To the pool staff giving me amazing recommendations, PF&W with their amazing food and beverages, and Ms Martinez keeping our room fresh everytime we returned.

The pool is great and I always enjoy watching the very entertaining scene there.

The interior decor is fantastic and the resort style pool is a great place to unwind after a busy day and the staff are very attentive here.

The staff are amazing from the pool to reception, to the forecourt  .

Make sure you get a great spa treatment or get a swim in at their pool.

We stayed for 2 weeks vacation - really appreciated Jesse and Miguel’s help by the pool every day.

Smoothie samplers and pool by the pool was nice.

Hotel has a pool where you can cool off and relax while reading a book and enjoying the CA weather.

The staff is great too - with special recognition to the crew at the pool, valet, room service, and the concierge.

The pool and pool staff make even a business trip a vacation.

I can’t say enough about everyone, especially Rebecca at the front desk, Carlos at the pool, Dean the house car driver, and the valet with the short curly hair (sorry I don’t know your name)!

The amenities include everything a hotel guest could ever want - an indoor/outdoor gym (felt way safer working out here), a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, fantastic dining options and house car service.

The pool staff was great, the food was tasty and the DJ at the pool on Saturday played good music.

For one, the room service food is quite disappointing - I found the breakfast and late night meals very mediocre, especially for the price charged.

On our arrival at 10 PM @ LAX, rather than fight thousands of travelers trying to catch an overdue shuttle bus to an understaffed remote rental car location, the hotel provided a waiting car and driver for no more than the cost of a one-day rental car that I would have had to pay $50 for overnight parking.

Please do not think this is a paid review because its glowing - I’m a pretty tough customer so know this review is well deserved.

Now, it is quite expensive and is luxury hotel.

Very disappointing service at a very expensive hotel.

And also there was only a bathtub - no separate tub and shower which I consider to be a given in such an expensive hotel.

My only criticism would be the price of parking, which I feel is very high with a price of USD 46 a day (ex tax).

but given we had chosen to pay more specifically for this feature I would have expected some other approach --- and wondered why we were even able to "book" the room if it wasn't available in the first place. Location.

Parking is REALLY expensive, part of the joy of LA!

If there's a negative, it's that the room service and restaurant prices are exorbitant.

At any price, they shouldn't put someone in a room with non-functioning TVs.

Edward is my favourite person there – I just love stopping by catching up on the latest restaurants and a bit of gossip.

Food was amazing, hotel is amazing, staff is superb.

The restaurant is very good and the outdoor space is leafy and green masking the hotels urban location - its a nice place to spend time.

The hotel itself is incredible and located in the perfect spot in Beverly Hills so it was easy to get around town and walk to local restaurants and bars.

This restaurant also has a very fancy and large pizza oven (from Italy) – the pizza at lunch was delicious.

There are several restaurants nearby, which is convenient.

Great size and space, beautiful bedroom, huge sitting room and dining table.

The temperature in the room was perfect and the housekeeping went above and beyond with requests!

The disappointment with the bedroom notwithstanding, the suite was very comfortable and spacious, and the living room especially comfortable.

Went for birthday for three days, I must say they went all out providing amazing service throughout the entire trip.

The pool staff, spa technicians and concierge team are always on their game and always consistent.

They have a great, relaxing pool on the fourth floor, along with a nice spa and gym.

The rooms are great, the food is excellent, the pool/spa provides a perfect get-away, and notably, the entire staff is caring, helpful.

The pool was great too, we got a cabana package one day which we got massages, which were VERY relaxing, and then the cabana to just relax at and had great service.

Followed that with a wfantastic spa treatment, and again staff in the spa were all top-notch (there's a theme here!).

The amenities (pool, spa) are great, and they're dog friendly and really cater to the four legged guests.

Well suited for posh Beverly Hills, everything about this hotel feels luxurious: endless collections of floral arrangements, attentive staff, plush bathrobes in the rooms, coffee machines with demitasse and regular ceramic cups, gorgeous bedding, touchscreen smart controls everywhere, nice spa amenities, etc.

This is a boutique apartment hotel in a residential area so the location is good because it is very quiet.

For its location the price is ok.

This is a superb choice for a boutique hotel and I believe offers great value.

The rooftop is lovely to view the spectacular sunrise with incredible views of the Hollywood hills, downtown, Century City and most of Los Angeles.

Bedroom had wonderful window light, and if you look past the roof area with piping, the Los Angeles skyline looks wonderful at sunrise/sunset.

Yes it is the greatest location  and still  ,somehow, the best kept secret  in Los Angeles.!

We've been making the Chamberlain Hotel our Los Angeles Hotel of choice due to it's central location, great value, well designed rooms, roof top pool with an amazing view and its friendly staff led by John their outstanding GM.

A great Korean-style spa to visit for an afternoon is the WI Spa on Wilshire Blvd near downtown Los Angeles - about a 20-minute drive from the hotel.

I was very satisfied with my stay and plan on staying here for my next visit to Los Angeles.

You are near everything in the heart of Los Angeles,

I highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here more often as my work and leisure travels continue to take me to Los Angeles.
