 - The location is a great base for many of the attractions and things to do, steps from the Chinese Theater and Dolby Theatre and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
 - You are steps away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Dolby Theatre, the Chinese Theatre and the mall (it's actually connected to the hotel).
 - The location is unbeatable as you are part of the Hollywood & Highland complex adjoining the Dolby Theater and TCL Chinese Theater.
 - The hotel is less than a block away from The Chinese Theatre and Madame Tussauds is maybe 2 blocks.

 - We stayed at the Los Angeles Athletic Club while sending our kid back to USC.
 - My wife loved this hotel she visits our daughter at USC and she’s been working her way through downtown.
 - (Our daughter goes to USC, so this was a great place for the family to stay while visiting.)

 - Bathroom was a little small
 - but dark and the washroom was very tiny and not conducive to putting on makeup.

 - We could have spent less than LAAC’s $20 for parking had we known.
 - but spoke to Brian, who was clear, concise and explicit on how to get to the parking garage and how to buzz to be allowed in.
 - Reduced parking is afforded to guests.
 - The self-parking lot is around the corner on Olive.
 - Reception give you a in/out pass once you’ve parked up in there and you only pay $35 per stay (we were there 3 nights) which is the cost of just one day of the normal rate.

 - Only complaint was room was kind of dark.
 - Not modern, more like dark wood Ralph Lauren etc.
 - but the room just feels very dark with dark carpets and dark walls, it takes the sunny out of sunny California.
 - N/A

 - Athletic facilities (lap lane and open swim pool, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna) were all fabulous and a great treat for pre or post LA exploring.
 - Being a hotel guest you have access to all the facilities including an amazing pool on the 6th floor and beautiful locker rooms and single sex spa facilities on the 5th.
 - Although I didn’t have time to use the spa I toured it and it looked fabulous, as well.
 - You can get a massage, haircut, trainer.
 - The sport and spa area was absolutely top notch.

 - We used the 6th floor, 5 lane lap pool and beautiful full court hardwood basketball court and barely scratched the surface of what they have to offer.
 - but the history of the club and the basketball court/pool floor are pretty cool.
 - It's a great deal as now you have access to the workout facility , 5 lap indoor pool, indoor running track , & indoor basketball court, sauna, and well appointed locker rooms.
 - though we didn't have the opportunity to use the facilities, we did walk around the facilities to find a large pool, gym and basketball court.
 - but the women’s locker room was beautiful and my son was excited to go to a hotel with basketball facilities.
