Every one at the hotel was lovely, everyone endeavored to make us feel special.

Hands up, this has been my favourite hotel in LA for years and I have lost count how many times I have stayed there (and I do try to get out here every year for a few days).

I loved this property for so many reasons,

Food was amazing, hotel is amazing, staff is superb.

The restaurant is very good and the outdoor space is leafy and green masking the hotels urban location - its a nice place to spend time.

We visit Beverly Hills each year and have stayed at the “best “hotels in the area .

The Hotel is a beautiful oasis on the middle of Beverly Hills.

If you are looking for a great property, amazing staff- this is the place to stay.

The staff here is superb and attentive and one realizes, these details really make a difference that can give a property like the Four Seasons its reputation for caliber.

Likely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world.

The hotel itself / amenities are gorgeous.

To stay in shape, the hotel provided a personal ipad  equipped with hundreds of fitness routines for some uniquely designed exercises.

The service, condition of the hotel and rooms and all amenities were excellent!

But still, overall a very good hotel that I would definitely not mind retuning to.

Hotel has a pool where you can cool off and relax while reading a book and enjoying the CA weather.

The hotel is amazing, the lobby and decor makes you feel like you're at a private residence.

LA is a crazy competitive market with some great hotels new and old.

Great location for taking walks around Beverly Hills and also close to the Beverly Centre ( a giant mall) and the Grove and Farmer's Market. 4.

It's pretty convenience to go to anywhere, when you feel like shopping you can drive or walk to Rodeo Drive, if you get tired of always dining in restaurants you can walk to Bristol farmers market or Whole foods to grab some fresh foods.

Had great fresh cooked fish lunch from Quality Fish market  and a lovely walk.

Very close to The Grove and the Farmer's Market for laid back eating and shopping.

For outstanding hotel in the plentiful LA luxury hotel market, Four Seasons in almost Beverly Hills seems to have brought a knife to a gun fight.

The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable here,rather like staying in an up market boutique hotel,all areas of this hotel feel loved and looked after.I particularly loved all the outside
areas one could sit and relax,unlike The Whiltshire.The magnificant floral displays were really outstanding.

The shopping on Robertson is a few blocks away, the Bristol Market even closer to pick up some treats for your room.

The location is AWSOME, very close to everything: The mall, the farmer's market, Robertson Blvd.

We also did a food tour with MeltingPot Tours at the Farmer's Market and up West 3rd street - this location was very convenient for that.

Great pool area with a very nice outdoors restaurant next to the pool.

The beds are so dreamy and the pool area is a delight.

Love the gym, spa and poolside area, comfortable rooms, great food selection with excellent vegan choices, welcoming, professional and efficient staff.

For those so inclined, there is a 24 hour gym and the pool area is sensational!!

Look forward to using the gym and pool area next time.

Pool area is great, lovely to not be overlooked and just see palm trees.

Rooms are generously spacious, gym opens onto the Pool area which is a good size for swimming lengths, Dining is of course excellent.

The pool area and work out rooms were great as well.

For the cost of a stay at this location, these issues were completely unacceptable.

but food is not good and totally overpriced.

For one, the room service food is quite disappointing - I found the breakfast and late night meals very mediocre, especially for the price charged.

On our arrival at 10 PM @ LAX, rather than fight thousands of travelers trying to catch an overdue shuttle bus to an understaffed remote rental car location, the hotel provided a waiting car and driver for no more than the cost of a one-day rental car that I would have had to pay $50 for overnight parking.

Please do not think this is a paid review because its glowing - I’m a pretty tough customer so know this review is well deserved.

Now, it is quite expensive and is luxury hotel.

Very disappointing service at a very expensive hotel.

And also there was only a bathtub - no separate tub and shower which I consider to be a given in such an expensive hotel.

My only criticism would be the price of parking, which I feel is very high with a price of USD 46 a day (ex tax).

but given we had chosen to pay more specifically for this feature I would have expected some other approach --- and wondered why we were even able to "book" the room if it wasn't available in the first place. Location.

The suite I booked was too expensive for nothing special.

But for the price, I say they need to step up the game.

Parking is REALLY expensive, part of the joy of LA!

If there's a negative, it's that the room service and restaurant prices are exorbitant.

At any price, they shouldn't put someone in a room with non-functioning TVs.

Make sure you get a great spa treatment or get a swim in at their pool.

but the fitness center and spa were certainly gold standard when I checked them out.

however spa services not available yet i did laps in the gorgeous clean outdoor swimming pool every day.

The spa staff was also great, quite frankly, everyone there is amazing!

You can take a walk and notice all the beautiful architecture and shops nearby or you can stay in your room and get a massage or just relax.

The massage itself was great and super relaxing.

Everything about this hotel is excellent and over the top.The food is great .I recommend the swimming pool and steam room "the best".

The pool staff, spa technicians and concierge team are always on their game and always consistent.

They have a great, relaxing pool on the fourth floor, along with a nice spa and gym.

The rooms are great, the food is excellent, the pool/spa provides a perfect get-away, and notably, the entire staff is caring, helpful.

The pool was great too, we got a cabana package one day which we got massages, which were VERY relaxing, and then the cabana to just relax at and had great service.

Followed that with a wfantastic spa treatment, and again staff in the spa were all top-notch (there's a theme here!).

The amenities (pool, spa) are great, and they're dog friendly and really cater to the four legged guests.

Well suited for posh Beverly Hills, everything about this hotel feels luxurious: endless collections of floral arrangements, attentive staff, plush bathrobes in the rooms, coffee machines with demitasse and regular ceramic cups, gorgeous bedding, touchscreen smart controls everywhere, nice spa amenities, etc.

great place to stay:  warm staff, good large pool, good gym, good restaurant and bar, everything functions smoothly, restaurant and room service will work with diet restriction issues with no complaints, spa area needs a deep renovation and expansion,

Trip was too short, i Will definitely be returning to check out the newly done spa!!! !

Equally delightful is a gym with spa services that include a massage that equals any on the planet.

These individuals were outstanding professionals.

I always feel so at home here – almost like I am with family (albeit the most accommodating and service-focused family you could hope for).

The staff are amazing from the pool to reception, to the forecourt  .

Our check-in was handled well, and we were escorted up to our one bedroom Hollywood Suite.

Staff was fantastic as was the room which was incredibly clean.

From the scent of the Lillies that filled the entrance, to the smile of Momodou Krubally at reception, to Jordan & Jessie at the bar, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we found it to be a beautifully refined and elegant experience.

The concierge was the best concierge in the world.

The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied.

Lovely staff who attended to your every need at any and all times.

So, if you want to treat yourself to a glam soaked property, that takes on a urban retreat demeanor,  with sweeping views of La La Land and great wellness facilities. .

The staff were all fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you.

They were kind to take a pool lunch off our bill.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience, truly hospitality at its finest, and definitely worth going and returning.

Stayed here for my little sisters 30th birthday and was blown away by the hospitality and service that we received.

I don't know how to begin describing the amazing experience we had staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

This has probably been one of my best personal experiences at a hotel on an international scale, lead by a unbelievably great manager named Kisha!

We recently had a fantastic experience facilitated by Momodou.

Dining in the hotel was a pleasant experience with amazing food options and ample friendly service.

This is an beautifully elegant property tucked into a gorgeous residential setting in West Los Angeles, directly across the street from Beverly Hills, walking distance from great shopping, dining and entertainment.

The hotels location is quiet yet it's close enough to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store down the street.

Situated on one of the nicest streets in Beverly Hills with a Bentley that will take you wherever you want to go within a 2 mile radius for no charge and glorious rooms with incredible views I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

I went to visit my kids for the weekend and we had a great time in LA and at the Four Seasons, it's perfectly located without being in a busy street.

We've stayed at the Beverly Wilshire in the past, and while you have a longer walk to Rodeo Drive from this property (~15-20 minutes) you're very close to 3rd Street with a TON of great dining options.

Also nice, is that its just a short walk to Robertson Street of you want to go shopping or have brunch at the Ivy, which we did.

Breakfast outside at street level patio is fun for people watching on Rodeo drive.

The hotel even gave us a lift to our venue across the street in one of their hotel RR's.

The concierge is excellent. My personal highlight is being welcomed back from a run round the streets of LA (map of routes supplied!)

The concierge was extremely helpful, confirming our New Years reservations and giving us a tip for a lunch restaurant just down the street.

We felt very safe in the neighboughhood and comfortable walking down the street to Robertson.

It's a 15 minute walk to a Rodeo Drive, Beverly Drive and a 5 minute walk to Robertson Street.

but across the street from it, and It has a good mix of everything.

The Location is great as you can walk to Robertson Street.

Nice location on a quieter residential street in Beverly Hills about a 5 minute ride from the hectic shopping districts.

I'd say if you are not committed to staying right in the heart of Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive (where I would stay at the Beverly Wilshire), then this is a great choice close to RD, Robertson, the Grove, and Third Street.

The room was spacious, quiet and featured a small balcony overlooking the street outside.

Each time we headed out I got printed directions from the concierge which were very helpful while trying to navigate the streets of LA.

This is a boutique apartment hotel in a residential area so the location is good because it is very quiet.

Small boutique hotel with excellent location in a residential area, Intimate interior spaces (bar and outdoor patio dining) with fabulous private cabanas on the rooftop pool deck.. Suites were huge and beautifully appointed.

For its location the price is ok. 

It’s a boutique hotel so don’t expect the same standard services big chain hotels give you

I have know of chamberlain for a number of years - they are a boutique hotel centrally located in WEHO .

This is a superb choice for a boutique hotel and I believe offers great value.

Without a doubt one of the best boutique hotel experiences ever!

We had an amazing time at Chamberlain West Hollywood hotel.

Absolutely loved that the hotel had a wine happy hour from 5-6p.

The rooftop is lovely to view the spectacular sunrise with incredible views of the Hollywood hills, downtown, Century City and most of Los Angeles.

Bedroom had wonderful window light, and if you look past the roof area with piping, the Los Angeles skyline looks wonderful at sunrise/sunset.

Yes it is the greatest location  and still  ,somehow, the best kept secret  in Los Angeles.!

We've been making the Chamberlain Hotel our Los Angeles Hotel of choice due to it's central location, great value, well designed rooms, roof top pool with an amazing view and its friendly staff led by John their outstanding GM.

A great Korean-style spa to visit for an afternoon is the WI Spa on Wilshire Blvd near downtown Los Angeles - about a 20-minute drive from the hotel.

I was very satisfied with my stay and plan on staying here for my next visit to Los Angeles.

You are near everything in the heart of Los Angeles,

I highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here more often as my work and leisure travels continue to take me to Los Angeles.

The pool on the roof has amazing views of Los Angeles in all directions and is a lovely place to spend a day or evening.

I travel to Los Angeles 5-6 times a year for business this is the perfect hotel, located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to everything one needs.

It also has a wonderful view of Los Angeles – especially at sunset.

I was very hesitant when it came to choosing a hotel to stay at for my first visit ever in Los Angeles,

Los Angeles is very large this hotel was close to restaurants

It is in driving distance to Walk of Fame, Mann's Chinese Theatre, Beverly Hills' Rodeo Drive, the Grove and Farmer's Market, Griffith Park, Hollywood sign.

It was also a 2 min walk to Santa Monica  Boulevard, where we could get take away like Subway and also food shop at a little super market called Trader Joe's.

The outdoor pool and close drive (uber for us) to Farmers Market and Santa Monica shopping was great and finished off our trip beautifully.

even though we have been to LA dozens of times, to the Grand Central Market etc.

Walking distance to bars/restaurants and very close to the charming farmers market and Grove, as well as the Beverley Centre for department stores.

Cafe / restaurant in lobby has excellent service and high quality food and while expensive vs non hotel restaurants is probably about average price for hotel restaurants.

If there was anything negative I could find it would be that one of the 2 rooms we have booked is super dark with no natural light so avoid that end of hotel down the side of building plus the other negative is $60 parking fee

The next day, the hotel manager called us to apologize for the problem and offered to move us to a significantly larger room (with a full living room and a separate bedroom) at the same price as our current room!

After finding the house rented was dirty and infested with cockroaches at midnight on my first night in LA I am searching for a West Hollywood hotels in my price point close by.

but all of the hotels have expensive parking so you really need to figure that into your costs.

Be mindful these prices include no room service unless you request it!

To detract from that, a nightly resort fee is charged which seems exorbitant given the size of the hotel and limited inclusions.

I wouldn't stay here again if the the room was free and I was paid!

Parking is expensive at $45 a day for valet-

The only issue I had was the overnight parking fee of 45 dollars
