Hotel location helpful for Warner Bros and local restaurants and stores, all within walking distance.

Good location we didn’t have a car and there are lots of places in a short walk to eat and drink.

Location was my first consideration as I was in Burbank for work

Great location, rooms are very well maintained and clean/ modern.

Parking was easy, staff were friendly, and the motel is centrally located to provide easy access to the Hollywood Hills, San Fernando valley, Burbank area, Griffith, hiking, etc.

Perfectly located for Universal Studios, The Greek Theater and wonderful food all around!

The bed was extra cozy and made for plenty of space for myself and my friend Mario who stayed over with me coming down from San Bernardino to hang and help me celebrate my birthday.

This place is wonderful - friendly staff, very cute & retro appearance, clean, comfortable mattress, plenty of space with a nice layout, great location with several walkable restaurants and nearby thrift/vintage shops, and fantastic breakfast pastries from Poetics, a local bakery.

It was a king bed so plenty of space to try to reposition her better

but plenty of space at the back, down a well lit alley.

Each room has unique decor and there is a big fridge, plenty of storage space and they are clean.

but there is ample space around the back which is easily accessible.

The furnishings offered plenty of storage and surfaces to hold our stuff, including a table and two chairs, and an extra counter outside the bathroom with a mirror, so helpful when more than one person is getting ready in the morning.

Rooms - Plenty of storage if you are moving in for a week like we did.

but plenty space available behind the hotel and adjacent streets.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and provide plenty of storage space.

Cement floors in our ground level room (sparkling clean), perfect climate controls, LOTS of counter space, a very comfortable bed, an awesome luxury coffee maker in the lobby, morning sweets, and a delightfully cute/clean/warm pool to get a quick respite before dinner.

Thr pool is heated and brings back memories from when I was a kid staying at motels back in the day.

The staff is friendly and my kids enjoyed the heated pool and complimentary morning pastries.

but the heated pool looked amazing and great for kiddos.

Tangerine has several vending machines (mostly in or near the pool area and one beverage machine directly outside the lobby across from a well placed water fountain) near staircases.

Huge fan of this boutique open hotel/inn with great amenities including a heated pool, safes and mini fridges in each room.

It was very clean and comfortable and the heated pool was a nice bonus.

The pool was warm and relaxing, especially in the midst of a heatwave.

The hotel was ideally located for us easy striking distance for the studios and the Hollywood hills, a nice pool as well.

About breakfast, it could get better… only has some pastries and coffee… you can’t even consider “breakfast”…
The pool is clean and has pool towels.

We received housekeeping every day (rare these days), and the pool is beautiful and heated.

Another plus was that there were so many restaurants within walking distance!

Kamal provided recomnendations on places to visit and dining in the area and was always spot on.

HELPFUL NOTE:  The motel is walking distance to several great restaurants/bars and a Trader Joe's.

The staff is so nice and helpful, they even gave us a coupon to use at the restaurant next door which worked perfectly!

Also the staff is very helpful in making suggestions of where to eat and ideas of what to do in the area.

Lots of eating places next door and across the road.

The area seem to have lots of great eatery and we didn’t try.

An 8 minute walk form WB tours, lots of great restaurants, and gas stations.

A multiple of wonderful local restaurants within walking distance.

Also next to my favorite Mexican restaurant,
Don Cuco - try the blended mango margarita with Tajin chili powder rim!

Wow this place was so clean, safe, updated, and close to great food.

The bathroom was a little small and very basic though.

The second issue with the hotel is the very small bathrooms.

The only negatives was it was loud, being by a busy street, with car and airplane noises and the bathroom was a little small.

The bathroom is small with a regular size tub.

The bathroom was tiny and difficult to maneuver, like having to shut the bathroom door just to get into the shower.

The bathroom is small as is most bathrooms in older motels.

The bathroom is so tiny you can barely turn around in it; even the toilet is small and junky.

He then went into his office while we were still discussing the bill and charged my VISA card without my approval.

They accommodated us for early check in with no additional charge.

Note - I did not need my key card to swipe in during the ENTIRE duration I was there - the door to the pool was completely propped open (this is important for the rest of the story).

Additionally, at check-out, the desk staff had charged us for parking for the full 7 nights.

Don’t hand over your credit card for a deposit as you’ll be waiting weeks for it back like I have.

but many hotels use it as an excuse to continue charging a fee for services they don't provide.

We had a $30 F&B credit which was not on the original folio, & then calculated incorrectly on 2 subsequent correction requests.

This hotel charges an additional $25 amenity for. .

They charged $45 a day for parking, $25 a day for Guest Amenities fee and a tax on that, a transient Occupancy tax, and tourism tax.

However, there was a billing discrepancy when we settled up, which the hotel is still working to resolve.

In other words, it is a sleazy way to charge extra money without letting the potential guests be aware to that in advance.

The $20 per day Amenity Charge is a rip-off!

but they add a $10 delivery charge and a 20% gratuity charge to your bill for room service.

They should really cut the crap with their resort fee of $20/day tacked onto your bill - this fee allows you to make phone calls from the landline in the room and gives you access to a newspaper, etc - it felt like I was being billed to live life in 1995.

but felt its in need of some refurb - and maybe I didn’t read it in the small print but was a little shocked to be charged $20 pppn “amenities” fee for basically WiFi and the gym which I would expect to be free.

It was automatically charged for our whole stay

but absolutely nothing extra or even fancy that merits a $20 surcharge.

When I checked in this amenity fee was not drawn to my attention at all, a card was slipped into the room key wallet and it was only later that I saw this.

They charged 40.-  plus taxes for 2 bottles of "free" water in the room, a welcom drink we did not have, the "free" wifi, the pool we did not use.

They put our bags the the trunk and opened our doors.

However when I came back up after retrieving my charger 5 minutes later THE DOOR WAS CLOSED!

The walls and ceiling are very thin — I could hear the room above when they talked or walked around, and I could hear when the room next door would close their door (it was very loud, so much so that it would wake me up).

Also, you can hear everyone's footsteps above, doors on sides, the elevetor, hallways, etc.

Really felt like I lived there!! They allowed Postmates to deliver straight to my door and having a little kitchenette (with a stove!)

I will say that every hotel I've stayed in during Covid will ask you to set your trash outside your door if you need it emptied and that's how it was at Le Parc.

The suite next door to ours was been renovated, hence noise from 9 am to 5 pm non stop, we came from Europe so were jet lagged and needed to sleep, FORGET IT.

Some slow close hinges on the doors would help also because they all seem to shut hard and loud.

It is an older hotel so it seeps in thru the bottom of the door (gaps) thru the AC etc.

There is one small window in the kitchen and sliding door to the balcony overlooking the neighboring apartments.

If you hold onto the sliding door for support when you’re getting out it moves so it’s not very secure.

The room smelled musty and like smoke when we arrived (the other room for our family members next door did not).

The cleaners are the same they start slamming doors it’s not good for your hangovers the cleaners meet around room 323 where all there supplies are kept and when they slam the door after getting the supplies out it makes the tv on the bedroom wall shake And for a 4 star hotel I would expect hotel staff to say hi in the walk ways not just put heads down 4 days and not one hi, hello, Hola.

The closet has a glazed door and there is a vanity across from the sink.

but many things are broken - shower door, closet door, air conditioner.

The situation was not ideal for anyone - there was a blackout in the city so many people were booking late at night and the poor front desk person was alone dealing with a line of people out the door at nearly midnight.

There were two rooms at the end of the little hallway cove. It seems kind of dangerous because anyone could close the door and then I would have been trapped with the other room (you have to see it

The bathroom was big and had a separate room for the toilet and shower so you could close the door and someone could use the sink and mirror to get ready.

I presume the upgrade was recent since there were still spots of paint on the floor and the edging around the glass in the doors was overpainted, so I presume someone will be going round the rooms to finish them off.

Le Parc Suite Hotel is a really fun, well-designed small hotel ideally located in West Hollywood.

It’s so conveniently located at West Hollywood, a few steps away from Melrose Ave where quaint restos and shopping areas are.

We were on a California vacation and looking to do the Hollywood thing for a few days and the location was perfect.

this is a fantastic boutique hotel in an excellent location for hollywood sightseeing.

Overall, it's a great value for such a central location in Hollywood.

The location is very Hollywood and very cool.

They have an INCREDIBLE view of Hollywood and downtown LA from their rooftop which you have access to 24/7.

The rooftop pool & bar was great this summer with amazing views of Hollywood and the surrounding areas.

The rooftop deck is an added plus with its amazing views of the Hollywood Hills.

I can't end this review without mentioning the rooftop pool with beautiful views of the Hollywood hills.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are very comfortable & spacious and the rooftop pool area with view of the Hollywood Hills is just fabulous!

but it had just reopened the night we stayed and we walked around and it looked fabulous and had nice views of W. Hollywood.

Breakfast on the roof close to the swimming pool with Hollywood mountains view was VERY NICE.

We don't travel light (it is five of us) and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Also, if you don't feel like staying in your room, the roof top pool area has plenty of space for people to relax and sun bathe.

We traveled with 2 grandchildren and there was plenty of space.

I was surprised by the size of the rooms when I arrived - plenty of space for me and my two friends.

Each room is like your own apartment; plenty of space, great beds, and a nice living area.

Loved the rooftop pool - my husband spent a lot of time up there while I was working and had a blast.

Rooftop pool and pickleball courts were popular too.

Wine hour at the roof top pool was a great hit with the family.

My kiddo loved the rooftop pool and tennis court, and the gas fireplace and record player in the room.

Sweet pool on the rooftop with bar and also tennis courts… you can get lessons with a pro if you so choose!

The hotel has a tennis court, bar and pool at the rooftop.

The service at the rooftop pool was perhaps my favorite part of my whole stay.

We had a delicious brunch in the restaurant and enjoyed drinks by the rooftop pool.

Their tennis court and pool are roof top with a chic Cannes vibe and beautiful views of the city.

Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool with a bar where you can relax.

There is a rooftop for pool and entertaining.

There was also a mouldy smell when entering the room for the first time and the room we stayed in was very dark even with the curtains wide open.

I know the hotel tries hard to impose a no smoking policy,

Smelled like the elephant exhibit at the zoo.

There was a smell of weed in parts of the hallway due to guests not following the non-smoking rules.

I saw a couple reviews about trash in the hallways and roaches and the smell of pot - we experienced NONE of that!

If you don’t like smoking weed don’t stay here because that’s what the hallways smell like 24/7

The issue we had during our stay is the smell of weed in every corner of the hotel including the room itself.

However, the first thing I notice when we arrived was the smell in the hallway, just smelled old.

Pot aka Marijuana seeping thru every orifice of this hotel was DISGUSTING. hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry room (what?!)

but nothing was done to stop the guests from smoking.

All your room and corridor smell of chemicals.

The smoking area was closed off for a business function for a few hours on afternoon and seating was moved and not restored going in to the next day.

Renovate the place and get rid of the bad smelling. 3.

Like dampness or just old building smell.

The carpets in the corridors felt old, the rooms smelt a little musty and kitchen area dated and in need of an upgrade.

The drawers in the bedroom dresser smelled horrible and I had to put fabric softener sheets in them.

My mother in law recently stayed in this lovely boutique hotel.

This is a great boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood,

Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel!

This hotel blew my mind with service that went beyond stellar and above any boutique ever.

It was more like a boutique apartment complete with a fireplace (which we used) to 2 large TV’s (one for me and one for my husband!

The Chamberlain is a great boutique hotel in a great location.

This is a boutique apartment hotel in a residential area so the location is good because it is very quiet.

I would say that you would call this place a boutique hotel.

Small boutique hotel with excellent location in a residential area, Intimate interior spaces (bar and outdoor patio dining) with fabulous private cabanas on the rooftop pool deck.. Suites were huge and beautifully appointed.

For its location the price is ok. 

It’s a boutique hotel so don’t expect the same standard services big chain hotels give you
