pay for parking in a hotel that you just payed to spend the night in.

When I did receive my bill I was surprised to see I had been charged US$23 for Self Parking and yet I travelled to and from the hotel by Cab.

For the ridiculous price, regrettably I’d suggest checking elsewhere.

We were first surprised to find out that we had to pay more than $20 to park at the hotel! Ridiculous.

$350 incidental fee not disclosed until check-in.

The breakfast was not included in the room rate (200$ a night) and so had to pay another 23$ for what I consider a very basic breakfast.

but can be managed, around 25 $ excluding tips for breakfast which is high but these kind of hotels have the same price elsewhere

Short story is that you get all the cons of a cheap one star hotel with a bit of lipstick and more walking, plus get the opportunity to pay $20+ to park and again for breakfast.

My $15 dollar pizza ended up costing me $44 dollars with a diet soda.

$16 for an average burger with undercooked fries is a rip off.

Thought i would of got more for what i paid for i spent over 300.00 in the gift shop 300.00 on tbe room 21.00 in ..parking witch no one told me about very dissatisfied for the money i spent .

We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was good.

Rosie in the restaurant and Arnesto at the front desk provided the best service!

The food at the restaurant was delicious especially omelets at breakfast.

however, the food at the breakfast restaurant was fantastic!

We had a magnificent breakfast the first morning and the food quality was outstanding— and our waiter made great recommendations—even parking was easy and getting a spot by the elevator was never hard.

Restaurant bartender john was very charismatic and friendly.

Staying at the Hilton North-Glendale put us 15 minutes out of Downtown for dinner, and 8 minutes from my favorite mall?

Also, Rosie and Gonzalo in the morning breakfast restaurant who always welcome me with a smile and make sure everything is to my liking (The blueberry pancakes are AWESOME!).

Room service was faster than expected and delicious, and Armando was charming and super helpful.

Meeting rooms were good, food service was good.

From the very professional front desk operations, the clean rooms, the attentive bar persons to the very pleasant breakfast attendant (Rosie), my 4 day stay was perfect.

I slipped and fell in the shower during my stay due to a clogged drain and standing water in our shower.

We didn't discover the sounds and odor until the first morning and wondered what the heck was going on.

The walls were water damaged and looked like mold.

We were in a executive room which was very dated, bathroom horrible and the windows and curtains were disgusting.

I was afraid to brush my teeth because I couldn’t figure out of the smell was coming from the pipes only or was something wrong with the water.

I’m a Diamond member and did not even get complimentary water to wash the stale smoke smell out of my mouth.

The men’s restroom had a stale old water smell to it .

Customer service did nothing to help with the situation of very strong cigarette smoke smell in room.

Pillows were aweful, room had a weird smell to it like musty?.

Room - poor ( bad smell in room ) , moved twice !

When we got to our room, the first thing we noticed was how strongly it smelled of cigarette smoke.

On return, we turn up the air conditioner and started to notice the smell of cigarette smoke in our room, this was disappointing.

Brass door handles were dated and needed polishing (looked very dirty) and the toilet seat was so disgusting.

This went on for about 30 seconds, and soon the bathroom was filled with foul smelling sewer gas.

One problem we had was that the room had no mini fridge, and our milk got disgusting.

The staff were professional and friendly.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, Jesus at the front desk and Rose at breakfast were wonderful.

however, generally friendly and if you could get their attention seemed to want to be helpful.

She always greets ms by name and has my favorite room ready for me 

When I see she is working it makes me happy and makes me feel at home 

She is the best my far.

The only good point in our stay was Raffi at front desk, who did his best to make our stay more pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and the bed was very soft.

The waitress Rosie at breakfast was really sweet and kind.

Rosie is my favorite she makes feel so welcome e and appreciated when you walk through the door need that kind of exp5at the bar at night

The motel has an mid-century modern feel (in a good way) and offers a clean, quiet, comfortable, cute, and well positioned place to stay.

Hotel has a great mid-century vibe yet is super clean and modern with everything one could want inside, including the artwork, design and super cleanliness and comfortable bed.

Locally made breakfast pastries and coffee machine in reception a really nice touch.

The room had a mini-fridge and there was filtered hot and cold water,  coffee, tea,  and a microwave available in the office, as well as delicious pastries each morning.

The coffee/hot beverage machine in the lobby (available 24 hours/day) and the assortment of delicious pastries from Porto’s bakery every morning are a happy plus.

The delicious pastry was fresh from a local bakery.

This place is wonderful - friendly staff, very cute & retro appearance, clean, comfortable mattress, plenty of space with a nice layout, great location with several walkable restaurants and nearby thrift/vintage shops, and fantastic breakfast pastries from Poetics, a local bakery.

They provide complimentary coffee and pastries for breakfast each morning.

Efficient check in/out, with a great coffee machine and yummy pastries in the morning.

Free pastries for breakfast and a heated pool.

The rooms are always clean, the staff is pleasant and the Porto's pastries for breakfast are delicious.
