The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was very clean, and location was conveniently located next to restaurants and attractions.

The location is close to the Convention Center and Crypto Arena and not too far from other Los Angeles attractions.

Walking distance to Lakers game and many other LA Attractions.

The hotel was breathtakingly designed and so close to all the main attractions downtown LA.

This hotel is close to the convention center, LA Live, Grammy museum, and other attractions, It also has a few restaurants inside the hotel which makes it convenient.

It is a great small boutique hotel close to the Staples Center and all of the major attractions.

The hotel is beautiful, located within walking distance to Staples center and other DTLA attractions,  the three restaurants located at the hotel were all top notch.

I went to a family vacation and chose Hotel Figueroa because the hotel is nice and close to different attractions.

Friendly staff, recently renovated upscale boutique hotel, walking distance to attractions, great food service/menu and clean rooms.

Located at Fig and 9th, it is within walking distance to so many attractions.

I was there for 5 days and it was easy to get around to downtown attractions, or just hang out by the pool all day.

Yet, with all that, it's only a short walk to the Convention Center and the other attractions of Downtown.

I enjoyed the attraction places for me to go to.

Convenient to the Staples Center and many more DTLA attractions.

The ambiance was beautiful and it just added to our trip making it a great trip.

All the staff I interacted with on my short stay were over the top friendly and over the top helpful.

It was stylish, clean and sell maintained, and the personnel, from reception to valet to housekeeping and wait staff, were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, they seem to enjoy working there, which indicates alot about any workplace.

Breakfast was delicious, and everybody at the hotel was really friendly and apologetic.

Best part of my stay was the friendly service of Jonathan  from the valet staff.

The valet parking fee is also exorbitant, and the lot parking for overnight stay is more expensive, according to the parking attendant.

but too pricey for things not to be working.

We found LA to be very expensive, and if there are people at the top of the organization making more than 3-5 times the most low paid workers, it just feels greedy.

We had ignored it on our prior trips because we thought it looked too expensive.

The cost of parking is little much per day ,

Cafe Fig was mediocre, food came quicker than beverages and portions were small for the price.

Only complaints about this hotel are the lack of counter space in the bathroom and the cost of valet parking (although the amount seems to be standard for the area).

Parking is very expensive and added with destination fee it really raises final price tag.

As with any hotel in a major downtown area, parking is on the expensive side at $50/night.

however, the $30 unexpected "destination fee" and $150 pre-authorization that they spring on you upon your arrival after you've paid in-full in advance are a bummer.

Just note that the service fees can add up and the valet parking gets expensive.

but if I wanted to check in at 11 am instead of noon, I would have to pay $100.

You pay 30$ every day for a “hotel fee” that does not give you anything.

but you must go outside for print work because no printer .Price are hefty when booking you need to pay extra tax .There is no self parking only vallet service adjacent to hotel

Just do the right and "everyone else is doing it" is not a reason to engage in junk fees.

Overpriced for how tiny and poorly laid out the room is.

While I was basically satisfied with my stay at the Hotel Figueroa, the Hotel's lack of transparency regarding their destination fee led to my writing a poor review.

Restraunts were excellent, and the location to other fine dining is great.

We were able to order food to the room from the restaurant which was delicious!

HotFig is a fantastic resource for restaurant, bar, and hotel!

Cafe Fig is a fantastic lounge with excellent drinks, food, and service.

The Sparrow restaurant was delicious and bartenders were very attentive.

So much more character than any other property in Down Town LA, great bar and restaurant "scene" and very sympathetically reimagined rooms.

I was traveling for business, a conference in DTLA, and the room was a very nice refuge for me to be comfortable when I needed to relax after a long day as well as get back to work efficiently when I needed to.

The rooms are tiny with  frosted glass so you don't see the aircon units outside your window.The room I had was next to the lift and the staircase.

From the moment I got out of my car, the staff at the Figueroa hotel were ready to greet me, and help me get situated.

Their staff was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of.

The staff are uniformly delightful, and I give special mention to Jackie & Mauricio at the front desk.

The staff was welcoming, and the view at Sparrow was perfect for my stay.

Hotel was very accommodating and family friendly.

So Hotel Figueroa was our home base for our much belated anniversary getaway/Taylor Swift Eras Tour experience.

Overall we had a fantastic experience, would absolutely come again.

As a Hyatt globalist member, my first experience with the Hyatt's Unbound Collection at Hotel Figueroa has certainly raised the bar.

Junior suite overlooking the street is absolutely a delicious experience with morning coffee.

This reimagining of hotel fig is one of the best I’ve experienced of many hotels.

The only positive Bar experience was on 7/12 at about 5pm, the gentleman was so quick to acknowledge us and brought drinks out right away. 3.

The housekeeper, bartender, concierge and valet were all helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

We particularly appreciate the front desk staff, having been greeted by Fatima, the valet staff who made it so easy to access our vehicle and offered suggestions on how to navigate our surroundings, and the responsiveness of the housekeeping staff.

She was amazed at how welcoming the staff from valet to offering to guide her through the property as she looked for me.

The hotel is very close to many cool attractions, theaters and all the stars.

The obvious attraction is its fun and rich Hollywood history,

Everyone from the valet to the colorful hotel owner treated us as the main attraction.

Great location and walkable to other attractions in area such as Chateau Marmont, Mondrian, and Comedy Store.

I can see the attraction, classic Hollywood hotel soaked in history & charm.

.very near to the clubs, Hollywood Blvd and other attractions.

Not far from major Hollywood attractions and great eating venues.

but she acted as a personal concierge helping with our daily plans, giving excellent recommendations as to local attractions and activities - always helpful, always smiling, always concerned that we were enjoying our stay.

So, if you want to travel to LA and see all the attractions having home-like treatmet in a classic glamour atmosphere, SUNSET TOWER IS THE ONLY CHOICE !!! !

The location in West Hollywood is brilliant for so many attractions, restaurants and shops,

It is centrally located and had easy access to many of the areas tourist attractions.

And, the hotel was a short drive to most of our attractions.

Barbara at the Tower Bar made our entire trip amazing by telling us the history of the hotel and making sure we were always taken care of.

We were incredibly appreciative of Katie (front desk), Barbara (restaurant), and the entire wait staff for making us feel comfortable and well taken care of during a period when logistics and staffing must be especially challenging.

From the moment we checked in we were taken care of by Steven, who delighted us with an upgrade for our one night stay.

I didn’t provide this feedback to the Sunset Tower reception staff because they didn’t care to ask about my stay.

For several decades it’s been an upmarket hotel thriving on its roots in the Art Deco era.

It’s warm and friendly, yet still somehow manages to feel sophisticated and elegant.

Some warm and lovely service which helps this old gem keep its charm.

Big retro vibes and the staff is amazing, the breakfast was delicious.

The soft pinkish beige tones whisper money and class, and the intimate original sizing of fireplaces etc adds a truly classy feel.

You stay there for the staff, scene and familiarity.

but more a very elegant home away from home.
