I had a billing dispute and they were exceptionally rude and unwilling to work with me.

They also charged me full day valet for only 1hr stay, I spoke to front desk

The food credit provided to us as Hilton Diamond members doesn't even cover a decent breakfast at their only restaurant.

This hotel is way off four stars quality, room is a little bit old, no charging stations for electric cars and they charge $35 parking per night.

Accounting department was negligent in application of credit.

Had a fine breakfast with perfect poached eggs (somehow not every place knows how to do this) and front desk quickly attended to a missing breakfast credit.

$18 breakfast credit came with executive suite.

Our room cards also deactivated themselves the first day we checked in so we had to go downstairs to get them reprogrammed.

We had a diamond credit which went nowhere.the restaurant manager( i think) was rude,lazy and the worst I have encountered.

Upon checkout, there was a need for manager intervention because the food/beverage credit we received was not actually credited to the bill and we were charged for it (later removed by the manager).

no effort has neen made to contact me nor refund the US$23 wrongly charged by this hotel.

The hotel restaurant charges a $6.00 delivery fee plus a Transaction Fee! !

They used to require key cards to go up to rooms.

My 11-year-old commented how funny it was since there were signs in the lobby that said there was a $300 charge if anyone broke the smoking rules in the rooms!

What was particularly annoying was one of the women on the front counter was happily chatting away in Arminian to a guest who was just clearly disorganised with no ID or valid credit card.

but we had a prepaid reservation that we had to point out at check-in when they wanted to charge us again, then discovered when we got the emailed receipt after our stay they went ahead and did charge us again later even though our credit card was only authorized for $50 in incidentals.

but they mentioned if its valet there's a charge, which I didn't mind except not full day rate when there is a sign hourly.

Parking is rather pricey at $29 a night in the parking garage.

Parking was expensive, especially considering we booked with a "parking included" rate and weren't told until after the valet took our car that it didn't apply to valet parking.

We’ve stayed at Westin Anaheim for two days before which is the same 4 star hotel, similar nightly rates,

The food available at the restaurant was expensive,

overall a very expensive hotel with few attributes.

The only downside is that like most hotel chains, they charge for parking which seems unreasonable to us,

The cost was just too high for two days ($500).

Internet code didn’t work, movies that cost 20$, no room service and little food choices.

While it is not the cheapest property in the area, the service afforded the guests far exceeds the price.

When I did receive my bill I was surprised to see I had been charged US$23 for Self Parking and yet I travelled to and from the hotel by Cab.

No cost when you park your car with valet for the weekend.

You got two no name cheap bottles of free water(hot) or I hope they were free?

For the ridiculous price, regrettably I’d suggest checking elsewhere.

We were first surprised to find out that we had to pay more than $20 to park at the hotel! Ridiculous.

The rooms were clean and spacious and our view was amazing!

Checked in after midnight, room smelled like stale smoke.

The men’s restroom had a stale old water smell to it .

The queens are more like fulls and the lobby smelt.

Customer service did nothing to help with the situation of very strong cigarette smoke smell in room.

My sister also had another governors suite and she said it smelled so bad.

There was an issue with a smell in the hallway, it seems someone spilled something that had a smell.

If that wasn't bad enough, the whole floor smelled like someone had hotboxed the hallway with tobacco and marijuana at the same time.

but really it is a smokescreen and if you look close you can see through the smoke.

My bedding was dirty, tub was rusty and the wallpaper peeling with mold behind it.

Also, the shower never got above lukewarm temperature.

This hotel doesn’t clean the rooms, bathroom was full of hair, trash not collected and guests place it on the corridor.

The room bathroom was in very poor shape: deteriorating caulking, chipped paint, rust and crud around mirror frame, general, worn appearance, no tub grab bar.

I could write a book on the toilet being blocked

but then we had a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom all week.

Really cheap and nasty materials and decor and design - the bathroom - aside from its size which was generous - looked like it belonged in a jail or a hospital.

Bathroom was dirty with excrements from previous tenant.

Front desk person not  friendly at all, short on answers, never smiled, bathroom was dirty you can see clearly  that it was done in a hurry or In a careless way, the floor has stains and debris mirrors showed hand  prints that were not clean o desensitized the whole bathroom before I used it

Had issues with toilet getting stopped up.

We had two rooms that smelled, shower backed up in bathtub, air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms, had pizza delivered to us and the staff made them wait a half hour and never notified us the deliver guy was there waiting, we had to contact the pizza place and they notified us her was there waiting.. Staff was not helful.

We don't understand why this property does not charge more as the price is half as much as competing properties with most all amenities .

The room is beyond tired and the bathrooms was busted and stained.

I check out the bathroom and it was filthy.

This run was unsuitable, water leaked right on the bed.

Parking is available onsite (although bit pricey at $40/day) Wifi not always reliable. Guest Laundry available (though more expensive than hotels at Disney to do a load and dry it!!)

$450 for a deposit for 3 nights (after the hotel was already paid for) $50 a night for parking, there was no breakfast or microwave in the room

We were surprised to learn that parking is an extra $50 per night, that check-in required a $300 deposit, and that there are no breakfast options.

Homesless people roam around property car was broken into at hotel parking.

Parking was very expensive at 50 dollars per day plus taxes.

For those reviewers shocked by the admittedly high parking fee, we found that the low room price and the high parking price combined were substantially lower than other 3 star hotels in the WeHo area.

Had we known all of these things we would have stayed at a nicer place with service we deserved with a reasonable parking fee.

Only downsides aside from the parking fees are the bed was a little uncomfortable and sagged in the middle and they didn’t have any comp upgrades available for my Diamond status,

But my biggest issue is parking is $47 a night!!

Parking garage was $45/night (paying for convenience, I know).

Not surprisingly at check out they still charged me for parking.

but otherwise expect to have to pay extra to park in general.

but the disappointment was in the parking!

The desk clerks were very unfriendly and you had to pay 40 bucks for tight parking that they don't have near enough of.

So, when the front desk offered me a parking pass, I said, well, I don't have a car,

If you can book a stay here at a discount, and park your car elsewhere, it makes sense.

Unexpected fees will like parking, breakfast… they are not mentioned clearly when we booked the hotel.

Noisy guests, No power outlet by the bed or nightstand.

Throughout the night there was loud screaming and shouting from the surrounding rooms.

but it wasn't addressed before our second night. Around 10pm of our second night, we arrived to a Smoke Detector with a constant beep due to a low batter, and the front desk informed us we would not get it replaced that night because "maintenance was out for the day."

BUT the walls are thin, it is noisy and the daily parking rate is way too high.

But I can handle that, I did expect this because any hotel that has high traffic flow does --

The reply I received from the manager was I’m sorry to hear that.

but the 5th step going up was wobbily in room 356 couldve been a liability if i wasn't careful also tried to call for a blanket and more pillows for fold out and NONE of the phones worked i had to use my personal cell phone property was quiet and if you want to go to the attractions WEHO has to offer great location

The area was noisy, and not many options for food!

The walls are paper thin so you hear everything from next door.

Sadly the fantastically helpful staff, cleanliness and comfortable beds did not make up for the paper thin walls  that meant myself and 3 children were subjected to the conversations then ongoing “nocturnal” noises of the occupants next door

The manager on-duty could hear my complaint yet didn’t show his face or venture from the office,

NOISE all night long above me and nothing was done.

Staff were not overly helpful and cleaners come very early in the morning and are very noisy knocking on all of the doors.

Be warned though, this hotel is in the party district of West Hollywood and there is lots of noise from the rooms at all times of night,

30 minutes later I had to ring again and ask for someone to come to our room to listen to the stomping upstairs.

but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

Staff is always friendly and our room is always clean, spacious and comfortable.

but the parking fees, that was too much, not a good experience other than that everything was great, nice room and clean sheets , great location, it worth it to spend a night close to the Hollywood sign

The staff were lovely helpful and courteous, clean rooms, although this hotel is in the LGBT district, there are plenty of places to get to quite easily, the bus stops about 3 mins away, a bit of a walk to the walk of fame,

The room was tidy with a really comfortable bed, which was great, considering I live with chronic back pain following a work accident.

The smell in the two lifts was rancid and at times made us gag.

Our stay was pleasant, the room was clean and the furniture was comfortable.

Excellent service in the hotel, with spotlessly clean rooms.

Cons: the place smells so strongly of some kind of chemical.

Carpets old and smelly, breakfast was limited and paper plates plastic knifes and forks.

Unfortunately the area was smelling of weed as some guests used the back area to smoke in.

however the new room smelt a little fusty, hotel reception sofa and rug is dirty, staff require more customer service training.

On the flip side, customer service was rather cold, and in spite of upgrades, this is an old building with a funky smell from the lobby to the rooms.

There is a horrible old carpet smell throughout building - distinct wet/old smell - in the room and halls - it badly needs replacing.

The tiles in the swimming pool were filthy you could wipe the dirt of with your hands, see attached photo.

Had a bug in my bed, pullout bed had a downward incline where your head was lower than your legs, breakfast lacked a variety of foods and lobby had a musty horrible smell.

Only things we had issues with were the HVAC system which seemed a bit dated, and a musty smell in the hotel room and throughout the halls.

The air conditioning/heating wall unit was absolutely filthy.

The cigarette smoke would permeate the halls.

-The BREAKFAST is yet another bait and switch - they offer disgusting moldy 25 cent pre packed muffins with NO COFFEE and call it breakfast.

One on of the tables by the couch, there was some gross residue that wasn't wiped down by housekeeping--though it was not visible until we saw it on the wiping cloth.

although it was dark and felt smaller than room 212, it smelt fine so we accepted it.

but only disappointment was that despite the hotel being non smoking, someone before us had flouted the rules!

The pool area is lovely , sadly some people ignore the no smoking policy,

So it is a rather dirty and smelly area(urine etc.

Breakfast among the worst in my entire life, just packed food on board plates.

we constantly had to ask for more plates cutlery and food they couldn't keep up with the demand.

The use of single use/disposable paper plates and cutlery seems wasteful.

No restaurant or bar, breakfast is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery in a cramped room that struggles to cope with the amount of guests staying, we had to clear our table when we had finshed and put the used plates, cutlery and waste food in an overflowing bin, see photo.

but you could take your tray up to 4th floor breakfast room where there was more seating up there ,the main breakfast room was floor 3 street level, we didn’t need to go to floor 4 as we always got a table.
